Remo’s catering was fantastic to work with! Larry was professional and accommodating throughout the whole process. The staff was so incredibly kind and attentive throughout the rec...
eption, and the food was INCREDIBLE. Guests from our wedding continue to rave about the food. They even box up the leftovers and allow you to take them home to enjoy for weeks after the wedding! Delicious food, professional service, and all around wonderful people who work for this company! I highly recommend Remo’s catering and will likely be using them for catering services in the future as well!
We used Larry and his staff for our bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, and our wedding. That’s how incredibly good the food is. We have catered: rosemary chicken, orange salmon, mush...
room risotto, crispy parm chicken, steak tips, and stuffed shells. We cannot express how great it all tasted and how much we loved it enough. We even recommended it for a work BBQ!
One star off due to the appetizers at our wedding, our guests commented that a few of them ran out of the hot selection we had picked, and we asked for some appetizers to be put in our bridal suite for us to have before the reception - which we never got. Neither of these about the taste!! And small in the grand scheme of things but a little frustrating.
Thanks Larry and Staff, we will continue to use/recommend for future events!!
We had a great experience with Remo's. A few months out we were able to do a tasting and figure out what we wanted on our dinner menu. We went with the buffet style and there was...
plenty of food. Larry was great about alerting us to all the details that would need to be ironed out for our big day and we appreciated Remo's coordination on the day of with our other vendors. The food was good and the risotto got rave reviews from our guests!
Not only was the food amazing but Larry is so amazing he went above and beyond anything I could ever ask for!
Larry really put his passion and expertise into his work!! He helped ...
my husband and I simplified the whole process from the tasting. He helped with the bar and everything came together beautifully. He was also very accommodating when we had more guests than expected.
My parents came from China generally are not fond of American food but they loved the salmon and fillet minion so much!! We received so many complements from our guests about how much they loved the food.

I am SO happy with our experience with Remo's. My husband and I just got married April 2022. Our venue required us to choose one of 3 caterers, and I could not be more positive that we made the right choice with Remo's. They were the most reasonable and best food we tried by a longshot! By reasonable, they did not throw in all the extra little charges that a lot of other caterers do (i.e. cake cutting/serving, they had gold flatware to use, and a lot of their different menus included more appetizers included). We also chose to cut an extra side and they lowered the cost per head. All of our guests raved about the food, some saying it was the best food they ever had at a wedding. The staff was wonderful, efficient, and they made sure my husband and I were cared for all night long. They made sure we actually got to eat and always had a drink if needed. After they did such a fantastic job for a 130 person wedding, I can only image how wonderful they would be for any other event.
Remo’s catered our November wedding, with us opting for a BBQ menu. We found the planning process to be so smooth. We opted for an almost exclusively gluten free menu, which Remo’s...
welcomed with ease. On the day before our wedding, Rebecca and her colleague came in early to perfectly set every linen and napkin at the reception venue. It was a wonder and a joy to see all that effort put into making our reception venue all the more beautiful. Rebecca and her team did an absolutely fantastic job of setting up our cookie table, serving the dinner, and packing up all of the leftovers. We appreciated the professionalism and care the Remo’s team displayed, especially since we had four eight-foot cookie tables! We loved our meal on the wedding day, and also enjoyed some of the other Remo’s offerings from the Street Side BBQ during the lead up to our wedding. We can’t more highly recommend using Remo’s for your next event!
Amazing food, amazing people!
Our experience with Remos for our wedding was very good. They provided a customized menu at a good price. One small complaint is the intermittent communication at the start, which ...
got better as time progressed.
Remos provided food for our 90 person wedding. We wanted a pig roast with Southern-themed appetizers and sides. Remos stood out because of their willingness to do customized sides (notably, a fried green tomato caprese salad). The initial contact and interaction by email was slow and a little frustrating, but picked up and stabilized once we connected directly to Larry. We visited their restaurant space and tasted potential options. The chef had prepared a sample of the above-mentioned caprese salad and came out to discuss with us. He seemed genuinely interested in making something that we wanted, which was much appreciated, and used our input for the final design.
For the cocktail hour, we had boiled peanuts (a custom request), hush puppies, and the caprese salad. All good. The servers circulated well around our large outdoor space to make sure that everyone got their fill. The pig was cooked on-site and our guests were able to see it before it was carved. The meat was pulled and served with three bbq sauces. The pork was tender, flavorful, and plentiful. Remos also provided a chimichurri marinated grilled tofu that was a delicious non-meat option. The pork and tofu were served buffet style. The sides were served family style and were all vegetarian: collard greens, succotash, and corn bread. All good. The collards would have been better with the standard preparation using a bit of meat, but we wanted to be inclusive for the many non-meat eaters. There was also mac and cheese for kids. There was barely any food left, suggesting that the people were happy.
The Remos crew on site were friendly, circulated well but didn’t get in the way, and attentive to our guests. They handled a one-hour delay on the dinner with no issues.
We obtained our own glasses, plates, cutlery, and napkins as we wanted things that were customized/more environmentally friendly that what Remos had on offer. We also bought all the drinks, except for coffee, which Remos provided. We did our own desserts.
Remo's was amazing! They did a wonderful tasting for us when we were venue-shopping and after tasting their food, we did not even bother looking any further, we booked them right a...
way. All o our guests raved about the food (especially the mac and cheese bar!) I would recommend them to anyone in need of catering services in a heartbeat!
When choosing a caterer for our wedding we were limited by our venue as to who we were and weren’t allowed to use. Luckily for us Remo’s was on the list. I had been to many events ...
that Remos had catered in the past and always had an excellent experience but nothing prepared me for how good their service would be at our wedding.
The food was fantastic at both the rehearsal dinner and at the reception. One family member remarked that “In 82 years of going to weddings I have hated the food at all of them but this food was AMAZING!!!”. Two other guests that are both restaurant owners told us that it was they were shocked that with that quality of food Remo’s didn’t run a full scale restaurant. All this being said their per plate cost was average or below what I have seen from other local caterers and far below what some venues charge.
Now if the food wasn’t enough of a seller there is the staff. From the time we set up our first tasting to the days following the wedding we had nothing but pleasant interactions with Remo’s staff. From giving us ideas of what and how they would recommend serving to being flexible with changing seating arrangements the day before the wedding. Our primary point of contact was Becky who made sure everything up to the day was taken care of and gave us peace of mind when things got closer to the wedding day. We met Beth the day before the wedding who made sure that it was set up directly to our wants and needs. On the day of there was some confusion around Gluten-free meals and between Becky and Joyce (one of the servers) it was taken care of right away without any of our guests ever knowing. In my opinion the sign of a great company is how they act under pressure and to us it was seamless.
I could go on all day heaping praise on Remo’s but do yourself a favor and just call them. You will find out for yourself after you chat with them and try their food.
first FOOD WAS DELICIOUS!!! second the service was AMAZING!! I've been to quite a few weddings where service was sloppy and the caterer did not clean up after dinner well. I couldn...
't have been happier with Becky Beth Roy and rest of the team. everyone couldn't stop raving about the food. the service went so smoothly and this was their first time catering an event at my venue. I highly suggest remo's to anyone!!
Excellent food, excellent customer service. Were wonderful to work with. Highly recommend using them!
Planning our wedding with Remo's Catering was a joy from start to finish. Janet, Becky, Roy, and all the wonderful folks in the Remo's Family made us feel right at home at all time...
s. The tasting was relaxed and cozy, and yet everything was presented so nicely. It was clear right from the start that above-and-beyond service was a priority.
When we needed advice selecting dinnerware and napkins, Becky & Janet guided us to exactly what we wanted. We were always confident that they were setting us up with the best service and meal package for our day.
Our wedding was held in Farmington, PA; an hour and a half from their kitchen. They made the trip in their "mobile-kitchen" van and seamlessly went to work at our somewhat challenging outdoor venue. There was never a single concern about our meals because Remo's was on the scene!
Ok...let's talk about food. INCREDIBLE!!! First of all, we feel like they can do really anything. Their menu is practically limitless! And yet, they add flavors and garnishes that make everything so unique and so yummmmm. And if there happened to be a slight change to a dish that we desired, they were more than accommodating. We loved everything so much that we brought them on board for round two at our company holiday party.
Thank you, Remo's Catering for giving us wonderful food, confidence with your amazing service, and a staff that felt more like an extension of our family.
Remo's was extremely easy and reliable to work with. We are extremely happy with the turn out of our day! They take care of so much and helped ease my worries for the day. Our food...
was so delicious!! Our guests are still talking about the meal! I highly recommend them!!!!
If you have an allergy sufferer at your party beware of this vendor. I went to a wedding recently, and this company was the caterer. They were not informed that I have food allerg...
ies. However, I informed one of the waitresses there (once finding that out), and she said "I wasn't informed", was very rude and proceeded to hand me the salad WITH MY ALLERGENS on the salad. During dinner, I went up to the head of the whole event, and asked what I could eat with my allergies. She told pointed to broccoli, which was the only thing I could eat. Part of the other foods were pasta and potatoes. The caterer didn't even offer to cook me a plain box of pasta. Or cook up some plain potatoes in olive oil. No one checked no me after this discussion. I have been to a lot of weddings, and every caterer has been very helpful and made sure I had something to eat. I am still in disbelief that this caterer didn't have a box of pasta they could whip up for me. So like I said, this caterer has horrible customer service. I highly suggest NOT hiring them for your event. They will NOT go above and beyond for anyone.
Remo's Catering provides delicious food at great prices! We first used Remo's Catering for my daughter's first birthday and ordered a buffet for 100 people including, fried chicken...
, hot sausage and buns, pasta salad, fruit salad and a green salad. My guests continuously told me how delicious the food was and asked for the caterer company's name. We did have a mix up that resulted in them being late, but to make up for it, they offered me a credit which I recently utilized. The food was again amazing. We are very pleased with Remo's Catering and would definitely recommend them!
We went to Remo's Catering as our last vendor on our list to try for when we were booking our wedding caterer. After trying their food we knew they were the one. Their food is by...
far the best food like ever!! Everything was good. They blew the other vendors out of the park and all of the staff members were so nice. Becky was also very helpful and answered any and all questions I had. I got so many compliments on how amazing the food was. The antipasta bar to the salad, dressing, chicken, steak and the pasta I can go on and on. 10 out of 10 star reviews from every single one of our guests. BOOK REMOS!! Their food is delicious and all of your guests will agree.
Loved working with (and eating!) Remo's Catering. But they have a HUGE service fee that seemed to be sprung on us at the end.
Remo's brought their grill truck to our creekside BBQ wedding reception. All of our guests raved about the food! We have a lot of vegetarians in our family, and Remo's was happy to...
accommodate with a special menu item. Providing quality food at a reasonable price was a high priority for our wedding. Remo's had plenty of options for us to choose from- it was hard to pick only 2 sides, ( coconut sweet potatoes were amazing!). Planning with Remo's staff was easy and stress-free. We would love to work with them again and highly recommend them for your wedding or special event!
The food was great! The only reason I gave them four stars instead of five is they forgot to serve something at the end of the night.
