When my father insisted last minute that we absolutely have a cake for our wedding, Michael was amazing! During our initial consultation, he helped us plan the size of the cake, br...
ainstormed on flavors, and worked on designs that would complement our theme and color combinations. When we asked if he could do a crème brulé inspired cake, he was game for the challenge. The tasting exceeded our expectations and helped us to ultimately decide on the final flavor combinations. The end product was a positively delicious cake that suited our vintage jazz-themed wedding. We had debated saving a portion to eat on our anniversary, but everyone at the wedding loved the cake so much we had to just let them devour it. My husband and I highly recommend Michael not just for his beautiful work and creativity but also his great personality!
Michael designed and created a beautiful and equally delicious wedding cake for us. He truly cares about his couples and their big day. Our guests loved it and it was just perfect!...

cake tasting, to selecting flavors and overall cake design, he really took the time to explain all of the different options we could choose from. The cake tasted phenomenal (and looked beautiful). Chef Mike also worked with us on creating custom designed cookie wedding favors that matched our color scheme. He was even kind enough to attach special thank you tags I had made and delivered the cookies that day along with the cake. Our guests loved them!
Chef Mike is the best! This was our favorite part of planning our wedding. He had us over to his bake shop and we did a tasting with so many delicious flavors that we couldn't just...
pick one. He let us pick 3! - 1 for each tier of our wedding cake. He even delivered it to our venue all the way in the city. The cake turned out to be just what we asked for. Our guests were raving the next day about how delicious our cake was. We will definitely be calling Mike for more parties in the future!

mple, was exactly what we were looking for. We had done a previous tasting at a larger bakery and expected an individual chef would be pricier - but Mike's pricing for what we wanted I think was very fair and in line with other vendors in the area. The only difference is that it tasted MUCH better! We were hesitant when we first heard buttercream thinking heavy, but he did an amazing job keeping it light and tasty. Highly recommend.
Michael made the cake for our wedding in June and it was amazing. It tasted amazing! We did a naked cake with chocolate covered strawberries and it was delicious. The cake looked a...
mazing and it was definitely something different not your typical wedding cake which is exactly what we wanted. Michael was so nice and easy to work with and made the cake tasting process fun. He also is giving us a top tier in a year so we wouldn't have to eat our frozen part and not enjoy joy and can stick with tradition. I will definitely use pure sugar again for any upcoming parties or events

All of our guests at each occasion were wowed by his design and the fact that they were absolutely delicious!! Our red velvet wedding cake was so beautiful and tasted amazing for days after. We can't thank Mike enough for his beautiful work!!!
