Had the Best day Wedding shopping for my Dress, Brynn did a great job helping me find dresses to try on and listened to what I liked and didn’t like! I found my dream dress on my f...
irst day and am super excited to wear it!!! They did a great job making my wedding party and I feel special!
The owner Rita is rude and unapologetic when the shop makes a mistake. Went to go look at dresses and had it planned ahead with the shop to look at sample dresses due to trying to ...
stick to a lower budget of less than $1000. I was told ahead of time this was no problem. That they had a warehouse of hundreds of sale dresses for an upcoming sample sale. I drove 2 hrs for this apt. When I got there , they had not pulled any sample dresses and the consultant (Gillian) knew nothing about it- I want to make this very clear Gillian was a GEM to work with and clearly felt awful about my experience. The manager (missed her name) was also extremely kind and understanding. They asked the owner about possibly going to the location to look at the sample dresses I was told would.be there and she told us to be patient (30 minutes into our apt) while we stood there doing nothing but be patient, then explained to us in front of another bride and her family that dresses are expensive and with tarriffs are even more expensive. Which was why I planned ahead of time to only go to shops that had sample sale dresses. She never one time apologized or seem sorry for our trouble or the time we wasted driving there. She was rude to her employees and honestly I hope this was a bad day for her and that her employees feel seen and appreciated. Because they deserve that. Her? She needs some lessons on how to treat people. It’s the consultants that give this place a good name. Please stay away if you have a lower budget.
Pure Bridal helped me build my perfect wedding dress. I had gone to one other shop before heading here - and this was a far better experience. I was alone in the shop and felt so c...
omfortable. Beforehand I had sent over a pinterest board to help them prep for what to pull. We ended up creating a new dress by adding sleeves. My dress was perfect and I am so happy I made the trip up.

ven called me ahead of time to go over details and requested my Pinterest board to better understand my vision and vibes! They had dresses ready for me when I got there and Megan was so kind and helpful! She made my experience an 100000000/10!!!!! Megan made me feel so comfortable and confident throughout the whole experience! I went to many bridal shops before this and none of them even compare to how amazing this bridal shop is just on customer service alone! They have SO MANY beautiful dresses that you will absolutely find your dream dress here!! I will absolutely recommend anyone and everyone I know here if they are looking for a dress! I drove 3 hours to go to this shop and I would have driven double and it still would have been more than worth it! My “yes to the dress” experience was nothing less than perfect! Thank you guys so much<3 (pictured is not the dress I chose but just an example of one of their beautiful dresses) I’ve never seen a bridal shop with so many black and floral dress options as well as plus size ON THE FLOOR! If you’re hesitating, just go! You won’t regret it! :)

ittle nervous to shop for a wedding dress as stores don’t often carry many samples in my size, but Pure Bridal has a massive inventory and there were plenty dresses in every single size to choose from! I also loved that when you book your appointment, they send you an email link to your own website portal where you can provide info on your budget and style. You’re also able to browse their inventory and favorite dresses to try on during your appointment. Rita and everyone at Pure Bridal was so supportive and I walked out with my dream dress!

m the moment I booked an appointment and I was able to go to their online portal and look at their stocked items and “favorite” the ones I liked I knew I was in good hands. Caitlynn rapid fired me from dress to dress and I ultimately ended up picking something I wasn’t looking for (shocker!) 10/10 will be recommending them forever to anyone who will listen!
Rita is absolutely amazing. She helped me find my dream dress. She is literally an angel and made my wedding day dream come true.

I was very overwhelmed when I got there but they have this process down and it went wonderfully. y 20 minutes into the appointment, really pinpointed what I wanted and kept pulling dresses that fit my vision. After trying on several dresses, I narrowed it down to two options and Caitlynn let me try them on and compare as many times as I needed to. She also offered really helpful suggestions for alterations. She even googled the dress I liked in ivory so I could see what it would look like in that color. Just above and beyond customer service from beginning to end! When I said yes to the dress, I could tell she was genuinely excited and happy for me too. The dress I picked was well within my budget because Caitlynn was really respectful of my budget and I really appreciated that. The day after I bought the dress, I had anxiety and started second guessing myself. Several people at Pure Bridal were very supportive of my feelings and talked me through my anxieties. After a couple days, the anxiety faded and I was in love with my dress again. The team at Pure Bridal was nothing but understanding and kind as I worked through these feelings, and I so appreciated that. Thank you to everyone at Pure Bridal! I will absolutely be recommending this shop to all of my engaged friends.

er feel so comfortable during our visit there. She made sure the dress 'fit' the best it could during the fittings. She was so in tune to the style Jenn wanted althought she threw in some suggestions that she thought she might like. The appointment went soo smoothly and we couldn't believe the time went so fast! And the boutique is beautiful. There are soooo many dresses and my daughter said they were organized in such a way that it made it simple to select. I would suggest Pure Bridal to anyone looking!!! Thank you for making this MOB happy and the Bride to be as well!!!
I am not an easy person when it comes to trying things on but my experience with Pure Bridal was just absolute fun from start to finish. My consultant, Caitlynn, was an incredibly ...
friendly person and made the whole thing easy and comfortable (being mostly naked in a room with a new person can be terrifying if we're being honest). We started off with some styles I wasn't sure about but once she figured out what style I was thinking, she killed it with every single dress she pulled and was genuinely so happy for me when she asked if I was saying yes. I would highly recommend Pure Bridal for the selection of dresses, the fun and welcoming environment, and especially for the friendliness of Caitlynn.

inutes with me and was very enthusiastic, patient, and helpful. She made sure we stayed on budget and didn’t pull anything too expensive. She took put me in the dress, let me take pictures, walked down the hallway with flowers, we did it all to get the real feel. I ended up saying yes to the dress. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! 5 stars hands down.

f dresses and sizes for all brides. I was taken to a room with dresses around my size, but after listening to what I loved, my consultant grabbed a dress from another room and it was exactly what I wanted! After going to 4 other salons and finding nothing I loved (and trying on approximately 60 dresses) I was so relieved to be listened to and find it so easily. The appointment took less than an hour. Since it was about 6 sizes too big, she even took extra time to clip me up well so I could see what I would be buying. And nearly every dress I saw a price tag on was very well priced, and I would say within most budgets.
I was seriously so relieved to finally find my dress, and then it was so fun after! They get you measured, explain why they're ordering the size they order, and then you get to take pictures with all of their fun signs and sign their bridal wall! I love Pure Bridal!
I wish I could give this place a MILLION stars. I searched other bridal shops. I'm not a size 2, but i'm also not a plus size. Dress shopping was a S T R U G G L E everywhere EXCEP...
T Pure Bridal. The staff was amazing & accommodating. I was taken into a room with dresses IN MY SIZE.... a nice change from a big open area filled with dresses of all size & shapes that you're inevitably going to pull out multiples that don't fit.
I walked in and the consultant described the bow system they have in place. each bow color indicates a monetary range. The first dress I laid eyes on was of course out of my price range. double in fact. The consultant warned me...... .WARNED ME. Most places the stylist would be pushy and try to convince me that I should try it since I loved it. This stylist wanted me to stay in the budget. That spoke volumes about the integrity of the salon.
I of course went with the dress that was out of my budget but love at first site. The dress came in exactly when they said it would. and boy was it STUNNING. Rita helped me all do my try on. If you haven't met this woman, I hope you do soon. SHE IS A GODSEND! She took an extremely difficult day, and turned it into THE BEST DAY. I was so worried trying my dress on again. Rita made it fit in all the right places, fluffed, trimmed loose strings, and all in all just her presence was uplifting.
Ladies- if you have any body insecurities. Go here.
The system is set to find dresses that fit YOU not the other way around!

lf I was going to get my wedding dress at Pure Bridal one day. When I went in to look for my wedding dress, I thought I knew exactly what I wanted. Ashlynn started pulling dresses and told me to keep an open mind. When she pulled THE dress, I was like "there is no way this is going to fit me right" Holy crap I felt like a super model when I put it on.
