Kayce and her team made our wedding day run perfectly! Many say there is no such thing as a perfect wedding and that there’s always a snag. Well if there was a “snag” we had no clu...
e! It was a dream wedding thanks to the team’s attention to detail, consistent communication, and leadership. We were unsure about having a Day-Of Coordinator but our venue required it and thank God they did. Kayce kept our stress down, excitement up, and matched our celebration vibe! We are incredibly thankful for her problem-solving skills during the planning process and her commitment to our wedding day. 10/10 all around, such a wonderful company and person to work with. We speak the highest praises and recommend her to all couples look for a coordinator!
Our wedding coordinator was absolutely amazing! She was on top of every detail and truly understood the vision we had for our wedding and all of the décor. Because of her, we were ...
able to enjoy our day without any worries. She handled everything seamlessly and was always available throughout the night whenever we had a change of plans, making things happen quickly and effortlessly. We are so grateful for her hard work and highly recommend her to any couple planning their wedding!
If you want someone to take charge and ensure a smooth wedding, look no further! Kayce was such a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her for your wedding!
Kayce was absolutely fantastic and I’m so grateful that she coordinated our wedding! Since we were having a small wedding, I hadn’t even thought I needed any sort of coordinator un...
til the venue recommended it. But it was 100% worth it. I’m a bit of an introvert so the whole wedding thing made me a little uncomfortable to begin with, but Kayce put me right at ease and never made me feel weird for not wanting all of the traditional fanfare. She was instantly supportive and enthusiastic. I’m rather indecisive, and Kayce helped me with the decisions I hadn’t made yet, and those I honestly hadn’t even thought about. She was exceptionally organized and the day ran smoothly thanks to her. It’s not an overstatement to say everything was truly perfect and set up exactly how I envisioned. If I had to do it over again, I’d pick Primrose + Lily to coordinate every time!
Kayce of Primrose + Lily was FANTASTIC to work with! Cheerful, efficient, professional, unflappable--and with superb taste in all details!

ause of a (very reasonable) family health issue, and it is no exaggeration to say that Kayce rescued our wedding. She came in and immediately took charge in the very best way, setting us at our ease, always taking our wishes into account, and helping us finish out the details, while steering all the pieces together into an absolute dream wedding.
Kayce, I know you're reading this, because you care about all your clients and what they post... THANK YOU!!!!
I used Primrose + Lily for day of coordination of my microwedding in March and can't begin to tell you how pleased I was with them! I primarily worked with Kayce, who was a joy to ...
work with. She helped guide in my decision making and helped synthesize all of my ideas into a cohesive look and timeline. She made sure that all of my vendors were running smoothly so that I could be completely hands off and thoroughly enjoy our day. I highly recommend Primrose + Lily for your wedding coordination needs!

tails we needed, creating a timeline and chart for the day of coordination, ran ceremony coordination and entirely ran our DJ'ing off of Spotify! She puts all her hard work into ensuring that the bride and groom have the best day of their lives, so there's no need to stress the day of your wedding!
Would absolutely recommend her to anyone whose looking for a coordinator and planner!!
I can’t say enough great things about Kayce, Joanie, and her team! When the venue said we needed a day-of coordinator, my fiancé and I weren’t sure if it was necessary. But, after ...
how much smoother and better the day went with them dealing with logistics, I see why so many people say it is money well spent.
We spoke with Kayce on the phone for an initial consultation, and even after a short time we knew we wanted to go with Primrose and Lily. We ended up doing the Month of Coordination Package. Kayce really cares about what she does, and she is so fun and easy to talk to. She drafted our timeline, communicated with all of the vendors, and so much more.
Especially during rehearsal and the day of the wedding, we were so grateful that Kayce and Joanie were there. While we got to enjoy spending time with the wedding party and getting ready, they were working to get everything set up for the day.
It was absolutely wonderful to walk into the reception hall and see that they had set up everything beautifully. Throughout the night, they made sure that we stayed on schedule and kept things moving smoothly. During the entire day, we only had to answer a few questions and were able to fully appreciate being in the moment.
I can’t thank Primrose and Lily enough for making our wedding day incredible. If you are thinking of hiring them for coordination services, I say do it – it’ll be one of the best decisions you make in the wedding planning process!

se two. If anything could have gone wrong with our wedding, sadly it did! But thanks to Kayce, there was little left for me to worry about. Even though she was hired to be our day-of coordinator, she checked in with my husband and I in the months leading up to our wedding day, and literally took over the week prior so I didn't have to worry about communicating with vendors and fixing last minute problems that came up. She took care of everything so I could focus on putting my details together and enjoying wedding week with my husband, family, and friends. Kayce and Joanie make a great team, and leave you worry free on your wedding day. They literally took care of putting out all of our decor, setting up our DIY flowers, and making sure everyone was where they were supposed to be on time. It may be cliche, but she was truly an angel and our day wouldn't have been as perfect as it was if it wasn't for her help, positive attitude, and infectious fun energy. We even got her on the dance floor with us! Do yourself a favor and set up a consultation, you won't regret it!
I knew that after my first consultation with Kayce, that Primrose+Lily was the planner for us. We ended up chatting for over 2 hours about everything wedding related and everything...
not. I had a vision for our wedding and Kayce and Joanie executed everything perfectly. I could not have imagined a better weekend for us. Not having to deal with all the ins and outs of the timeline and vendor communication was great. That allowed us to focus on what was important to us that weekend. I definitely recommend them, you will not be disappointed!
