Rachel was simply amazing from start to finish. She and her team executed our special ...
day absolutely perfectly. There was truly no detail too small — she paid attention to everything and made sure every single element came together flawlessly. Her organization, precision, and care were evident in every moment.
In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Rachel was beyond helpful. She was always available, incredibly thoughtful, and so skillful in guiding us through every decision. On the wedding day itself, she and her team were always right there whenever we needed anything at all — often before we even realized we needed it!
Her calm, warm personality and her ability to make the entire day run so smoothly allowed my husband and me to feel completely relaxed and at ease. We were able to truly enjoy every second of our wedding because we knew Rachel had everything handled.
I genuinely cannot imagine our wedding day without Rachel and her team. They helped turn our dream wedding into a reality, and we are so incredibly grateful. I cannot recommend Rachel Scott Weddings enough!

When my fiance and I got engaged last October, we were quickly overwhelmed by the amount of things we needed to quickly reserve and make decisions on. My mom came across Rachel's ...
profile and recommended her. We reached out and were sitting down for coffee days after that initial call. Rachel is extremely organized, professional, sweet and easy to work with. She has a very calm nature about her that immediately put me at ease. We chose Rachel as a partial planner and she was quick with follow-ups, recommendations, bookings, ect. She was available as frequently or infrequently we wanted to meet and always brought a reputable perspective to all of her suggestions. 10/10 would work with her again. She is incredible!

the beginning but thank god I found Rachel as my day of coordinator! My husband and myself were so impressed on how on track she was able to keep our hectic families and the whole day! We couldn’t have asked for a better day of coordinator. Thank you so much Rachel, you made our day 100x easier and more memorable!!
Rachel is absolutely AMAZING at what she does! I was in grad school and renovating our house during wedding planning, and I quickly became very overwhelmed. Typically I like to do ...
things myself, but I was 100% confident in telling Rachel what I had in mind and allowing her to work her magic for me. She was full of tips and suggestions while also being supportive of my ideas and making sure everything was what I envisioned. The months leading up to and the weekend of my wedding were so easy and I was able to fully focus on me and my fiancé (which is what a wedding should be all about), and I couldn’t have done this without Rachel! I have gotten so many compliments about how smooth our whole weekend was, and it would not have been possible without her. I highly recommend hiring Rachel as soon as you get engaged!
