From the moment we began planning our wedding, Ralston’s Crossing immediately felt like home. Working with Randy Miller, the owner, was an absolute joy. From that very first meetin...
g, we felt his warmth and generosity, and knew we were in incredible hands. We were also blessed to work closely with Leah, the venue’s wedding coordinator. Leah’s treasure trove of resources, ideas, and expertise was invaluable. She helped us navigate every detail of the planning with grace and creativity. Leah was so communicative, and always available to answer questions, share ideas, and give us tips and insight.
The hospitality of the Ralston’s Crossing team made us feel welcomed as part of their family, not clients. Leading up to the wedding, we frequented their charming open houses, held every Wednesday, and attending nearly all of them became one of our favorite pre-wedding rituals. It wasn’t just preparation, it was pure joy, exploring the beauty of the venue alongside the lovely people who made it all possible.
Every corner of Ralston’s Crossing is breathtaking. There are so many dreamy nooks perfect for photos or peaceful moments; vine-covered trellises, a romantic gazebo, ivy-laced terraces, and winding garden pathways. We exchanged vows at the stunning gazebo and danced on the amphitheater under sparkling lights- it was like something out of a fairy tale. Stepping out to the ivy-clad terrace felt magical, and the lush surroundings offered picture-perfect views at every turn. The timeless chapel, the graceful waterfall, and meticulously manicured gardens all came together to form a backdrop that was effortlessly romantic.
Randy, and Leah’s husband (also Randy) were our bartenders at the wedding and greeted guests with their charismatic, outgoing presence that added so much warmth and laughter to the evening. Every minute detail at the wedding was handled with care. From lighting to seating, décor to timing, the entire day unfolded smoothly, beautifully, and seamlessly. Their full-day venue access meant we could savor every moment, from getting ready in the charming prep spaces to celebrating late into the night under twinkling lights.
Ralston’s Crossing is nothing short of extraordinary. The setting is breathtaking, and the wonderfully thoughtful, talented, and caring team make it unforgettable. Their unwavering support, personal touches, and attention to every detail turned our wedding into a dream come true. If you’re imagining a celebration that feels intimate, beautiful, and enchanting, look no further. Ralston’s Crossing made our wedding pure fairy-tale magic.
Our wedding was May 31st and the venue was absolutely gorgeous. All the guests loved it. The weather turned out beautiful but the place offers mitigation measures if it does rain o...
r get cooler (being a semi-outdoor center). The place was top notch for photos. We loved our couples photos in the green fields, overheads, twinkle lights. The place is just stunning for wedding photos. It also offers a beautiful outdoor dance area and indoor dance floor. Guests enjoyed being able to go in and out. The best part is the event team! We, as well as our immediate family, truly had nothing to worry about and made wedding planning so much easier! We hardly had to do anything day-of as the team helps prepare you in every way, from info you need to know, talking to vendors, setting up day of and providing guidance/coordination! Everything the event center did exceeded expectations and provided a wedding experience my hubby and I will always remember!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ralston's Crossing. You could add absolutely no decor, and it would still be this unbelievably magical place. Randy, Leah, and everyone e...
lse are absolutely amazing! As a Bride, it is very reassuring knowing that everything will just magically be taken care of. I had the best wedding day, free of any stresses. Leah made sure everything was taken care of. You will not regret having your wedding here. It is truly the most stunning venue!
This hidden gem of a venue was perfect for our daughter's smaller (less than 150 guests) wedding. The owner, coordinator, & staff will work hard to make your wedding exactly how yo...
u envision it. If you're on a budget, but want the nice venue - this is the place! No expensive "preferred vendor" list, lots of flexibility, beautiful chapel and grounds, with no street noise (unexpected!). Randy, Leah & the rest of the team are genuine, honest, and caring, as well as being professional, prompt & communicative. Stop by during one of their open houses on Wednesday evenings and see for yourself.
We had the best wedding we could have ever imagined at Ralston's Crossing Event Center in June 2022. A colleague recommended this hidden gem in Arvada. What a beautiful venue for...
a wedding--lovely chapel and also wonderful indoor and outdoor areas for the ceremony and reception. Randy was absolutely wonderful to work with and ensured that our wedding day was flawless. Our guests commented on what a special place Ralston's Crossing was. Having the venue reserved the entire day for us made for a relaxing day with no stress and in such a peaceful setting. Isn't a wedding day supposed to be stressful? Not here. Also, Randy is the most amazing photographer and so talented. Our wedding photos were stunning! We have the best remembrances of our wedding day with our family and friends thanks to Randy for documenting the day from beginning to end. He made our day so special and one that we will always remember. Thank you Randy.

Ralston's Crossing Event Center made our special day even better than we could have ever imagined. The venue is so intimate and secluded, it really provided a wholesome and unique ...
feel to the entire day. The property is beautiful in the late summer with all of the greenery, and all of the small details that Randy added made the time we spent with our family that much more special. Randy is very organized and was instrumental in helping us stay on schedule during our big day. From start to finish the process of working with Randy and the Ralston's Crossing Event Center was seamless and I recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for an intimate setting with beautiful scenery.

The venue was perfect! Even though the weather was chilly and rainy, Randy did a great job making sure our day was still perfect!
Beautiful grounds with a perfect atmosphere. Grounds lend them selves to little extra decoration necessary. Chapel is idea for church and reception all in one place. Can be cold...
if done too early in the season outside, be sure to drop the side and have the heaters. Dream wedding.
Perfect for an outdoor wedding, this vendor lets you choose exactly how you would like your wedding to be set up. You may do the whole shebang indoors in the Old Chapel, which is t...
he last standing building from the town Ralston's Crossing.
Very flexible, but also has ideas and suggestions. Not the most organized, but they are a new venue, and we paid about $3k to have the place to ourselves for the entire day. Dressing room with mirrors and lights downstairs for the ladies, dudes can chill upstairs. Beautiful covered pavillion, where we fit nearly 200 people at 10 ft round tables. Nature has it's way here and it's perfect. There is also adorable lighting and fountains.
They let us come by several times and walk the property in order to envision exactly what we wanted. The first time we went to see the property I cried because it was so perfect!
LOVE this location! Everything was perfect and absolutely beautiful for our sunset wedding in September. All of our guest commented and complimented on what a beautiful location it...
is. Randy went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome, even personally called the day before our wedding to see if we needed anything!
