ered and any accommodations we needed were arranged easily! I got to really just enjoy my entire wedding day due to the work that they did for us. It was such a joy to celebrate without being worried about anything logistical! I’d recommend Jaime and/or the Prive team to any engaged couple!
Kiersten and the Prive team went above and beyond to make sure we had the most perfect day. I could not recommend them more!!!

various changes and executed our over-the-top visions flawlessly. Her calm demeanor day-of, kept us relaxed and able to fully enjoy the best day of our lives!
Allie (florist) was amazing at her communication, always responded to all my questions, and while we only really had one virtual meeting to discuss everything, she gathered all the...
information and she nailed it with our bouquets, floral pieces, and centerpieces. The only thing was there was an additional "admin" fee that we weren't really sure what that was for. But her work was spectacular.
Jaime (day of coordinator), wow, where do I start. From our first meeting, she was comforting, reassuring, and competent. She is knowledgable, both about Deer Creek Valley Ranch specifically, and weddings in general. She has a grounding energy, she always answered all my questions and eased all my anxieties, and I truly trusted her fully (and that's saying a lot) to ensure my wedding day ran smoothly. Even when the weather threatened to change a lot of our schedule, she made sure we got to do all our things outside before the rain hit, and I am so thankful for all the things she did behind the scenes that I probably don't even realize! She was always there when I needed to find her on the day of also. Words cannot describe the gratitude and appreciation I feel for Jaime and her hard work leading up to, and at, our wedding!
Every part of working with Brittany and her team for our wedding was an amazing experience. Our florals were truly magical and exceeded our expectations in every way. She put so mu...
ch thought into every detail that went into our florals, and the final result was absolutely breathtaking. I received an unreal amount of compliments on her work!
On top of her incredibly high quality work and attention to detail, she was also SUCH a pleasure to work with. Leading up to the wedding she had fabulous communication and really went the extra mile to make sure she understood my vision and brought it to life. She is incredibly professional, asked thoughtful questions to make sure the little details were ironed out, and gave very helpful suggestions and recommendations. She was flexible and helped accommodate changes or surprises as the popped up. She is also just a kind and caring person, as well as her team - I got to meet her day-of assistants at the end of the my wedding night and they were SO sweet and caring.
Lastly, she stepped in and helped with bringing the overall decor to life at our reception, which was outside of the scope of work we were expecting from her. Where other vendors of ours missed the mark a bit, our family & friends let us know that Brittany stepped up to help make everything smooth and cohesive, and did so without asking and without bringing the need to my attention so my wedding day was stress free.
I can't recommend her enough!

Allie Schneider was our wedding florist. The flowers and greenery were absolutely gorgeous, and the wedding bouquets were some of the prettiest I have ever seen. She really made our vision come to life.
Day of the wedding Kiersten was on site and was so great about working with last-minute timeline adjustments, late arrivals, unexpected weather, and keeping us on schedule. Our wedding would not have been as seamless without her. Her attention to detail allowed us to relax, be in the moment, and focus on taking mental snapshots.

cess run more smoothly.
The florals were stunning and the team was mindful of our budget. In addition, they offer decor packages with candles, signage, card boxes etc so you don’t have to buy and manage your own- absolutely genius.
Lastly- Kiersten, our day-of-coordinator, was incredible- organized, responsive and consultative. She managed our entire timeline, start to finish, made sure the vendors had what they needed so we could focus on the important things, and made our vision come to life!
I got married at Deer Creek Valley Ranch, and it was beyond my wildest dreams. Everything was so smooth. Kiersten was my wedding planner and her attention to detail / coordination ...
down to the tiniest minutia was so impressive. The day of the wedding I didn't have to worry about anything. I had like 0 desire to do any planning myself, so she was really good about ensuring things worked out and picking the stuff I didn't really care about haha. I even forgot my bouquet after pictures as I was about to walk down the aisle and she sprinted up the hill and grabbed it for me just in time. I had so many relatives and friends tell me the wedding was perfect. I also felt so calm on the day of because of how great everyone was to work with! I also bought some dry flowers to save money and they were willing to put some fresh flowers within the dry flower bouquets- and that turned out wonderful!! I could not recommend enough:)
It’s hard to put into words how perfect our wedding day was.
Allie was a HUGE Part of why our day was the best day of my life. We did an all inclusive package for the Homestead a...
t Deer Creek Valley Ranch and Privé was part of that.
She helped coordinate, gave us confidence prior to the wedding and the florals were next level. I shared a Pinterest photo with Allie of what I wanted for my bouquet and she turned it into reality.
I know sometimes couples may want to save cost on things but if I had to do it all over again, hiring Privé would be a non-negotiable for my planning and florals.
We are so grateful we chose Privé Events as our wedding florist. Working with Sam Hoffman was truly a game changer. Neither of us knows much about flowers, and we were honestly a b...
it overwhelmed at the thought of having to figure out floral design. But Sam made the process feel so easy and approachable. She met us exactly where we were. We knew we wanted something simple, elegant, and cost-conscious, and she delivered on every front without ever making us feel like we had to compromise on beauty or vision.
Sam never made us feel pressured to “reinvent the wheel,” and instead helped us create something that felt natural, timeless, and just right for us. The communication was clear and low-stress from start to finish, and the end result completely exceeded our expectations.
Privé Events provided everything from bouquets and aisle markers to greenery on the venue’s wooden beams, a stunning floral chuppah, and gorgeous bud vases and table arrangements for the reception. Every detail was thoughtfully done and beautifully placed. It all came together perfectly and really elevated the atmosphere of the entire day.
We can't recommend Privé Events and Sam enough, especially for couples looking for someone who gets it and can bring your vision to life without stress or pressure. She made it feel effortless and fun, and we truly loved working with her.

We can't say enough positive things in support of Briana and Kiersten from Prive. Briana executed our floral vision flawlessly, down to non-traditional requests like creating sache...
ts combining floral petals and rice for our recessional. She created the perfect color palette and coordinated with Kiersten to match the items we selected from the decor package.
Working with Kiersten on day of coordination was about so much more than just the day of - Kiersten helped us execute our vision across the ceremony, cocktail hour setup, dinner, and dancing in a way that many others couldn't. She took detailed notes on our place setting and favor preferences, the flow of events, and our directions for our getaway car. She also spent so much additional time helping us craft a cohesive design vision alongside floral and the design package, then made it come to life on day-of.
The value, time saving, and ease of working with Prive for floral, planning, and decor is unmatched. We knew we were in great hands from day 1 and knew Prive would be a vendor/team we could count on!

as handled with utmost professionalism and care. She was the best at communicating and handling every detail of my big day. She is the reason our wedding even ran smoothly, thinking of details I wouldn’t have and being there to support every step of the way. Jamie was the most reliable, kind and helpful coordinator. You would be doing yourself a disservice to not hire her and her Prive team!

. This process was easy and efficient! Kiersten was kind and helpful.
As our day got closer Alana was assigned to us as our day of coordinator. I cannot express enough how absolutely AMAZING Alana was during the planning process. She took care of so many small details, was super communicative, and took care of any question or thought I had with intention and care. The day of our wedding, and the day before during the rehearsal, Alana was superhuman. She executed every plan and detail precisely, thought of any last minute question, and got everything in order perfectly. Our wedding day went exceptionally smooth and that is thanks to Alana. She was such a calming presence while still somehow wrangling every vendor, family member, and friend where they needed to be and perfectly on schedule! They always tell you that something is going to go wrong on your wedding day and that did not happen to us all thanks to Alana.
I recently had the privilege of working with Jaime, who truly exceeded all expectations. From the very start, her organization and attention to detail was impeccable. She left no s...
tone unturned, ensuring that every aspect of our special day was flawlessly executed.
What truly set Jaime apart was her fun and lively personality. She brought an infectious energy to every meeting and event, making the planning process enjoyable and stress-free. Her ability to maintain a positive and upbeat atmosphere was nothing short of amazing.
Not only did she excel in the logistical aspects, but she was also incredibly supportive throughout the journey. Her invaluable advice and guidance helped us navigate any challenges or uncertainties we encountered. It felt like she was not just a planner but a genuine friend who cared about making our wedding a dream come true.
And when the big day finally arrived, she worked her magic and put on the best wedding imaginable. Everything ran seamlessly, from the venue setup to the timeline management and coordination with vendors. Our guests were blown away, and we were in awe of how effortlessly she pulled it all off.
If you're looking for a wedding planner who is organized, fun, supportive, and will orchestrate the wedding of your dreams, look no further. Jaime was truly amazing.

ing was meticulously planned and executed flawlessly. With Jaime at the helm, I was able to breathe easy knowing that all the logistics, timelines, and vendor management was taken care of seamlessly. But Jaime's true talent lies in infusing joy and fun into the wedding planning process. Her infectious energy and creative ideas transformed the wedding into a celebration that was both memorable and enjoyable for all. Jaime remained calm and composed, handling last-minute adjustments with ease. With Jaime as your wedding planner, you can expect an organized and stress-free experience, filled with laughter, creativity, and a truly fun celebration.
I'm really excited to share my wonderful experience with Privé Event Design! The floral arrangement was absolutely beautiful and Sam was super responsive during the whole process! ...
We ordered an additional bouquet for my flower girl one day before the wedding and Sam and her team made it possible despite such a short notice!
But honestly, what really made our experience outstanding was our wedding planner, Jaime Brown. Jaime was there every step of the way, making sure everything was stress-free for me and my husband on our special day. Jaime’s organization and attention to detail made the whole wedding planning process feel smooth and easy. Thanks to her, we were able to fully enjoy our wedding day without any worries, knowing that she and her team had everything covered.
One note for the brides that want to preserve their bouquets, please make sure to discuss expected freshness duration of the flowers with your florist. I had hoped to preserve my bouquet, but sadly, it didn't last as long as I'd hoped.
Overall, aside from this point, our wedding was wonderful. I highly recommend Privé Event Design. They're a fantastic team that will make your wedding planning journey and the big day itself truly special and memorable.

rted with just floral through Prive with Jenny and were later gifted with another member of the Prive Team, Briana, as our day of coordinator for our wedding. Our flowers were so beautiful and totally curated to my dream and we could not have asked for a better planner/team! Thanks, Prive!!
This review is really hard because we did an all inclusive with our venue (Flying Horse Ranch in Larkspur) and we started off with Privé just being our florals but then got an unex...
pected planner through them as well about 4-5 months prior to our wedding and our planner Kiersten was great- she was very on top of things and I completely trusted her-highly recommend her.
Our florals on the other hand-neither my husband or I are impressed. We worked with Sam for those separately about a month before we ever worked with Kiersten and our first meeting was about 30-45 minutes long going over everything in person and Sam was sure to write things down so I was very surprised when we got our first proposal back and the color scheme was nothing like what we had discussed and it was a very bland proposal- basically "here are three options and prices for each" which is fine but it definitely was not a custom proposal to what we wanted our discussed. Like our centerpieces-original idea was tons of candles so our proposal was "3 hurricane glasses with candles-$85 a table" then "individual votive candles $2 each". If we were just going to get a generic pricing sheet and had to add up our own numbers to get to our venue's all inclusive budget there was no reason for us to drive and be in person to discuss what our ideas and wants were- just send us the sheet and we'll send you an actual correct color scheme.
When we brought up our concerns about the color scheme and sent more reference photos Sam was quick to change it and answer any other questions I had. I was feeling pretty confident about it and less stressed before wedding day. Note: I also had mentioned I don't love roses so wanted to keep them very minimal-which I was not concerned about since it was noted in both proposals.
When wedding day came and I got to see my bouquet the color scheme was right which I was so thankful for but there were tons of roses. I didn't see Sam that day but Kiersten worked hard to switch out some of the larger and "right in your face" roses with some other flowers we had that day somewhere. She also explained again that some of the flowers I specifically had asked for were probably not included because they may not have looked great when it was time to order-which was explained to me ahead of time so that was not a surprise nor an upset. I'm very thankful for Kiersten being able to switch out the larger roses for me but it still did have quite a bit of roses that were smaller and not right up front and center.
My husband's boutonniere was also a rose, peach, when he also specifically asked for no rose and blue and purple flowers.
I'm not sure what the normal process is when it's not included with the venue but I loved having Kiersten as our planner-she was very helpful and knowledgeable. But having Sam separate for our florals and the very basic pricing sheet, with options we hadn't even discussed, didn't seem personable and our first proposal just felt like a ton of unneeded stress.

h the most thorough checklist on Aisle Planner, and was in constant communication with both us and our other vendors. We were beyond impressed with the Prive team on our wedding day. Briana made our wedding day run smoothly with a perfectly curated timeline. She not only brought our vision to life, but somehow made everything look 100 times better than we could have ever imagined, and the florals were absolutely stunning! We highly recommend Briana if you want to ensure that your wedding day is in good hands!
Jaime is the absolute best person ever to help with your event! She doesn't miss any details and is also the sweetest thing! You would be lucky to have her on your team

d very impressive making everything before, during and after the wedding run smoothly like a Swiss watch. As a bonus, Prive also provided and set up our flowers which helped ease coordination with one less vendor to organize. She went above and beyond even assisting our photographer for our lake shoot by paddling the canoe! We really enjoyed working with Jaime and would love to work with her again for another event!

I went back to her with multiple changes within the last month of the planning process - Brittany didn't bat an eye and easily made the changes. Her team was incredible and so sweet during the set up process too! I totally recommend Prive!

y were absolutely exceeded! Heading into the big day, the couple had nothing but good things to say about Prive, notably their planner McKenzie. Prior to the wedding, she was in correspondence with me to add my services and details into her incredibly detailed timeline - so I already felt the couple was in good hands. The day before, McKenzie was planning to come to the rehearsal dinner at the couples' house to do a run through of the ceremony, final details - etc, but horrid weather intervened. This didn't deter her, and she worked with us to have a fully-remote facetime meeting, spent as much time as we needed, and helped us all feel very comfortable heading into the big day. On the day of the wedding she and her team were SO helpful, organized, and very kind. This team is truly professional, and I'd highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a seamless, stress free wedding!

I highly recommend prive and McKenzie to anyone! Also Jenny killed it with the florals, they were gorgeous!

y knew exactly what steps to take when. Another thing that we cannot say enough about was their unlimited decor package. It was so worth the money as they had everything...signs, table numbers, card boxes, lanterns, and beyond. Their floral package was also beautiful and they work really hard to keep you at your budget and provide input on where to focus on floral and where you can squeeze out some unnecessary cost. We will definitely recommend Privé and Jenny to our friends and family!

She gave us great recommendations for additional vendors we would need and where good spots for rehearsal dinners in the area were. Anyone would be beyond lucky to have the chance to work with her! Multiple family members actually asked if they could take her home to plan their own lives!
Brittany is who we worked with on our vision for the florals. We had a discussion about inspiration and she put together a beautiful proposal and gave us the chance to get back to her with what we wanted. The final product was GORGEOUS! Above our expectations! Hugely recommend this group they do incredible work!
