We got our wedding bands and my engagement ring from Radcliffe and are so happy with them! Kristen was so helpful during the process and made picking out our rings a breeze!
My fiance got my beautiful engagement ring from the Pikesville location. Betsy helped him design the perfect ring for me. She also taught him a few things about the types of diamon...
d cuts and showed him different varieties of settings. She is very intuitive on what Jake was looking for. The end result was a beautiful diamond paired with turquoise on each side of the princess cut diamond he picked. I love it.
My husband got my engagement ring from Radcliffe's in Pikesville. He first went to the Towson location, and the salesperson was not helpful at all. He even advised my husband NOT t...
o get the ring that he wanted to get me, because it was just a "fad." So he went to the location in Pikesville and worked with Jason. He was phenomenal. He worked with my husband's budget. That location actually makes custom jewelry, so Jason took a picture of the ring that my husband wanted to get me and had his jeweler make it for a fraction of the cost of the normal ring. We went back to purchase his wedding band and have mine custom made again. They were absolutely wonderful there and I would recommend to all of my close family and friends!

I asked Dan Kallagher from Radcliffe to find me the perfect wedding gift for my new husband and did he ever deliver! He spent months looking for a 1952 Rolex that my husband was lo...
oking for and finally found it. He was able to send it to Rolex and get it serviced before the wedding, and provide an appraisal. I couldn't have been happier with the value or service and my husband was thrilled with his gift.
Always exceptional service, courteous and answer all my questions! Only carry good quality rings and let me look at mine under the microscope!
Radcliffe is the best. Period. They are welcoming, helpful, and no pressure. Plus, they have the absolute best diamonds in Baltimore.
My now wife had very clear idea of what she wanted in a ring but had never seen on like what she wanted in the past. So I did some looking and found that there was no such ring. So...
I went to Radcliffe with a family diamond and a few badly drawn pictures and some things I found on line and with in 4 week they deviled the ring of her dreams.
We also went there for wedding bands and once more they did a great job in a reasonable time frame. Don't let the out side fool you they were also competitive in there price.
Michael did a wonderful job assisting my husband when shopping for my engagement ring and when we later picked out the band. Beautiful rings and wonderful experiences as always :)

They really helped me find the perfect ring to match my engagement ring. The price was great.

iginally wanted (they didn't carry the designer). My fiance (now husband) was overseas and working with Shirley on the details for purchasing the ring and finding the diamond. Shirley's attention to detail and responsiveness made the process smooth and painless.

t it was in poor shape. They were able to fix it up and make it look like new, while still keeping the original style which really meant a lot to me. My husband got a plain palladium band at a reasonable price. Overall, we were pleased with the service and value.
When my husband went to buy my engagement ring, he had gone to a few places before finally buying. They were very easy to work with, very helpful, not pushy at all, let him look at...
and touch the rings, let him look at the diamonds under the magnifying glasses, and the prices seemed reasonable to him.
We went back to Radcliffe's to get our wedding bands also. We got a discount for buying our bands! They also offered us a layaway plan with no interest, which made it so easy for us to pay off our rings over 9 months without paying any finance charges!
I have been back quite a few time to have my ring cleaned and they are always so nice and thrilled to shine it up!
We would surely recommend anyone to Radcliffe's!
My now-husband went to Radcliffe initially to purchase my engagement ring. He found the overall atmosphere to be less pressure-filled than other jewelers he had visited. Shirley he...
lped him pick out the perfect engagement ring and was able to make a change in the order when he discovered the ring size was incorrect. We returned to Radcliffe when it was time to look for wedding bands. We went looking elsewhere after that 1st time but found that we weren't receiving the same quality service and product knowledge that we experienced at Radcliffe. Shirley was patient with us through 2 more visits as we finally chose my band (My husband chose to order his online.). I appreciated the free ring cleanings as well.
My husband purchased my engagement ring here and it is beautiful. The quality and price were fantastic, however, getting the certification was a different story and took months.
My engagement ring from Radcliffe was perfect! We were having trouble finding the right ring, so David kept his eyes peeled for weeks looking for new pieces. Finally he found the...
perfect yellow diamond ring. And gave us a great deal! My wedding band was custom made, and at first it was all wrong. But the salespeople were a dream to work with. They wanted us to have the perfect ring and kept helping us until we got it right... at no additional cost and still on time!
