Primavera Dreams

lanners we’ve ever collaborated with. From our first conversation through the big day, her professionalism, organization, and attention to detail were outstanding. Sabina has an incredible ability to understand her couple’s vision and translate it into a seamless, unforgettable experience. Her communication is clear, timely, and thoughtful—making coordination with vendors, including The SweetBeats, effortless and enjoyable. On the wedding day itself, her energy, positivity, and dedication kept everything running smoothly, creating an atmosphere where guests could relax, celebrate, and enjoy every moment. Working with Sabina was a joy, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients and the people she collaborates with. Any couple would be lucky to have her orchestrating their wedding, and any vendor would be thrilled to work alongside her. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

a was referred to us by a mutual friend. She put enormous effort into her work (countless planning sessions, multiple site visits, and a beautifully detailed day of schedule), and I genuinely felt that she wanted our wedding to be successful, unique to us, and aligned with our vision - elegant, traditional, and European-countryside-esque. She was detail-oriented, organized, communicative, and committed to helping us manage a celebration with over 8 vendors. She connected us with outstanding Greater Boston vendors, including Sweetbeats Band and Floristika Florals, both of whom were absolute highlights of the weekend! Her network is strong and reliable, and she truly excels at the logistical and coordination aspects of planning. She took great care in preparing every vendor and setting the entire weekend up for success (we hosted a welcome party, wedding, and farewell brunch). We had the best wedding weekend, and we truly appreciate the time, energy, and care Sabina invested in driving the planning process!

ss. She guided us in selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, and bringing our vision to life, going above and beyond at every step. Sabina coordinated seamlessly with all of our vendors and created detailed timelines for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding day. We were married in Boston this past fall, and every detail was executed flawlessly. For the rehearsal dinner, Sabina helped us choose the venue and oversaw a beautiful family-style meal for our immediate family. Afterwards, we hosted a welcome reception for 150 guests. Sabina and Luba made it truly magical, coordinating effortlessly with our photographer, saxophone player, and venue team. On the wedding day, Sabina kept me and the bridal party on schedule for hair and makeup, photos, and getting ready. She ensured every detail was handled, allowing me to fully enjoy the day without worry. Our ceremony and reception involved many moving parts—200 guests, multiple transitions, numerous vendors across six hours—and everything ran flawlessly. Our families, friends, and my husband and I had an unforgettable evening, thanks entirely to the dedication and hard work of Sabina and Luba. When my grandmother was unexpectedly unable to attend, Sabina and Luba took it upon themselves to record the ceremony, speeches, and highlights from the dance floor. This gesture meant the world to us and allowed my grandmother and other family members to experience the magic of the night. I cannot recommend Primavera Dreams enough. Sabina and Luba are professional, attentive, deeply knowledgeable, and exceptionally well-connected within the Boston wedding industry. They turned the entire planning process—and our wedding day—into an dream.

ning, she brought a perfect blend of creativity, organization, and calm professionalism to every step of the planning process. Luba seamlessly navigated the countless details involved in coordinating nearly 20 vendors, managing complex timelines and logistics with such ease that we were able to fully relax and enjoy the experience of our wedding day. Luba is not only an incredible planner but also a wonderful person: gracious, caring, and deeply committed to making her clients happy. We can’t imagine having done this without her and would recommend Luba of Primavera Dreams a thousand times over to anyone who wants their wedding to be both magical and stress-free!

ht such a calm, reassuring energy to every step of the process. Planning a destination wedding in Italy could have been overwhelming, but she made it seamless, thoughtful, and even enjoyable. She didn’t just plan our wedding day, she flawlessly coordinated four separate events throughout our wedding week, each one unique, beautifully executed, and perfectly tailored to our vision. Her attention to detail was unmatched. She thought of things we never would have, anticipated needs before they arose, and handled every dynamic and last-minute change with grace and ease. On the day itself, everything flowed perfectly, allowing us to be fully present and soak in every moment knowing she had everything under control. We truly couldn’t have imagined our wedding without her guidance and expertise. She went above and beyond in every way and made our dream celebration come to life more beautifully than we ever could have envisioned. We would recommend Luba to absolutely anyone getting married in Italy. She is the best of the best!

ble wedding planner, who not only orchestrated every detail with precision but infused the entire experience with warmth, grace, and genuine care. From our very first meeting, her calm presence and meticulous attention to detail gave us peace of mind—especially since we were navigating a destination wedding with vendors hailing from overseas (in Italy!). She masterfully coordinated every last detail across borders and time zones, ensuring that international vendors—florists, musicians, and more—all arrived on time and delivered perfectly, seamless results. Her deep local knowledge was a game-changer, and when it came to photography, she didn’t just recommend—with the most extraordinary local photographer whose work captured not just the events, but the true essence of our joy. Our welcome party, wedding day, and family dinner the following day all ran like clockwork and looked absolutely breathtaking. She transformed Castello Vicchiomaggio into a dreamscape, every centimeter thoughtfully designed, and from the elegant table settings to the chandeliers , she delivered on every vision we’d dreamed. When an unexpected rainstorm threatened our fireworks display—something we knew was going to be the emotional high point of our night—she stayed calm, made swift decisions, to rework the timing so our fireworks could go off in all their dazzling brilliance… and they did. The stunned silence, followed by cheers and gasps of delight? All because of her. She didn’t just show up. She dined with our family the night before, chatted with our older relatives, shared laughs with our younger siblings. She made herself part of the experience—not just a coordinator, but a true ally. We cannot recommend Luba enough. She doesn’t just plan weddings—she weaves memories. And we are so deeply grateful to have had her walk beside us during our most wonderful day.

stened to our wishes, anticipated our needs, and took responsibility for every little detail. Thanks to her, our celebration was stress-free and truly special. I wholeheartedly recommend her services!

e highly!!

turn our dream into a reality. I reached out to a few different planners, and then I met Luba. From the start, Luba was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and organized. She truly listened to our vision and immediately knew how to make it possible. Luba and I had many virtual calls. She was understanding of my husband’s and my busy schedule and kept me on track when I procrastinated. Sometimes I had other things at the forefront of my mind, but Luba was patient and had a kind way of helping me stay organized. Our calls consisted of Luba getting to know me, introducing me to different vendors, and helping me make decisions. Not only was she able to secure a perfect wedding venue less than a year before our date, but she also helped locate and coordinate lodging for us, the wedding party, and all of our guests. Luba has an incredible network of connections, referrals, and friends in the wedding business and in Italy in general. For example, she referred us to a travel guide who helped us and our guests plan their international travel. She found a makeup artist at the last minute to cover my tattoos, a manicurist in Florence to fix my nails the day before the wedding, a Rabbi to officiate our interfaith ceremony, and so much more. When we visited Florence, Luba organized venue tours, tastings, and meetings with vendors. She connected us with her business partner, Yael, who lives in Florence. Yael joined us for all our wedding-related outings and was one of the sweetest and kindest people we had ever met. We instantly fell in love with her as well. Having Yael by our side to explain everything and help align the details with our vision—while venues were being remodeled during the off-season—was incredibly reassuring. The entire Primavera Dreams team, including Yael and Diana, was outstanding, and we were so lucky to have them with us for our wedding festivities. After seeing our wedding weekend brought to life, I truly believe Luba understood my vision better than I did. On our calls, if (rarely) the first few vendor options she presented weren’t exactly what we were envisioning, she would listen carefully and almost immediately come up with an alternative that was perfect. If there was a detail that didn’t go as planned, no one—not even I—noticed. Luba and her team organized absolutely everything, including deposits and final payments to vendors, our garden party the night before the wedding, hair and makeup, multiple food vendors, the florist, fireworks, live music, a DJ, photography and videography, and even arranging air conditioning units for our hot summer day. The Primavera Dreams team was a calm and reassuring presence, ensuring all ran seamlessly so we could fully enjoy the moment with our loved ones and guests who had traveled so far to celebrate with us. Planning a wedding abroad was a big undertaking, but with Luba by our side, the process felt manageable and enjoyable. Seeing all of her hard work brought to life was magical and beyond anything we could have dreamed. Every moment was unforgettable, and we owe so much of that to Luba and the Primavera Dreams team. A perfect memory now lives forever in our hearts and the hearts of our guests—a cherished experience that will be remembered for a lifetime.

osting a wedding during COVID. Fast forward a few years, when I got engaged, I knew that Primavera Dreams would be the perfect partners in executing a dream wedding. Luba and her partner, Sabina, were fantastic during every step of the journey. My husband and I had a big, fat Indian-Jewish wedding at the Fairmont Copley and they were able to blend both cultures and religions into a beautiful event. From the early stages of visualizing the wedding to executing all of the little details, they were on top of everything. They also have a lot of relationships with other vendors so they were able to provide advice on vendors they trusted and have worked with in the past. The big day went off without a hitch! The best part was that my husband and I could relax on the day of the wedding because we knew all the details were being taken care of. Our family and friends were swooning at the wedding and they still talk about how much fun they had! I would highly recommend Luba and Sabina for your next event!

She was enthusiastic, available, communicative, super efficient, and on top of everything from the day we hired her through the wedding day. She has a great instinct when it comes to events, a great rolodex of vendors, strong people & negotiaton skills, and will go above and beyond for you without you even having to ask. We felt so taken care of - and our wedding day was the happiest day for both of us because we simply got to enjoy and be present thanks to how well organized and managed everything was. On top of it, so many guests have told us that ours was one of the most fun and meaningful weddings that they have ever attended (for some, including their own!). We could not have done it without Sabina!

Planning Italy and Boston to make everything perfect. I want to express my immense gratitude to the owner, Luba Mitnik Gankin and entire team for their impeccable work and high professionalism. From the very beginning, we felt their care and attention to our wishes. The organizers helped us choose a magnificent venue for the ceremony Castello Vicchiomaggio and banquet — a luxurious villa with stunning views of the Tuscan hills. Every detail, from the décor to the menu selection, was meticulously planned and perfectly matched the overall wedding concept. The ceremony was simply magical. We thank the team for the splendid decorations that created the atmosphere of a true Italian fairytale. Special thanks to our wedding emcee Georgy Chkareuli, who conducted the ceremony masterfully, filling it with warm and sincere words. Now, organizing transportation and logistics for guests from seven different countries was a bit like herding cats. But the team handled it with such grace and efficiency that we couldn't help but laugh at the initial chaos. Whether it was our friends from Georgia misadventure with Italian trains, or luck of buses for guests who arrived to Bolognia, the organizers managed every hiccup with ease and good humor. A unique joy was brought by the interaction with people from different countries who gathered for this celebration. We were delighted to see old friends and acquaintances who came specifically to share this important moment with us. Toasts in various languages added a special charm and an atmosphere of unity and friendship. We even joked that our wedding could qualify for a mini-United Nations meeting! The wedding cake was a masterpiece in itself, both in design and taste.. And just when we thought the evening couldn't get any better, the sky lit up with a spectacular fireworks display. It was the perfect grand finale to an unforgettable day. I must also mention the organizers' attentiveness to every guest. Everything was arranged so that we could fully relax and enjoy the moment, without worrying about any details. In conclusion, we want to say a huge thank you for the amazing celebration. Thanks to you, this day became unforgettable not only for us but also for all our guests. If you dream of a perfect wedding in Italy, do not hesitate to contact Primavera Dreams Wedding Planning Italy and Boston— they will exceed all your expectations!

ys the same – with help! And help came in the form of Luba. From our first introductory call, Luba was a true professional. She had an answer to every question we threw at her, and the perfect calm yet excited demeanor that is necessary when planning a wedding. From helping us find our dream venue, assembling an all-star vendor team, and perfectly executing our vision, our wedding could not have been more perfect. I cannot recommend Luba enough!!!

just gotten engaged, and while we were celebrating that wholeheartedly, it was a difficult time to imagine planning a wedding. We also had many specific factors to consider as we made decisions for our wedding. I come from an Italian-American family, and my husband comes from a South African Jewish background. We wanted our wedding to be the perfect blend of both of us, but we were so overwhelmed that we couldn’t even get started with planning. One major thing we have in common is that we love Italy. We agreed that a wedding in Italy would be a dream come true, but it seemed impossible to plan, and seemed like something that only happened in the movies, on Instagram, or for celebrities. We thought it would be nice to be married by Summer of 2023, but due to our work schedules, time passed quickly and we still hadn’t made progress. As 2022 became 2023, we decided we couldn’t wait. Even though the prospect of a destination wedding seemed overwhelming and expensive, I knew I would always be wondering “what could have been” if I hadn’t tried to make my Tuscan Wedding dream a reality. So, we reached out to Luba for an intro call. We shared with her our initial goals, thoughts, and details. From the moment we met Luba on zoom, we felt completely taken care of. Her knowledge of the Italian wedding industry is astounding! After 1-2 calls she transformed our wishy-washy outline into a concrete plan. Her familiarity with destinations, venues, and vendors allowed us to quickly make decisions on location, size, budget, style, and venue. I could not believe that the vision in my head was actually attainable for us! Luba went above and beyond to help us make this happen on our timeline - which was quite tight due to our work schedules. Her demeanor is warm and thoughtful, decisive and confident. She was the perfect person to help us take action quickly. I had 100% faith that she understood us from the moment she met us, and that her suggestions were what she felt were the perfect match for us. Once she reached out to her incredible network of venues, vendors, and services, it truly felt like we had a whole village on our side. Luba spent thoughtful and detailed time with me along the way making sure everything was just right. She helped us to craft the perfect wedding that was the most beautiful and meaningful blend of both of our family backgrounds. When we arrived in Italy, Luba and Yael were our Guardian Angels making sure that every event was not only a smooth success, but a smash hit! Our guests had no idea what they were in for, and they all left having had the adventure of a lifetime. From pizza parties, to religious traditions, to dietary restrictions, to music requests (my husband and I are professional musicians), Luba and Yael handled every detail with care and ease as if it was their own family’s wedding! I can’t imagine having gone through our wedding experience without Luba. Working with her was the best investment we could have made. She gave us and our families the gift of a lifetime by bringing our dream wedding to life. Sometimes you need someone else beside you to remind you that your dreams can become a reality, and that they’re worth fighting for! Every couple deserves to have someone like Luba by their side for these milestone moments.

our big Italian wedding in the old olive groves of Puglia. What can I say… well we could never have done it without Luba @ Primavera Dreams. It takes a LOT of work to pull off the wedding we had. It was simply perfect. Her connections and ability to find the right vendors, who suited our taste and budget- negotiating contracts, managing multiple streams of action from florals, to make up, to planning the day with the venue, to organizing complex pick up and drop off shuttle services - it was just amazing! Luba took so much stress out of the day, she was calm, careful and organized. I had a very particular budget for makeup and hair, and Luba found me someone who suited that budget and did an amazing job. We had a set budget for florals and even though some years had passed Luba managed to negotiate almost no price increase despite rising costs everywhere. We are just so grateful with the effort, the patience and the planning. All weddings are stressful to plan and manage, and while the run up wasn’t always stress free for us, our day was just simply perfect thanks to Luba - she lifted that stress and executed everything perfectly. If something had gone wrong behind the scenes I certainly do not know about it… and that is exactly what you need, a calm steady and knowledgeable person dealing with it all… and I am forever grateful. If you want a wedding which looks like it belongs in a Vogue magazine please get yourself Primavera Dreams as your wedding planner and get yourself over to Italy. You won’t regret it! !!!

ng process. Wedding day was a memorable day that went perfectly

eting. There was something different about her than other wedding planners and after being closely connected for over a year, it’s safe to say Luba will always have a special place in our hearts, as she was integral in bringing our wedding weekend dreams to life. Luba is professional, brilliant, creative, kind, assertive, detail-oriented- everything you want and need in a wedding planner and the some! We shared our ideas with Luba and she consistently gave us her honest opinion and then provided solutions, or even better ideas! She even offered to meet us and spend a few days together in Italy the year before we got married there. Without Luba’s hard work and extensive network of connections in Italy, our busy, event-filled wedding weekend would never have been possible. Although not hired to orchestrate all of our wedding weekend events, Luba showed up at every event, spending hours there to ensure everything went off without a hitch, simply because that is how much she cares about her clients and their guests. We look forward to staying connected with Luba for years to come, recommending her to everyone we know getting married, and will be sure to hire her for any future major events we need to plan. We love Luba and we promise that you will, too!

ning for our destination wedding in Italy. Once we decided on Italy, she helped us choose the region that best fit our needs/wants and helped us select a stunning venue on Lake Maggiore. Not only did Luba do an excellent job coordinating logistics and sourcing amazing vendors, but she also had an overall creative vision for our wedding and knew how to create a magical atmosphere (which is part of the reason Luba stuck out to us after interviewing other wedding vendors). We really relied on Luba’s professional opinions and guidance throughout the planning process, and she did not steer us wrong. She shared honest feedback about things she thought weren’t necessary to spend on while also pointing out things that would really make a difference on our wedding weekend and would be worth the money. I’m so happy she encouraged us to do a traditional Italian cake-cutting – we weren’t planning on it, but it ended up being one of my favorite memories from our wedding day. She kept our events well within our budget and kept us organized between our meetings to ensure nothing was forgotten. During our wedding weekend Luba handled all the events with poise and elegance. Many of our guests, and especially our parents, kept remarking about “how amazing our wedding planner is” – we couldn’t agree more. She helped us put on a beautiful welcome boat ride and dinner, and our wedding day felt straight out of a fairytale. We didn’t have a single worry the entire day because Luba handled every detail, so we didn’t have to. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Luba for everything!

ponsibility. Luba, you have done an incredible job! Somehow you managed to be in 4 to 5 places at the same time. From last minute dress-steaming to holding hands to keep us calm, you were there every minute of the day, and I actually felt like you moved the clouds, literally! From the first phone call, we knew that you were the one we wanted to guide us through the wedding planning. A huge thank you for your enormous amount of time, expertise, and positive energy. You were exceptionally kind and thoughtful in all of our conversations and meetings. Your access to phenomenal vendors is tremendous. From caterers to lighting, to florist, to entertainment, all were superb! We could not have been happier. Our guests are still raving about how elegant and magical the celebration of our children’s union was. Michael and I extend our heartfelt gratitude to you! It was absolutely magical beyond our imagination. Thank you!!!!

ur wedding celebration became an unforgettable fairytale. Without her, we would not have found the perfect location in Italy in Tuscany, nor the best set of photographers, videographer and host for our amazing wedding. She was always receptive to our needs, suggesting various options for vendors in terms of quality and value for money. Luba knows every detail of how to plan a wedding of this scale. We highly recommend her to anyone who wishes their wedding to be an unforgettable experience!

l May 2022 wedding. Luba was terrific at helping us stay on track with our budget, picking the right vendors, and making sure the whole process was fun. We wanted a traditional Jewish wedding, so it was important to us to find someone familiar with all the traditions and rituals! Prior to planning our wedding, we always thought of a wedding planner as an extravagant extra for over-the-top weddings. Yet, given our time restraints – we thought it might be necessary. We quickly came to realize how smart that decision was. Not only did Luba help us work within our budget, but she also made sure the whole process was fun and the wedding exceeded our expectations. Luba introduced us to amazing vendors whose prices were more competitive than those we found ourselves. She also negotiated contracts on our behalf and helped us effectively prioritize where to cut and spend money. Having her organize last minute details and communicate with vendors in the days and weeks leading up to the wedding allowed us to focus on our families and enjoy the wedding.

wedding, beyond anything we could have ever dreamed. Luba is incredibly organized, kind, flexible, whip-smart (she has a PhD in chemistry and speaks at least 3 languages fluently!!) and a truly fascinating person. Her passion for Italy and especially the Tuscan region is one of the things that drew me to her when I was interviewing other planners. Besides wanting my wedding to be in Italy where my husband and I met, I did not have a vision or a clue of how to plan a wedding when I first came to Luba (you might call me a rare “Type-B” bride). She thoughtfully, gently, and expertly guided me through each decision point – date, venue, photographer, videographer, florist, caterer, ceremony details, extra events, wedding website, etc. – making suggestions and providing sage advice, and at the same time helping me clarify in my head what I cared about most for the wedding. She even helped my family and I plan a trip to Italy a few months before the wedding (we are from the U.S.) and helped coordinate a tasting with the caterer, make-up and hair trial, a visit to the venue, and tours of nearby villas and borgos to recommend for guests. I was thrilled with all the vendors she recommended – especially my make-up artist, she is a genius!! NO detail is too small for Luba. She got me thinking about pieces of the wedding weekend that I never would have considered on my own, and recommended some amazing Italian traditions to incorporate (e.g., the cake show!). She taught me the importance of having events take place in different areas of the venue so that when guests transition (ceremony – cocktail hour – dinner – reception) they get some new surprises and feel the wedding magic all over again. She helped create the “flow” of my ceremony (we got so many compliments from guests on this) and made creative use of the natural beauty of our venue (Borgo Stomennano is absolutely magnificent) to save some $$ with flowers. She also provided the much-needed perspective throughout of which details really tend to matter, and which details we could let go. Luba was always easy to reach, even when she was in Italy or traveling elsewhere I could expect an email back within 24 hrs. She was largely in Boston while we were planning our wedding which made hopping on Zoom calls really easy. And last, but certainly not least, Luba is the FIRST to advocate for you sticking to your budget. We made a few decisions near the end that we knew were going to put us a little over (the late night pizza from our fabulous caterer was just TOO tempting) and Luba gave us quite a bit of (loving) pushback before making it happen. What more could you ask for in a planner!! GRAZIE MILLE LUBA!

sy and beautiful. Luba brings an arsenal of knowledge and resources into creating dream weddings, including recommending the best vendors to work with. In addition to being a creative visionary, Luba is extremely organized and professional, and helped us incorporate several cultural elements (Greek) to our wedding ceremony in a beautiful and meaningful way. And most importantly- Luba found a way to help us book our dream venue and date in 2021 in the midst of the post covid wedding chaos- she is truly a godsend!! We couldn’t be happier with the wonderful memories Luba helped us make. Thank you for everything Luba!!

very step of these pivots, and made it so, so easy. The party was in a different location from where we live, so working with Luba was a godsend -- she was able to be our eyes on the ground! I really appreciated how many small things she just made happen. For example, I didn't even think about how much I would want videos of the speeches from our family members until she emailed me a link with video of every speech and significant moment -- it made me so happy! I'll treasure it forever, and am so grateful to her for just going ahead and doing it. This was a small party that was still expertly choreographed, and I knew no matter what happened Luba would take care of it. I've recommended her to all my friends, and my family now makes jokes about keeping her on retainer for the next family wedding! I truly cannot recommend working with Luba enough!

was a dream come true and we truly couldn't have done it without her. She is organized, loyal, reliable, professional, thoughtful, and brilliant. Our wedding had to be rescheduled a few times from COVID and before having Luba on our team we were so overwhelmed and stressed out. We were scared and not sure if our wedding would ever happen. When we hired Luba 9 months before our wedding, we had almost nothing planned yet- She immediately went to work and turned our wedding around like a superhero. Her responsiveness, experience, expertise, and genuine love and care are what makes her so special. We would recommend her 10/10 times to anyone planning their wedding. We are so so grateful for everything she did for us.

gh this process with anyone else. From the countless zoom calls to the constant WhatsApp messages, they were both always there to answer all of our questions and guide us. We had our wedding in Florence, Italy and they suggested Belmond Villa San Michele as our venue, based off of what we had told them we envisioned and it was perfect. They had amazing vendor recommendations and made our wedding day so special - everything turned out more incredible than we could've ever imagined.

through covid and the chaos around it and our wedding dream came true exactly as we wished for all that in mind. We could not have been more happy with the results, the professional help and the service of Primavera dreams. Additionally Luba is is very good at capturing the ideas and personal wishes for this very important day, she did so on budget as well which is quite impressive considering how expensive a wedding on Capri can be. You will not regret using Primavera dreams.

ing day without her there. We had to reschedule our wedding because of the pandemic, and she was there for us through it all. We originally booked Luba because it was overwhelming to plan a wedding in general, but then moving the wedding and finding new vendors was even more of a feat. She was there with us EVERY step of the way. That meant sending us recommendations for vendors and going above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable with the date move. Her network of vendors is exceptional - every single person we went with that she recommended was amazing. She is extremely professional and on top of every single detail (she is so on top of things she would follow up with us on things even we would forget about). She was also wonderful at managing my personality (very type A) and my husband's, and also helping us to get on the same page and actually make decisions. The day of she was there for us every step of the way. I swear there was not a single detail that she missed. She made sure our day went smoothly and that everything went off without a hitch. She was amazing at coordinating all of our vendors, which was something I know I could not have done without her there. Her assistant Olga was also amazing! She was kind and so helpful. As mentioned, I can't say enough about how helpful, comforting and just all around amazing Luba was. If you're reading this and on the fence about booking her - just set up a call and talk to her once! You'll get it right away that she really knows what she is doing.

We were stuck trying to find a venue in a covid environment when everything was double booked and Luba guided us to the perfect venue. She had great recommendations for what to do vs what wasn’t worth it which I very much appreciated. She helped us identify, interview and choose fabulous vendors. Her professionalism, responsiveness, expertise and genuine love for helping couples create the wedding of their dreams shine through in every aspect of her work. On the day of the wedding, she worked incredibly well with the team at the venue and our vendors to make our event as perfect for us and for our guests as possible. I had so many of my friends and relatives compliment Luba’s work. In my opinion, a wedding planner is key in this process and I cannot recommend Luba enough! She’s amazing! Luba - THANK YOU for everything!

s a professional, truly. She does absolutely everything to the highest quality, leaving no detail behind. She is organized, proactive, creative, thoughtful, solution-oriented, and has an unparalleled excellence in communication. Luba helped us plan an elegant, large scale wedding in less than 100 days, at the tail-end of the pandemic where rules were changing almost every day . We went from a 25 person wedding with no cocktail hour or dance floor allowed, to a 100 person wedding, extended cocktail hour, full orchestra, opera singer, drone videography, multiple photographers, instrument trio enhanced DJ with dance floor, choreographed first dance, exquisite florist, custom tux, and on-site childcare services for our black-tie gala wedding. Our wedding was a dream come true, and honestly, it was largely thanks to Luba. We had no idea where to start at the beginning, I was not one of those brides who knew what she wanted since she was 5 years old, but the vision came together very quickly once Luba came on board with creative inspiration, asking all the right questions, and providing all the right guidance. Luba is flexible, able to work on any scale, with any couple, and in any circumstance. She is timely, always responded to emails within 24hrs if not immediately, and took great initiative on tasks that were very challenging to ensure that our wedding was able to be executed exactly as envisioned. Luba is a masterful coordinator. She gathers people in, and has a very skillful way of communicating with a wide array of so many team members to ensure that everyone is on the same page so that there really are no "last minute hiccups" to even worry about. She's already planned ahead for all of those, and all the other ones you can't even think of. She took countless trips to our venue, she attended my wedding dress fittings to ensure she knew exactly how to bustle my gown when the time was right, and even gathered a few extra buttons from the designer just in case one happened to cause any trouble on the day of, she arranged for countless zoom calls, and she was the single point person who arranged for all of our top of the line vendors. She is incredibly well connected in the wedding arena, and even more so incredibly well respected. Luba's fee was marginal compared to her value, and I know I only saw the surface of all the effort she was putting into our day quietly behind the scenes. She helped provide guidance at ever turn---when we were uncertain about which decision to make on something, or what would be considered customary at certain points of the process Luba always had the answer for us. She was not pushy at all, but rather was wise, and knowledgable, that gave us SO MUCH PEACE OF MIND in a process that can be rather anxiety-provoking and stressful. Luba is not an ordinary wedding planner, or person for that matter. She is extraordinary, she puts her HEART into her chosen profession, and you can see that when you work with her. She is an extension of you as a couple, she interacts with every vendor you will have, and helps shape your day and your vision----it was truly a blessing to have that person be someone as warm, calm, kind, and devoted as Luba. We recommend her above what any words could adequately reflect, she is a gem.

ad a great working relationship. Luba has a very calming and reassuring presence, which helps highly anxious brides like myself deal with the stress of a wedding. I also appreciated that she was a good listener and was able to find vendors that matched the vibe I was going for (her florist recommendation was especially on point!). The day of, Luba was very organized and I didn't know about any of the various steps that were going into executing the wedding. I appreciated her calming presence and it helped the wedding happen without a hitch! Would gladly recommend her to anyone!

two weeks time. Before hiring Luba, we found ourselves up against pandemic roadblocks trying to plan an outdoor wedding before it became too cold to do so. We ultimately realized we needed professional help and found Luba and ‘Primavera Dreams’. After a zoom consultation with Luba, we gave her the ‘go ahead’ and she went to work contacting available venues, caterers, florists, photographers and planning an elegant covid conscious affair that was far beyond our expectations. She intuitively knew what would work best for us and we trusted all of her initial suggestions regarding the venue and vendors. Our wedding day was flawless, held at the Endicott Estate in Dedham and all of the vendors produced ‘top notch’ work. Thank you so much Luba for making our day perfectly special!

and kind. Fast forward to less than 60-days to my COVID wedding and knowing I needed help, for my sanity. I reached out and she remembered me and we set up a zoom meeting and I knew I needed her by my side! While most of the planning was done, she helped with the final details, recommended a few vendors, and gave me peace of mind -- which is invaluable!! She was there with us every step of the way from final vendor meetings, rehearsal, and for the big day. She helped screen our guests and made sure my dress fit perfectly. All while in a mask and PPE for the bid day :-) I cannot recommend Luba enough and hope that every bride who needs help will reach out to Primavera Dreams! Thank you, Luba!!!! DeAnna and Nolan

most details were finalized in 6 weeks. Simply put, we couldn't have done this without her. She has exquisite taste, a sharp eye, a strong network of top-notch (and easy-going!) vendors, and is able to pull everything together with a smile. She listened to what we were looking for, and added helpful suggestions along the way. Luba is cool, calm, collected with a happy & vibrant personality. We'd love to work together again and strongly recommend her to all out family & friends. Thank you SO much Luba - we couldn't have done this without you!!!

COVID surge had hit Boston, and both Gabriel and I were really busy at work for a long time as we are both physicians. We met with Luba a handful of times through zoom and she took matters into her own hands and created the event for us beautifully. She was also extremely flexible and understanding given the COVID situation. In fact, (i'm sure this was slowly giving her a heart attack), we finalized many of the vendors less than 2 weeks before the wedding! Gabriel and I were very hands off throughout the process and Luba was instrumental in putting everything together. It came out so perfectly that even my husband was super happy with it and would hire her again for our future events. I am so happy to have met and known Luba and look forward to working with her in the future.

help you plan your special day. Do not hesitate to reach out to Luba and her team of experts!

to really enjoy wedding planning and our day. Luba made us feel at ease as soon as we met her - she is warm, incredibly smart, and is a hyper-organized professional. She guided us every step of the way - helped us find vendors and handle the negotiations, came with me to my dress fitting, spend hours with me and the caterer selecting the perfect menu, helped with the complex seating chart and was always available to take a call (and highly responsive on email!) and give advice or just offer support when I was stressed. Day of, she worked tirelessly to make sure our day went off without a hitch and knowing she was by my side made me much more calm. I highly recommend Luba - she is the best!

of last year, though it seems decades ago, Luba has organized my husband’s, Alex Karpovsky, round-number birthday celebration in Italy. To say that it was impeccable is to say nothing about it. By Primavera’s measures it was not a large celebration - around sixty guests and two full days of festivities. But for us, when we started the preparation it seemed absolutely daunting. How do you get together people from half a dozen countries all over the world? Many of them have never met each other. How do you make sure they enjoy their time together? And, by the way, the budget we had was (very) far from unlimited. Well, looking back it still seems amazing that Luba was able to get it all together and made it look simple in the process. Even during the celebration itself every minute felt like fun times - and none (except for sudden onslaught of mosquitos during an open-air cocktail hour - but the spray did help) felt like fighting emergencies or straining to get things right. Of course the location - Lago Maggiore in Italy - is gorgeous and inviting to begin with. But there are lots of choices and actions that could’ve gone wrong. Luba led us every step of the way - from choosing the right venue among many highly variable options to play-by-play entertainment and through every detail including the choice of flowers and the right photographer. Every time I think back on the festivities I smile and the quarantine seems just a little less painful when we reminisce. We hope - no we are sure - that there will be another family celebration in Italy and Primavera Dreams will be there for us to make it memorable and enjoyable. Thank you Luba!

we first started talking about a destination wedding in Italy but fast forward 18 months and now they can't stop talking about how it was the most epic family vacation / wedding that they had ever been to! We couldn’t have done it without Luba. She truly became like a third mom to us (in the best way possible). She is all about creating an experience, not just for the wedding but for the entirety of the planning process. She even came on our venue hunting trip with us one year before the wedding date. I was VERY much a type-A bride and Luba was always quick to respond to my many emails, no matter what I threw at her. We ended up having more guests RSVP ‘yes’ than we initially expected and our wedding of 80 quickly grew to 110 but Luba wasn’t phased by any of the changes and thankfully had her daughter, Dina, to help as a second hand. When it came time for the wedding weekend, I felt like I was actually able to relax and truly enjoy the happiest couple of days while Luba and Dina took care of EVERYTHING. Grazie mille to Luba and Dina for the wedding EXPERIENCE of our dreams!

mavera Dreams during the preparation and execution phases of this epic event. Given my role, my assessment is not only that of a guest or a client but of a colleague. Luba confidently managed the three-day wedding that consisted of multiple events spread over the big territory of Villa Vignamaggio as well as other regions of Tuscany (the terrain was stunning but added another level of challenge moving people and stuff around). She dealt with a sizable and diverse crowd of guests coming from all over of the globe and an army of service providers switching between customs and languages on the fly (her command of Italian was certainly a resource!). While working tirelessly Luba never stopped being friendly and classy. She was always ready to give a piece of advice but in a delicate and accommodating way. Luba really helped to create the most joyful event that Villa Vignamaggio has seen since the filming of Much Ado About Nothing on its grounds. I can say with certainty: Primavera (the spring) Weddings is good for ALL seasons.

ba met with us a number of times and recommended vendors; explained the wedding "flow" and what we need to think about. All her recommendations turned out to be super-valuable and we ended up hiring all of her suggested vendors. Luba was very attentive to details and answered all of our questions either in person, by phone or email. She was there on rehearsal to make sure the wedding party knows what to do! And of course, Luba was the Leader of the wedding day! She made sure everything was set up right at the ceremony and later at the reception; she announced the speeches, dances and coordinated with the caterer and DJ the smooth flow of the wedding. We would highly recommend Luba for your wedding!! Couldn't be happier!

g worked perfectly. All the suggestions were right on target! The vendors were great, the venue beautiful, and the flowers were especially gorgeous. Thank you for all your hard work! it was so much appreciated by the whole family.

s Cape Cod backyard - but Luba came to the rescue! She worked closely with us through our year-long engagement to think through every detail, from major vendors to heel protectors for people who wore stilettos in the grass. Luba is proactive, lighting fast to respond, and has a very calming effect on a stressed out bride. She also quickly understood our vision to host a literary-themed wedding and made creative suggestion for how to entertain our guests. More than anything, Luba has an invaluable network of vetted, professional, wonderful, flexible, well-priced vendors that help you navigate the otherwise overwhelming wedding vendor marketplace. She found us our photographer (amazing), hair & make-up (so talented), DJ (unbelievable combination of DJ, live singing, and live saxophone!), videographer (great and had a drone), luxury outdoor toilets, and tent company (so professional). Every single one of these vendors was FANTASTIC on every level, and we cannot be more thankful that Luba found them for us! Because Luba is bilingual, we also asked her to MC the wedding since we had a Russian & American crowd. We felt so comfortable having her lead the evening because she knew every single detail. When unexpected things happened (electricity briefly went out in the caterer's tent so the entree got delayed), Luba checked with me and tweaked the evening's schedule on the fly so that none of the guests noticed. I absolutely recommend her services without hesitation if you're looking for a professional, organized thought partner, coordinator and planner on your wedding journey! We'll always be thankful to Luba for helping us pull off the PERFECT day!
