Renee Landry Events

gn was evident immediately upon our first call. She is fun and engaging and every meeting with her is like chatting with your bestie about the most fabulous party ever thrown. Even though working with her feels breezy and fun, Renee never strays from your vision and is always keeping your budget in mind. When we started thinking of covering a fireplace in candles, she didn’t just go with the candle source she always uses, she found a site that offered both gorgeous colors and lower prices. She’s great at asking questions to find out why you want a specific choice and she’s not afraid to push for alternatives, even when you think you’ve found what you want (spoiler alert: Renee’s suggestions are miles better than what you thought you wanted). Her floral designs literally took my breath away when I saw them and the way she and Kenny hung the fabric for my chuppah far exceeded what I thought was possible in the space. Hire Renee Landry Events and be assured that your wedding florals and decor will exceed your wildest expectations!

s truly brought our vision to life and added such beauty to our special day. The lights, bouquets, centerpieces, and all the little details were absolutely perfect- and Renee had suggested pocket florals for the groom which were a huge hit!! We were blown away by how everything turned out, and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the gorgeous flowers. I had some feedback on my first bouquet, and Renee remade it, and it turned out better than I could have ever imagined, and we couldn’t be happier with how it came out. I mean it was STUNNING! Above all, Renee was so easy to work with, attentive and really seeks to understand exactly what we wanted. She is approachable, creative, and I would 10/10 recommend her to anyone looking for florals or creative design in the outerbanks!!

chandelier was absolutely epic. I received so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the event was and Renee’s eye for design and talent made it possible.

specific details. Renee had so many amazing ideas but was always respectful of budget. The final product was better than I had even dreamed and along the way her and her team were very professional and prompt.

r ideas truly helped enhance the look and feel of my daughter’s wedding with gorgeous florals, specialty linen recommendations (my favorite!) and unique tableware all making the vision of simple elegance come to life! The day of the wedding, everything all came together so beautifully it was breathtaking! Thank you to Renee and her team for making my daughter’s day one for the memory books!

I loved every detail.

n, I wanted color, disco balls, flowers galore and she completely nailed it. I found Renee at the OBXWA wedding weekend expo and knew just from her business card this is who I wanted. We communicated regularly over the next few months over the phone (it was a destination wedding) and she made sure to not only ask for specifics like paint colors, but also provide guidance and expertise on what flowers would look good or how to execute my ideas cost effectively. I am also a big DIYer and she was extremely receptive to me being able to bring my own touches into the reception/ceremony and making the whole thing mesh as one. I truly cannot recommend Renee enough if you want your wedding to be unique and exactly what you want go with her!

up to my wedding and each little detail was brought to life on the big day. The flowers were the most beautiful arrangements I’ve ever seen and she has tons of amazing rental items to choose from. The absolute best!!!!

and shared with her my vision & Pinterest board. From our first conversation, I instantly knew that I was in good hands. She listened and offered great suggestions to make sure everything was special. Renee Landry events provided beautiful and quality flowers that really made our wedding day perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone getting married in the OBX!

decorations complete!

or to the event since it was a new event home. We worked together to discuss my vision for flowers on a tree that would serve as our altar. It came out so beautifully! And it tied in so well with the bouquet she created using an inspiration photo I had. She also incorporated my uncle's cufflink into my bouquet at the last minute. Lastly, we rented blue water goblets and a dresser that served as our bar. It was beautiful and really added some special touches to our microwedding.

t through some very challenging days. I encourage anyone considering an OBX wedding to put their trust in Renee Landry, she has your back 100%. Thank you so much Renee - we really appreciate you <3

I am so excited to get all our pictures back! We gave her vague ideas and she turned it into exactly what we were looking for. THANK YOU.

enue and knew what was best!

ully! She was creative, engaging and attentive as well as very accommodating. She even sent staff to a central pick up location to assist me in reducing delivery cost. She was able to work with me via pinterest which helped me communicate my "vision " to her, and she executed that vision perfectly. She is a true professional and her energy and enthusiasm for what she does is apparent in her work.

ghting and rented furniture from her vast collection to pull everything together. The week of/day of the wedding, everyone from her team was very polite and professional while setting up. I would highly recommend Renee Landry and her team for your wedding or event!

you want them. My flowers were beautiful and she brought to life so many things that were only in my mind before the wedding. While pretty expensive, her work is thoughtful and beautiful and she truly wants to make sure you have what you want on your special day.

he way everything turned out. Their work surpassed our expectations, and we received countless compliments from our guests about how beautiful everything looked at our wedding. Thank you Renee Landry Events for making our wedding day so special!

otives for our guest tables. So sweet! If you're looking for someone to turn your crazy dream into reality, this is your person!

our vision a reality. We asked her to use driftwood, succulents, white flowers, and touches of copper for our centerpieces. We also used her driftwood towers for our ceremony overlooking the ocean. She exceeded anything we could ever have envisioned ourselves. We can't imagine having anyone other than Renee. Thank you so much for making our wishes come true!

and she absolutely has an eye for detail and design. The flowers were beyond gorgeous and used some elements of our own to tie them to our personal style of the day. She had a fabulous idea to create a unique alter space: freestanding columns with fresh rose garland that matched our bouquets. Her work is spectacular, down to the last detail. Renee Landry Events is highly recommended for flower, lighting, and event design!

I wanted hydrangeas incorporated in some way. She did a spectacular bouquet with hydrangea, two sizes of roses, baby's breath, and just a few leaves for a bit of contrast. It was just the simple and classy yet visually interesting bouquet that I was hoping for. Spectacular!

g! I loved it!!!!

e as the bridesmaids. It was barely bigger and missing my white roses. I was not happy. The lady who delived my flowers did take it back, and Renee did fix it and apologize. How did we mess up the brides bouquet?? All in all it was fixed. The flowers were beautiful.

She was available to meet with us that same weekend before we drove back home. I was able to explain my vision and Renee effortlessly added amazing ideas and insight along the way. I had trust in her creativity and ideas as our wedding decor quickly became a "beach meets country" vibe. Renee was flexible as we made changes and additions along the way. She was always quick to respond when I had a question and was readily available to calm my nerves when we arrived in OBX before the wedding. I can't put into words how I felt when seeing the Kitty Hawk Pier House before our first look. It was magical and exceeded what I had envisioned. Renee and her team hung branches, lights, and starfish to create a country, outdoor vibe around the dancefloor. The variation of coral, cream, and white flowers on the tables were perfect in aqua mason jars by driftwood. The beach ceremony setup was equally amazing. Renee Landry's team moved the burlap hoopah without any complaints the morning of the ceremony when we needed it at a different angle. The starfish on the hoopah matched the starfish aisle created by I DO OBX Chairs (see their review, too!) We rented the wooden boat from Renee (her recommendation) and it held our mini beach balls for the ceremony exit and our neon sunglasses. We also rented the galvanized tub which held sand and our program fans. It was a great setup for our wedding attendants as our guests entered the beach. My bridal bouquet and the bridesmaids' flowers were breathtaking. They were beautiful against their coral and guava dresses. Renee incorporated my grandmother's broach and my mom's wedding glove into my flowers. If you are looking for unique and creative ideas from a vendor passionate about her work, Renee Landry will not disappoint!

dance floor. After reviewing some of her other work and talking with her, I knew she'd be perfect to help my vision come to life. The branch designs over our dance floor were excellent. We also had a tent and she did a great job carrying a similar, but different, design over into the tent. My bridal bouquet and my bridesmaids' bouquets were also beautiful. They were soft flowers of green and white. Mine had a few purple calla lillies scattered throughout - gorgeous and exactly what I had in mind. Everything went perfectly with my soft, victorian feel. Renee was easy to work with, though I had some trouble getting in touch with her a few times. She also could understand my vision despite some struggles verbalizing it. We connected on Pinterest so she could get a sense of what I was thinking about. The flowers and branch designs were pricey, but it was a price I was willing to pay as it was exactly what I wanted. We received so many compliments and I couldn't have been happier with how everything came together.
