ed for anyone better to capture everything.
Rachel is incredibly talented and has such a great eye for the little moments. Our photos turned out so beautiful, but more than anything, we love how natural they feel. She captured so many moments that we didn’t even realize were happening, and looking through our photos brings us right back to the day.
She also made the entire photo experience so much fun, and she did such an amazing job capturing both the big moments and all of the little ones in between.
And on top of all of that, she was so helpful with keeping everything organized and on track. There are so many moving pieces on a wedding day, and having someone who knew where everyone needed to be and what needed to happen next made such a difference!
Rachel was kind, professional, fun, and just genuinely wonderful to work with. We are so happy we chose her and will be forever grateful that she captured our day so perfectly. If you’re looking for a photographer, book Rachel- you will be SO glad you did! ❤️

raining on our wedding day which really limited the amount of pictures we could get outside, but Rachel still made sure we were able to get all of the shots we wanted. All of the pictures we got back were so incredibly beautiful and we felt like she was able to capture the day perfectly! Rachel also just went above and beyond in everything, whether it was delivering hundreds of pictures beyond what was required or being the only one who could calm me down when I started feeling overwhelmed and anxious leading up to our first look. She’s not just an amazing photographer, she’s also your own personal hype man, therapist, and best friend all in one! I am so thankful we had Rachel by our side on our wedding day and even more thankful we have so many beautiful photos to look back on!

ng we could have dreamed of and more.
Rachel was incredibly responsive from start to finish, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. From the moment we met her, she made us feel comfortable and at ease—especially since neither of us had much experience with professional photos. She gave us such thoughtful, natural prompts for posing that never felt forced or awkward and allowed us to truly be ourselves in front of the camera.
Rachel is such a warm, kind, and genuine person, and we genuinely enjoyed spending so much time with her throughout the entire experience.

ity to get to know Rachel and have fun! Rachel also came with us for one of our final venue walk throughs to take flat lay photos which turned out beautifully and delivered them even before wedding day.
From start to finish, she was thoughtful, communicative and well organized. On wedding day, she was with us from the start. She managed the timeline and everyone so well, kept everything moving, gave clear direction and made photo time efficient and enjoyable.
We highly recommend booking Rachel for the entire wedding day. Since she was with us until the end of the wedding, she took fun “after party” vibe photos. She also took several photos on film which are some of our favorites.
Rachel captured our day perfectly. Every moment was documented with so much care. We were so excited to receive preview photos just days later and our full gallery shortly after. We absolutely love every single photo.
Working with Rachel was one of the best wedding planning decisions we made. THANK YOU to Rachel and her team. We’ll cherish these photos and memories for the rest of our lives.

redibly awkward in front of a camera, she managed to make it fun and comfortable, with stunning photos to show for it.
On our wedding day, she was a master at keeping us on schedule without feeling rushed or stressed. She played a huge part in helping us feel like we could relax and be in the moment for our amazing day...which is everything. I managed to leave my phone with her the day of the wedding, and when I realized the day after, she dropped it off at my front door within hours. She is kind, considerate, professional, and fun! I would absolutely recommend her for any special event and hope to use her services again in the future. :)

et up the timeline for the day of, came up to NYC to take our engagement photos, went to the venue the week before at the time of our photos to walk around and ensure she knew the best spots for the light, and was always super responsive and collaborative. You spend a lot of time with your photographer on your wedding day so it was important to me to have someone I felt comfortable with. From the second Rachel arrived I knew I could turn my wedding day timeline over to her and she would ensure we were on track and the day ran smoothly. She will be your biggest cheerleader and made the day even better. If you are looking for a photographer for your wedding, I highly recommend Rachel!

ped me feel relaxed and comfortable. Rachel is so easy to talk to and followed up several times before the wedding so we could discuss my visions and manage a timeline together. Flash forward to the wedding and I could not be happier that I chose her to shoot our wedding. She was professional/incredibly knowledgable, yet so fun to be around and made our day unforgettable. My husband and I were worried about our awkwardness and lack of photogenics, but she made us both feel at ease and gave us direction. The pictures were absolutely beautiful and from someone who never likes herself in pictures-- I was shocked to find there wasn't one picture I didn't love. Thank you Rachel Betson!!!

spiration I showed her, she clearly planned to execute and delivered!! On the wedding day, her personality was just what we needed- she was organized, stuck to a timeline (but we never ever felt rushed), and gave clear directions to us and a large wedding party. But most importantly she was lighthearted, fun, and our biggest hype woman all day!! We felt so comfortable with her, which was so key in her being able to capture our authentic personalities and relationship. Now for the actual pictures- they are beyond amazing!! Rachel captured so many different styles of photos on our wedding day (formal portraits, candids, light hearted silly, romantic, trendy and funky and fun). She did such a beautiful job capturing all of these aspects of our relationship which was beyond special. Rachel read my mind on the types of photos we hoped for. She sent us a HUGE amount of photos the day after our wedding and the entire album that came just 2-3 weeks later was MASSIVE. She was able to capture so many moment that we didn’t see throughout the night. We got so many compliments from family and friends about how great Rachel was on the wedding day and then again when they saw all the pictures. We cannot recommend Rachel enough- one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!!

care of. Day of, Rachel and Jes were so much fun to work with! They both did a great job balancing directing everyone for photos and still making sure we had fun! What really blew us away was the fact that Rachel gladly stayed an extra hour when we extended our ceremony and then sent us our sneak peek pictures about 6 hours later!! The pictures turned out beautiful thanks to Rachel! We highly recommend her to anyone!

with her, it felt as if we were old friends. We bonded over food, coffee, and family and talked well over our allotted time. When the big day arrived, I couldn’t have asked for a better, more calming person to be with me while I was waiting for the First Look. She captured such beautiful moments, not only of us, but of our family and friends as well. There were incredibly special moments in so many of those photos and Rachel did it seamlessly. She wrangled up the guests with ease and was a pleasure to work with. She made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and we honestly felt like we were hanging out with an old friend. All of our guests loved her. We cannot sing her praises enough bc not only is she an exceptional photographer, she’s also a great person who we will remain in touch with long after our event is over. Oh, did I mention how fast she edited and got things back to us? She gave us teasers THAT SAME night. We were so excited. She then sent another set of teasers and the full gallery in just over a week after our event. She ROCKS! Thanks Rachel for being such an amazing person and can’t wait for our coffee date!

as so organized, especially with our day-of timeline, which made scheduling and organizing so much easier for me. She was always available for questions through email or text.
My husband and I had already had our engagement pictures taken so Rachel has offered us a future session as part of our package that we can use at any future time. We could do one year anniversary pictures, or even maternity.
I look at our wedding pictures all the time - I love them so much! I can't wait to frame them and give them to my bridal party.
We also met with Rachel about creating an album for us (we didn't originally include this in our package). We love the album options and how professional they look. We just need to make up our minds!
I would recommend working with Rachel 100% and can't wait to work with her again.
(Oh also - she had our sneak peek to us in like 3 days!)
