d this bridal shop enough!
For any brides who are wanting a gorgeous dress for a fraction of the cost, Providence Place is the place to go. After my first horrible bridal salon experience, Providence Place ...
blew them out of the water with their customer service and care of my dress.
I purchased my gown on 6/12/2019 and couldn't be happier with my experience. My bridal consultant was fantastic and paid attention to my body language and my facial expressions so she knew if I did not want to try on a dress. I never felt pressured to try on a dress and the consultant wouldn't bring a dress to the room if I was not absolutely in love with it at first sight. My dress was ordered and got to the shop quickly and the staff was so nice to hold on to my dress for me since my husband (then fiancé) and I live together.
Karen is the seamstress that can do magic with a needle. She was mindful of the fact that I was losing weight for the wedding and made sure I was well aware of the expectations that comes with alterations and was very supportive about making sure my dress was exactly the way I wanted it to be. She even made sure that my "girls" were not too overly exposed but also looked presentable. She was very informative about how to do the bustle on my dress and it was so easy to do! She also told me to try on my dress a couple of weeks before the wedding and if the dress was not fitting correctly to text her and she would get me in to help with the dress.
This bridal salon is fantastic. I love the staff and their selection is amazing.
My Mom and I had the best experience here with Madison and even through this horrible pandemic. This pandemic couldn’t stop the happiness at Providence Place Bridal. She was patien...
t, kind and listened to exactly what I was wanting. She made great recommendations and when I tried on different dresses she really paid close attention to what features I did and did not like about dresses. I ended up choosing my very first dress that I tried on and was in LOVE with how it felt and looked on me. It was a HUGE decision so Madison didn’t pressure me and I told her I wanted to sleep on it. Later that day, I couldn’t stop thinking about it and so I texted Madison and she offered to even come in on her day off so I could try it on ONE more time before I made a final decision. Again, she was so patient. She let me try it on again and told me to stay in the dress as long as I wanted. I did walk around it in and imagined myself walking down the aisle. I was so excited and said yes to the dress! Thank you to Madison and Providence Place Bridal for making this experience such an amazing one. WILL update after alterations, too!
I loved my experience at Providence Place Bridal Shop! It's such a cute place and they were incredibly helpful. They had a wide range of dresses which helped me since I wanted to t...
ry on as many different styles as I could! This was the only shop I visited and was so happy to find a dress here. I ordered the dress (Morilee by Madeline Gardner) and it came in way earlier than expected which was great. Karen in alterations was incredible and made the dress even more perfect than I could have imagined. I would highly recommend Providence Place!
I went to a few different bridal shops and tried a good amount of wedding dresses before going to providence bridal. From the moment I arrive they were so kind and helpful and so i...
nvested in helping me find “the dress for me” . I worked with Mrs. Diana she listened to my vision of what I wanted and on my first visit I knew I had found the dress for me. Ordering my dress was super easy and it arrived faster than what I imagined. For the alterations I worked with Mrs. Karen, she really was the best!!! I had met with another alteration consultant prior and it was a nightmare. Mrs. Karen knew exactly what my dress needed and had it ready right on time. Thank you ladies for being my wedding angels!
I had a very mixed experience with Providence Place Bridal. I ordered my dress and verified my sizing however the dress came in WAY too short (like hit my ankles short). I believe ...
that my dress was ordered incorrectly, especially since the one that I tried on was not too short and the designer actually makes a long that would've worked perfectly. Because of this, they had to special order fabric that took 4 months to come in and I had to have 7+ fittings over the course of 10 months. However, they did cover most of my alteration cost and Karen was able to work magic and ultimately saved the day.
Overall, I would not go back due to my experience and the stress that it caused, but their dresses were very beautiful and reasonably priced.
After my first and only wedding dress appointment, I purchased my wedding dress from Providence Place Bridal. It’s the cutest boutique-like dress shop in town! The owner, Lynette, ...
and staff members were very nice, and were super accommodating when we needed to book a fitting after hours. I highly recommend shopping at Providence Place Bridal for your wedding dress!
My mom and I found the perfect dress here. They knew just what I would look good on me. They were amazing!
I had an awful experience at David's Bridal this afternoon. I called Providence Place certain that they wouldn't be able to see me due to not having an appointment. To my surprise,...
they said yes please come! Lynnette, the owner, greeted me by name and personally showed me around this precious boutique! I had my mind set on what I wanted.... so I thought!! I found The Dress that makes me feel beautiful, like a princess! I didn't want to take it off!! Thank you, Lynnette, for taking your time with me today, for working with me, and for turning my awful, borderline ready to give up, day into an AMAZING time!!
Love the ambiance of this bridal boutique! I was the only customer in there at the time of my fitting and they were so good to me! This is the first shop I went to look for wedding...
dresses and I found mine that day! Love the people there and Karen who does alterations there did an amazing job with my dress, it fit like a glove!
What a wonderful time we had yesterday choosing my dress for my beautiful day. Lisa and Lynette offered several suggestions on dresses that are "real sizes" and I am happy to say...
that I chose a beautiful dress, with the help of Lisa and Lynette and the eagle eyes of my family. We were all treated as if we were part of the family. Thank you so much for helping me choose a stunning dress
I did not actually buy my dress here, simply because I had already purchased it elsewhere- BUT I am so glad we had the oppurtunity to work with Providence Place after all. We found...
my sister's Maid of Honor Dress here in their abundant collection of Mori Lee dresses. Everyone was so absolutely accomodating every time we went in. It was like having a family of women surround you with their love and encouragement, which makes any bride feel elated and excited! Also, Ms. Karen who does her alterations at Providence Place is in-cre-dible! She was another level of supportive and comprehensive when working with us on making my sister and my dress fit like a glove. Thank you Providence Place!
THIS IS THE BEST PLACE! I got my dress from here and the staff was incredible! They made me feel like part of their bridal shop family. Their in house seamstress, Karen, was amazin...
g at making the dress fit exactly how I wanted it to. I kept the dress on for n hour before I decided and they were so patient in letting me make my decision.
THANK YOU!!
I made one appointment to find a dress and knew that I would find something I loved here. Two of my friends also got their dresses here and as they said, the dresses are fantastic ...
and the staff is exceptional!!!
They were so patient, kind, and intuitive. My dress was actually picked out by one of the staff members and when I saw it I fell in love and she said "I knew you'd love it". She had kept track of all the things I liked and didn't like and really listened and found me the perfect dress. I recently went back to try it on when it came in and both the owner and the assistant made me feel as if that dress was made for me and they had never seen it look so beautiful. They are truly special people who are passionate and care about finding the right dress for you and making you feel special. They are angels!

THIS IS THE PLACE TO FIND YOUR WEDDING GOWN. Hands down, you will not find a better place or better people to work with. I had been to a small handful of other bridal salons and ...
stores before my last stop: Providence Place. They have the most amazing selection of gowns at extremely affordable price points to fit your budget needs. They are accommodating and private, giving you that exclusive feeling as a bride. They listen to your ideas and provide insight and recommendations. They don't get offended if you're not crazy about something they may pull off the rack for you to try on. They are real, honest, amazing women who genuinely care about making your special day absolutely perfect. My bridal gown was one of the first large purchases I made for our wedding and I was told it would be my most stressful. Absolutely not true. It was such a dream working with these ladies and you will not find this kind of hospitality anywhere else. I highly recommend any bride on the market for her special gown to check out this place. You will fall in love!

loved my dress, the service and the price.
I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. My mom and I originally had an appointment at another super pushy boutique in another city. We settle stuck in an accident and we...
re not able to make our appointment. This was during the week and we stopped to have brunch and looked to see if there any close by bridal boutiques. Yelp recommended this one! We did NOT have an appointment but were greeted with smiles and they were so friendly. I can't remember my consultant's name, but she was a doll and very helpful. I tried on about 6 dresses and the 3rd one was my IT dress! I was given an approximate arrival date but it came in a couple of weeks early! My veil arrived on the approximated date. But it was not a big deal as I was already set up for alterations with, Karen, there in boutique. She is amazing!!!! My dress fits like a glove and the bustle is perfect. I'm so happy not to have to wear a bra! Love everything about it!!!
All my life i thought I wanted a princess dress and maybe if I would have gone to another store I would have picked it. But walking into here there were so many options and every d...
ress was better than the one before. The staff was so helpful and it didn't take me long before I knew the one I was getting married it was more than perfect!! Thank you.
I cannot recommend Providence Place Bridal enough! THIS is what a wedding dress shopping experience should be - and more. I came in on a Saturday and without an appointment. I hadn...
't even been intending to buy a gown that day - just to browse - but Lynette, the owner, was so fantastic and attentive. She came and asked me what I envisioned for my big day while my mother and I combed through the racks of gowns. I told her 'Gatsby' and she pulled THE dress (Maggie Sottero, Elison) right away. No joke, it was the first and only dress she pulled for me. I tried it on and knew at once that this was MY dress.
The experience didn't end there! Because of my great luck, it was only logical that I would use Providence Place for my bridesmaids dresses. Five of my seven bridesmaids purchased their dresses here (Angelina Faccenda) and I had my alterations done in-house by Karen who is MAGIC.
Between coming in with bridesmaids and for alterations, I was a semi-regular face in the salon. The staff was always so friendly and attentive - sometimes when I was at The Harbor for unrelated reasons (lunch or a movie in the same shopping center) they would spy me outside the window and COME OUTSIDE to greet me BY NAME. This is service you won't find anywhere else.
On the day of my wedding, my bridesmaids and I were stunning and I could not imagine my wedding without the support, attention and service I received from Providence Place Bridal Salon.

bridal party attire down to tuxes! The dresses came in 2 months early and Karen was phenomenal with alterations. I had a strapless dress and wanted to create a very low back and she delivered! I felt like Cinderella at the ball, except it was MY WEDDING!!!!! I could not have gotten married without the help of these amazing women. I now go exclusively here when I need any dress for a formal event. I love y'all!
Lynette & her team were just incredible! Best one stop bridal shop! Definitely budget friendly. Highly recommended.

xt day, came in and within 10 minutes was in the dress I adored from the get go. The staff is amazingly kind and helpful, along with the owner, who is a treasure! I bought a dress, along with accessories, and I could not be more pleased...I highly recommend this boutique for brides and their bridal party!
The staff is amazing! They are so sweet and really want to help find your dream dress. The experience I had was so easy, I did not feel overwhelmed and I was able to find my dress ...
in one visit.
I am so glad that I stumbled upon this bridal shop during a google search. Providence Place is a small shop in Rockwall, but their selection was wonderful. I received so many compl...
iments about my dress and I was pleased with their service. Upon walking in, their focus shifts to the bride 100%, which is wonderful. They want to help you stick with your budget and even help you get out of your comfort zone a little with some selections the consultants make. All of these suggestions should be welcomed, because you only get married once and should be open about THE DRESS. I did have to wait some time for my veil to arrive at the store and when I picked it up I was unsure about whether or not it actually matched the color of my dress. However, everyone at the bridal shop was helpful and did the best they could to ease my concerns about the slight shade difference in the ivory veil with my ivory dress. I definitely encourage brides to stop by and find the perfect dress at Providence Place.
Came into a welcoming atmosphere with great "service" I found the perfect dress & it was custom ordered. They took the time to double, triple, and quadruple check length/changes to...
make sure it was the perfect fit; and a perfect fit it was!! They proceeded to help with shoes & accessories and check in after it was all said & done.
Purchased both my dress and veil from Lynette. Delightful to work with. She has quality items for wonderful prices. Simply a beautiful gown, loved my veil too.

I absolutely love Providence Place! My sister and I both got our wedding dresses here. They treat you like family. You're never rushed and they are so compassionate and patient.

had it altered to make it unique and I LOVE it!
My review is unique, in that I actually never stepped foot in the shop and the first dress I tried was the one for me. Providence Place was a vendor at the Lakeside Bridal Fair, an...
d they were in the midst of moving, so they brought dresses for a half-off rack sale there. On a whim, I decided to try 5 of the dresses on that they had. The first one was the most beautiful and perfect gown I had ever seen. Better than any I'd found in magazines. It was 2 sizes too big for me, but it was a STEAL with the rack sale. They helped me find an amazing seamstress who altered it to fit perfectly, and I have to say that even the 10-12 sale dresses they had there were gorgeous, so I can only imagine the shop would have incredible things in it. I am the Matron of Honor at my best friend's wedding in August, and she also got her dress there, and has only had great things to say as well.
All the staff is very friendly and helpful including the owner, Lynette! They have beautiful gowns for amazing prices. I never thought I would be able to afford such a beautiful ...

dress I had my heart set on from the internet wasn't in stock there (or anywhere in TX or OK) but they could order it. They let me try on 3 different dresses to make sure I would like the material & weight, the back, and the neck line before I ordered it. They also made me feel beautiful the whole time and I really needed it after trying on some bad ones! These ladies are top-notch!

the plans were coming along smoothly, so sweet!! Every time I was there I was the only one, they make you feel very special, unlike the big stores where it's you in a big room with a bunch of other girls. I loved the small shop and sweet people!
They have moved locations and it is wonderful. The store is clean and has all the dresses hung in a manner that is easy to view each one. You don't have to tackle each dress and sw...
eat to death looking at the dresses. Lynette and Lia are so very helpful. I didn't know what I was looking for or what would look best on me, so I trusted Lia to pick out 4 dresses and the first one I tried on was the winner. I was in and out of there in 45 minutes with dress in hand! It was fanatastic!
They were so great to work with and have so many beautiful and quality dresses! Would recommend to anyone!
