RCC Weddings & Events, LLC

very beginning, Renee was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and organized. She knew exactly the right questions to ask, guided us through every step of the process, and made sure nothing was overlooked. We met with her several times leading up to the wedding, and each time she came prepared and ready to keep things moving smoothly. On the wedding day, everything went off without a hitch thanks to Renee and her team. She handled every detail seamlessly, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy the day. In the best way possible, I had no idea what was happening behind the scenes because Renee took care of it all. We truly can’t recommend Renee and her team highly enough!

timore locations, vendors and processes but the vendors themselves all said "oh yeah, if you hired RCC you're in the best hands." And they were NOT wrong. They are organized, thorough, creative, experienced, honest, concise and more. Renee is one of those professional that when she says she has it covered, the job is done and done WELL....and we are the most grateful for that. RCC helped pull off the wedding of our dreams even when we threw very nontraditional, unique ideas at them. Truly amazing! Thank you for EVERYTHING <3

e who values clear communication, structured timelines, and well-defined milestones. From the beginning, they took the time to understand our vision and ultimately exceeded our expectations in every way. We hosted multiple events over the weekend, including a welcome reception, wedding ceremony, and farewell brunch, and RCC supported us flawlessly throughout each one. RCC proactively coordinated with our entire vendor team well in advance, ensuring everyone was aligned on the schedule and key timeline milestones. Their attention to detail and organization allowed us to fully enjoy the entire experience, knowing everything was being expertly managed behind the scenes. I would highly recommend RCC for any wedding or special event! Their professionalism, dedication, and ability to execute a vision truly set them apart.

tire process in a way that was stress free and not overwhelming. Would definitely recommend them for all your wedding planning needs!

— vendors, family, and bridal party — perfectly on track. On the wedding day, Renee and her amazing partner, Krista, handled everything: décor setup, vendor coordination, ceremony timing, even distributing tips and cleanup afterward. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. As a Type-A bride, it’s not easy to let go, but Renee made it possible. Her organization, calm energy, and attention to detail allowed me to actually relax and enjoy the day. I can’t recommend her enough!

ade everything so easy for us. We didn't have to worry about a single thing the entire day and everything was absolutely perfect! Could not recommend Renee and her team more!

ch was such a relief. I would not have been able to nearly do what she was able to do for us and the planning with a full on timed schedule for the day of was exactly what we needed!! Chasity was also such a sweetheart and was so comforting and reassuring the day of my wedding especially when you’re super anxious, she makes you feel like she’s one of your friends :) I will miss working with these 2 woman so much and I’m so grateful for their help!! You will not regret working with them!! 💕💕

matter, because Krista and Britt were outstanding day-of. If anything went wrong, we didn't know it. They kept us on timeline, handled all the vendor coordination and made sure people arrived when they were supposed to / were where they needed to be. Truly I cannot imagine a better day, and we definitely have the RCC team to thank for that. I 10000% recommend hiring them for your day-of coordination needs. And leading up to the day, they did so much more than I expected. They reached out to our vendors to confirm details and timeline, had a checklist for us to work through and generally just made sure that we had all our ducks in a row. I planned the wedding, but the RCC team made sure that plan was executed (and beyond).

anning our wedding. They’d go above and beyond to find us different vendors, and even found us our officiant! On the wedding day was when they truly shined, with rain in the forecast right at the time of the ceremony, they had multiple back up options but made us feel comfortable and relaxed all day! Couldn’t have done it without them!!!

in advance, and continued meeting several times along the way. This made us so comfortable working together and trusted her and the team so much! Her communication was so timely and helped us coordinate everything while keeping up with our own busy lives. Throughout the whole process, we had her portal to keep track of everything and stay organized. We could not have done the actual day-of without her team! They truly took care of everything (decorations, clean up, line ups, etc,) which allowed us to relax and enjoy the moments! Thank you! <3

recommend to enjoy every moment of the day.

erything. When things got a little shaky with our venue a month before the wedding, Renee and Krista stepped up and alleviated all of our worries. Not to mention, they were fun to work with! We cannot recommend the RCC team enough.

ing tips leading up to the big day. Jess ran the show day of and I genuinely felt no stress! She and the rest of the RCC team took care of everything; my (now) husband and I just had to show up and have fun. Thank you to the whole team for helping make the whole wedding planning process as stress-free as possible!

ed, and kept us on track for the big day. Highly recommend her and her team for any event.

ut my mind at ease from the start, making me feel confident that everything was handled with care and expertise. The template spreadsheets and organized Google Drive immediately put my mind at ease. Their attention to detail and readiness to answer any question, big or small, was invaluable, especially as my husband and I were navigating the complexities of planning without much prior experience or close examples. They anticipated needs we didn’t even know we had and offered creative solutions that fit our vision perfectly. On the day of the wedding, Chasity and her assistant coordinator Lacy were phenomenal, flawlessly orchestrating each aspect so that I could be fully present and enjoy every moment. I felt genuinely supported from start to finish, and looking back, I can't imagine how we could have done it without them. RCC exceeded our expectations, and I would recommend their team without hesitation to anyone looking for experienced, caring, and detail-oriented planners.

s, and kindness truly made our wedding day run smoothly. Chasity, Gabby, and Connor anticipated what we needed before we even realized it, allowing us to stay fully present and enjoy every moment without any stress. The team’s attention to detail was impeccable, and they handled everything with such care and kindness toward us and our guests. We couldn’t have asked for a more dedicated and supportive group to bring our wedding to life. Thank you, Chasity, Gabby, Connor, and Renee, for making our day unforgettable!

Throughout the planning process, they demonstrated their expertise and attention to detail, ensuring that every decor/set up aspect of our special day was thoughtfully executed. On the wedding day, Jessica went above and beyond to set up the decor exactly as we envisioned and provided a helpful hand in making sure everything went smoothly. RCC Weddings & Events truly made our wedding day a dream come true, and we are so grateful for their outstanding service.

ented, but she truly takes the time to get to know you and your significant other. Do not hire anyone else, you’ll regret it!

ortable and prepared. Having planned too many weddings to count, she really knows the industry and all the ins and outs of planning a wedding. She met with us multiple times leading up to the wedding, and always came prepared with outlines, itineraries, and details that we would have never thought of! She also is the sweetest and so easy to get along with. Truly felt like we had known her for years. With regards to communication, she was extremely responsive, and always kept us in the loop. As we got closer to the wedding, and things inevitably became more hectic, vendors would email us questions and before I could even think of a response, Renee had already replied and had the situation handled. I can’t tell you the amount of ease and stress relief Renee brought us. The weekend of the wedding, my husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Her team was quick and efficient and got things done. Our ceremony and reception set up was done exactly the way we had described and even exceeded expectations when we told her to use her creative liberties! I am the type to stress about details and worry about things running smoothly, but on our wedding day, I didn’t think twice about anything but enjoying the day. We knew Renee had it handled. If I thought of something last minute to bring up to Renee she would immediately say with ease, “we have it handled, don’t worry about a thing!!” I can’t emphasize how much that meant to us. My biggest advice to anyone planning a wedding would be to book a wedding planner and to get RENEE!!!! We will forever look back on our wedding knowing we, and everyone at our wedding, fully enjoyed every second and were not swept up in day-of tasks and duties. No one was stressed or worried about getting something done. People got to relax, party, and just enjoy themselves, because Renee had it handled.

stay on top of things, they recommended several other vendors that we ended up loving, and were also just a delight to be around. With their expert coordination help, our day was truly stress free and smooth. We felt so cared for and supported throughout!

first of my family and friends to get married (meaning those close to me could not help with coordination). Even though I hired her to help for the day of, I feel like she helped me along the whole planning process! She made everything so smooth and easy and took much of the stress out of wedding planning. I loved her so much that I recommended her to my sister (who just got married July 2024), and Renee did a great job helping my sister as well. I would recommend her to everyone I know!

y of and I felt so confident handing off the entire process (and I'm type A!). Renee's timeline was amazingly helpful leading up to the wedding. RCC is great!

th Renee and her wonderful assistants. Highly recommend RCC - you can't go wrong!

livered on this and more. On top of seamless execution, Renee provided us newlyweds with great opinions on all the little aspects about a wedding we didn’t think of! Not only was the event seamless, but you could tell Renee actually cared about us and our event. She went above and beyond to handle all of our vendors. Without no hesitation at all, I would highly recommend Renee for all of your events.

lways under control. Amazing work! Thank you!

p of the planning process. She was very organized and her Timeline became the guide we used to make sure we had every detail covered including things we did not even think about like what drink we wanted when we first walked into the Cocktail Hour. We did not have to worry about vendor arrivals, setting up and taking down decor, or anything the day of the wedding because Renee had it covered. If there were any issues, we did not know about them because Renee knew exactly what to do. Highly recommend RCC Weddings and Events!

organized, timely, and reassuring It was great to meet with them a couple of times before our wedding to gauge our progress and plan out every detail. At each meeting RCC made us feel confident and ready (despite going in to each meeting nervous and daunted). RCC develops a timeline for the even that is completely all-encompassing and detailed that worked to ensure a seamless ceremony into reception. We wouldn't change a detail about our wedding and have RCC to thank for that!

rstood our vibe and didn't push any type of agenda, they wanted what we wanted :) Communication and meetings up to the event were timely and effective. Once the day arrived, I had no stress or worry about how the day would unfold. They worked their butt off day of and I could feel they really wanted the day to go perfectly for us. Thanks RCC team!

an old friend. She is easy to talk to, organized, and detail-oriented, which made the planning process much less overwhelming. On the day of the event, Renee was receptive and provided guidance as we had to switch to an indoor ceremony. Despite the weather-related change in plans, everything was still seamless and perfect (no doubt because she was there)!

at risk for overthinking the details on the big day. However, knowing we had Renee and her capable team to take care of everything allowed us to fully relax and be in the moment the day-of, knowing they pulled the vision together so perfectly!! In areas where we gave her creative license with arranging the decor, we were also completely blown away and wildly impressed. She made sure every vendor knew what was going on and had the information they needed to execute flawlessly. I especially appreciated the extra time Renee took to walk us through our options when the timeline felt complex in order to help relieve stress, and the vast experience, wise advice, and professionalism she brought to every meeting. We would HIGHLY recommend Renee as an expert coordinator!!

oing to help us have our dream wedding. She was flexible with scheduling meetings, responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely fashion. The timeline she created was so helpful and made it easy to coordinate with all of our other vendors. The actual day was everything we could have hoped for and more! She kept us and our families reassured throughout the whole day and if anything went wrong, we have no idea. It was perfect. Renee and her team brought our vision to life flawlessly! She somehow even made it snow for us :) Thank you thank you thank you Renee, it was a wonderful day thanks to you and your team!

acts to ensure everything came together perfectly. She stayed through the event and monitored everything and everyone to keep things on task so I didn't worry about a thing. The wedding turned out beautiful and I didn't have to stress at all! Renee's expertise made our wedding perfect!

ordinator in general, just thinking we were pretty Type A & organized and wouldn't need it. The hundred extra things Renee had on her checklists and timelines were things we just didn't even think to discuss 2 months out. Our meetings were so detailed (and in person, which was amazing) and Renee calmed my every nerve. On the day of, Krista KILLED IT. I cannot say enough how seamless our wedding day was, how the execution of the timeline was perfect, and how much care Krista and her assistant took in setting up all our personal decor items. She seemed to be in a million places at once but was never disorganized or lost. She stayed til the end and made sure cleanup was a breeze and we received back all our gifts & personal decor items. Krista also took some photos / videos of our last private dance since the photographer had already left. Again, we are so happy we hired RCC, I cannot imagine what our day would've been like without them.

of RCC’s glowing reviews and the fact that her team was familiar with our venue & had experience with Indian weddings. From the moment we hired them, we knew we had made the right decision and were in the best hands we could be in. It was immediately apparent that RCC is well-established in the Baltimore wedding industry and it is very comforting to work with a coordinator that is familiar with/has worked with many of your vendors. For the ~8 months we worked with them prior to our wedding day, they were quick to respond, provided excellent suggestions for every question we had, and were tremendously professional in every interaction. The timeline Renee put together was outstanding and the level of detail that went into it calmed our nerves. We are a pretty Type A couple and we hired exactly the right team to plan our dream wedding day. Leading up to our wedding day, we mostly worked with Renee, who was extremely detail-oriented and guided us expertly through every planning and timeline decision we had to make. On the day of, Krista and Jess executed our absolute dream wedding. We were told, unprompted, by multiple guests that the day was well-organized and ran smoothly. That was entirely the work of Krista and Jess. They went above and beyond in every element of their day-of-coordination, which is most exemplified by the fact that if anything didn’t go according to plan, we and the guests truly had no idea - the ultimate sign of a well-run day! Our only regret is that we didn’t get a photo with the RCC team, but that’s the price of working tirelessly behind-the-scenes!! We are so grateful to the RCC team and could not recommend them more!

eline and such all made sense! She even answered questions around best practices, but still gave us the autonomy to make our own decisions. Her patience, professionalism, eye for detail, and all around positive energy were instrumental to making us feel so taken care of leading up to and on our special day. Even our family and wedding party commented on how on top of it Renee was! We are so so grateful. I can't recommend Renee and her team enough!

e little things you forget about. She also kept things lower stress with her sense of humor and experience. The wedding went so smoothly and I didn't worry at all about anything, because I knew she would make it all happen. I highly recommend her!

ay of - and even beforehand. Renee made sure that we knew exactly what to expect during wedding planning, and helped us stay on track with timelines, etc. We would absolutely recommend her to ANYONE who wants a stress free wedding day!

tor, Renee really went above and beyond anything we had expected. She gave us reminders throughout our booking process, recommended various vendors, and of course, ran the perfect wedding day for us. She coordinated with all of the vendors in the weeks leading up to the day and designed and facilitated the wedding schedule during the event. She read all of our contracts to make sure we didn't miss anything, attended our rehearsal, and did our set up on the day of. We had a 170 person outdoor wedding, so running a tight a ship as she did was no easy task! We went into the wedding day so calm all due to her hard work and coordination. She was easy to communicate with, and just an all-around calming and kind presence on the day. She really made our dream wedding a reality!

ting to book RCC, as our venue provided a vendor coordinator to begin with. Within just a few minutes of speaking to Renee, we were antsy to book her for our big day. She is truly an expert in her field, incredibly detail oriented and organized, and what really sold us was her honesty! She actually talked us out of booking her services for more time than we needed — which was an extremely welcome and refreshing change from what we had experienced with others we inquired with. While we technically booked her for day of coordination, she played a very active role leading up to the wedding, always keeping our planning on track by highlighting any outstanding items and providing guidance when we needed it. The week of our wedding, my fiancé and I were relaxing poolside, because RCC had us covered. Every detail of our wedding went off without a hitch and we felt we could be truly in the present thanks to her and her assistant. We cannot thank RCC enough for giving us the ultimate gift on our wedding day…peace of mind! Our wedding was a dream come true thanks in no small part to RCC. We 110% absolutely recommend Renee to anyone looking for planning or coordinating services.

was truly one of the best and most necessary vendors that we worked with. I could not recommend her more strongly!!!!

knowing she’d be there to put our fires day-of and along the way. It seems experience and organization are key to being good at wedding/event planning and Renee checks both those boxes and so many more. Highly recommend!!!

, and attention to detail were invaluable . We were actually able to enjoy our wedding day and relax knowing that everything would be handled by Renee and her incredible staff at RCC!

e - and boy did she deliver! Our wedding was truly SEAMLESS and I attribute so much of it to Renee. Hire her! You won’t regret it!!!

’re going to have the best day cause of her. Everyone we worked with wa s professional and validated everything we wanted and were feeling. Their “day of” coordination was so much more and worth every penny. Seriously. Please if you’re considering hiring them DO IT. It will make your big day more about you and less about stress. Thank you Renee and Krista you guys saved us!
