Rachelle is the pinnacle of excellence in 30A weddings, seamlessly blending meticulous planning and a deep knowledge of the area with unparalleled design and floral expertise. From...
the outset, her dedication to realizing our vision was evident, ensuring every expectation was not just met, but exceeded within our budget. On our wedding day, Rachelle's magic was palpable in every detail—guests and industry professionals alike shared praises for her impeccable taste and meticulous planning. In my honest opinion, Rachelle's stellar reputation and unwavering commitment to her craft make her the go-to choice for any couple seeking an extraordinary wedding experience. I promise you Rachelle and her exceptional team will surpass your expectations and create a celebration to remember.

, adding her own professional expertise, to create the best wedding I have ever been too, which just happened to be my own! She carries herself with such grace and charm and is so easy to work with. I cannot say enough about her to portray how valuable her services were to us over the past year! My family and I consider her a dear friend after having the pleasure of working with her over the past year. You will have no regrets about putting your event into her hands!

eeing your vision and getting every detail right. We also were able to meet so many great vendors I wouldn't have seen otherwise. Just helping us pick out vendors alone was 10 fold worth having Rachelle as our planner and that was the least of all the amazing things Rachelle did for us! I never had to question if something was a fair price or if we were making the right decisions. We met Rachelle when we thought we were getting married in 30A and she ended up helping us plan the perfect Asheville, NC wedding. Rachelle really is a creative genius - I never thought I cared that much about floral until I saw her work. There's no way we would have gotten the unique and thoughtful wedding we did, without her. I wouldn't have changed any of the details she carefully curated! Rachelle and her family are wonderful to be around and made us feel at peace the day of the wedding. As soon as the wedding was over, I was sad that Rachelle wouldn't be in our life the same way she had been for the past year! I've learned you 100% need a full service wedding planner and you need Rachelle Youd Designs!

d decision, and goes above and beyond to make it fabulous! She spent hours upon hours meeting with my family and I going over every detail and truly was calming in the wedding planning craziness. We had nothing to worry about come the week of the wedding!

my mother-in-law (floral designer) on flowers. They were gorgeous and her help freed up my mother-in-law a ton to enjoy the event. I highly recommend Rachelle all around!! Absolutely no complaints. She made my wedding so much more enjoyable and alleviated a ton of stress.
If I could describe Rachelle's services in one word it would be magical. She was with me every step of the way in my wedding planning journey and truly saw my vision and brought it...
to life. She met with me for hours while I picked out my dream invitations, negotiated costs on our behalf with other vendors, and made sure neither I nor my family were bothered with day-of nonsense! My wedding was everything and more that I hoped it would be. My bridesmaids were even worried about me because I acted so calm and happy throughout the entire day of my wedding.
Rachelle was recommended to me by my best friend in the beginning stages of our engagement and I immediately set up a meeting with her. Every time we met she made me go through every detail one more time to make sure she got it all right and the exact way we wanted it. She also is very knowledgeable about wedding etiquette and how to handle certain situations, too.
I can't thank Rachelle enough for helping me with our special day. If you need a wedding planner, or even a week-of coordinator, she is the one to go to! Thank you Rachelle for everything you did for us. We will never forget how enjoyable and magical everything was for us right from the start.

ngs it's easy to overlook. She not only planned and directed a extremely large wedding, but at the last minute also stepped in and handled the rehearsal dinner! Rachelle is a true professional and expert at what she does. I feel so blessed someone told us about her! My wedding was over 10 years ago and it would still be current today because Rachelle has a vision and makes sure her brides are happy and their dream wedding comes to life! I recommend her services to anyone who is looking for an event planner- She's the best!
Rachelle Youd is a true professional. My daughter's wedding was the most well planned and executed event with which I have ever been involved. We secured Rachelle's services early...
in the process and took full advantage of her expert ideas and suggestions as we considered numerous venues for the event. Rachelle was very patient and generous with her time as we worked to narrow our choices. With every meeting attended or conversation held, it was clear that every aspect of the wedding was being carefully considered. Rachelle paid the utmost attention to even the smallest detail. After selecting the venue and date, Rachelle provided my daughter with schedules and advice on what to do and when to do it. Nothing was missed or forgotten and all turmoil avoided as decisions were made and actions taken in plenty of time to make sure even the long lead items did not become problems. Rachelle planned a lovely wedding that we were able to participate in and enjoy, while she orchestrated the event behind the scenes. The result? Our daughter and our family have nothing but wonderful memories of her wedding day that will last a lifetime. My advice? If you are going to have a wedding, hire a wedding planner and if you are going to hire a wedding planner, make it Rachelle Youd!

open to our ideas but suggested as well. It rained before the wedding and the reception area (outside) had to be "set up" again, but when we arrived, Rachelle had it perfect beyond beautiful. She handles all: band, food, flowers, rental of ALL reception items, including beautiful furniture for sitting areas, and most of all the etiquette that is so important to Southern weddings. We could not have done this without her!
