or me, and everything at our wedding turned out so beautiful thanks to everything she did!

st of praises to give her. My husband and I were engaged for nearly two years by the time our wedding day actually came around and Sabrina was with me every step of the way, even from many states away, since my husband and I lived in 3 different states during the process of planning our wedding. I was beyond impressed at the organization, communication, and attention to detail leading up to our wedding day and I can confidently say that both Sabrina and her assistant, Hannah, went above and beyond to make our day absolutely magical. Sabrina was professional, organized, and truly a calming presence during the chaos. She made the planning process so smooth and stress-free and truly listened to our vision and brought every detail to life with care and precision. We felt completely taken care of from day one and any possible wedding day hiccups were dealt with before they even had a chance to occur because of Sabrina’s foresight and excellence at what she does! Literally any couple should hire Proposing Dreams to plan or coordinate their wedding, but ESPECIALLY if you’re getting married at Union Station like my husband and I did. There is just simply no one more qualified for the job and I am just so thankful that she was there with us on our wedding day. My husband and I, our families, and our bridal party were all able to remain stress free and just focus on having the best day ever because of Sabrina and I cannot begin to express how many times I have thought back to our wedding day and just been so thankful that we had her there with us to make our wildest dreams come true. With love and gratitude, Henry and Brooklynn Weinreich

it were not for her. She took so much off my plate and allowed for me to experience my wedding day stress free. She has so much knowledge of the wedding industry and is willing to jump in and offer opinions and help whenever needed. If anyone had questions for me day of, I sent them to Sabrina and she handled it all. I truly could not recommend her enough!!!

n to the final moments of our reception, always maintaining composure and expertise even when unexpected challenges arose. Sabrina's communication was outstanding throughout the entire planning process. She was incredibly responsive to our calls, texts, and emails, answering questions at every step and ensuring we never felt left in the dark about any aspect of our wedding preparations. Her ability to listen to our vision and translate it into actionable plans made the entire experience stress-free. The quality of service Sabrina provided went far beyond what we expected from a wedding planner. When our venue made critical errors with the meal service, she immediately took charge and resolved the issues. When unexpected rain threatened our outdoor ceremony, she worked tirelessly to preserve our dream of an outdoor celebration to the best of her ability. These weren't just professional obligations to her - she treated our wedding as if it were her own. In terms of value, Sabrina delivered far more than we paid for. Her attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and genuine care for our happiness made her services invaluable. She transformed what could have been a stressful day into the perfect celebration we had always envisioned. For couples considering Sabrina as their wedding planner, we can confidently say you'll be in the most capable and caring hands possible.

out with planning meetings and keeping us on schedule. Thanks to Sabrina and her team we were on schedule and on time with no stress!

. She even ran with my vision of a paper chain-draped archway and absolutely killed it!

her team!

of the wedding, her presences was priceless. I can honestly say absolutely nothing went wrong the day of the wedding because of her expert planning and ability to communicate with the vendors. She has amazing relationships with all Of her recommended vendors and that made the whole process so easy. The day of the wedding we were all able to just the enjoy the day and make beautiful memories with our families. Of all the things we spent money on, this was by far the absolute best!

one on track! The closer we got to the wedding, the more crucial she became. I must mention that she even went above and beyond and turned into medic when we had a minor toenail injury hours before the ceremony! Don’t hesitate- book Sabrina!!!

magined. It was nice not having to worry about contacting our vendors once we had our date finalized. She knew who we wanted beforehand and emailed every single one. Sabrina was able to know what I was feeling before I could put into words what I was feeling just by my facial expressions. Would highly recommend her and her group of girls. They were professional throughout the planning process and on our wedding day.

every step of planning my wedding and it was the best decision we made. She always made sure my ideas, opinions, and request were acknowledge and taken seriously. She was honest, reliable, and incredibly knowledgable! Rebecca was organized and kept me on track the entire time. She has great tools for making sure you know what you need to be doing each month and even great way to organize tables and layout of your venue! I never felt behind or in a rush. Rebecca is connected in the wedding world and helped us find all of our incredible vendors!! She did so much for me behind the scenes that took away so much stress. Rebecca was great at scheduling appointments and answering my text and phone calls especially since I had a crazy work schedule. Because of her I could enjoy planning a wedding! Even more so, on the day of I was so relaxed and even if something went wrong Rebecca took care of it without hesitation. I told her I didn't want to have to think on the wedding day and just enjoy and be in the moment and because of Rebecca that happened! Rebecca is so intentional in everything she does. I would trust her with my life! We are so sad that the wedding is over but we our so lucky to have met Rebecca and her team at Proposing Dreams.

possible. Towards the end of the experience of being engaged, and being the bride, I was really sad that we would not work with her anymore. She will bend over backwards for your big day, and keep everything running smoothly. When hiring a wedding planner, I strongly recommend Sabrina and Proposing Dreams! Everybody was incredible to work with.

as beautiful without her. In the planning process, she was so helpful in deciding which vendors to book and also where to spend and save money. On the day of wedding, she was a lifesaver! From texting the best man, to make sure the boys they were always on schedule and where they needed to be, to fixing the bobby pins in my hair after my first dance, to making sure I ate dinner but also visited with guests during gaps in the schedule, she made the day flow so smoothly while also caring that it was my wedding day and helping me enjoy it and soak it in to the best extent. I am so thankful to Sabrina and the Proposing Dreams team for making our wedding day so wonderful!

ding vendors as a couple planning our wedding from another state. You know you're working with a true pro when every vendor who you talk to has the highest of praise for Sabrina. Sabrina was very available throughout the process, including spending a whole day with us to tour venues, managing the rehearsal the night before, and countless meetings throughout the planning stages. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone considering hiring a wedding planner in St. Louis.

er completely and had the most fun and smooth wedding because of it! She also made my mom feel comfortable and relaxed which was a miracle! Even my other vendors raved about how great she was which should tell you something! Highly recommend!

ere on my honeymoon! Could not recommend proposing dreams enough for your wedding day.

ress, and tornado warnings, Sabrina and her team were a dream and saved the day on many occasions! We couldn't have done it without them and are so thankful we hired them! I would recommend to anyone!

em is such a great quality, and knowing you are in good hands is such a relief. Sabrina is also well-known and respected in the industry, and her knowledge and relationships with vendors and venues is invaluable. We highly recommend Proposing Dreams to anyone and everyone!

ided me in designing every detail from florals to bridal party dresses and suits to dinnerware and so much more! She kept me organized with a thorough timeline helping me to know when I needed to accomplish different tasks. And most importantly she made sure all of my vendors were on the same page and that my wedding weekend ran as smoothly as possible! She even made a make shift bustle for my dress right before I went out to do my first dances so that I wouldn’t be tripping on my gown. Sabrina is so sweet and loving and truly will do all that she can to make your dream wedding come true!

tremely helpful during the planning process as well. Highly recommend!

fter she arrived, both my mom and my sister were saying that she was worth whatever I paid her. She is knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly she genuinely wants you to have the best day of your life. I think I hugged and thanked Sabrina at least ten times that night because she made me feel calm, collected, and mostly at ease. I had no worries when Sabrina was around. She had a solution to every problem before I knew it was a problem. If I can offer you one token of advice: Hire Sabrina. You won’t regret.

so I sent with the day-of coordination package, which included so much more. Sabrina was great with communication from the get go and was always happy to help throughout my planning process. The week before the wedding she literally took over everything which significantly reduced my stress level. She had an answer for every question and a solution for any problem that came up. Our day was perfect because of Sabrina and I couldn’t be more thankful! I wish I could get married again just to spend more time with her!

er and as I write this she’s working with another family member for this May. The reason we keep referring and going back to Sabrina is because we know how amazing of an experience she not only provides the bride + groom and but also every person in the wedding, guest, and vendor in attendance. From the very beginning of working with Sabrina I was so relieved to have someone so organized and well-versed in the STL wedding scene for ongoing advice and support throughout the entire planning process. Where Sabrina and her team really shined, though, was the day of. Everything went so smoothly — any issues that did pop up were handled without my knowing so that I was able to be fully present and enjoy the day. Our wedding party and vendors kept commenting on how organized everything was. When people ask how the day went I say “it went perfectly” and I owe so much of that to Sabrina and her team. I can’t recommend Proposing Dreams enough — just do it!

ng planning process and was there for me through all the stressful wedding breakdowns. The day would have gone as smooth without her. Book her now!

ensuring our day was the absolute best! Cherry on top - she's the most fun!

were on track during the wedding process which was a great organizational tool starting at 9 months, 6 months and then 3 months. My daughter filled out a detailed questionnaire that Sabrina would study to familiarize herself with our wedding. From the questionnaire, she called all of our vendors and made sure that everything was in line for the wedding. I met her the week of the wedding at the venue and knew right away she was the right pick. She streamlined the rehearsal at the church, worked with the volunteers at the Shrine of St Joseph, worked with the wedding party of 20 to get them in order, worked with the bride’s mother and the groom’s mother, made sure the flowers were delivered to the church, programs were handed out, bubbles were distributed, worked with the organist and soloist, worked with the priest, flowers were given to bridesmaids and bride, boutonnieres on guys. Everyone loved her personality. She got the job done in an organized way and had a great demeanor in how to handle all the different personalities of the wedding party. The day of the wedding she was our go to. She and her assistant Jamie were at the venue at 10:00 am until 8:30pm. They made sure the men were doing ok in their dressing rooms, checked on the girls in their respective dressing room to see what was needed, decorated the ballroom exactly the way we had gone over from table numbers, escort cards, memory table, tablecloth overlays, candles votive and free standing candles, napkins with menu cards, hanging guest list, guest book, flowers, cake. She made sure the wedding party was on the bus at the appropriate time to get to the church. Sabrina directed the guests during the cocktail hour. Made sure the guest book was open during cocktail hour and in the ballroom. Brought the signage from the cocktail hour to the ballroom. Made sure the guests went from the mezzanine to the ballroom at the appropriate hour. During the photo session, the groom forgot the keys to their house where they were going to take pictures. One phone call to Sabrina and she was on it. She found the keys at the hotel and delivered them to the house and put them under the mat when the bride and groom arrived they were there. It was way out of her way (from downtown St Louis to University City) Once the bride and groom arrived from photos, she directed the wedding party and the bride and groom. She oversaw the timeline of the reception. (the grand entrance, cutting of the cake, the father of the bride toast, the best man’s speech, bride and groom dance, father of the bride dance and mother of the groom dance. I can’t ever thank Sabrina and Jamie enough. I am a very detailed and organized mother of the bride and I didn’t trust anyone directing this wedding but myself. But I have to tell you, I could not have done it without Sabrina. She made my day enjoyable and I felt fully confident in her care that our wedding was in good hands. She truly was a very good wedding planner and would highly recommend her. We loved her. She made our wedding go as planned and went above and beyond.

olutely perfect. I could not even recall one thing that went wrong. If I could give more stars, I would!

and we didn’t have to worry about anything because Sabrina and her team executed flawlessly on our wedding day. Proposing Dreams really helped us make our wedding as smooth as possible. It was perfect. Thank you!!!

owing the monthly guide given to you. From the bottom of my heart 5 stars and I recommend anyone to get a planner for a wedding don’t do it alone.

ding & reception and when didn't have help with clean up the next day, Sabrina brought in her own family & friends to help us out! Words cannot express how Grateful we are for Sabrina & Proposing Dreams. They are hands down the BEST wedding Vendor in the business. And did I mention my wedding decor was absolutely AMAZING! We recommend Proposing Dreams 100% to anyone from hosting family events to extravagant Weddings.

wedding about 10 yrs ago and it was beautiful so it was a no-brainer! Sabrina is super organized, sends out emails of upcoming checklists and things to think about regarding timelines, and not to mention she is hilarious and so easy & fun to work with. She made our wedding day so seamless that we are able to relax and really take in all the special moments.

at during our planning process. Krissi was our day of coordinator and was extremely valuable for the ceremony and reception to run smoothly. I was told so many times that I seemed so calm on my wedding day and that is because I did not worry about anything because Krissi took care of it! I enjoyed my wedding day to the fullest because of Proposing Dreams. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

e came to her a little halfway into the process and I was extremely overwhelmed at that point. I was having trouble putting my vision into words and actions. We had three different wedding planner interviews set up but after talking with Sabrina on that initial meeting, we canceled the other two without even talking to them! She immediately caught on to our vision and was so easy to talk to! Throughout the whole process she was extremely quick to respond and handle situations in real time. Anytime I was having issues trying to decide on what I wanted, she would immediately start showing me pictures of different options until we found what I liked. Then magically she would not only make it happen but somehow do it in our price point! She took all the work and stress off my shoulders. Everyone kept commenting the week before my wedding about how calm I was, but it was because she had everything handled and there was nothing else for me to do/stress about! Now everyone talks about how seamlessly the day ran without any hiccups! I got to spend my wedding day having fun and really living in the moment, because I knew she had everything handled. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and I know it never would have happened without her help.

I had NO idea what I was getting myself into with wedding planning (especially once COVID hit) and Sabrina and her team were there every step of the way to answer questions and help make decisions (both big and small). They saved me so much stress and our wedding was everything I dreamed of thanks to them.

so helpful in making several difficult decisions related to the event. I was able to just relax and enjoy the day rather than worrying about any logistics or details because I was confident that Sabrina had everything taken care of.

er having used her at her wedding and told me it would be the best money I spent. She couldn't have been more right. As Covid entered our world and became a part of every wedding decision, having Sabrina as a point of contact was invaluable. Sabrina not only is a positive and extremely friendly person, but she has a tremendous network of industry contacts that knew everything that was going on and it that provided me so much confidence in a time of so much uncertainty. Given all the stress during the planning process, I wanted nothing more than to ensure that I, along with my family and friends, had a great time and that we could enjoy our day. Being able to turn all the day of responsibilities over to Sabrina and team allowed us to do just that. I absolutely can not recommend Sabrina and her team enough. Covid wedding or not, they are the best of the best!

us updated while COVID was taking over. And roled with every change we made. She made sure I got everything I wanted and kept both me and my mother happy. Which says a lot :) Hiring Sabrina full time was the best decision we made for our wedding and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. You never know what's going to go wrong and having an asset like Sabrina is key. At points, I felt like she could read my mind. We loved working with her and cannot say enough good things about her and her team.

VID. She helped make decisions we needed to make, but were scared to do, and I would hire her again in a heart beat for simply the sanity she gave me, my now husband, and our families. I didn't think I needed/wanted a wedding planner, but she is so much more than that, and I will forever be grateful.

y has your best interest and vision as her top priority. Don’t wait, hire these angels!
