Quail Ranch

I still can’t get over how magical and PERFECT our wedding was at Quail Ranch! There genuinely isn’t a thing that I would change about our day and I just want to shout from the rooftops about how incredible Michael and Sam’s team are, as well as Joanne, and everyone else from Brick & Brass and Command Performance Catering. My husband and I toured nine wedding venues, and after we met Joanne and saw QR, it instantly stood out to us and was unlike any other experience we had with other venues. What won us over was how personal and caring Joanne was - throughout the tour, we could tell how genuine she is and how she deeply cares, not just about the property, but about all of the couples that get married there, and their guests’ experience. QR is a place that holds so much meaning and love and laughter and cherished memories to them, and my husband and I could genuinely feel all of that love as Joanne gave us our tour. We knew Quail Ranch was special. I didn’t want to get a wedding planner, so we opted to go for the In-House Coordination team, led by Michael, and OMG I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH NICE THINGS!!!! I was a little worried going this route at first, because I had heard from other people and venues that “coordination” teams were just there a month before or the day-of to set things up, etc. and so I was fully planning on going into this completely alone. HOWEVER, Michael was literally there for me from DAY ONE!!! Michael is the most organized, communicative, patient, kind, easy-going, and (in the words of my guests) “on top of his sh*t” person ever!!!!!! In the months leading up to our wedding, he was so thorough with our planning calls, going through every little detail, and did an amazing job guiding my husband and I back to where we needed to be when we began to meander too much and lost track of things LOL. We also threw out some CRAZY ideas/requests (like a drumline lmao) but he was super open to everything, he really just wanted to make sure this was the best and happiest day of our lives (and it really was)! We even had a "book corner/cozy corner" that I totally forgot to give them any direction or photos of how to set it up, but they completely killed it on their own and it was one of our guests' favorite thing! Kaitlyn was by my side the whole day, and made sure I stayed hydrated, helped me with my veil (provided the strongest bobby pins when I completely forgot to bring any!!), and I felt so taken care of and stress-free with her around. And she also did the most INCREDIBLE JOB fluffing my veil right before my walk down the stairs/aisle to the most epic song ever (“A Moment Apart - Odesza)!!!!! All of my guests told me how “ethereal” my entrance was because my gown and veil “literally floated” around me as I came to the top of the stairs, and when I told everyone Kaitlyn fluffed everything before I came down, they were all flabbergasted because they said “she must’ve ran really fast because there was literally no one there” LMAO! I truly felt stress-free the entire day and not a single worry came into my mind, because of how wonderful everyone was. The whole experience was phenomenal, and I wish we could do it over and over again. There’s so much I want to say, but I know I’d be writing an entire book at this point. Tldr; Quail Ranch is a beautiful venue, but it’s the people behind it that makes it truly magical, wonderful, a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and I couldn’t thank the team enough for making my dreams come true!

Perfect venue for a perfect day! Staff was professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend!
