The food was amazing for our 130+ person wedding. Multiple guests had second and third plates, and we got a lot of compliments. (The chimichurri sauce was fantastic!)
Renaissance was great to work with! We were allowed to do several tastings to find exactly what we wanted, and there was tons to choose from! Jessica and her team were easy to co...
mmunicate with and helpful with any questions that we had. Compared to the other companies we researched, you get the most value for your money with Renaissance. Everyone complimented our food and fought for leftovers the next day.
I recently got married at The Grand Manor, and Renaissance Catering is their in house catering service. The amount of compliments I received on the food at our wedding was unreal. ...
Every single guest was ranting and raving. For appetizers, we got the empanadas and coconut shrimp— out of this world delicious! For the main course, we got the Hawaiian chicken (so moist and full of flavor) and the gaucho steak served at a carving station with the best chimichurri sauce you will ever eat! Even the jasmine rice and asparagus were to die for! I promise, the best wedding food and catering company in brevard county! With phenomenal service to top it off!
I had a pretty terrible experience with your catering service. The caterers were nowhere to be found when they needed to cut the cake, it took us forever to find someone to cut it,...
when they cut the cake they cut all of it at once and terribly. After the party they threw out all of the cake. We didn’t have a tea or station or coffee or cups at all and we had to scramble and run to get coffee and cream and sugar and cups. They threw all the bread out on top of the tables at the end of the night. We gave them aluminum pans because we had extra food and those guys just threw it out. Appetizers were never brought to us as we discussed while we were getting ready for pictures and instead they gave them to us after all the food was brought out. All the plastic boxes were piled up on the dance floor next to the DJ for everyone to see and we had to wait thirty minutes for them to put stuff away so we can walk onto the dance floor so the bridal party could be announced and before we could seat to eat. Before the party they threw all the garbage on the grass right outside of the tent and we saw piles of garbage as we walked outside in the morning.
Overall very disappointed and I feel like I was not provided what was discussed and paid for and the service was terrible.
The company responded when I told them about all this and said they were basically not responsible for the staff because it was a different company but I would have to come in or since I’m out of town have a phone conference with them (and waste more of my time) and they will take it out of their paychecks but that I shouldn’t punish the dishwashers.
How dare they make me feel guilty about their screw up!? They said in the email that they would send me a check but over a month later still no check and no response to emails or phone calls. If they say they took it from the staff they contracted and since they didn’t return it to me, looks like they might have just kept it.
The food for my wedding was wonderful! The only downside was that with it being buffet style and having so many fans running at our venue, the food got cold rather fast, which is o...

eryone to be happily served throughout the night. The best part of it all was the food! It was so delicious and everyone in attendance was so happy with their meal that they still talk to us about it 3 months later. Outstanding! Would 100% recommend to everyone! And their pricing was more than fair for everything we got. Love Love Love!

n-style pork dinner, sides, and appetizers), and they not only matched it but through in some better ideas!
They were occasionally difficult to get a hold of, but when it came to the day of our special event, we could not have asked for anyone better. The staff was friendly, helpful, and went above our expectations to meet our needs and our guests'!
Good was great, service was wonderful, prices were affordable.

special and easy! I have food allergies and they knew exactly how to work me and make sure that I did not have to worry at all on my day. Jessica was so friendly and dealt with me calling her and asking 500 questions leading up to my wedding day. On the day of, they worked quickly and had a beautiful display. They also went out of their way to help me when the wind was blowing my decor over & helped me put my cake topper in last minute. All of the guests absolutely loved the food and the cupcakes & cake. I highly recommend Renaissance if you are looking for delicious food, and a trustworthy and helpful team. Could not have been happier!

ond! My mother is gluten free and they made a special plate for her free of charge. The late night taco bar was everyone's favorite part! If you want an easy, worry free wedding day, you can trust Renaissance Catering to deliver.

impressed by the quality of the food served. Geroge the server was truly the epitome of a professional. Wishing continued success for you and your staff. We will definitely use this catering company again for future events!

have the same phone as her she was very rude. The other staff members showed up an she was either high or to drunk to work. All of the table linens had food all over them. An the wine glasses had lip stick on them. The food was undercooked. An when i called to inform the company about it there told me they were so very sorry and said they would be sending a gift card(only positive thing). But know its been almost a month and the company is avoiding me because they didnt send the gift card. I am very upset that this happened on one of the biggest days of my life.
We booked Rennassaince purely based on their reputation in our area—and we were not disappointed. They offered many tastings which we attended several times before our event and le...
t me tell you, the food was MUCH better on our wedding day. Chef Tony is a kind, genuine man. While he did not attend our event, he did send his daughter and a fantastic crew who took excellent care of our guests. Believe me when I say, the paella is a showstopper!
This was a last minute choice after finding out that our original caterer was a fraud.... on our wedding day! When I say that Renaissance Catering staff stepped in and did an AMAZ...
ING job, I mean it! For a last minute request for 100 people, the food was wonderful. The staff was absolutely professional and just the best ever! Thank you so much for accommodating my husband and I on our wedding day and making something that it could have been a bad experience into something amazing. The guests loved everything!
This family-run catering company delivered excellent food at a fraction of the cost of other vendors. Also, they were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the whole proce...
ss. They offer a number of different packages for different budgets and are very reasonable/flexible if you need to customize your options. The food at every tasting and on the wedding day was great - I received so many compliments on the food. They can also make almost anything you ask for - even if it's not listed on their menu. They even let us take home any leftover food after the wedding as most caterers usually end up throwing a lot away.
Also, I ordered my wedding cake with Renaissance Catering. I am not typically a fan of cake, but every flavor I tried was some of the best cake I had ever had. I had such a hard time choosing a flavor - My husband's family even ordered a second cake for the Rehearsal Dinner and worked with the baker to design a 3D design which turned out amazing.
I highly recommend this company.
Thank you the Renaissance Catering team for the wonderful job they did for our wedding! Very reasonable prices for delicious food!! Pleasant and easy to work with from beginning to...

aff was. Being a bride, I had a lot of questions, their staff was so professional and helpful in answering all my questions. We had less guests show up than we paid for, so we took leftovers home. Their food was just as amazing the next few days as it was the day of.
If you are in search of a venue as well, I would recommend their venue, The Grand Manor. We held our wedding their and both the venue and catering staff made everything so easy and stress free.
Thank you Renaissance!
Wow, I don't even know where to begin. Renaissance Catering was undeniably amazing. We did two totally different types of food for our wedding reception and they came in and blew o...
ur expectations. They gave us exactly what we asked for without any hesitation or question. They will really do absolutely anything you ask for. There was SO much food and every single thing was SO good. We even did a late night menu and that was one of my favorite parts of our wedding. We truly got compliments from all of our guests on how good the food was. And they are so reasonably priced, you can't beat it! Thank you so much!

but great things about the food, and when we got to taste it later that night it was still delicious! From start to finish, these guys and gals take extremely good care of you. We were surprised that they even cut up and served the cakes and provided to go containers for our leftovers. When my husband mentioned he really wanted some of the crab cake appetizers that we missed during our photos, the staff brought over a whole plate they had saved for us! I cannot imagine a better experience than with Renaissance.
