Mine was near perfect (I literally cried tears of joy afterwards, especially because I had a horrible trial run experience at a different place). However, on the wedding day, they both listened to my mom's comments with patience and her hair and makeup turned out EXACTLY how she wanted! My mom really struggles with feeling good about how she looks, and I can genuinely say she felt (and looked!) so beautiful thanks to the ladies who worked on her. I also have to comment on how fast they were too! I think I only took about 45 minutes (maybe an hour but I think it was less) to do both my hair and makeup. Everyone else took even less than that.
