This is an all-inclusive venue, so, as expected, the pricing was inflexible, and the overall cost was high compared to other venues in the area. However, it was convenient to have a one-stop shop since we planned our wedding on a short timeline. Artisan Acres is so gorgeous on its own that we opted to keep most of the base options, though we did select upgraded tablecloths and added chair cushions. We were happy that cross back chairs were included in the base price, and we were glad to be able to mix rectangular and round tables. The group tasting event at Ritz Charles was fun and included in the overall price. There were allergy friendly food options, and the chef was willing to work with us to meet these needs. We received positive feedback about the food from guests! Elizabeth, our event specialist at Ritz Charles (i.e., point person for estimates, food and drink choices, etc.) worked very hard to make sure that we were as happy as possible with the planning process and our final selections. She responded very quickly to all of our emails. Ritz Charles provided a separate ceremony coordinator and a venue coordinator for the day of. As of 2025, these two individuals were not assigned to the wedding until one week prior, and we did not meet them until the rehearsal (ceremony coordinator) or the afternoon of the wedding itself (venue coordinator). Our ceremony coordinator was ill-suited for the role; she was anxious and impatient, she increased our stress levels, and she was largely unhelpful and ineffective. Our venue coordinator shared that he was new to the role, but he was friendly and positive in our few interactions. He touched base a couple of times to ask about the timing for the meal and if everything was going okay. Overall, we wish that we could have opted out of these two Ritz Charles coordinators and used only our own day of coordinator instead. The venue is conveniently located to Indianapolis. There is ample parking on site, and a golf cart was available for those in need of mobility assistance. My brother uses a wheelchair to get around, and he had no problem at the venue. The buildings and the property are lovely! Krysty-An continually works on the flower fields and makes improvements to the buildings each year, and her love for, care of, and attentiveness to the space is evident throughout. There are multiple spaces to use for the ceremony and the reception, and they are all beautiful! There is a cottage for the bridal party, but there was no private space for the groom (as of 2025). We chose to hold our ceremony by the old oak tree. The space is a blank slate - it turned out to be absolutely magical after adding florals!! For the reception, tables were set up inside of the barn - about half of the barn is indoors and the other half is outdoors under covered patio(s). Although the interior part of the barn is air conditioned, the doors were opened for the reception so it was quite warm for our guests. The backdrop of the flower garden was stunning though! Overall, we are so happy that we chose Artisan Acres Estate for our wedding. We are grateful to the Ritz Charles team for working hard to meet our expectations and dreams for our day!

onvenience of having our ceremony and reception all at the same place. The planning was such a breeze, we were lucky enough to work with Emily Yonce and she was seriously the best. Every question I had throughout the entire planning process she answered and was always so responsive which I appreciated. She helped bring our vision to life, we could not have done it without her! Our ceremony and reception coordinators as well as the waitstaff and bartenders were all amazing as well. They were professional, polite, friendly, and efficient. We received SO many compliments from our guests about how amazing the Ritz staff was. The food was also a huge hit! We splurged and did a duo plate with short ribs and stuffed chicken breast and it was the best food I’ve ever had at any wedding I’ve attended. The duck empanadas we had as an appetizer were also a huge hit! Our cake was decorated exactly how we wanted, it was so beautiful and delicious! We did cupcakes for our guests and every single one of them was gone by the end of the night! It was such an underrated luxury that the Ritz does so much in-house. It made the planning and coordinating that much easier. I will say for future couples for price transparency, just about everything (floor-length linens, charger plates, speciality glassware, chairs, black and white checkered dance floor etc.) will cost you extra so just be prepared for that. Overall, we could not be happier that we chose Ritz Charles for our wedding venue and we’ll cherish these memories forever. Thank you to the Ritz team for all you did to make our wedding day the best day of our lives!

ng meetings, rehearsal, and the wedding celebration itself, we could not have been happier with how everything turned out. We had our ceremony outside, cocktail hour inside and outside, the reception area is extremely nice and spacious, and we even utilized the Chinese House for an after party for a few hours once the reception ended. Our guests raved about the plated dinners, the flaming donut station, the late night pizzas catered by Ritz Charles, and the venue itself. 10/10 experience, celebration, and memories!

ned. We initially met with Megan Moore from Ritz Charles at a site we thought we'd love. While it was beautiful, it wasn't the aesthetic we were going for. When we mentioned we were looking for an "Enchanted Forest" vibe she immediately said we should look at Artisan Acres. WOW! Was she spot on with that suggestion. We fell in love with the venue as soon as we stepped onto the property! The owner, Krysty-An, is the sweetest and she and her husband, Charlie, obviously love and take pride in their property.  The European touches and the flower farm are breathtaking! Even the restrooms impressed our guests. The entire process from start to finish was fairly easy, thanks to Megan. I applaud her for her responsiveness and her ability to be patient and professional with us (and my mother) despite our countless email requests and questions. The food tasting night was amazing, too. We were offered a number of dishes to try, each of which was delicious (kudos to head chef Scott Deck). All of our guests enjoyed their meals and one even said the chicken was the best he ever had. I was actually tempted to order the vegetarian option for our wedding meal because it was so good but the filet of beef was a solid choice. We also recommend the flaming donut station for a fun late night add-on. Our event manager, Joey, deserves a shout out as well because we threw him a day-of curveball that he handled with ease. He was fantastic as our on-site go-to guy. In a nutshell, we whole-heartedly recommend Megan Moore, Ritz Charles, and definitely the magical Artisan Acres venue!

husband and I got married in August and had our ceremony in the Ritz Chapel and reception in the Garden Pavilion. We hosted a black and white formal event with an emphasis on elegance, timelessness, and sophistication. From the very beginning, the Ritz Charles team understood our vision and helped bring it to life in the most special way. The end result was a wedding that felt chic, classic, and truly unforgettable. It was everything we dreamed of and more!! What set the Ritz Charles apart was their professionalism, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm. Their team was just the right amount of involved - incredibly supportive and helpful through the decision making process, always quick to respond and full of expert guidance, yet never overbearing. Their experience and grace made planning feel more stress free than I ever imagined wedding planning could be! A very special shoutout to Elizabeth Bielski, our event specialist, who was a complete dream to work with. She is everything you’d hope for and more — passionate, organized, thoughtful, energetic, and just an all around amazing human. She instantly made us feel at ease in the planning process which can feel daunting initially, and understood and supported us the whole way through. She made the planning process feel joyful, exciting, and anxiety free! On the day itself, our day of coordinators, Lexy and Lauren, ran everything FLAWLESSLY! They handled every detail behind the scenes so my husband and I could just relax and soak it all in. The peace of mind they gave us was absolutely priceless and something we will be forever grateful for. Our ceremony director, Tristen, was phenomenal, and our ceremony attendants, Amy and Sophie, were equally wonderful. At both our rehearsal and ceremony itself, they were attentive, kind, and so helpful. Let’s talk about the food, beverage and service. All I have to say is WOW. Our guests are still raving about how delicious dinner was and how outstanding the bar staff and servers were. Every part of the experience felt elevated, elegant, and deeply cared for. The two head table servers truly made the nights of my husband and I and our entire wedding party. They were SO on top of making sure our table had everything we needed at all times. There was not a moment my wine glass was not full, and they even made sure to box me up a box of late night snacks while I was on the dancefloor to ensure I got to enjoy them afterwards (I did not leave the dancefloor the entire night, so this was MAJOR!). From other vendor recommendations (like florals, DJ, photography) to flawless execution, the Ritz Charles team went above and beyond every step of the way. We will be forever grateful for their hard work and the heart they put into everything they do. They truly are the reason that our wedding was more amazing than we even dreamed possible. Obviously, we cannot recommend the Ritz enough. I wish we could relive our day there over and over! THANK YOU RITZ STAFF!

sten, Kayla, and Taylor) made everything go so smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better crew. It was a beautiful day (but hot) and a beautiful venue. All the guests raved about the beautiful outdoor setting and the food. The food was amazing! It came out hot, and not lukewarm. I highly suggest the beef short ribs, and the pork chop. One thing that I would suggest for future weddings, is to keep the pavilion doors locked during family photos, so that guests are not wandering in. It would also be helpful to have a sign on the door to let them know why they can’t come in yet (please remain outside while family photos are being taken) and what time the doors will open. Other than that, everything was fabulous! I highly recommend The Bluffs and the Ritz Charles.

quality. Everyone raved about the food, drinks, and just how beautiful it looked inside. The floor-to-ceiling French doors leading out to the courtyard sold it for us! Our wedding event planner made it perfect for us, and she answered our emails quickly! Our day-of event coordinators were amazing and kept our day moving perfectly. We will forever look back on the Ritz with the most thankful of hearts for giving us the best day of our lives!

The food all came out at once and was delicious. People raved about our wedding for several weeks after the event. Every single detail was well thought out and executed. Definitely get your wedding cake through the Ritz. It was better than any bakery we tried and they nailed the decoration on it. People were obsessed about the cake. Absolutely wonderful all around. Would use again!

of Event Manager and Hannah was our Ceremony Attendant. From start to finish, the entire Ritz Charles team including those listed above were AMAZING! I am a professional Event Manager, so planning events is my life. Finding event professionals who match my expectations/level of attention to detail was of top priority to my husband and I during the wedding planning process. Being an out-of-state couple, working around a military deployment and planning our wedding for a holiday weekend and Indy 500 weekend (Race Day specifically) was complicated enough but the Ritz Charles team made it flawless. From the beginning I knew the Ritz Charles team was different. The level of attention to detail, the timely communication, the kindness and patience: top-notch, first-class! We would recommend this company over and over again. Specifically with a huge shoutout to Emily! We appreciated Emily working with us from answering my NUMEROUS emails and phone calls with questions, to finding us the perfect date, to ensuring we could attend the tasting event, the high level of attention during the details meeting and thoroughness of her event orders. She is amazing! The venue itself is beautiful, the food quality was fantastic! Several of our guests commented on how well run the event went and how fantastic our food was! We did two tray passed apps (Duck Empanadas and Short Rib Crostini), plated dinner (Short Rib and Balsamic Chicken), Flaming Donut Station and Late Night Snack (mozzarella sticks, potato skins and soft pretzels). All of it was delicious! I wish we could live our wedding day all over again; we wouldn’t change a thing!! Magical from beginning to end! Thank you Ritz Charles Team! Side note: we hired an amazing artist (Creative in Bloom) to paint custom watercolor of the venue for our wedding invitations. The day of our wedding, the sunset made the sky look EXACTLY like the invitations (photos attached). Just absolutely dreamy! Book your wedding here, you won’t regret it!

zabeth Henning (Artsgarden) to figure out details. She was incredibly helpful throughout every step and was always quick to respond to all of our emails! On our wedding day, everything was perfect!!! The food was incredible, the staff was incredible, and our space setup was incredible. I cannot recommend the Artsgarden, Ritz Charles, and Elizabeth enough!! They truly made our day amazing and so incredibly stress free. If we could do it all over again, we would choose the Ritz Charles every single time!!

ambiance, and quality of the Chapel and Garden Pavillion are top-notch. So glad we went with the flaming donut station as our dessert - our guests LOVED it.

nue offers the BEST VALUE! We envisioned a modern minimalist theme for our wedding, and this venue was PERFECT FIT! Their wedding package offerings were comprehensive and made our wedding planning easy and stress-free. We did not have to worry about renting and setting up tables and chairs, and many other little things, which was great! The venue itself (ballroom) is stunning and classy even with just the bare minimums. We had simple centerpieces (floating candles with table numbers), so it literally took us less than an hour to decorate the whole space for the reception! In addition to the beautiful venue, the FOOD is amazing! I have been to many corporate and social events, and Ritz is by far my favorite caterer! Also, we received many compliments about the food from our guests. Above all, Ritz has the best event specialist! I am very grateful to Maddie and her team. Maddie has remarkable attention to detail and was very professional, patient and kind throughout the entire process – from tours, details meeting until the big day. She has been very communicative and responsive to all my inquiries and concerns. We really appreciate her service and all the help extended to make our dream wedding into reality! The wedding tasting was also an experience to remember! We were spoiled with great food and superb service by the staff. The flaming donuts was a unique experience! To anyone who is looking for a wedding venue and caterer, I suggest you inquire about Ritz Charles! You will have no regrets! Yes, it is RITZY, but in terms of FOOD AND SERVICE and how it made us and all our guests FEEL! I must say, it was one of the BEST DECISIONS we made during our wedding planning! Kudos to Maddie and the rest of the team for the outstanding food and service!

arden Pavilion. They were so easy to work with and made the planning process much less complicated by having food, drinks, and tableware rentals all part of the deal. Emily was my contact person, she is so kind and helpful and really made my vision come to life! Day of contacts were all great and super helpful too. I didn’t hire a wedding planner, so having them there to keep things running smoothly was ideal. Seriously could not have found a better venue and had the best wedding day thanks to the Ritz Charles!!

give our appreciation to Maddie Lierman who was the point of contact for any and all questions that we (really “I”) had, and I always had many lol. Maddie was always so gracious and extremely quick with her responses. She even went as far as to provide recommendations for rehearsal dinner locations! The food tasting at RC was great, too great actually, as me and my fiancé had an extremely hard time narrowing down our wedding day menu. Our wedding went very smoothly, thanks to Michelle’s help and efficiency with coordinating our ceremony and Becca helping with any and all reception logistics (also Becca was incredibly sweet and made me feel like such a beautiful bride!). Our guests also raved about how phenomenal the service was the entire night. I would highly recommend this venue to any and all couples looking for the perfect wedding and reception venue!
