Rev. Judith officiated our wedding on 11/16/25 at the Stone Mill Inn, and I truly don’t know how to put into words how grateful we are that she was the one who married us.
In the ...
weeks leading up to the wedding — and even the day before — I was dealing with fainting episodes, overwhelm, and a lot of emotional weight from the stress of planning. At our rehearsal, I actually fainted. It was embarrassing and scary, and I was terrified it would happen again during the ceremony.
Judith handled EVERYTHING with so much grace, calm, and kindness. She didn’t make me feel embarrassed, dramatic, or “too much.” She simply grounded the room, reassured me, and helped guide everyone through the rehearsal in a way that made me feel safe, supported, and stable again. That alone meant more to me than she’ll ever know.
On the wedding day, her presence was exactly what I needed — steady, warm, peaceful, and deeply intuitive.
The ceremony itself was absolutely beautiful. Judith delivered it with the kind of sincerity and intention you can’t fake. It felt personal and heartfelt, without feeling overly scripted. Spiritual, without being heavy. Emotional, without being overwhelming. It reflected us — authentically and beautifully.
So many of our guests told us how much they loved our officiant and how meaningful the ceremony felt. There was a quiet magic in the way she held the space around us — the tone of her voice, her pacing, her presence. She made the entire moment feel sacred and unforgettable.
One of my favorite parts of working with Judith was how genuinely invested she was in making this not just a ceremony, but a truly meaningful milestone in our story. She honored our relationship, our personalities, our journey, and the energy of the day. It felt like she was rooting for us the whole time.
If you’re looking for an officiant who is grounding, compassionate, intuitive, and capable of creating a ceremony that feels deeply personal and emotionally safe — especially for couples who carry anxiety, trauma, or just big feelings — Rev. Judith is the one.
She gave us a ceremony we will remember forever, and we are endlessly grateful.

g our marriage license in PA (we’re from Michigan!) Everything was simple from picking the package, to selecting our type of ceremony (religious or spiritual), and picking out our vows. She kept in contact with us throughout the whole process leading up to the ceremony, and even recommended some places to visit while we were in PA! :) she treated us like we were old friends, which took a lot of anxiety out of planning everything. She truly puts her heart and personal touch into her ceremonies. I highly recommend working with Rev. Judith, and I will tell EVERYONE that’s planning on eloping to contact her!

ecause of the reviews saying how professional she is and how much experience she has. A big part of that is how much prep work she puts in beforehand, planning all the details out in the weeks and months beforehand. On the big day, she came prepared for everything and put out fires before they even started – smoothest part of our wedding planning process was working with her. Reverend Judith also took the time to get to know us as a couple, so for anyone who is afraid of feeling like this is somehow less personal than a friend or family member – don’t be. She really listened to us and perfectly captured the essence of who we were during the ceremony. I loved every word, and I am still getting compliments on the ceremony Judith put together for us.
Please do yourselves a favor and book Reverend Judith. She made our day so special, memorable, and inherently “us”.
Rev. Judith L. Guasch was absolutely perfect. The ceremony was exactly what we were looking for, and she didn't need any excessive direction from us; she just knew exactly what we ...
wanted. I'm sure it is difficult to try and learn the dynamic of a couple in such a short time for a wedding ceremony, but she makes it seem easy. With only a couple phone calls I was sure I had nothing to worry about. Our wedding ceremony was a little unconventional, it was held aboard a moving train. This made for a bit of a bumpy ceremony, but she handled it very well. From personal touches in the ceremony reading, to surprising me with the color fabric I wanted for my handfasting ceremony, she went above and beyond. I highly recommend Rev. Judith L. Guasch for your ceremony.
If you are looking for someone who cares deeply about making your special day just that, special, this is it! She is nothing but helpful and kind and goes above and beyond to make ...

P. After some frantic researching for an officiant, we came across her page. We messaged her late on a Monday night, she'd emailed back that night and then we scheduled a call for the next afternoon. We got all the details figured out and got married on that Thursday! She was so friendly, kind, and professional. She really knew her stuff and even though we opted for about a 3 minute ceremony, it still felt so personal and loving. It would be worth renewing our vows someday just to have her again!

d us to choose everything we wanted. The entire evening everyone kept telling us how awesome the ceremony was and how they wish they would have had her at their own weddings. I will recommend her time and time again. She made our day so memorable and magical. We wouldn't have been able to have such a great day without Rev. Judith. I hope to see her again someday, and I hope I can get everyone I know to have her as an officiant!
Thank you again Rev. Judith!

he met with us in person, was always available via phone or email and worked with us to make our ceremony unique, and our own. Many, many people came up to us at our wedding or in the days following telling us it was the best, and most special ceremony they had ever been to. We wrote our own vows, we did a German log sawing ceremony, and we had important people speak and sing during our ceremony. It all went completely smoothly with the help of Rev. Judith L. Guasch! We would recommend her without hesitation.
Rev. Judith was such a blessing to us. She helped us plan and prepare for our wedding with her expert advice and knowledge of other local vendors such as cake bakers, hair salons, ...
music, etc. She made our ceremony personal, intimate and special. We will cherish the memories of our day forever and are so grateful to have had her share our day with us.

the roller coaster ride of planning a wedding. The stories she incorporated into our ceremony, and the quick witted actions of her when it was found out the vows hadn't been put in were awesome. If I ever had to do it all again I would easily choose her!
Thank you so much, Judith!
Sincerely,
Melanie Kelso

us on our day. Since we had planned to get married in an air balloon we had certain restrictions mainly the weather. It was just our luck that the weather wasn't working and it was too dangerous to go up. Rev. Judith worked with us for THREE days to make sure we got married. Chris and I FINALLY said "I Do." on September 1, 2014. She was amazing!! She was so dedicated to helping us, that we were completely blown away. She has a great personality and sense of humor, Rev. Judith was exactly what we wanted :)

rough the entire process and gave us alot of helpful documents for after the "I do". It was funny to find out that I knew Judith as a child and it was really nice to have her officiate our ceremony. She completely personalizes the ceremony and changes things around to suit the bride and groom's personalities. I received many compliments on how beautiful our ceremony was and the personal touches Judith placed on the ceremony were fabulous. Our friends and family felt included in the ceremony and it made for a very intimate occasion. I would and will recommend Rev. Judith to my friends who are getting married around the area.

traveled from Florida to Pennsylvania for our wedding. They left shortly after the ceremony to start heading back home, and several hours later, we realized that we had forgotten to have him sign our marriage license! We contacted Rev. Judith who fortunately was able to come out and marry us on the spot...again! It was pretty late at night, and she was there within 15 minutes. She is amazing, and I would recommend her to anyone. I cannot thank her enough for what she did for us on our wedding day!

believe how many people complimented us on the ceremony, many said they enjoyed it more than any they'd ever attended. I whole-heartedly suggest to anyone looking for an officiant to contact Reverend Judith!
First off I must say, I am more then blown away by this woman. She went far beyond any needs I expected her to take care of. My husband and I married back March 20th, 2013. Judith ...
is now considered a friend. She is a true soul and will walk with anyone through the entire time you are planning. She has a special place in my heart in-particular because she was there when I picked out my dress, a rare occurrence because her beautiful daughter was going to be married as well. My mother passed, and she was there for me too. It meant the world to me. As well we had a loss right before the wedding and she gave me guidance I needed to live the life worth living. I could never thank her enough. As far as the ceremony, it was even better then what she described. Although she described and worked with me constantly, it was more beautiful then I could explain. I even got nervous laughing during the ceremony and she pulled me back so I wouldn't kill it, and did it smoothly. Her husband even took great pictures too!!! The package we got had ever word spoken so we often go through it to remember our beautifully amazing day! The Celtic ceremony she provided was eloquently delivered and I felt amazing. I wish that I had the words to really describe it. She remembered things I would never have thought of as well, she organized things I didn't think of before the ceremony and kept me calm to the point and even put things in perspective. Through it all, I am very satisfied and so very happy I happened to stumble upon her. If you want something beautiful, amazing and deserving, Rev. Judith L. Guasch is who you do want. Please don't think you will get your moneys worth from anyone else. She honestly, should charge more. So her prices are more then reasonable. Thank you Judith and all you have given me because memories cannot change and I can look back and smile. On an extra note: She understood every individual circumstance and I had to change things because of the weather, extra guests and such and she worked with me as if it was no problem. Her positive nature gives peace.

rporated. But we were very nebulous about how to do so.
My then-fiancé looked up online and found Rev.Guasch's information and the reviews looked good. We talked to her on the phone, and she seemed to understand what we want. So, we decided to book her, and we never regretted!
She e-mailed us an very detailed wedding ideas booklet. Then, she sent us a detailed questionnaire that both of us had to fill in on our own. A few days after sending her the questionnaire, we chatted with her on Skype and finalized our plans. She was open to our ideas (even if they were not a part of her ceremony booklet), and could blend them into the ceremony beautifully. Given that Rev.Guasch was based near Gettysburg and we lived in State College, PA, we didn't get to meet her before the wedding. But that did not hurt much.
At the end of it, all our guests commented how "like us" the ceremony was. Friends still comment on how they got to witness a blend of Jewish-Christian-Hindu-American-Indian wedding like they have never seen before. We think that is what is important at the end of the day. And we can honestly say that we couldn't have done it without Rev.Guasch.
Finally, she took care of all the legalities involved and guided us wherever necessary - which ultimately is the most important part of the ceremony.
We can go on forever singing praises for her. But we'll just end by saying that we highly recommend Rev.Judith L. Guasch. She is awesome!
A quick summary, Rev.Guasch is versatile and accomodating.
OH! And the pen she uses for us to sign a certificate is super-cute!

stic job. She was so warm and friendly, which was exactly what we were looking for. She took the time to really get to know my husband and me as individuals and as a couple, and her ceremony was catered specifically to our relationship. She also provided us with tons of ways we could customize our ceremony. Besides the usual wedding day jitters, I was nervous because she had not been able to make it to the rehearsal the day before (which she had told us months ahead of time). However, she just made us feel so comfortable that I was immediately able to relax and enjoy her beautiful ceremony. We got tons of complements from guests, but it wasn't until we received our wedding photos that we were able really see the joy and sentiment in ourselves and our guests. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a personalized wedding ceremony!
We had a guest comment to us about Judith that sums up what she does. She said "That was the only wedding that I have ever been to where the words during the ceremony actually made...
sense for the people getting married." Judith does not like to do just the standard items during her ceremonies. The entire process was personalized for us. Judith has a template created with numerous selections and readings that the bride and groom select for the ceremony, but she is also open to suggestions for other items. While Judith is a religious person, she is open to ceremonies for different religions or to ceremonies that don't have a religious theme. Before meeting with Judith, she had us fill out a questionnaire separately. This questionnaire had questions regarding how we met, when we met, your partner's strengths and weaknesses, etc. She then incorporated some of these answers into our ceremony, which made it incredibly personal. Judith also provides a decorative book of exactly what was said in the ceremony as a keepsake. We would recommend Judith to everyone who is looking for a personalized wedding. She made our ceremony one that we will never forget. Thank you Judith, Brooke and David Little

ered any questions in a timely manner (even Skyped) and was very helpful in guiding us through the process. She filed all necessary paperwork and we received our certified license just a few days ago. We would defiantly recommend Judith to anyone who wants a personal and memorable service. Thank you Judith!!
I can not say more wonderful things about Rev. Judith! She is a fantastic officiant for any wedding!
We booked her only 2 months before our wedding and luckily for us we were...
getting on Friday the 13th and she was still available. Because of the distance and the tight schedule we had, we could only fit in a skype session with her and she had us fill out a questionaire about our relationship prior to the wedding. (She usually does a couple meetings with you.) But even with just that bit of information, her ceremony was extremly personal and meaningful. She was able to zero in on very important parts of our relationship and highlight them in the ceremony. Her ceremony also made every one of our guests feel as if they were a special part of the event - this is something I specifically wanted.
I had several comments from friends and family saying how excellent she was! One of my friends said it was the best ceremony she has ever been to and I agree! She made us feel comfortable (even when I started getting emotional), and reminded me to enjoy the moment.
But it was not just the ceremony. She came to our rehearsal and it was the most efficient and enjoyable rehearsal I have ever been a part of.
I highly recommend her for your wedding day. She was fantastic and made the ceremony the best part of our day!
I was nervous about hiring a Reverend, as my husband and I are both atheists, but Rev. Judith is amazingly respectful of the beliefs of others and she will do any kind of ceremony ...
you like. She did not mention God, blessings, etc, in our ceremony at all. In fact, she completely personalized it based on the things we told her about our life and our relationship. The ceremony was wonderful, and had several unique touches such as the handfasting ceremony where we "tied the knot" and a ring warming ceremony. She also included a nice keepsake ceremony booklet that contained all her script for the ceremony, which is really nice to have. She accomodated any change or alteration from her typical routine that we requested. We were definitely happy with all that Reverend Judith did for us!
Reverend Judith is awesome! She was a complete dream to work with.
Our wedding was outside on our family's farm. We weren’t able to rehearse on site for our wedding, due to to...
rnados that ran through most of western Maryland the day before our wedding. This left us (and the rest of the bridal party) somewhat uneasy about the ceremony positioning, etc. There also wasn't a "coordinator" or "planner" on site, but Rev. Judith worked with our DJ to make sure our ceremony ran perfectly. She made sure all of the party felt comfortable with the ceremony before we started. We wanted an unusual ceremony that would include a handfasting ceremony and would be based more on "divinity" than God. And we have Catholic relatives we didn't want to offend. She took all of this in stride and helped us design an absolutely gorgeous ceremony. We've had a least half of our guests tell us it was the most moving wedding ceremony they'd ever attended. And everyone told us how much they enjoyed Rev. Judith and the way she made everyone in attendance feel like they were part of our ceremony.
Rev. Judith is absolutely amazing. She answered every question we had right away whether via phone or email. We paid for our wedding ourselves and that meant we had a LOT of "DIY" projects. This meant it was often hard to meet our vendor’s deadlines for decisions, because we had so much on our plates and we both work at least 45hrs a week. Reverend Judith took this in stride. We didn't get our vows in until about a week before the wedding, and she never got frustrated or annoyed with us. Instead she was completely understanding. We were so busy with final preparations we forgot to get/decorate our broom for the broom jumping. I told the Rev. that we had an older one a friend was going to lend to us. She immediately took it upon herself to decorate our broom with flowers herself, just to make it a bit more special and beautiful. She went above and beyond in every way.
If you want an officiant who will give you the ceremony YOU'VE always dreamed off (even if it's a little different from the norm) you can't beat Rev. Judith.

Rev. Judith was wonderful! She made our ceremony very unique and personal to us. Before the wedding, she sent us a huge booklet of choices that helped us to make our ceremony very ...
different from most traditional ceremonies, and it was also everything we wanted. She did not make us include anything that we did not want, and explained the three legal parts that she needed to include for our wedding to be legal. Before our wedding, she met with us to go over our ceremony and to provide us with very helpful information/advice as we were about to enter our new life as husband and wife. She was also very prompt with completing our marriage licnese documentation. I would recommend Rev. Judith to any couple who wants a unique and memorable ceremony!

d Judith offered expert guidance, meaningful suggestions, and genuine care and concern for the success of our day. As a matter of fact, our venue changed after our contract was signed, and she made it absolutely no issue to change with us. I was absolutely impressed with her ability to integrate personalized touches into our ceremony that truly reflected my husband and I. We truly felt we had a friendship with her, and our guests raved about how fantastic the ceremony was! One of our concerns was ensuring my daughter was included as a part of our union, and Reverend Judith did that beautifully. We cannot say enough about our experience with Reverend Judith! She and her lovely husband Robert were an integral, not to mention highly revered, part of our perfect day!
