We especially want to recognize Melanie and Zack, our wedding coordinators, who were absolutely AMAZING! Throughout the planning process, they demonstrated patience, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to making sure our wedding was a success. They were responsive, informative, and always willing to answer our questions. On our wedding day, their attention to detail and ability to keep everything organized did not go unnoticed! From managing vendor arrivals and coordinating our wedding party to ensuring that the ceremony and reception spaces were beautifully prepared, Melanie and Zack handled everything with care. They did an excellent job incorporating our personal décor and meaningful details, including our memorial tribute and welcome signage. Their hard work allowed us to focus on enjoying our wedding rather than worrying about all the moving parts behind the scenes. The chapel and reception hall were absolutely stunning! The atmosphere was elegant, romantic, and exactly what we envisioned. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and we received so many compliments from our guests. The bartender and serving staff deserve special recognition as well—both were a solid 10/10! The level of hospitality, professionalism, and attentiveness throughout the evening was wonderful. One recommendation I would offer future couples is to thoroughly review your contract and understand the venue’s timeline and policies. Be sure to ask detailed questions about vendor access, setup, breakdown, and how much time is actually included in your package. During our planning, we realized that the original timeframe would not be sufficient for everything we wanted, so we made the decision to pay a substantial additional fee for extended time. These costs can add up quickly, so I strongly encourage couples to clarify these details early in the planning process to avoid unexpected expenses. Despite that additional expense, we are incredibly pleased with our overall experience. Our wedding day was beautiful, our guests had an amazing time, and the Pristine Chapel Lakeside team helped bring our vision to life. ice, we cannot recommend Pristine Chapel. My wife and I thought that we were in store for the best day of our lives with Pristine Chapel being the backdrop for our wedding. In the weeks after our wedding, this venue has almost singlehandedly turned what was supposed to be a great night into the worst experience we have had from a customer service and execution standpoint. Falling Table - There were multiple instances that we observed or heard from our guests that fell way short of our expectations. Firstly, one of our reserve guests tables collapsed during the reception with the guests (such as my wife’s 90 year old grandmother) sitting there, with all of the beverages spilling all over peoples clothes and ruining certain guests clothing items to the point of having to throw them away. It is the bare minimum expectation that when you sign a contract with a venue such as this that they can maintain tables that DON’T FALL. When those guests were prompted by Pristine Chapel to give feedback on their experience, my mother-in-law told them that it was unacceptable to have a guest table collapse, and to my knowledge, she still has not heard back from the venue with an apology or anything. Poor Food – Pristine advertises their food tasting that they host quarterly as a way for you to decide what food you want to eat. If I were you, and for some reason after reading this review you still decide to sign on with them (you shouldn’t), I wouldn’t even bother going to the food tasting. The food we had at the tasting was so much better than the food we were served on our wedding night. My wife wanted an Asian Soy-Glazed Salmon and instead what we got was some cajun seasoned salmon with absolutely no glaze on it. We also received complaints from many guests that the salmon was dry and from some that the salmon was inedible. We don’t know why the food differed so dramatically from the tasting, but what we received was nothing like what had been presented. Pressure Tactics – as my wife were getting ready to do our grand exit, the two coordinators on our wedding began to practically beg us to leave a video review on our experience. As a newly married couple, (and one that did not know about everything that happened on our wedding day until after the fact, and given that it was midnight and we both had been enjoying our wedding) we gave a review that spoke positively about our experience. The venue later pointed to that video as evidence that we had a positive experience despite the concerns we raised afterward. I’m sure that they will pettily either post the video on this review or say that the video speaks for itself, but from our experience, we wish we never did the video, or even signed with Pristine in the first place at this point. Post-Wedding Communication – when we began to raise our concerns to the venue, all that they have done is essentially dismiss our concerns by providing excuses or saying they have evidence to the contrary (that we still haven’t seen). The customer service they have exhibited after our wedding has been appalling, and our experience has left us feeling that resolving our concerns in a way that respects the magnitude of the complaints was not a priority. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this venue. If we could do it over again, we would rather have had a courthouse wedding than choose Pristine Chapel.

A huge thank you to Zack and Melanie, who were incredible throughout the entire process. They were professional, organized, and truly cared about making sure everything went smoothly. Their attention to detail and calm, supportive presence made the day feel effortless and stress-free. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything was and how seamless the experience felt. If you’re looking for a venue that offers both charm and exceptional service, this is it.  Highly recommend—10/10 experience! 💍✨

to find outside of them was a photographer/videographer. And even that they had good suggestions if you wanted to take them! The staff was incredibly professional, quick to answer any and all emails within business hours, and it never felt like a bother! They handled everything from start to finish, and we upgraded to the platinum decor package and it made everything so seamless! I would book with this venue 1 million times if I could! I can’t wait to go back for our next event!
