find my dream dress. Special shoutout to Chasta! She’s the BEST!🤍
Despite being in different states, the team at Relix Bridal, led by Chasta, is truly one of the most down-to-earth, compassionate, responsive, and helpful groups I've ever encounte...
red. I’m located in North Carolina, and on a whim, I decided to message Relix Bridal on Instagram. Within just two hours, I received a response and a phone call from Chasta herself. This was just one day after Hurricane Helene had hit the Carolinas, so it was an especially challenging time. Yet, Chasta was incredibly kind, attentive, and eager to hear my story. Relix Bridal is the reason I will be wearing the fairytale wedding dress I’ve dreamed of since I was a little girl. This group is people truly do care about their brides, it is what they do best!
The best experience I could ever ask for and more.

and her team were so friendly and helpful and still made the experience so positive and fun even though I didn't have family with me. I bought my dress through them and had it altered and was super happy with both! Definitely recommend.
From a very particular but intentional person - Relix was everything I expected and hoped a bridal shop would be! The experience was so personal and effortless. Debbie was a DREAM ...
to work with, I shared that I wouldn’t be purchasing a dress during my *first* visit to the shop because I wanted to make sure I’d seen it all before committing! She was so honest and forth coming with other places I should go to find similar dresses to the one I fell in love with and that was probably the standout factor for me. The honesty and genuineness of the ladies at Relix is unlike anything I’ve experienced during this exciting time!! I’d HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this specific Bridal Shop! I ended up not being about to get the Relix dress out of my head the WHOLE time I was shopping around and the girls at Relix were luckily able to allow me to try on my dress ONE MORE time so I could say YES without any second guesses. I’m counting down the days until I get to go back for my fitting 🤍
They were AMAZING. From start to finish, it was an amazing process!

ss that day! She was so patient with me and so kind in letting us pick out dresses they wanted me to try on. I had a budget and she made sure to say within that! I’m so thankful in meeting the Relix team! I can’t wait to go back to look for my vail and fittings! Thank you RELIX! ♥️♥️

he vision I had for my dress and helped me find a gown and veil better than anything I had initially picked out for myself! I also appreciated that she was incredibly respectful of my budget and I never felt rushed or pressured in any way. My dress needed to be sized down a few sizes, so I greatly appreciated the reasonable pricing of their in-house alteration package and the convenience of not having to find a separate seamstress! RELIX has very prompt correspondence -- it was easy to schedule an appointment and ultimately purchase my dress. I would highly recommend RELIX to ANY bride -- it will be such a fun part of your engagement!
I would give 10 stars if I could. RELIX has the most beautiful, unique gowns. They’re truly show stopping. Every time I go in for a fitting I’m blown away again by their inventory....
The owner and the gals that work there are so kind and worked with me traveling in and out of town. You NEED to go here, it’s even worth an out of town trip.

sta listened to my vision and made my dream dress come to life. There are so many reasons why Relix is amazing but to me the thing that stands out the most is how they made me feel. They constantly went above and beyond to make the entire experience amazing. I can not say enough good things.

d was not one I would have found on my own. The service has been so genuine and personal. I purchased the alterations package with my dress and LOVE that I know everything is being handled with the greatest of care. I never feel like just another bride going in there, but rather like a friend. I can't recommend RELIX enough. LOVE LOVE LOVE

ud nine! Myself and my bride tribe had the best day ever. I have been other places and nothing compares. I found my DREAM dress and made the sweetest friends with every one there! Schedule with them for your dress day, it will definitely exceed your expectations!
Relix was hands down the absolute best experience I had dress shopping! Chasta was perfect. I always felt like she listened to my concerns/ideas, and had answers to every question....
She was the only stylist that got my style and personality right off the bat, it was amazing! I loved every dress I tried on, and I never felt pressured in any direction. The shop is gorgeous and has such an awesome selection. I ended up finding my dress elsewhere, but the whole time I was at other shops I compared to my experience with Chasta (nobody got it quite like her). I was trying to hold out so I could go back to Relix but just couldn’t help loving another dress at another store just a smidge more. 1000/10 would recommend Relix to all brides searching for a wedding dress.
I am a Relix bride and so so happy to be one! I had gone to 2 other places before coming to Relix and honestly thought I had found my dress already. Madison welcomed me with an ope...
n mind and was patient in listening to what I was looking for. She never ever made me feel rushed. She allowed me and my mom and sister to pull dresses which was really fun. Debbie joined her when I was actually trying them on and her advice was so helpful. I knew it was my dress right when I put it on but it took me a while to process it.. and Madison and Debbie both walked me through that emotional process which lead me to pure joy! I was ecstatic to claim my dress and I wouldn’t have wanted to find it anywhere else. The entire process from start to finish was absolutely perfect. I’ve recommended Relix to all my engaged girlfriends!!

ment we stepped into the store, we felt at home! Cassidy, at Relix bridal, treated my daughter like a princess! We loved the atmosphere, the service and had the best time there! Cassidy listened to my daughter and knew exactly what to pick out for her when we arrived! So thankful we have her dress ordered and we would highly recommend shopping there!

- from ordering, to helping me through postponing because of COVID, to cheering me up when my dress didn’t fit after quarantine!! They were so helpful and encouraging every step of the way!
I absolutely LOVE this place and everyone who works here! Debbie helped me feel like a beautiful princess when I picked out the MOST PERFECT dress (even after I already told her I ...
had purchased a dress from somewhere else😅 lol). Never once did I feel out of place or unwanted. Debbie knew SO MUCH about dresses and colors and what would look good in pictures and so much more than I had ever even thought of and that helped me so much. It felt like she knew what I wanted more than even I did! Lol! Also, I didn’t have any of my bridesmaids with me when I found my dress so they invited them in to do a champagne toast with me a couple days later! And when I stopped by about a month after with my future mother-in-law, Chasta (the owner) was with another bride but she took the time to pull my dress out just so my mother-in-law could see it. They truly make you feel like family! I’m so excited to be a Relix Bride!!!😍💜
Guys, I can not brag on this place enough! This was the first and only place I went to try on dresses. I was so nervous! They made my bridal gown shopping experience so wonderful a...
nd stress free! Cassidy was kind and patient as I tried on dresses. She even offered other options based on styles I liked. Relix has a wide variety of dress styles too. Any bride could find their dream dress there! I am so glad I chose Relix to find my bridal gown. 💕
I found a dress at another bridal store and once it came in, I realized I was no longer in love with it. In a moment of panic, I went wedding dress shopping by myself to Relix and...
it may have been one of the best choices I have ever made! Chasta completely took me under her wing and helped me to find THE PERFECT DRESS! She made me feel so special and I will forever be a loving member of the Relix family! Anyone who is looking for a unique dress you MUST go to Relix! I also did the in-house alterations and the alternations came out perfectly. Relix is simply the best and I will always encourage brides to go there to find their dream dress! Don't be like the rest of them!

d out the door, the team was incredible. I came to shop by myself just to see what styles I would like most (before getting my closest family's and friend's opinions) and they made me feel so comfortable and in place. They were loving, honest with my selections and body type (a rarity at shops trying to make a sale), and stayed within + lower than the budget I gave them. Not to mention, their dress selection was beautiful. Then when I said "yes to the dress", they celebrated with me and helped me show off the dress to my family through FaceTime! I highly recommend Relix to anyone shopping around for their wedding dress. You will not be disappointed!!!
Chasta, Debbie, and the entire team prioritize you and truly make you feel gorgeous. As a wedding planner I can honestly say I have never seen another dress shop with the type of s...
election and gowns that Relix has! Their style is ultra modern and chic, with that boho vibe that is so down to earth. Make your appointment at Relix and cancel the rest; you won’t need them!

the shopping experience fun and relaxing, they do everything in house. Alterations... storage... everything! As a stressed bride trying to plan a wedding, it is such a relief to know my wedding dress is the one thing I won't have to worry about. I highly recommend booking an appointment at Relix. I wasn't rushed through my appointment, I tried on as many dresses as I wanted, and they were very warm and welcoming. I could not be happier to be a Relix Bride!
While I did not end up buying my dress here, I would totally recommend Relix to anyone! Debbie was my consultant and she was so kind and listened to every little thing I did and di...
dn’t like about dresses, and ended up picking out dresses that I never would have picked for myself, but really loved!
My one and only complaint would have to be that while they carry plus sizes in their lines, they don’t have any samples in a plus size, so it wasn’t always easy to get a full picture on how a dress would look on me.
I can’t thank Chasta enough for making my dress shopping experience stress free and FUN! My mom and I happened to step into Relix Bridal one day and we loved every dress we saw. We...
knew that this would be the place I’d find “the one.” Setting an appointment was easy and personable. They get to know you and your style and Chasta had the patience of an Angel because I must have tried on 20 dresses that were all different. It was super helpful when I had 4 left and she had me start ranking them from least favorite to most. When I was stumped she suggested I go to lunch and look at pictures, and let me come back the same day to try on my favorites again. It was no question when I put on THE dress. She made me feel so special, she’s honest, and she’s for the bride 100%. I can’t wait for my dress to come in because I’m obsessed with it!!
Chasta and the whole staff at Relix were absolutely amazing! Right away I felt very welcomed and knew I was in good hands! They have a wide dress selection, and there wasn’t a dres...
s I tried on there that I didn’t like! I said yes to the dress here and don’t regret it one bit! They know what they are doing and despite just opening are WONDERFUL! I would suggest everyone goes here at least to have fun and try a few dresses on! They truly made me feel like a princess!
I was so nervous about the dress shopping experience for so many reasons, I almost didn't get out of the car. Chasta and the Relix team made the process so seamless and comforting....
After looking through all the dresses, I ended up buying the first gown I tried on. It was meant to be. The whole crew made this such a special process. I highly recommend this shop, they bring something new an unique to Lexington. Thank you all again!
