Atlantic City is one of our favorite places we frequent, so we decided to have our wedding there. We looked at so many places in Atlantic City and Resorts was our last place that we toured. I guess we did save the best for last. Our event was 4 days long and Nancy helped us accommodate our out of town guests with their stay at Resorts. From start to finish, they were phenomenal making us and our guests feel like VIPs. From the presentation to the end of our reception, everything was perfect. Having an entire floor to hold our ceremony in one room and our reception in another room made it the perfect place to have our wedding and made it easy for our guests to navigate. The staff from audio visual, to the floor staff to the bartender, they were all top notch. Anthony the banquet manager was on top of everything and made sure all went smoothly. Food and drinks were on point, so many of our guests raved about the food (which says a lot cause we have some guests that are usually critical along with guests that work in the banquet industry and all were impressed)! We love casinos so having the chance to hold our wedding at a casino and take photos all over the hotel as well as the casino was amazing. Last but not least, Nancy was truly amazing. I know my wife would not have been able to handle this wedding without her. Nancy not only was there every step of the way, but went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect and very stress free. She helped us in so many ways. She even got us a last minute reservation for our family dinner for a party of 18 the night before the wedding. In addition, her communication was very prompt as well as flexible, but yet made sure we stayed on track throughout the process Anyone that books at Resort will be lucky to have Nancy help them with their wedding or event. Nancy and Resorts made an everlasting impression in giving us our perfect wedding. Our guests continue to say how much fun they had and wish we could do it again. If we had to do this all over, we wouldn't do anything different. We wouldn't think twice about recommending Resorts to anyone for their wedding. Thank you so much Nancy and Resorts. You truly are special and definitely give One of A Kind Wedding.

The entire events planning team at Resorts went above and beyond, handling every detail with precision and creating stunning décor that exceeded our expectations. So many people contributed to our special day, and each one played a role in making it perfect. Our events coordinator, Nancy Masino, was phenomenal—she anticipated every detail we’d never have thought of, and her thoughtful, friendly approach made it feel like a close friend was planning our wedding. Nancy ensured the weekend was flawless, from a meet-and-greet reservations at the Five O’Clock Somewhere bar and a pre-rehearsal happy hour at Dougherty’s to keeping everything on schedule with a perfect sense of timing. Dawn took incredible care of us, making sure we stayed fed, hydrated, and comfortable—she even adjusted the temperature for our fur baby! She thought of everything, including packing us extra food for the next day, which will last us a week. When we returned to our bridal suite, Nancy had arranged chocolate-covered strawberries and bubbly, a sweet touch to end the night. They even managed to reserve a section at the Boo Bar Halloween pop-up for our afterparty, despite it being on prime Saturday night, 10/26, and we had a blast! Jose Acosta (event supervisor) and Anthony (events manager) worked tirelessly to keep each venue perfect. Jose even spotted a couple of different wedding crashers and smoothly moved them along, proving just how attentive the team was. This can't be easy when there are 120+ guests. The entire staff, from security to casino employees, went out of their way to make us feel special. Our wedding was entirely unique, with personal touches that made it feel genuinely ours. My fur baby, Chloe, was our flower girl, and even the head of security knew her name and those of her handlers, ensuring she was safe and sound! We held our ceremony in the Starlight Ballroom, cocktail hour in Atlantic, and reception in Ocean Ballroom, where we entered at sunset—a stunning backdrop that left guests raving about the beauty and elegance of the entire evening. And here’s the incredible part: this team pulled it all off in less than eight weeks! We saw an ad for Resorts Wedding on September 1, met with Jose on the holiday weekend, and were immediately impressed by the VIP treatment. By September 3, we’d met Nancy and signed the contract, and by October 26, we had the wedding of our dreams! Glam Squad: Resorts’ Spa did my makeup. Brandi was outstanding, and my makeup stayed flawless all day and night—she’s not only a talented artist but also uses high-quality products. Casino Staff: We had a blast with our “casino floor action” photos. Some guests joined in the fun and it was a unique experience for everyone. Food: phenomenal! From the mac-n-cheese bar at cocktail hour to the buffet’s cider-braised pork chops, prime rib, cauliflower steak, herb-crusted chicken, and branzino, every dish was exceptional. The pastry chef did a fantastic job with our cake—can’t wait to see the photos! They are really top chefs there!

venue had beautiful ocean front views for the ceremony. The ballrooms were beautiful and the draping and dramatic lighting really added a sophisticated ambiance. All the guests raved about the food and drinks. The hotel location was great and the Atlantic City boardwalk made for great pictures.

ationship felt like I was planning a big bash with longtime friends. Eva is the heart beat of the operation. She cares so deeply about her casino, staff, and our personal experience. Nancy, my Fairy Wedding Mother, is attentive and down to Earth. We couldn’t have done this without her. She always gave it to us straight and answered my myriad of questions with laughter and patience. Dawn is amazing! She was with me all night from the ceremony through reception as extra hands (bustled my dress, made sure I had food, drinks, and checked in on us). From the check in desk to the table dealers, every single staff member was excited and kind when I said hello. I felt like a celebrity all wedding weekend! Décor & Theme: Vegas glam. Everything was gold, white, glittery, and a little over the top. Our ceremony room (Horizon) was completely decked out with feathers, candles, and glitz. Our reception in The Ocean Ballroom transported us to Las Vegas. We had white linens, gold chargers, clouds on the ceiling, gold/purple/pink uplighting, a disco ball, and chandeliers. We let Reggie and his team take full control and they nailed it. True masters of their craft. Package Options: We chose a “hot date” to take advantage of the promotion since we were flexible about a weekend. Resorts was open to my ideas and paid major attention to detail and went out of their way to accommodate. We opted for a ceremony (Horizon) and décor package with reception in the Ocean Ball Room. Cocktail hour (Atlantic) with passed hours devours, taco bar and 5-hour premium open bar. We chose buffet dinner and everything was gluten free (no onions or peppers either!). People are still talking about the lamb lollipops! The food kept coming during the buffet, there was no line at the bar, and tables were constantly bussed. Around 100 people were in attendance, including a few kids. We hired a live band and DJ. We had plenty of options through the process from décor, menu, ceremony, dessert, drinks, and fun surprises for the guests. We stayed in the wedding suite from Thursday – Monday, which was huge. We had two bathrooms, a full-size fridge, couches, bar area, and dining room table. Plenty of room for hair, make up, bridal party, photographer, videographer and visitors. Final Thoughts: My husband and I were successfully married in April 2024 and we would do this all over again at Resorts. We are so thankful for Eva, Nancy and their team. They are everything you don’t know you are looking for.
