Remixologists

ith direction on what to be prepared with well in advance and offering wonderful suggestions for different songs to meet the vibe we were looking for on our wedding day. He was also a great emcee, working with our planner to keep the day on schedule and never missing a mark! Our biggest concern was keeping the dance floor full and fun and DJ Lee delivered the whole night, playing the perfect songs and keeping the whole party going all night. We could not have been happier and HIGHLY recommend The Remixologists and DJ Lee to anyone who is looking for the best!!

I was in and could not wait for him to be part of our day! He is warm, approachable, communicative and truly makes the day unforgettable. I had recently lost my dad before our wedding so it was an emotional day but Ben helped us to work through intentional moments for remembrance and then a transition to dancing and celebration that felt natural and cathartic. I would recommend Remixologists to any couple, my sister had another DJ at her wedding and he was phenomenal, but Ben deserves a special recommendation because he is just that wonderful. We never left the dance floor because we had such an amazing time! Thank you Ben, Andrew and I appreciate you being a part of our day!

aningful songs throughout the evening. My husband and I were on the dance floor almost the entire night, and so were our guests! Long after the wedding, people are still telling us how much they loved the music and how much fun they had at the reception. DJ Simon Taiga did an incredible job reading the room, keeping the energy up, and making the night unforgettable. We are so grateful he was a part of our wedding and would recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding DJ!

receive compliments from our friends and family about how incredible they were. Ben was amazing to work with from start to finish. He took the time to understand our preferences, incorporated everything we wanted (a lot of ABBA), and brought so much expertise and professionalism to the planning process. We truly appreciated his calm demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to make everything feel seamless. We couldn’t recommend DJ Benja Styles enough ... he helped make our wedding an unforgettable celebration!

not exaggerating when I say that once we opened the dance floor during our reception, it was packed for the entirety of the night with excited guests from many generations singing and dancing along to his impeccable set from start to finish. Ben impressed us so much with his attention to detail, responding directly to how our guests reacted to each track, seamlessly transitioning to the next, feeding into the vibe while still surprising us with exciting twists and turns.  As emcee for the night, Ben couldn’t have been more professional. His announcements were clear, even the difficult names were pronounced perfectly, and every music cue during our cocktail hour, ceremony, cake cutting, and reception was perfectly timed.  Ben provided us with very easy-to-follow instructions to help him shape our night. His communication with us was crystal clear; we knew exactly what he needed, and we trusted him to carry it out. We met with him a few times over Zoom in the year leading up to the wedding, and he worked directly with our wedding planner, who recommended him, nailing every detail and request made along the way. I was never once worried or anxious about our decision to work with Ben and Remixologists, as it was very clear he understood exactly what we were looking for, and he was friendly and confident throughout the entire process. Working with Ben was hands down one of our favorite parts of our wedding planning and the event itself. Now a month out, we’re still getting compliments from our guests about how much fun our reception was. We wholeheartedly endorse Ben and Remixologists. Our wedding simply wouldn’t have been the same without him. He’s a true professional, through and through.

procrastinated selecting first dance, parent dance, etc songs). It seemed like everyone had a great time--we certainly did. We wanted extremely minimal MCing and he hit the mark perfectly. Thank you, again, Ben, we couldn't have asked for more!

erfectly timed, and read the room flawlessly. He balanced our must-play list with his own instincts and absolutely nailed the vibe. Multiple guests told us it was the most fun wedding they’d been to, and a huge part of that was the music. If you want a DJ who actually understands energy and flow — book DJ Ben.

for and personalized it to us (including an Hora Loca / Latin vibe for me!) Our dance floor was always packed and our guests raved about the music for weeks after. Not to mention, he navigated a crazy thunderstorm during an outdoor wedding, never letting the party stop. Separately, Evan, the sax player from Remixologists, was a great add to the party. He amplified the party and vibe throughout the whole night. We had a blast because of Lee and Evan and would recommend them 10/10!

k the time to understand our vision and perfectly captured the vibe and energy we wanted throughout the evening. He read the room effortlessly, blended transitions flawlessly, and kept guests of all ages on the dance floor all night long. We received countless compliments on the music and the overall atmosphere. If you’re looking for a DJ who is professional, fun, and genuinely invested in creating an unforgettable experience, I highly recommend Lee and Remixologists for any event.

but not too much, was very responsive and helpful leading up to the event and really made our night special. A lot of the guests commented on the DJing being great afterward. He played such a great mix of songs, which I think summed up our taste in music perfectly. If youre looking for someone who won’t just press play, and won’t play the top 40 wedding songs, Lee is your guy! (But they can do whatever you like!) He helped make customized songs, which were so good, for our first dances and entrance songs too! So glad we found remixologists!

he energy sky-high and our guests dancing straight through until 2AM. We’ve been to a ton of weddings as guests, and this was by far the best party we’ve ever experienced (yes, we’re biased because it was our wedding…but seriously!). DJ Lee brought incredible professionalism, nonstop energy, and the perfect mixes to keep the crowd locked in all night long. If you’re looking for an After Party DJ who knows how to turn an event into an unforgettable experience, DJ Lee is your guy. 10/10 would recommend for any event

prepared on the day of the event. He made a lot of small calls throughout the day that were all perfect and very seamless (such as tracking down the officiant, when to make announcements, etc). The whole process was super smooth and we could not have asked for a better experience.

est time even our friends who don’t speak a word of Polish were out on the dance floor loving every song. His transitions between Polish hits and American wedding favorites were seamless, keeping the energy high and the dance floor packed the entire night. Simon played for five straight hours without a single dull moment — not one song had an empty dance floor! He also perfectly handled our Polish traditional toasts after the ceremony and did such a great job pronouncing the Polish words — it meant so much to our family. Our ceremony music was flawless, especially my groom’s walk-in song! Simon timed it perfectly, and it truly gave us chills. We first loved him when he DJed our friends’ wedding, and we feel so lucky to have had him for ours. Thank you, Simon, for making our wedding day unforgettable. You brought our vision to life and made the night one giant celebration of love, culture, and fun. Highly, highly recommend!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 🎶 🪩 💃🏻 🕺

ils and the plan for the day. He was super professional in all his interactions with us and others, kept announcements brief and classy, and made sure the energy was high all night once the dancing started! So many of our guests loved the music and complemented the DJ. Thank you so much for making it a night to remember David!

ctly. The music was amazing from start to finish, our dance floor was full all night! The entire Remixologists team was fantastic to work with, professional, organized, and so much fun. David’s energy, attention to detail, and seamless transitions made the night unforgettable. We can’t thank him enough!

th fluid transitions. Also he truly adapts to the audience and MCs to the perfect temperature of the room. If you were born in 90s, Ben is a must.

eally knows how to read the vibe of the room to keep everyone dancing and happy!  We’ve received SO many compliments about our music and dance floor and we owe that all to Ben. We would recommend him to anyone!!

and we could not recommend him more. The dance floor at our reception was packed the entire night and all of our guests could not stop talking about how fantastic our DJ was afterwards. Ben made the process so simple for us. We made a Spotify playlist of songs that we like that represent the vibe of songs we would like to hear played at our wedding. We also created a “must play” list and a “do not play” list and shared with Ben. Ben went above and beyond and played every song that we could have ever wanted to hear at our wedding, all while mixing to transition between songs and keep the music constantly flowing. He is a fantastic DJ who truly made our wedding the best party we have ever been to. Ben also served as our MC for the evening and did a great job. We could not be happier with him as our DJ and MC!

e, full stop. From the moment we met him, he kept us calm with his easygoing personality and professionalism. When we explained our music nerves - my wife and fam being rock fans while my side of the family preferred hip-hop and R&B - he assured us that he would make it happen. The result? I was dancing from the moment we walked into the venue. From our walk down the aisle to the first dance to even the music playing as we had dinner, everything was absolutely perfect. Multiple times throughout the night, people came up to us and raved about the music. People danced for five hours straight. It was incredible. There are so many things to worry about on a wedding day. Hire Ben and don’t think twice. After “I love you”, the words “I can’t believe he’s our DJ. He’s so [expletive] good!” was my second most uttered phrase. He’s incredible and I already have friends clamoring to book him!

o us etc. You can tell in those meetings alone how much passion Ben has for making your wedding night everything you ever hoped it would be.  On our wedding night, 90% of the party never left the dance floor simply because Ben brought the absolute house down. He did such an incredible job of making sure it was fun, lively and everything that we explained we wanted it to be. The #1 comment we have continued to receive from our wedding guests is how blown away they were with the quality of our DJ! Ben checked in with us throughout the night to see if everything was to our liking, and you could tell he wanted to make sure we were happy.  I would recommend ANYONE to hire Ben for their wedding- he is kind, thoughtful, professional, and most of all extremely skilled at his job! We loved working with Ben so much!

eel at ease throughout the entire planning process and on the wedding day itself. His communication was outstanding and he guided us through each step with care and attention, ensuring we felt confident. On the day of our wedding, Ben exceeded all expectations. He managed every detail seamlessly, from our entrance to the first dance, creating a smooth flow that allowed us to fully enjoy the moment without stress. His ability to read the room and keep the energy high was unmatched and the music was everything we had hoped for and more. We had countless guests approach us with compliments about how fantastic the DJ was, both in terms of music selection and overall presence. Ben was phenomenal in every sense, professional, thoughtful and truly talented. He elevated our wedding beyond what we imagined and we feel so grateful to have had him as such an important part of our day.

, and DJ. All our guests said it is the most fun wedding they’ve been too. In addition, Ben was super detailed oriented, patient and responsive during the preparation phase which really gave both me and my wife a peace of mind. Thanks again for Ben and Remixologists for the best day of our lives.

y understood the vibe we were going for. He took the time to really listen to what we wanted, and it showed in every moment of our big day. For my husband, having a great DJ was one of the most important parts of the entire wedding. He’s always been super particular about music and atmosphere, and finding someone who could deliver the energy we wanted was a top priority. Ben not only met those expectations – he blew them out of the water.

the mix out of the park. Energy was high the whole time and the saxophonist was icing on the cake. The process of working with Remixologists was easy too! The initial video calls covered a lot of our questions and he made himself available to answer any additional questions we had as they arose. He worked with us on custom processional/recessional music, had great suggestions, was super friendly, and truly made our wedding great! We had so many people from our wedding asking for his mix!

enres from our list we didn't even think about. From our initial meeting I understood that we were in capable hands, and he brought good vibes to our conversation. It was so easy to trust that he would be the right emcee for our special day. Working with him the months to come was just as nice, he was always on time and prepared for the zoom chats and made us feel like we were the only couple he was working with! Great attention to our wedding planning. Day of the big event, he was on time, had an awesome set up with the EQ set up just right for the microphone for himself and the speeches. Music volume was perfect during the dance party and the background tunes during dinner. He had great timing and his fades on hisixes never missed. Guests of all ages were able to find jams they loved and kept the energy going. Ben had a smile on his face all night and was dressed up sharp, really knocked it out of the park with guest requests too. If you are looking for the right person to bring fun and joy to your party, you've found the right guy!!!

l and experienced team. We worked with Ben (DJ Benja Styles), and he is an absolutely phenomenal DJ. We knew we could trust Ben's taste from his mixes on the Remixologists website. And we knew we could trust him to have our backs throughout our wedding day from our first conversation. There were no bumps or hiccups at ALL. Just perfection. And our dance floor was BUMPING. Many people asked where we found an amazing DJ like Ben because he was so fantastic. Ben is such a professional and a great person! I highly recommend Remixologists and DJ Benja Styles!

e were on the same page. He took multiple playlists that we made for him and used them as inspiration to seamlessly flow our favorite songs throughout our night. He also made a custom bharat mix for us to use before the ceremony. I could not recommend him more!

ting our wedding and saying it’s the most lit one they’ve been to! He was super professional, got our music taste perfectly captured in his mixing, and was organized and timely with setting up and bringing all the audio equipment we needed for the ceremony and reception.

nning process as he got to know us as a couple and help our vision come to fruition. On the night of our wedding, his unique mash-up style and attentive nature were evident. Our guests were beyond impressed with the music, and even requested him for their weddings! The vibes stayed high throughout the night thanks to Ben’s help, and we are so appreciative.

be, through our multiple specific requests for entrances and where we wanted what, he was friendly, professional, and awesome. He had wonderful, on-point recommendations throughout the process for us, and it was easy to share music and ideas with him. The event itself was executed flawlessly - we had a ton of guests even asking if we could share his playlist in totality, because people enjoyed it so much. Everyone danced throughout - it was really perfect. Thank you so much! Highest possible recommendation.

al event. We went over with him multiple times that we wanted the Albanian music to play during only one dance set and yet he took requests from family during his meal time and let it play for a lengthy amount of time. He seemed annoyed when approached about changing it. At 930-1230 when the formalities were over we said we wanted a major dance party and he started playing slow dance music at 1130 which caused a very sleepy vibe and people actually thought the event was over when we had another hour. He did not change this until one of the bridesmaids told him he had to turn it up. There were multiple times he played a song that sorta cleared the dance floor and we trusted him to read the room but it didn’t feel like he was. We felt his transitions were quick and abrupt, nothing like the mix we had previewed, which was why we ultimately chose him. Overall we were disappointed, it wasn’t great but it wasn’t the worst. It was somewhere in the middle and with what we paid and the work we put in on our end it’s just really disappointing. The company is great, we just wish we had gone with someone else in the company

ng was perfect. We had some pretty specific requests for sound and gear, and he handled it all like a pro - even brought in an extra-large subwoofer that took the party to the next level. Beyond his skills as a DJ, David’s just a genuinely great guy who was a joy to work with. We couldn’t have asked for a better partner to help us throw the best party of our lives.

ime and best wedding music they've ever experienced. Ben was incredibly easy to work with and communicate with throughout the planning process. We had the perfect amount of touchpoints leading up to the big day to ensure everything was perfectly aligned. On the day of, he was extremely prompt in arriving and setting up, which gave us total peace of mind. I truly cannot recommend DJ Ben / Remixologists enough! He absolutely crushed it and gave us the most unforgettable, most fun night! Thank you Ben!!!

out the most unexpected guests to join in the fun. Lee’s creativity, talent, and accommodating nature made the evening unforgettable. He truly listened to what we wanted and delivered a musical experience that left a lasting impression on everyone. Most memorably, he even went above and beyond to introduced us to some talented dance performers that were hard to find via traditional avenues. Countless guests raved about how incredible the music was throughout the night. Thank you so much, Lee — we are beyond grateful for everything you did to make our wedding so special!

have asked for a better DJ... we are still getting compliments on the music. I myself work in the wedding industry and I have never seen a dance floor packed all night. Even our older guests spent the night dancing! If you are looking for a DJ definitely consider Simon!!

etings with my wife and I to over logistics. He provided examples of his remixes over his career and we fell in love with his style. After our ceremony, we hit a snag where we couldn't get all the music we wanted due to time restraints. Ben was able to roll with the changes with ease. We had people at our wedding from ages between 1-80. He was able to mix music from different decades together very smoothly. Everyone at our wedding loved the music and had zero complains. If anyone has the opportunity to pick a remixologist, I 100% recommend Benjamin Coleman. Thank you Ben!

got engaged, Simon was one of the first people I contacted because it was a non-negotiable to have him DJ our wedding! Luckily he was available and willing to travel to Wisconsin for the event. We not only received so many compliments for the reception music, but also the music selections for the pre-ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner. Simon takes the time to get to know you as a couple and curate a bespoke experience for your guests. I HIGHLY recommend Simon and Remixologists for your wedding or any event!

ception. He took all of our music preferences into consideration and had the entire dance floor full all night long. We cannot recommend Ben enough and also want to shoutout Barbara the drummer who made the night extra special. Cannot recommend these two enough.

to read the crowd, play the perfect mix of songs, and keep the dance floor packed all evening. Simon’s skill in curating a diverse and engaging playlist was impressive. He managed to blend a variety of genres seamlessly, ensuring that there was something for everyone. What truly set Simon apart was his ability to work with the crowd. He had an intuitive sense of what would keep guests on their feet and engaged. The dance floor was never empty, and it was clear that Simon has a knack for gauging the mood and adjusting the music accordingly. Beyond his musical prowess, Simon was professional and personable. He was easy to communicate with, took the time to understand our preferences, and ensured that our vision for the night was realized. We also added Barbara on drums and Zach on saxophone to the team and they were both amazing too! Their addition of live music to Simon’s tracks added a level of energy that made our wedding unforgettable. So many of our guests said that our wedding was the most fun wedding they have ever been to, and it is in large part because of how awesome Simon, Barbara, and Zach were. We can’t recommend them enough.

with - organized, professional, flexible, and then of course, he delivered! Best music, vibes and energy all night at our wedding. You’re in good hands with Ben and Remixologists!
