If you are looking for a wedding photographer in Maui you will not regret choosing Richard Marks! From the very beginning Richard was fantastic. My husband and I planned our Maui ...
wedding from North Carolina and we reached out to a few photographers through email to see if they were available to shoot our wedding. Some never responded, some responded through email but Richard was the only one who called me to talk about our options. From that moment I knew we had found our photographer and he did not disappoint. Richard made every step of the process easy and fun. He is professional, accommodating, extremely talented and wonderful to work with. His passion for photography is so evident and it shows in his work. I really can't say enough good things about Richard. Only our parents attended our wedding so it was so important to us to have beautiful pictures to share with our family and friends and we couldn't be happier with the results.
Richard had a lot of talent as apparent on his website, but some of his photos were edgy for my conservative tastes. We received our photos electronically 2 days after our wedding...
along with a slideshow video. I couldn't believe how perfectly he nailed it. Great pics, wonderfully captured and touched up. We were so happy with what we received - the hard part was narrowing down which would fit on our announcement! Frankly, one of the pictures was so good, I would have paid the same price for it alone. He managed to capture some very important moments while reading our personalities and assembling a perfect combination of images. I am very pleased.
After looking at photos from a number of different wedding photographers on Maui, I decided to go with Richard Marks. I am so glad I did. He was so kind, patient and easy to work...
with. I love the less formal, fun shots and he is amazing at capturing those moments. He doesn't miss a thing but never feels obtrusive. He really knows what works! He also had some of the best prices for "all day" photography. Richard is amazing and I would recommend him to anyone.
I am not a person who enjoys having their picture taken, however I wanted documentation of our special day. Richard made me feel so comfortable that I forgot he was there most of ...
the time. He also sent us a slide show with his favorite videos while we were waiting for the pictures to arrive. They turned out magnificent and the sunset/ ocean shots were breathtaking! Extremely worth it!
