She was flexible enough to come to my hotel room the day of the wedding, which was such a blessing and when my mom showed up last minute and wanted help with makeup, Ramona didn't hesitate at all to unpack her set-up again and complete her look too. Through the entire process of preparing for the big day, Ramona listened to every one of my concerns and went above and beyond helping me conceal a scar. She truly did an amazing job and I just can't say enough nice things about her or her quality of work.
