Pyramid Catering

h, was always so responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process. He made sure to answer all of my questions promptly and offered great advice whenever I needed it. His professionalism and attention to detail really put me at ease. Everyone I interacted with from Pyramid Catering was super friendly and accommodating. The level of customer service was outstanding, and it truly felt like they cared about making our day perfect. The food—wow! It was absolutely fantastic. We had such a wide variety of options to choose from, and everything was delicious. I wish I had more pictures of the food but that's when the photographers were having their lunch break. The staff did an amazing job with the setup as well. The tables looked beautiful, and the presentation of the food was spot on. It was clear they put a lot of effort into making everything look and feel special. Overall, Pyramid Catering helped make our wedding day unforgettable. Their dedication to quality and service was evident at every step. If you’re looking for a catering company that will deliver on taste, service, and presentation, look no further than Pyramid Catering!

g the way with all our questions and issues. It was such a smooth process with great food! Thanks again!

g recommendations when we weren't sure what we wanted. He was one of our favorite vendors to communicate with out of everyone for our wedding. We were also so happy with the food. We had a buffet dinner for 200 people and they did a great job of getting everyone through the buffet quickly. And not only did we think the food tasted great, but had multiple guests tell us how fantastic the food was. We also had a decent amount of people with food restrictions and they were able to help us create a menu that accommodated most people and they made a special plate for one guest who had many food restrictions. And last, their bar service was amazing. We provided the alcohol and their bartenders mixed 2 cocktails for us and served beer and wine. We received so many compliments about the bartenders. We highly recommend Pyramid catering and are very grateful they were there for our wedding.

bar, and dining rental needs. They are friendly right from the beginning, willing to switch things up if you feel a change needs to be made, organized throughout the planning process, and were professional and kind throughout the entire event. They made clean up a breeze! We will be calling on Pyramid for our next auction-please consider Pyramid Catering if you’re needing to entertain large groups with good food and fantastic service! Thank you Pyramid catering, you definitely contributed to the success of our auction!!

fter multiple emails back and forth to get the date set up and even begged them to give me a call. Finally got the food tasting date set up. However, a week later, they gave my date to someone else. Why would they book a food tasting for me and then give my date to others without even giving me notice? The amount of stress they put me through. Don't book with them if you don't scramble like I did.

e appreciation for Pedro, who from the very outset, beginning with the tasting, guided us with expertise and care. His invaluable advice not only assisted us in curating a delightful menu but also played a pivotal role in structuring the flow of our wedding. Pedro's insights were instrumental in creating a seamless and memorable experience for us and our cherished guests. Our guests have been effusive in their praise for the delectable spread, thanks to the remarkable talents of chef Catherine. Our heartfelt gratitude extends to the entire Pyramid team for their meticulous attention to detail, especially in flawlessly accommodating all of our dietary restrictions. The food was not just a meal but a captivating journey that left everyone thoroughly gratified and impressed. A special mention goes also to the lead, Judy whose unwavering dedication ensured that my husband and I were exceptionally well-fed and taken care of throughout the event. Her thoughtfulness, kindness, and big heart added an extra layer of warmth to our unforgettable day. And Kudos to the other pyramid staff: Ana, Sabina, and the gentleman whose name we did not get. Pyramid, your exceptional service, expert guidance, and attention to detail have unquestionably elevated our wedding day. From Catherine's culinary artistry to Judy's attentive care and Pedro's insightful direction, every facet contributed to an unforgettable celebration. We extend our heartfelt gratitude for your outstanding efforts.

ched out to Ben and then working with Pedro, they exceeded all our expectations and truly made our special day easy breezy. On the wedding day, the team arrived promptly and went straight to taking care of everything from A-Z from setting up our tables, chairs, food, the bar, etc. It was a tremendous relief to know that we could trust them to handle all the catering aspects and the set up and break down, leaving us with one less thing to worry about. The entire staff, from the bartenders to the servers, was courteous, friendly, and incredibly attentive to both our needs and those of our guests. The food was an absolute hit with our guests! From the appetizers to the buffet, everyone raved about it. Pedro and his team helped us come up with a menu that catered to different dietary preferences, which made planning so much more easier. Thank you, Pyramid Catering team, for making our wedding day stress free! We can't wait to work with you again in the future for more events!

e to commented on how good it was, specially the soba noodles and salmon from the Pacific Rim buffett!), the staff was so kind, generous, and helpful, and everything went so smoothly from moment to moment that we never had to worry about anything throughout the entire day. In the words of our guests: "It was the perfect wedding and party!" Pedro, Ben, and team: Thank you so much for your love, support, and collaboration throughout this entire journey. We could not have done it without you. It's been a pleasure working with you all -- thank you for making our wedding day so special and one to remember!

ur main contact and was so helpful and easy to work with during the planning process and at the reception. Thank you Pedro! They have a variety of menus to choose from at a fair price and we found the perfect menu for our day that also included passed hors d’oeuvres, coffee, tea and sparkling water! We had a couple of guests who were vegan and vegetarian and it was so easy to find a menu that every guest would be happy with. Everyone enjoyed the dinner buffet which was set up and ran very smoothly by their staff who were all so friendly and professional. At the end of the night the team packed a special to-go bag for us. We weren’t able to eat much during dinner so we definitely appreciated the staff doing that extra little thing for us, it was a sweet gesture, I really appreciated it. All the food was so delicious and it was nice to be able to enjoy it again. I would definitely recommend Pyramid Catering for any event needs. Thank you Pyramid Catering, I truly appreciate the great service! All the food was so delicious and it was nice to be able to enjoy it again.

me and my husband got before we did photos! We were famished so it was perfect!) We provided the alcohol and they did bar service, super easy and we can return what wasn't used. And the dinner buffet was amazing! I had SO many guests tell me it was the best wedding food they had ever had. From the initial consult through the wedding day itself, the team was very helpful, responding to all of my emails very promptly; I was very impressed with all of the staff throughout the entire process. Not to mention, their prices were very fair. Stop your caterer search and go with Pyramid!

table. The Pyramid team always replies to emails/texts/phone calls within the day. Whenever I had to make a change to the layout or guest count, Ben was quick to update our proposal and make revisions to layouts. He met with us at the venue before the wedding to make sure he understood how we wanted everything laid out and organized. He is wonderful at giving suggestions while also listening to what we wanted and figuring out how to make our vision work. When Ben and his team had to make changes to how food was served and how to set up our ceremony and reception seating due to COVID restrictions, they quickly put together a plan and communicated it to both me and my husband and the staffing at our event. Day of, our reception changed last minute from outdoor seating to indoor seating due to rain. Pyramid staff quickly moved everything indoors seamlessly. My husband and I were instantly greeted with an individual appetizer selection and beverage post ceremony. The staff really goes above and beyond their job expectations to help make your event smooth, fun, and seamless. The food was EXCELLENT. All of our guests were raving. We enjoyed the northwest buffet, but Pyramid is always happy to make substitutions and customize their options for you. I honestly cannot recommend their team enough. I would highly recommend this company. We are SO thankful for their hard work and their delightful catering.

s on the food, and my husband and I are still dreaming of the bowtie pasta and the salmon. The catering staff were really professional as well. Ben, Michael, and the whole team were very responsive and fun to work with. They are flexible and willing to work with your budget and needs. We especially loved our tasting dinner with Ben as we got to know him and the company better. As far as Seattle caterers go, we thought they were really reasonably priced, especially given the quality of food and service. Definitely recommend checking them out.

l, and he was amazing. Organized, detail-oriented, and super helpful in coordinating what we wanted with the venue and the staff. And the food was delicious!!! We had a barbecue buffet (pulled pork, chicken, salmon) and all the guests were raving about the food. I arrived to the reception to find everything set up perfectly without any questions, and the appetizers and dinner was right on cue. Thank you so much for everything!!!

were very friendly, efficient and considerate to all of our guests. They generously helped us with set up and clean-up of all our decorations and furniture. The planning process was well-organized and straightforward, thanks to the comprehensive catering workbook put together by Michael and Ben. We applaud you, Pyramid! Thank you again for being a part of our wedding day.

They were extremely professional during our reception. They were constantly making sure we had enough food and drink, replenishing whenever something was looking low. They gave us, the bride and groom, and the bridal party especially good service, asking if we ever needed water or a drink whenever they passed by us. They made sure we (my husband and I) were first to get food and even boxed us up a meal for the hotel room at the end of the night. In addition, we had so much fun at the 2 tastings we did with them before the wedding. The owners/ managers were professional yet very inviting. Funny enough, the tastings are actually a very nice memory for my husband and I. Here is the biggest compliment of all: I have an aunt who has every dietary restriction that anyone can think of. She NEVER eats at weddings. However, after our wedding she said that she absolutely LOVED the food and couldn’t get enough. From countless guests at the wedding, the most common compliment we received was about how delicious the food was.

book with Pyramid without tasting the food. I'm so glad I did! Pyramid takes care of rentals, setting up and taking down tables and chairs, and even provides bartenders for the event! In this sense, it was so nice to deal with less vendors. The food was also amazing! Although the website quoted us below what the actual pricing per plate ended up being ($24), it was still incredibly reasonable and delicious! The staff on the day-of were present without being in your face and they took care of everything without needing to be asked. If I ever have another large event in the Seattle area, I will be sure to book with Pyramid again!

fit what we were looking for. On my wedding day, his staff was on top of it! They made sure my husband and I had everything we needed (a drink and apps while we signed our certificate, getting us drinks during dinner, packing up his and her to-go boxes for the end of the night). The best part though is all the compliments we got from our wedding guests. We had a buffet (which are usually mediocre at best at weddings) but the guests kept telling us how great the food was. I highly recommend Ben and Pyramid Catering!!

ce and professionalism of the staff. They did their job so well that most people didn't realize they were even there. Everything was done seamlessly. I highly recommend using Pyramid for your next event.

sy to get ahold of and all of his staff were wonderful! They even packed us some food at the end of the wedding to take for the next day! They were the most reasonably priced caterers we talked to and everyone we spoke to had wonderful things to say about the food. I would absolutely recommend Pyramid Catering!

at people. Ben came out to the property and designed all of my rental needs in a workbook. From outlining a timeline for the day to how many plates-forks-napkins to tables-linens and everything in between, Ben was essentially my wedding planner. I honestly don't know what I would have done without him. More importantly, the food was absolutely DELICIOUS! I had major compliments following the wedding of how great the food tasted. Pyramid Catering gives you the most food for your money and seriously the most reasonably priced that i've seen in all of Seattle/WA, I would highly recommend Pyramid Catering.

y a number of different foods, being amazingly open to changes in the menu and then helping us assess not only the amount of food we need, but also the beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). The team on site that day were fantastic, easing my anxiety and making the whole event appear seamless, from set up to break down. They were gracious, friendly, helpful and attentive. Our guests were all impressed by both the quality of the food to the professional yet friendliness of the staff. I received multiple compliments from guests about how delicious the food was and how they couldn’t help but go back for seconds. Thank you Ben for making our day amazing!

and was always incredibly responsive and resourceful. I highly recommend!!

to work with! He covers all the details with you at your first tasting so that if you do decide to go with Pyramid for your event (which you should!) you don’t have to take time out to come back for all this. He is so detail oriented which I loved and was so willing to work with us in order to help us stay within our budget. He helped us figured out how much alcohol we would need and gave us a lot of good tips that saved us a lot of money. The food was so good; we still have wedding guests raving about it 5 months later! Everything was presented so beautifully and the staff the day of was the absolute best to work with! We highly recommend Pyramid to anyone looking for an amazing caterer!

ration. Ben and his staff are AMAZING. The food was great (all of my guests commented how good the food was). The service was great and communication during the planning process was excellent. Yes they are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for and it was well worth it. They provided all the lines and dishes/stemware/flatware, etc...set it all up, took it all down and boxed up the to-go containers for the little bit left over. Normally I am not a fan of buffets, food is either too cold or dry, but our buffet was anything but that. It tasted fresh from the oven and many people were going back for seconds. Food was ready and served on time and the appetizers were passed around at just the right time.

timeline, etc. On the day of, the Pyramid Team helped to clean up things that they weren't responsible for - even going so far as to transport something that belonged to us, not them, after the reception was over. There were several things on the day-of that they "upgraded" without telling us, or charging us, and the catering staff was friendly and professional, never in the way. To be clear, the food was good (several guests commented on it) and presented well, but it wasn't a five-star restaurant (but hey, for the price, it was great). They even packaged up some food and cake for us to take back to the hotel. These people know their business and take care of their customers!

eption room. His staff arrived on time, the set up was for the most part done correctly (they made the necessary changes when asked), and the food was delicious!! We got many many compliments on the food. He was the only caterer we found who provided a menu with both chicken and salmon for $19 per head. We highly recommend Pyramid catering!!

ty and we got a ton of compliments of the food!

I couldn't have been happier with my decision to go with Pyramid as my caterer.

ay. Everything turned out great. We had lots of people tell us how wonderful the food was. We found Pyramid on the recommendation of others (two different people) and we gladly pass on a recommendation to you.

r guests was beyond words! We had the "Italian Buffet" which included Torta Fete, Flank Steak, Chicken Marsala, Caprese Salad, Tortellini, Green Salad, Bread, passed apps and more. EVERYONE loved the food and even the vegetarians were impressed with the variety and taste of the non-meat items. Ben and his staff were a delight to work with. All the planning and the day of was beyond our expectations. Extremely knowledgeable, flexible and were super helpful in deciding the best dishes for our wedding. We are grateful we picked them!

d been made. Luckily the venue and the caterer worked this out without involving me, the bride. I was none the wiser until after we were eating. The owner was wonderful to work with throughout the planning process and really helpful in planning the smaller details that were important for me.

bar with different toppings for your mashed potatoes. The line was constantly long, people wanting more yummy.

ard it from all of our guests. The menus are fantastic. We really enjoyed working with Ben. He is very thorough and thinks of everything! (Cost per head was just under $50 per person for the food, and around $60 per person including the rentals)

and it was cold. The chicken was dry and the bartenders were telling guests they did not know how to make mojitos. The owner, Ben told us they didn't need the recipe, they knew how to make them. I think it's pretty tacky the bartender was telling guests they didn't know. The appetizers were good. We were also told we would have plenty of left overs and we barely had any. We also were not told until a week before the wedding that we would need to pay for the plate, linens, etc rentals separate. This increased the cost by $1500, which is not a small chunk of change. Did not appreciate the lack of communication on the owners behalf. Overall, we were treated well and the food was not terrible. It was nicely presented, but not as good as we when we sampled the food 3 times.

d explain every little thing to me (I'm a details person) and at the same time was fast and efficient, so it wasn't super time consuming. He really knows his stuff like the back of his hand, and I was able to trust him and he actually delivered on what he said. His staff was great on wedding day being in the background making it run smoothly, and his banquet lead Rita is fabulous! And to top it off, the most important thing - the food - was fantastic! We did three tastings and our wedding food was better than all the tastings. Our guests are still talking about the awesome food. He is also the best value for what you get with food options and price, so there really is no reason to go with any other caterer in Seattle.
