Brandon and the team were so communicative and made all of my wedding dreams come true. Truly was amazing and no one wanted to get off the dance floor just like i hoped !
If you want your guests to have the time of their life at your wedding, and you want them asking where you found your DJ because of how awesome he was, call Jeff at Rhythmix and bo...
ok him before you read another review. Jeff made our wedding day the best day of our lives and you can trust when you book him you are in for the same experience. I can't stress it enough, if you knew how much of a blast he is going to make your wedding you would have already booked him, lock him in and check an item off your list.
We hired Dj Rivas for our wedding and he absolutely killed it. From the ceremony music to the very last song and everything in between. Our guests were out of their seats dancing t...
he entire wedding! I would highly recommend RhythMix for your event they were professional and extremely organized/easy to work with.
When planning our wedding, one of the things we knew we absolutely couldn’t compromise on was the DJ. We wanted someone who could keep the energy high, keep the dance floor packed,...
and make the kind of memories people would be talking about long after the night ended. Having experienced RhythMix Entertainment at another wedding, we already knew they were great, so reaching out was an easy decision. What we didn’t expect was to find Rob Battista.
After learning more about Rob’s background and seeing that he had opened for some of the biggest names in EDM, including Tiësto, Calvin Harris, and David Guetta, we knew we found our guy. Our friends love EDM and we wanted a night filled with incredible music, nonstop dancing, and serious energy. Rob absolutely delivered!
We did have one concern going into the night though: finding the right balance between the heavy EDM set we wanted and making sure our older guests had plenty of music they could enjoy too. Rob reassured us that he could make it happen and he nailed it. What followed was, without exaggeration, the best wedding DJ set I have ever witnessed. And yes, I know it was my own wedding, but I promise I’m not just saying that because I was the groom. Rob brought the HEAT for hours. The transitions, the song selection, the energy, the timing, the live saxophone, the drummer… everything came together perfectly. The dance floor was packed all night and the atmosphere was exactly what we had dreamed of.
The live saxophone and drummer took everything to another level, creating an experience that felt more like an incredible live show than a typical wedding reception. Rob read the room perfectly, kept the momentum going, and somehow managed to give us the EDM-heavy night we wanted while still keeping everyone involved. There was never a dull moment.
Even now, people are still raving about the music and how incredible the reception was. That says everything. Your wedding day goes by in a flash, but the memories you create last forever, and the energy Rob and the entire Rhythmix team brought to our celebration made it that much more special.
If you’re looking for a DJ who will simply show up and play music, there are plenty of options. If you want someone who will transform your reception into an unforgettable experience, book Rob Battista and RhythMix Entertainment. We genuinely couldn’t be happier with our decision. Rob and his team played a huge part in making our wedding everything we wanted it to be, and we wouldn’t change a single thing.
Thank you, Rob and RhythMix, for giving us a night we’ll be talking about for the rest of our lives. Absolutely 10/10. We couldn’t recommend them more!

Rob took the time to get to know us and made everything feel personal. He kept the energy up all night and didn't miss a beat. If you're looking for someone who will make your event truly memorable, I couldn't recommend Rob more highly.

f excellence!!! The entire team crushed the entertainment from the start of the ceremony to the last song. Jonathan was excellent and extremely helpful from the very first meetings of planning. Throughout the planning phase he helped turn our vision to life for a perfect wedding night! He delivered spot on with the music choice. He knew exactly when to play each song and delivered on the vibes we were going for. Matthew knew how to really elevate the dance floor with the sax. We would highly recommend this add on. There wasn't a single person sitting the night of our wedding. Matthew was able to interact with everyone while playing into our music selection. The MC was so so great. He was able to really work the crowd and hype everyone up. We couldn't be any happier with all three of them. The whole team is easy to communicate with, and work with. They all know how to throw an EPIC party!!! I would also recommend adding on a CO2 cannon which was so much fun. The whole team goes above and beyond and out of their way to make sure we were taken care of that night.
We had an incredible experience working with RhythMix and their DJ/Event Host, Jonathan Rivas. Jonathan was recommended to us by the owner of RhythMix because of his experience at ...
our venue, and from our very first meeting, we knew he was the perfect fit.
A few weeks before the big day, we met with Jonathan virtually to review every aspect of our wedding. He was exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and took the time to tailor the planning process to our vision and preferences. His professionalism and preparation gave us complete confidence that everything would run smoothly.
On our wedding day, Jonathan exceeded all of our expectations. From the music during the ceremony and cocktail hour to our first dance, dinner, and beyond, every detail was executed flawlessly and exactly as we dreamt of. He checked in with us throughout the reception and seamlessly made adjustments as needed to accommodate us, our bridal party, and our guests. Not only is he incredibly professional, but he is also kind, personable, and did an amazing job keeping the energy high and the dance floor packed all night long.
We also chose to add a live saxophonist to perform alongside Jonathan during the reception, and it was one of the best decisions we made. Guests absolutely loved this unique touch! The saxophonist worked seamlessly with Jonathan to elevate the party atmosphere and even got all guests out onto the dance floor at one point, creating one of the most memorable moments of the night.
We could not recommend Jonathan and the RhythMix team more highly. If you're looking for a DJ who is organized, engaging, and truly invested in making your wedding unforgettable, Jonathan Rivas is the perfect choice!

d he executed everything flawlessly. He even added some fun mixes based off our unique preferences. He paired the music great with the incredible saxophonist and up-lighting! day of coordinator. He was sure to get our vision of how we wanted our day to play out, was the perfect DJ/MC/DM for a nerdy, Star Wars themed wedding, and kept pumping out songs that had our guests on the floor all night long!! So grateful for all the professionalism and work he put in to help us have the greatest time on our special day! 🥳🙌🏻
Jeff was nothing short of incredible—truly one of the best decisions we made for our entire celebration! We hired him after a friend's wedding where he DJ'd and were so blown away ...
we got his contact immediately! From the very beginning, his professionalism stood out. He was organized, communicative, and completely on top of every detail, which instantly took a huge amount of stress off our shoulders. We felt confident the entire time that the music and flow of the night were in expert hands.
When it came to energy and excitement, he absolutely DELIVERED. The dance floor was never empty—guests of all ages were up, dancing, laughing, and completely immersed in the moment. The DJ had an amazing instinct for reading the room and seamlessly mixing some of the best remixes we’ve ever heard. Every transition felt fresh and exciting, and the music just kept getting better as the night went on.
What really impressed us was how accommodating they were with requests. Whether it was a must-play song from us or a spontaneous guest request, everything was handled effortlessly and woven perfectly into the set. And the highlight of the night? The coordinated dance to BTS’s “Dynamite”—it was an absolute hit! Jeff helped bring that moment to life in such a fun, memorable way that had everyone cheering and joining in.
Overall, he didn’t just play music—he created an experience. If you’re looking for someone who will keep the energy high, the stress low, and the memories unforgettable, look no further. We couldn’t recommend them more highly!
They did an amazing Job! They had everyone dancing all night and were super nice to work with

Mix Entertainment.
We could genuinely go on and on about Rob's amazing talents and how FUN it was to work with him during the entire process. Music was a very big part of our wedding, so we were very intentional when picking a DJ for our special day. I met Rob and RhythMix at a Bridal Show in Philadelphia with one of my Maids of Honor, and we connected right away. He was very kind and super engaging, something we were looking for in our wedding DJ. We took his information, and after we left my sister immediately told me, "you need to have this guy at your wedding, I have a good feeling about him." How right she was!
Rob, Jeff, and the entire RhythMix team were amazing to work with. Rob was always quick to respond, super enthusiastic about our crazy ideas, and ready to take on challenges. We gave him general ideas of our music tastes, and he ran - no, he SOARED - with the ideas we gave him. He incorporated so many touches of us, from the pre-ceremony music, to the dinner music compiled of our loved ones' first dances, to the t-shirt toss and the perfectly-timed entrances, and even mixed in some ad libs that our bridal party recorded! Many people will agree that the musical entertainment can make or break a wedding, and based off of our dance floor being so packed all night it wasn't big enough to hold everyone and by everyone's constant praises to us about our DJ and reception, it's safe to say that Rob NAILED it!
If you're looking for a wedding or event DJ that is a professional hype man for you and your partner and can get your guests of all ages dancing all night long, Rob and RhythMix Entertainment are the way to go!
Jeff was absolutely incredible! We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ to bring our wedding night to life. From the very beginning, he was organized, attentive, and detail-oriented...
, even creating a seamless timeline for our reception that kept everything running perfectly. When it came time to hit the dance floor, Jeff knew exactly how to keep the energy high and the crowd dancing all night long. So many of our guests told us how amazing he was and how much fun they had! We wish we could relive that night again and again. Hopefully we’ll get to dance to his mixes at more weddings in the future! Thank you for making it an unforgettable night!!

e exceeded my very high expectations. Matthew our saxophonist was on the dance floor all night and was such a hit. I had so many of my guests tell me that that was the best DJ they’ve ever heard and I had some engaged friends reach out to Matthew for their future wedding. We also had a live violinist for our ceremony (romantic vibe) and cocktail hour (pop music / Bridgerton vibe) – it was a hit and she hit the nail on the head. We were so happy with this squad!!!

en looking at the pictures make the moments come back to life in our minds. Their work was nothing short of incredible work throughout the entire planning process, the attention to detail on the big day, and their quick thinking, made to every aspect of our day to be exactly as we wanted it. They beautifully accompanied our first dance and set the tone in the room before we even walked in the door, people told me they didn’t leave the dance floor all night and every time they tried they were pulled back in by another great song. Huge shout out to our violinist, he was there for every moment adding so much fun into every song, and to our drummer who made the live music aspect come to life while listening to our favorite songs! They cheered us on as we performed an impromptu musical number and led our family traditions with such great enthusiasm, even those who did not know what they were joined in and felt welcome. They made sure there was no down time, had everything ready to go from the ceremony, cocktail hour, and last moments of the night and worked with my very picky music taste. They even curated an entire playlist of rap songs done in classical music style for the waiting music prior to the ceremony and my husband could not have been happier. The team that Jeff brought with him, Lawrence and David were phenomenal, and we could not have imagined a different group of people, set up, or experience for our special day, it will be one to remember for the rest of our lives and we will be forever grateful!
Jeff understood the assignment!!! We have had so many guests come to us saying how great the DJ was! Our guests were on the dance floor all night long!

e throughout the months leading up to the wedding, so much so, our wedding coordinator was even impressed. The night ran so smoothly with Brandon taking the lead The night of the wedding was INCREDIBLE. Myself and my husband had a blast at our wedding because of the energy the music provided. There was not a single song that night that didn't bring people to the dance floor. We had multiple guests during the wedding asking how we found such an incredible DJ and most guests were telling us, the next day, how their feet hurt because there was too much dancing.
We had such an incredible experience working with Jeff and Rhythmix! From our very first conversation, Jeff’s enthusiasm and professionalism stood out. He was not only responsive, ...
but also genuinely invested in making sure our event reflected our vision.
Jeff brought a wealth of creative ideas to the table while also being careful to integrate our personal preferences. He went out of his way to meet with us multiple times before the event to review details, special requests, and timing, which gave us so much confidence that everything would go smoothly.
What really impressed us was how thoughtful he was in suggesting ways to make the evening feel unique and personal. From song choices to transitions to little touches we never would have thought of ourselves, Jeff tailored everything perfectly to us and our guests.
The result was a night that exceeded our expectations in every way. The dance floor was packed, the energy was amazing, and our guests are still talking about how much fun they had. We are so grateful to Jeff and Rhythmix for creating such a memorable experience, and we would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a DJ who is creative, attentive, and truly passionate about what he does.

y special song—from our walk-outs to our first dance—was timed and executed perfectly, and the energy never dropped all night.
One of the best surprises was when Jeff hooked us up with a complimentary sax player after a last-minute cancellation in his schedule—it added such a fun and unique vibe to the party. And if you’re on the fence about the CO2 cannon… DO IT. It was the perfect way to cap off the night. Our guests are still telling us it was the most fun wedding they’ve ever been to. Couldn’t recommend Jeff more!

bout the music and the musicians. We had a violinist and guitarist during our ceremony, a pianist during the cocktail hour, Jeff was our amazing DJ along with a saxophonist and drummer for the reception.
A few things stood out about the experience:
- Jeff did a really good job working with us to draw out our musical preferences and vibe and create a night that felt right, including some songs from our most secret personal playlists
- the team did a really good job at keeping the party moving, reading the energy room and filling intergenerational dancefloors
- we got so many comments about the live musicians who killed it
We were super impressed with the professionalism of the whole outfit. Cannot recommend enough!
We are so happy we chose RhythMix for our wedding! From the very beginning, Jonathan Rivas was our go-to. He came highly recommended by friends, and after our first call with him, ...
we knew we didn’t need to look any further. He was incredibly organized, helpful, and familiar with our venue, which made planning even easier. Both Jonathan and Jeff were so responsive, well-prepared, and kind to our families throughout the entire process.
On the day of, everything ran smoothly, and we had an absolute blast! The live saxophonist and percussionist were an amazing touch. Our guests are still reaching out asking for their info! We can’t thank Jonathan, Jeff, and the entire RhythMix team enough. We would recommend them again and again. So grateful to have had them be part of our day!!

pivoted from hip-hop, pop punk, and classics effortlessly. Transitions were smooth and energy was high. We even got a jazzy live saxophone assist for a Not Like Us remix to take us into the late night portion of the reception. 10/10 would recommend him & the Rhythmix team again and again.

ade such a great impression with percussionist and saxophonist that we hired all 3 through Rhythmix! Brandon is a very easygoing guy with a wide knowledge of different music and genres, and he knows how to read the room.
I filled out a form for him with song requests for certain things like the processional, recessional, intro songs, father and bride dance, mother and groom dance, cake cutting song, etc. I was filling out that form and changing songs up until the day before the wedding, which I’m sure was a headache for Brandon and his team BUT he stayed up-to-date with the changes I made and gave me everything I wanted!
Brandon and his second DJ started at our ceremony, providing the music and mic/speaker for our officiant. They gave my husband and the officiant mics to clip onto their jackets, and the sound quality was perfect. They played all the right songs at the right times and swiftly transitioned to cocktail hour to get the party started.
I gave him different Spotify playlists of songs I was thinking for the cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing and he understood the vibes and made it all happen. He knew to play the songs geared toward the older crowd earlier in the evening before they started to leave, and save the fun songs for the younger crowd who stayed late.
Brandon made the perfect amount of announcements - not too many to interrupt the dancing but enough to catch the attention of our guests when necessary. He said he would watch my husband and me to evaluate our reactions to the music and change it if we looked like we weren’t feeling it. During the father and bride dance, my dad and I were starting to get tired of it and Brandon picked up on our boredom and cut the song earlier than we originally planned.
Brandon is a genuinely good guy - easygoing, fun, professional, and extremely talented. The second DJ, percussionist, and saxophonist were just as amazing. You can’t go wrong with Rhythmix - especially with Brandon!

found anyone we loved and the quotes we were receiving were outrageous. A friend recommended RhythMix and we couldn't have chosen a better company. Jeff is amazing to work with. He's so friendly, helpful and responsive. His client-portal was so convenient, and we were able to upload/update our wedding playlists so easily. We added the 3 live musicians and they took our whole night to the next level. They absolutely killed it and kept the energy high all night. Jeff had us on stage at the DJ booth, our friend drunkenly performed & the drummer joined in, Dan & I crowd surfed at the end of the night. It was truly just the best night ever and Jeff & his team are a huge reason why. Our friends and family loved them and we are still constantly getting so many compliments about how great the music and MC were. 1000/10 recommend

Our grand entrance was on the balcony and I was worried the song would be almost over by the time we got downstairs but he perfectly timed it and added filler/hype so the song was at the perfect part when we got downstairs. The guests were LOVING it.

Additionally, the content they sent afterwards was amazing to relive the day and see the behind the scenes. A small detail that went a long way.

the time to look over our recommendations and our spotify accounts to find out what kind of music we liked and played basically the perfect combinations of songs all night. The ceremony music was absolutely flawless and from cocktail hour, to dinner, to the reception me and my husband kept looking at each other and saying "This is a great song!" All night we had guests coming up to us and complimenting the music and telling us how amazing our DJ was! Jeff kept people on the dance floor all night and really made it an incredible evening for us and our guests. We also booked the photo booth through them and that ALSO didn't disappoint! All our guests loved the photo booth attendant, he was an absolute blast! They really went above and beyond to customize graphics on the pictures and make the photo book a really fun experience.

s - we definitely did not want two hours of wedding “classics”, and Jeff and the team definitely delivered!
The planning process was very seamless, and Jeff was great at communicating everything leading up to the day. We appreciated Jeff wanting to get a good sense of who would be attending, background on us and our story, and the kind of music we listen to on a daily basis.
We decided to go with a live saxophonist, percussionist and guitarist, who were all AMAZING!! We were on the fence about some of the enhancements, but we decided to go with with the uplighting, floor lighting, floor sparklers, and some draping - we couldn’t have been happier with how much of a difference these made. Absolutely worth every penny.
The dance floor was totally full for two straight hours - everybody came up and told us how amazing our entertainment was. Jeff was a total pro - sticking with a lot of what we had talked about to capture the kind of music that was uniquely “us” but also doing a great job of reading the floor and keeping the vibes going all night.
Cannot recommend Jeff and the team enough - they played a huge part in making our special day so memorable!
Loved working with the Rythmix team! Brandon was amazing! Highly recommend
Amazing DJs/company! We just got married a couple of weeks ago at Union Trust in Philly and had a great experience with the RhythMix team. It's daunting picking a DJ, but from the ...
beginning, talking with Jeffrey and then DJ Jonathan Rivas, I knew I made the right choice. Jonathan was super organized and detailed and made the whole process simple and not overwhelming. And the music- wow is all I can say! Jonathan did a great job taking the song suggestions I gave and description of what I was looking for and did a great job live mixing. I know people always flatter you at your wedding, but people told me it was the best wedding DJ they've heard. The energy stayed high the whole time and had people dancing. I particularly recommend Jonathan if you're looking for someone that can play latin music and not just the cliched songs you'd get from other DJs.
Jeffrey did a great job emceeing too, which is more important than you realize. I also appreciate that we asked for a last minute photobooth and they quickly accommodated us and came up with a design for the border for the printed photos.
All in all, I couldn't have been happier and more satisfied with RhythMix as a company. While you can find cheaper companies, the quality and attention to detail you get with RhythMix is well worth it!
Thanks Jonathan and Jeffrey, you helped make our reception a huge success!
