Ream Jewelers

ing to just that one special place where I felt welcomed and trusted by the staff. Being that I am in a same sex relationship I was concerned of not being accepted at particular jewelers. Reams is welcoming to everyone and by no means did that interfere. Amy was at my side through the entire process. She was patient with me when I was indecisive and helped to steer me in the right direction when I tried to move too quickly. I could go on and on about how great Ream jewelers was & still is to me however no matter what I will say could never truly depict how grateful I was to have chosen Ream's! Getting engaged is a once in a lifetime opportunity and with the help from Ream jewelers my engagement day was perfect. Even if you are not in need of jewelry at this time I would still suggest stopping by to get to know the fabulous staff members.

y my fiance with the help of an amazing jeweler, Amy, who was able to help bring her vision to life! I would recommend Ream jewelers to anyone seeking knowledgable, personable staff and quality, custom jewelry.

s of diamond engagement rings and took the time to answer all of my questions over the course of several visits to the store. When I make any purchase, but especially a large one like jewelry, I want to have an expert to advise me on my options. The wealth of jewelry experience at Ream was immediately clear to me in my first visit. I appreciated their ability to provide a selection of rings that fit my bride's style and my price range. Additionally, their priority was ensuring I found the best ring for my bride rather than merely making a sale. We went back to Ream for our wedding bands and we had an equally wonderful experience. I would certainly recommend Ream Jewelers to anyone looking for wedding rings and I will definitely go back to them the next time I need a piece of jewelry for my wife.

looking for and are able to accommodate most request as far as sizing and customization goes. They have a wide and varied selection with respect to most budgets. Amy and Kevin are a delight to work with. I plan on using them for all of my jewelry needs to come.

tional experience. My one a kind engagement ring is absolutely stunning because of the help Kevin provided throughout the entire design process. He was given an idea and ran with it, relaying even the most intricate details to the designer. The rendering of your new creation is a work of art once you see it for the first time. The team at Ream Jeweler's works so hard for you to ensure every aspect is perfect through the creation process. Once your special piece has been created the first look will completely stun you and you'll love knowing that your ring is a one of a kind. I cannot say enough good things about our experience, we are now Ream Jewelers customers for life!

that I knew my fiancee would love it too. We found the perfect ring, and Jo was great to work with and very knowledgable about different diamonds. Amy was also great, helping us to pick out the perfect wedding bands.

whole team makes you feel like you are at home and the diamonds are all incredible quality. They really know how to help you find the ring that is perfect for you, and I am really picky :) The whole process was made so easy by being shown just a few stones that fit what I was looking for. I get stopped on a daily basis to be told how beautiful my ring is. We could not be happier! THANK YOU!!!

utiful pearl sets that are perfect for the day, and all thanks to Amy at Ream Jewelers!

nds, we went back to see Kevin, who found the best band to match my engagement ring and complement each other. We love Ream!

our journey to the aisle! All of my bridal jewelry is from them, and I know we'll be returning here for years to come.

n we had questions she worked hard to research and provide us with answers in a timely manner. We would highly recommend Amy and Ream Jewelers for a great experience.

s, we found that Ream's delivered the most exceptional service, selection and value. We found the entire sales team at Ream's to be so genuine, kind and honest which we were so thankful for. We worked with Amy throughout the entire process of designing our custom rings. The process was consultative and we never felt that we were being pushed in any one direction. Amy was so knowledgeable about diamonds' cuts, carat and clarity and how best to arrange the stones to fit our preference. Amy and the team at Ream's were such a special part of our wedding celebration and planning and we couldn't be happier with how our rings turned out!

to help us make the best decision. For my wedding band, I wasn't sure if I would find one to coordinate with my engagement ring, but they took one look and had the perfect ring! They went above and beyond to make the process easy, and affordable and we just didn't receive service like this when we browsed at other places. We will go back for all our future jewelry purchases!

re-styling of my grandmother's anniversary band into a personalized ring for my doctoral graduation. Our experiences attest to their outstanding products and reputation. Their assistance in the selection of my engagement ring was no exception. Kevin walked my boyfriend and I through the process of choosing my Tacori ring and planning for the use of my grandmother's diamond. Ream is my family's jeweler and I suggest you consider making them yours.

red to Reams by local friends and have since used them for multiple special occasions. Wedding bands, birthday gifts, flower girl gifts and so much more. There are multiple jewelry stores in Lancaster but Reams is our Jeweler of choice! It is not uncommon to be greeted by the Ream family as you enter the store. Local and professional, Reams is much more interested in establishing a relationship with their customers than selling them a product and sending them on their way. They are Lancaster's finest and I thank them for all they have done for my wife and I and wish them continued success.

hone so that he was able to come home and pick up the ring! She made sure to send him plenty of pictures, answers all his questions, and was happy to work with his budget. When I had gone in to look at rings she was always friendly and happy to assist us whatever way she was able. Many other jewelers tend to be pushy when it comes to making a sale, especially with younger couples like us, but Reams was very patient and genuinely cared about making sure I received a ring I loved! I would recommend Reams to everyone!

us to pick out perfect wedding bands. Since our wedding, we have been going back to Amy (and referred our family and friends to her). We couldn't say enough good things about our experiences with Reams and would recommend them to anyone.

We will certainly be visiting Ream again!

engagement ring is so important and they make you feel just as special as the diamonds they're selling. I get compliments on my ring EVERY DAY! No joke, it is stunning and I could not be happier. Literally people have stopped me in the street to tell me how beautiful it is. If I could give Ream Jewelers a million stars, I would. If you need an engagement ring or any fine jewelry, this is the place to go- You will be taken care of like you are family.

s to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. My engagement ring is an unusual shape, so it was hard to find a fit. Amy got me an estimate for a custom ring, but then went out of her way to find one already in stock so we could save a lot of money. I highly recommend Ream!

t ring, Jo helped my husband redesign a precious family heirloom and she was able to interpret his vision exactly. I had a difficult time choosing a wedding band and spent months working with Amy (who graciously and enthusiastically put up with my indecisiveness!) to find the perfect ring. We, along with our families, will continue to shop at Ream for many years to come. Thank you!!

ed Ream Jewelers, I was treated with respect and given amazing customer service. From their knowledge and expertise to their quality and professionalism, I could not have been happier with my overall experience. During the process I was actually moving a few states away yet Ream continued to work with me over the phone and even helped guide me through the shipping and insurance process in order to get the ring to me. Each time I called or left a message, I received a reply almost instantly and was given courteous service each time. I was told the ring would be in 4 weeks from the time I ordered it. I literally received a phone call 4 weeks from that day and we finished up the process. I was treated as if my business were particularly important, though I'm sure Ream makes many customers feel this way. Everyone worked with me on a personal level and seemed concerned that my engagement and proposal process went well and without any issues. This kind of service is simply not found often. Overall I can't say enough about Ream Jewelers. Thank you to Amy, Kevin, and everyone else at Ream for helping me along and setting me up with a great, affordable ring that my fiancee absolutely loves!

shipped to us. The staff at Ream Jewelers was amazing! They were never pushy and it was like they had known us for years! It was by far the best experience I have ever had with a jewelry store and we had to do everything over the phone! Best hands down!

ach trip back was incredibly nice and friendly, and most helpful for me: patient. They had a nice selection of rings at different price points, and even though we didn't make a purchase that first visit, the salesperson wrote down the styles we liked in case we should come back. A few weeks later, my husband went back and asked them to craft an engagement ring from his grandmother's diamond (it's beautiful). We then purchased our wedding bands there. I never felt pressured into making a purchase, and even though our budget was on the modest side, they always treated us like valued customers when we visited (remembered our names, asked about wedding details, etc.). About a year after we married, we moved out of the Lancaster area. I had a problem with the wedding ring (not their fault), so I emailed asking for their advice. They remembered me and responded right away with step-by-step instructions for fixing the problem - at no additional charge. I am so pleased with their high-level of customer service. I recommend them without reservations. They are great! They care about you and want you to be satisfied.

went in. We bought my husband's wedding band there and a gorgeous pair of earrings for me. Their prices are reasonable, considering the high quality of the jewelry they offer, and a lot of their pieces are very unique and one-of-a-kind. I know we will go back there for future special occasions, and need to go back just to visit because it really is such a warm and welcoming environment.
