We had a good experience with Reverend Lane. He's got a huge, fun personality and definitely made our ceremony engaging and really enjoyable for our guests. We had a bit of a compl...
icated ceremony with a few different portions. Between the rehearsal and ceremony, there were a few points we were worried Reverend Lane didn't have the order that we wanted or would leave something out, adding somewhat to our wedding day stress. In the end though, he nailed it and we had a great time.
I was disappointed, especially after reading the reviews. First thing that bothered me was when we met with him at a local coffee shop, we just sat down and had yet to start talkin...
g, he reprimanded my husband who had sent a quick text to an out of state wedding guest on the west coast he has been playing phone tag. He just sent a quick I will call you back. If in the middle of discussion he wouldn't have responded. The next was at our rehearsal when my 3 year old daughter was not really doing what she should, and I said well she will do what she will she is three. I wasn't real worried about it, I had a couple of back up plans in place. He then started lecturing me about 3 year olds, and how they will behave. Like I LITERALLY just said the same thing, he was going on about not to worry about it blah blah...I wasn't. Then at the actual ceremony, said 3 year old was even more of a wild card than imagined possible LOL, she was not having it. Wandering around us, I offered to hold her nope. Wouldn't go to anyone, but wasn't crying just doing her 3 year old thing. He covers the mic and says someone needs to get "that baby" out of here. I was in the moment and couldn't think and turned and said can someone get her? My mom asked her brother who was IN the wedding and he took her (he is 23) and she was screaming the whole time in the distance. Looking back I wish I would have just said, just get to the vows, " that baby" is OUR baby and she is fine. I felt like he just wanted to keep the focus on him. To top it off after the ceremony he signed our paperwork and we said thank you again, and he just got up and walked out and didn't even look back. No your welcome, no I wish you the best, just turned around and left. We had an amazing wedding and in no way did this ruin our day. Overall he just has a very robust and aggressive personality. Maybe some people like that in a Pastor, and he just wasn't our cup of tea, our guests felt the same. There are many more positive reviews so this might have just been a clashing of personalities, although we are both very easy going and I was in NO way a bridezilla or maybe he had something personal going on.
Ken was the first vendor I booked for my wedding and I am so happy to have found him. You can really feel the emotion and connection he makes with his couples and performs a weddin...
g ceremony that you will remember forever. All of my guests couldn’t believe how amazing he was and how personable he made our wedding. I truly enjoyed getting to know him over the course of our wedding journey and I know I will keep in touch with him going forward. I especially enjoyed his Marriage Toolkit Workshop he offers to really dive into what a successful marriage entails. Truly just a wonderful human being. You won’t go wrong with Ken!
Ken makes a commitment to celebrate you and do it in style for you, how you want it. He won't let your ceremony be boring. Ken has a great voice and can truly enthrall the audience...
. He's flexible and offers different styles if you're looking for religious traditional or more contemporary services. We had looked at a few different officiants but Ken's website and promotional teaser really got us interested in hiring him for our day. We did not regret having him as he is very easy to work with and really personable.
My then fiancé, now husband, and I were looking for someone that could not only cater to our needs, but also keep our guests engaged during our ceremony to make it one to remember....
I have been to weddings where the ceremony is a bit of a snooze only because the officiant is reading straight from a book with no personality. Ken's style is very involved and full of excitement. Many of my guests had thought he had known us for years. Thanks again Ken for helping make our day a great one!
Ken is absolutely amazing. He gets to know you as a couple and makes your day so special. He is truly gifted and this is his calling. He makes you feel as if he has known you fo...
r a lifetime. He puts you at ease and makes it memorable fun experience if that is what you want. He caters to what you need. I cannot say enough good things about this man. God truly put him where he is supposed to be. 100% recommend him to anyone.

to our ceremony. No one who attended could have guessed that we hadn’t known each other for years. You brought just the right amount of humor to the ceremony and encouraged our family to get involved, which was very important to us. We enjoyed every minute of our time together and really appreciate how special you made our day!
Ken was the perfect person to lead our ceremony. He is funny, intimate, interactive, and entertaining. He takes the time to get to know details about each couple so the ceremony is...
personalized, like he’s known you forever. He can make the ceremony whatever you want it to be, and even gave us ideas on things to add into our ceremony (like a unity ceremony). I can’t recommend him enough, he is absolutely fantastic.
Rev. Lane was perfect!
My husband and I had another officiant who backed out on us 30 days from the date. Rev. Lane agreed to perform our handfasting with only 1 month's notice, a...
nd he worked with us to create the perfect ceremony for US. My husband and I are not religious, and it was so nice to have an officiant who was willing to work with us on that.
On the day of the ceremony, my husband had a bowtie crisis, but luckily, Rev. Lane had a tie that matched my dress PERFECTLY. He gave that to my husband and totally saved the day!
Thank you so much, Ken!
Reverend Ken officiated our wedding in August 2020. He was so kind, funny and animated! He made the nerves of our big day go away, kept us in the moment, incorporated our Christian...

o know us. Ken crushed it at our rehearsal practice. The ceremony day, he was just phenomenal!!!! We got so many compliments from our guests, that he is the best out there. My maid of honors mom even said she wanted him as her daughters officiant. People told us we must have known him for a long time, but we told people no we didn’t, he is just that good. It really was like he got us and the ceremony felt so perfect, sentimental but with some laughter too. It was perfect!!!! Ken put so much thought into our ceremony. We love Ken and so did all our guests! Ken is a slam dunk, highly recommend you book him.

e a tough day as we had lost my mother-in-law 8 months prior to the wedding. Everyone had amazing comments about the ceremony and asked us had Ken known us for years! I would absolutely recommend him for anyone in need!!

know my husband and I. So many people have come to us during and after our wedding to say how amazing he was. He spoke well. He was funny, and he personalized it to our fitting. I was having a panic during the ceremony because my vail was blowing in my face but he made me feel so much better and calmed me right down. I recommend Ken 100%

d questions or were nervous about anything. We only met with him for a few hours (at a first meeting, and again at the rehearsal) before the big day, and boy did he PUT ON A SHOW!!! Ken spoke from the heart and made our wedding one to remember -- in fact, we had multiple guests ask how long we had known him, because it seemed like he had known us all our lives based on his officiating.
At no time did I feel unsure about Ken. He was polite, respectful, and charming with all of the party members, which made for an easy time. And once everything was done, he signed our papers and sent them in (quick service too!). 10/10 would hire Ken again!
I honestly do not know how else to put this, but your special day will be special with Rev. Ken! If my wife and I were to get married every year, we would choose Rev. Ken!
Ken was absolutely phenomenal and a perfect for our October wedding. After the wedding was over, all my guests wanted to know where we found such a fabulous officiate! He knew exac...
tly how to hold the attention of a crowd, however, he also knew when and how to speak to just us as a couple. We are so happy. Thank you so much Ken!

magined and truly the officiant we were MEANT to have! After meeting him for a coffee, he was able to customize a ceremony for us that was beyond our expectations that fit us perfectly. All of our guests raved about him and he even got some shout-outs in our guestbook! He had us laughing and crying and many guests thought he knew us beforehand because of how personal he was able to make the ceremony. Endless thanks to you Ken!! We will cherish your words forever. -K&J

eet. Of course, he also took the time to ask us how we wished to conduct the ceremony and even gave us new ideas such as having a wine box. The ceremony was excellent in which Ken spoke about the value of marriage and love, and Ken even took a few moments to talk to Tiffany and I directly. I would highly recommend Ken Lane to any couple out there wishing to tie the knot. Tiffany and I look forward to opening our wine box on our 5 year wedding anniversary and sharing the wine with our friends and close relatives.
Ken Lane is awesome! He made our wedding perfect. Every guest in attendance loved him. He even made the rehearsal fun!

If I had to sum up Ken in one word, that word would be FANTASTIC. We met Ken at a Starbucks to go over what my wife and I wanted in our ceremony and Ken completely delivered that ...
and more. It's truly difficult to capture the amount of special that he brought to our wedding experience in a review. Let me put it this way: if you're planning your wedding, and you pass on this guy, you're not off to a great start.

Ken Lane is fantastic! Highly highly recommend him!
I loved having Ken do wedding. He was definitely the best choice. We talked to a few different people. Ken gave us the best feeling. It was perfect in every aspect.
Ken was fantastic. Our wedding was beautiful but Ken made the ceremony extremely special and very personal. I recommend him to every one I know.

n ELITE day with how smooth and perfect the entire weddding celebration went from start to finish! My wife is from the Philippines and we included a veil, cord, and coin tradition and Ken made it seem like he had done it a thousand times. If you have anything unique such as this you want incorporated into your wedding day, Ken is the man to make it happen above and beyond the standard! He is extremely professional and at the same time, with our input, he kept it light, fun, and entertaining for us and the guests while at the same time preserving this as “our moment”!!! The overall experience was just simply PHENOMENAL!!! We would recommend Rev Ken Lane to anyone looking to make their special day that much more memorable!

needs. When the ceremony finished almost every person I spoke to asked me where we found such a guy. He made us feel so comfortable, made the whole process so much fun, and truly made our Beach ceremony a special one. He fulfilled all of our requests above and beyond. Rev. Ken was an amazing addition to our wedding day. All of our guests loved his words of wisdom and his use of guest participation for call-out blessings. Prior to the wedding day...
, Rev. Ken was available via email and phone. My husband and I enjoyed the Marriage Toolkit Workshop. It was a great evening to get to know ourselves as a couple and our soon to be officiant. We still use the tips and discussion points today. He was flexible, detail-oriented, and professional. Rev. Ken understood that we wanted a non-denominational but spiritual ceremony and he executed our wishes perfectly. We were so fortunate to have Reverend Ken Lane as our officiant for the big day! I gladly recommend his lovely services to everyone!
Ken Lane was amazing! From the first time I spoke to him, I knew I wanted him to officiate our ceremony. He worked around our schedules for meetings. He called and emailed us ba...
ck within hours. He made time to be at our rehearsal dinner and helped us run everything! He even gave us the idea for our wine box tradition!
When it came to the ceremony, he never told us how it should be; he asked us how we wanted it. And he gave us exactly what we wanted. His words made us laugh and cry at the same time. He not only made our families a part of the ceremony, but he brought in the entire crowd. Everyone felt special. We had so many compliments. Everyone wanted to know his name and info so they could book him for their ceremonies also. If you want your wedding ceremony to be the most amazing, memorable, heart felt day of your life, then you need to talk to Ken Lane!!
Reverend Ken Lane is amazing at what he does !!! We asked Ken to officiate my daughter and her fiancé's wedding. The ceremony is the most important part of the wedding and Ken...
made it so special and rememberable. My only regret is that we did not get a video of it.
Ken talked with the Groom and Bride a few days before the wedding. From this he came up with a ceremony so personalized everyone thought Ken knew them all of their lives. All the important parts of a wedding ceremony were addressed i.e., religion, wisdom, the important of marriage, it's commitment and accountability. The family and guest participated in the ceremony. Laughs and tears of happiness from not only the bride and groom but from many of the guest too.
Everyone complemented us on Ken and the ceremony.
Thank You Ken for adding so
much fun and meaning to my daughter and Son In Law's special day.
Ken was amazing!! Not only did he provide spectacular service the day of the wedding for the ceremony he also helped remind us at the rehearsal dinner to breathe and be in this bea...
utiful moment. Many of our guests complimented the service and asked "How many years have you known Ken?" Ken was recommended to us and we HIGHLY recommend him to anyone planning a wedding. Thanks for making our service amazing and memorable!
Booking Ken Lane was one of the best decisions we made throughout this wedding process.. I talked with a few people before meeting with Ken and when we met with him, we knew he was...
absolutely perfect for us. Ken took the time to get to know us and incorporated that into our ceremony, people complimented everything about our wedding but the thing we heard the most was how incredible the service was! We asked Ken for a light and easy ceremony, not very religious and he delivered far and above.. everyone in the crowd laughed, cried and felt the love. I highly recommend Ken to anyone looking for a great officiant who is entertaining, but not too much and puts his clients needs and wishes first over everything.
Ken is AMAZING! We chose him over a year and a half ago for our 1/7/17 wedding. Well, needless to say on our original wedding date we got over a foot of snow, our venue closed due ...
to the weather and we HAD to get married 1 day early with 4 hours notice. Ken was able to accommodate us without any hesitations. He is the MAN! Thank you for being there for us Ken!

Rev. Ken Lane was exactly what we were looking for and more. My husband and I were beyond pleased with our ceremony. Ken made sure to incorporate our wishes and provided a fun and ...
intimate ceremony. He provided so much energy but at the same time could be serious and bring us to tears. I think the best part was that our guests were SO complimentary and loved our ceremony and some even thought we had known Rev. Ken for years. He truly cares about each and every ceremony and wants to get to know each couple and provides a ceremony like none other.. smiles, tears, laughter, love all wrapped up into one. He is the reason our wedding will be unforgettable. We are still getting compliments about our ceremony from family and friends. Make no mistake, we highly recommend Rev. Ken!
Ken was wonderful. Our wedding was intimate and he truely made the ceremony about us. He acted like he knew us our entire lives. He made sure we felt special. If I was getting marr...
ied again I would use him, however I do not plan on getting married again. I recommend him to any bride/couple to be.

ers to your needs in making the ceremony exactly the way you want it, and is very responsive to emails/phone calls when you have questions. He traveled extra far to do our wedding (he was fairly more expensive than most officiants due to the travel costs), but we were so appreciative he traveled so far for our big day and he did such an amazing job. He involves your guests, makes them laugh, but also gives everyone some important things to think about. A perfect blend of making the ceremony a little fun, but also keeping it special. Definitely recommend him to everyone!
I don't even know where to start with how absolutely amazing Rev. Ken Lane is! Wow! From our initial meeting we knew we had picked the right guy! He's this wonderful mix of down-to...
-earth and a huge ball of energy. He took the time to get to know us and made sure our ceremony would reflect our personalities and beliefs. During the last few weeks of wedding planning, things got a little hectic and I just wanted it to all be over and done with, but his enthusiasm is contagious! He revitalized this stressed bride and I was excited again!
We wanted a fun, lighthearted ceremony, and he certainly delivered. I love that he included all of our parents and our guests in the ceremony. He used just the right amount of the mushy love stuff with just the right amount of humor. It was perfect! We've received so many compliments from our guests about Rev. Ken Lane! I'd even say we had more compliments about him than we did the food...and the food was pretty amazing! Seriously though, I can't say enough good things about this guy! He was just absolutely wonderful and he set the perfect tone for the rest of our evening.
I found Rev. Ken Lane online and he had great reviews. We had some unexpected weather on our big day, but Ken made our ceremony just perfect even though it had to be held indoors ...
instead of on the beach. He had brought on the tears and the laughter throughout the ceremony. Overall, we are so please with our decision to have him as our officiant!

LOT about who married us. We are so glad to have found Rev. Ken Lane. He helped guide us through the process, we attended his helpful workshop, and he made our ceremony exciting and meaningful to us and our guests. I will definitely recommend him to friends planning their weddings in the future.
We looked through multiple officiants, and we couldn't seem to find the "right" one. We had a short meeting with Ken, and we knew he was our guy. He was very down to earth and open...
to many different ceremony types. He even gave us a idea for a unity ceremony that work around our venues rules(they didn't allow flames). We couldn't have asked for a better officiant, he has my highest recommendation.
Rev. Lane was very kind and very easy to work with. We renewed our vows for our 30th wedding anniversary and his words were beautiful and meaningful.
