Rebecca is an incredible photographer! She made my husband and me feel totally comfortable during our engagement photos and then our wedding as well. She was receptive to our reque...
sts and communicated openly to make sure she met our expectations. She is very open to feedback, which was much appreciated! I absolutely loved how our photos came out - they looked natural, not overly filtered. She also turned our wedding photos around SO fast!! I couldn't be happier, and I would highly recommend her!
You can stop your photographer search - you have to book Rebecca! From the first time we chatted with Rebecca, we knew we wanted her to capture our wedding day. She is so kind, eas...
y to talk to and work with, and instantly put us at ease during our engagement photoshoot. She was also so on top of things during our wedding day - there are a lot of moving pieces on the morning of your wedding, and Rebecca made sure everything was captured and we stayed on track with the timeline. We had 6 groomsmen and 6 bridesmaids, and Rebecca was skilled at managing and directing the large group. She was also receptive to our feedback on what poses we did and didn't like, and helped us tweak things (often even fixing my hair or dress!) to make us look our best. She gave us a few sneak peeks within 48 hours of our wedding, a preview album about a week after our wedding, and then our full album just a month from our wedding day - it was so nice not having to wait too long! You won't regret booking Rebecca!
We used Rebecca for our wedding and everything was perfect! The photos turned out amazing and she was very helpful with the albums. I would recommend using Rebecca for documenting ...
any special occasion! She is fun, energetic, and a very kind person.
We originally hired Rebecca for our maternity shoot and I secretly wanted to hire her for our wedding, but we had already booked someone else. Turns out that the other vendor fell ...
through and we were able to work together! It was definitely meant to be. Rebecca is so talented and we absolutely LOVE our photos. I just got our preview and I cannot wait to see them all. I already ordered a portrait to hang in our living room. She is fun, friendly, professional and so talented. We are so happy we hired her for our special day.
My husband and I could not recommend Rebecca more! We found Rebecca through our wedding planner and immediately liked her work. Once meeting with her in person we were sold! She i...
s so accessible throughout the entire planning process over email, the phone, in person meetings, etc. I even messaged her before the wedding about what she thought would look best in photos for the bridesmaids "getting ready" outfits and she sent me suggestions/links. This is the sweetest person you'll ever meet but also has the ability to wrangle the entire family for a large group shot, which can be extremely difficult but she makes it look effortless. She takes the time to make sure she knows exactly what you would like captured and brings such a positive, sweet energy to the day. Weddings can be so stressful and your wedding photographer is with you for most of the day. I think this is something a lot of people over look and having someone who not only takes great photos but is also enjoyable to be around is so important. Having someone like Rebecca with you all day is not something you'll regret! She provided a great balance of candid and posed shots. And every photo was beyond beautiful from our wedding! So timeless and classic. I was so pleased with her work that when a friend of mine's boyfriend reached out to me needing help planning the perfect proposal for my friend I knew he needed Rebecca to capture the moment. And yet again she was amazing to work with, easy to coordinate with (so important for a surprise proposal) and these photos turned out so amazing even though there were definitely some tough obstacles to work through (aka hundreds of people at the Lincoln Memorial). You would have never known there was another person around. I honestly don't know how she does it. She is simple the best! Book her now before she's unavailable!!
We cannot recommend Rebecca enough. Aside from the absolutely stunning photos she took, she was a wonderful, positive force of energy to have around. She was also very calming espe...
cially when things got hectic with our zoom connection and instructed us to take deep breaths so as not to look tense in the photos. We never had a photoshoot done before but we instantly felt comfortable being candid with her. She knew exactly how to guide us through various poses and also listened to all our requests ex. close ups of the bouquet, of our rings, etc. It was small things like carrying my bag from location to location, making sure I was comfortable in my heels, and telling us to dab our sweat (humid August day!) that really made working with her a true pleasure. She definitely exceeded our expectations and we will never stop recommending her. Thank you, Rebecca!

ictures. She makes you feel so comfortable and naturally like a model! Her creativity is amazing and her work is unbelievable. Oh, and also must mention that she was EXTREMELY flexible and understanding when we had to cancel and reschedule our wedding due to Covid. If you’re not booking Becky you’re booking the wrong photographer 😏

great feedback for location ideas and really listened to make sure she understood what we wanted for each day. I would hire her again and again and again. She was such a joy to work with and the photos are stunning. 100% recommend her.
Rebecca is awesome. She has done both family pictures at the house and my wedding and both were amazing. I highly recommend Rebecca.

a whirlwind, but she slowed it down for the right moments. I would recommend her to anyone getting married or wanting photos, could not say enough good things!

essional. She knows how to take charge when needed (with the large family photos) and knows when you just need a moment. We opted to only have Rebecca and not do another photographer or videographer and I have no regrets in this decision because everything was captured and every little detail is in the pictures.
I would 100% recommend Rebecca over and over again. She was so kind and easy to work with, super responsive and professional, and, most importantly, our photos are just beautiful. ...
Rebecca provided great tips and ideas for the wedding day that weren't necessarily photography related but 'wedding day' related that really helped us shape how our day was going to look. She captured some incredibly special moments that we will cherish forever. Thank you for everything, Rebecca!

On the day of the wedding, she was direct yet still joyous, and she willingly made sure any shots she / I wanted to get were going to happen, despite the cold!
Rebecca was there for me when I needed her through out the planning process, and the day of. I still can’t get over her charasmatic, addicting personality, and love for life. Emil
I heard for days after the wedding from my family and friends how much they loved her.
Thank you Rebecca!

e INCREDIBLE. (I have been obsessing over all of them for days!) She captured the day perfectly, the photos are timeless and such great quality, and I know that we will cherish them for the rest of our lives. She also captured our engagement photos last year, which turned out amazing and are some of my favorite photos as well. She is a very talented photographer and is extremely flexible and responsive throughout the entire process. She really wanted to ensure that she captured everything that we wanted throughout the day and I always felt like we were on the same page about everything. She totally understood our style and vision and we couldn't be happier with the results. Not only is she a talented photographer who provided us with such an incredible experience and photos, she is also just such a genuine, kind, and patient human being who made the overall experience such a breeze. We enjoyed getting to know her over the past year and a half and working with her and she truly feels like a friend! I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer!

Choosing Rebecca as our photographer was without a doubt the best decision we made in our planning process. She is kind, professional, helpful, amazingly talented and an overall pl...
easure to be around. From the very beginning she was supportive of our vision and helped bring it to life. From our engagement pictures taken at home on a FREEZING January day to our small and intimate wedding on 10/21, Rebecca never ceased to impress us. Before the wedding, Rebecca was always available to answer any of my questions or run ideas by. She even walked around Old Town Alexandria with me a few months before the wedding as we scoped out possible locations for pictures and the first look. Rebecca and her second shooter Leah captured our wedding day perfectly, and it has been incredible to relive the most magical day of our lives through the pictures they took. Words alone cannot do justice to how beautiful the pictures of our wedding day turned out. We will treasure each of them, because each of them remind us of a different special moment from the most perfect day ever. Each of our 37 guests have remarked at how fun, kind, and professional Rebecca and Leah were the wedding day, and our officiant (who we flew in to perform the ceremony from my hometown church in Arizona) said that they were "not intrusive, easy to work with and overall extremely lovely." We are so glad to have had Rebecca as our wedding photographer, and we cannot recommend her enough!
Okay, let me start off by saying Rebecca is amazing!! I am assuming most of us on this site are first time brides and really have no idea where to start when selecting a photograph...
er who will be capturing this super important day. Rebecca put all my fears at ease. We first met her during our engagement shoot. She was warm, kind, professional, and fast! We had our photos back quickly. During the wedding day, she dealt with the chaos of family and friends kindly but firmly and captured the most beautiful moments of the day, and we had all our photos to us before one week of marriage! I feel like that is unheard of. I hope to use her again one day...maybe when we are blessed to grow our new family. Thanks, Rebecca!!
Hiring Rebecca was hands down the best decision I’ve ever made!!

onality, and her work truly stood out. She was quick to respond to my inquiry and was 100% on the same page with me as I discussed the theme and style of our wedding. She took the time to get to know both of us and what we were looking for in our photos.
I was kind of worried about my husband, as he’s not a big fan of having his picture taken. However, Rebecca made both of us feel so comfortable! I highly recommend having engagement pictures taken as a “warm-up” for the big day.
On our wedding day, Rebecca was focused, professional and attentive behind the lens. I love how she captured candid moments throughout the day. Group shots were super smooth and efficient, plus everyone loved her! She was a welcome relief from the hustle and bustle of the day.
Photography was a big part of the day for me and I am absolutely in LOVE with our photos. They tell the story and bring back every feeling from our wedding day. Rebecca is truly talented and an absolute pleasure to work with. We will absolutely be working with her again in the future for any of our photography needs. Thank you so much Rebecca!!
Rebecca did an amazing job on our wedding pictures. Rebecca loves what she does and you can tell that through her pictures.

ng, all of them are beautiful. She has a keen eye for positioning and backgrounds for portraits and she somehow manages to be everywhere at once during the reception. We have pictures of all our guests and some great candid shots of myself and the groom. I recommend Rebecca Wilcher photography and would work with her again for any event! Thank you Becky!

around. My husband and I tend to be on the goofier side and Becky not only captured that in our pictures, but she jumped right in and had us bent over laughing, resulting in some amazing photos. After the wedding, Becky had our pictures to us in a matter of days, and even weeks later, I still cannot stop looking at them. She not only captured our happiness throughout the day, but all of the happiness of our family and friends as well. If you have the opportunity to work with her, I would highly recommend it!

t on our wedding day. She seriously felt like one of my bridesmaids! Getting us water before our intros and running back into the house because I forgot my phone when we were leaving for the ceremony...she just went above and beyond as our photographer to make sure that our day was a dream come true! Also, she edited and sent us digital access to our photos while we were still on our honeymoon!! The BEST! She really is the full package when it comes to photographers. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to capture our big day!

show it. All the candids and our special moments were captured. Plus, she allowed are dog to be a part of the engagement shoot. She felt like the friend that I needed to keep pushing and planning for the wedding when I was getting stressed out. I would highly recommend her. atured in the Washingtonian (https://www.washingtonian.com/2015/12/18/rustic-and-yellow-vineyard-wedding-inspiration-at-marylands-rocklands-farm/) and loved the light, natural and airy/ethereal feel of the photos and thought she would be great for our outdoor wedding. Becky definitely delivered, we love our photos! She made us feel extremely comfortable and was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process (from initial contact, contract finalization, pre-wedding communication and day of). And her turnaround was also fast which was great: she shared photos with us just a couple of days after the wedding! Lastly, in addition to being super nice and professional, Becky is also just a joy to be around. It is clear that this what she loves doing and she is extremely talented.

al, easy-going, and made us feel at ease. She did a fantastic job capturing all of the shots we wanted on the day of the wedding while running back and forth to different locations to make sure she captured it all. The final shots are all beautiful and she got them to us very quickly. We would highly recommend Rebecca Wilcher Photography!!

elings in the world, being a model for your own photos, but Becky made both my fiance and I extremely comfortable with her spunky, outgoing personality. She was very personable and helped us find locations for each photo shoot while also asking the right questions to find out our style and our personalities. The week of the wedding we were freaking out a bit because the weather was predicting rain, but she said, "I am feeling pretty optimistic about this weather! It's going to be a perfect day!!" And she was right!! She put my mind at ease, there wasn't a single drop of rain that day, and our wedding was absolutely perfect. On that day, she fit right in with our friends and family and was not one of those obnoxious photographers that will get in everyone's way just to get the shot. We got married 6/4 and we already received our pictures yesterday!! They turned out amazing and it was so wonderful for my now husband and I to sit together and relive the fun memories all over again. We will most certainly be inviting Becky to shoot all of our future events!! <3
Oh my! I cannot say enough kind words about Rebecca. The first thing you notice about her is her beautiful spirit over email. She has a contagious positive can do attitude. She is ...
professional and so comfortable in her own skin that you quickly feel like she is family. She provided 8 1/2 hours of services and she also provided a second shooter(Kirstie) who was also a joy to work with. Rebecca talked to us before hand and asked about what we wanted to capture at our daughter's wedding. She also communicate with the bride and groom ahead of time to get their wish list. On the day of the wedding she moved around and took hours of photographs. She has a way of getting people to move into place without offending anyone and she also has a good eye for what is important to capture. Her turn around time was quicker than I expected and all the photos are beautiful. Our guests went out of their way to let us know how wonderful they thought Rebecca and Kirstie were. I would hire Rebecca again.
Becky is just simply the best! She has a fun-loving, outgoing personality, and an amazing eye for great photos. Becky did both our engagement shoot and wedding photos. She made us ...
feel so comfortable during all of our pictures and was extremely accommodating our entire wedding day! The way Becky uses the light and time of day, made our wedding pictures come out spectacular. She's a very dedicated and hard-working photographer and her knowledge of weddings in general was so helpful for me as I was getting ready and we were planning when and where to do post-ceremony pictures. Becky handled coordinating pictures with large groups so easily. She also has a great way with kids--she can get even the squirmiest ones to pose and smile!
Thanks for everything you did for us, Becky! We love our photos so much! You're so incredibly talented and it was an honor having your as our photographer!

nd be able to capture that through our photographs. Rebecca was in contact prior to the wedding to ensure that she was aware of our style and our expectations for the shoot. She went right to work with taking many photos of my dress, shoes, rings, etc. when she arrived and had a very well-versed plan of how she would capture all of the important moments of the day. She was flexible, friendly and inviting for my husband and I, the bridal party, families and all of the guests. She guaranteed that we received every photo we wanted and our day was perfect. We have been amazed by our photographs and how amazingly she captured all of our important moments. I would highly recommend Rebecca to anyone looking for a sweet, caring, fun, very skilled photographer.
