Weddings have always been my favorite event to capture. With all the love and laughter in the air it is a privilege to be selected to be the one to capture all the special moments. I will capture everything from you getting dolled up, the grooms and his men sharing a laugh before the aisle, you and your bridesmaids reminiscing, mom helping you get dress, your guest faces as they smile when you make your entrance and everything else in between. ss of images from one of the most memorable moments of my life. My wife and I booked The Proposal/Engagement Wedding Package for our wedding back in April, 2025 and still have NEVER RECEIVED OUR FINAL WEDDING PHOTOS. From the start, her communication was spotty, which should have been our first sign to terminate our contract and seek out another photographer. Whenever we inquired about receiving the final edits for our engagement and wedding photos, she ‘all of a sudden’ had an urgent life-event that delayed getting our photos. The most disappointing part of this whole process was that the images from our wedding, that we had been looking forward to for over a year, were withheld from us after Shanna had received full payment for her services. We have since taken legal action against her, in which a judge immediately ruled in our favor after she did not appear in court. I sincerely hope that no one else has or will ever fall victim to her negligence and have the horrible experience that we have had with Profound Images. Also, a quick search through NC’s Secretary of State records shows that Shanna’s LLC- Profound Images SNC, (as of today- March 08, 2026) is in a status of ‘Admin Dissolved’, meaning the state of NC has shutdown her business on paper and she CANNOT LEGALLY SIGN ANY CONTRACTS or operate as a business. My advice for anyone looking to book photography services with Profound Images, LOOK ELSEWHERE.
Shanna was absolutely amazing. Having to hire a photographer at the last minute for my wedding was incredibly stressful, however when I contacted Ms.Shanna it was a sigh of relief....
She was so accommodating to what my wishes were and made me feel so comfortable. She stayed in contact with me up until the wedding. When she arrived she brought a ray of sunshine with her. She’s so fun to work with and will have you laughing up a storm. She truly captured our day the way we are as a couple. And not just us but our families too. Our pictures are breathtaking. Thank you so much Ms.Shanna you are truly talented and the passion you have comes to light in your work!

ne happy bride cause she didn't have to tell Nicole anything. Needless to say we couldn't do anything but smile because after looking at the album she was able to captured our dad and step-dad shaking hands and they do not like each other. Thank you so much Nicole!
