Please do not go with this company! My entire experience was terrible. I booked them 14 months before my wedding. I was told I had a videographer and photographer. Filled out all t...
he forms, communicated with them multiple times for confirmation along with my wedding planner. Week before the wedding they sent me a confirmation with the WRONG bride and groom name, wrong location, and the wrong date. When they were asked about it, they tried to tell my wedding planner it was my fault. They send emails like they care, yet they are not actual photographers. The person that hired got the message the day before my wedding, gave him the wrong time, so of course I didn’t get half the footage I wanted. I was already in my wedding dress before he even got there! They also only sent me a videographer! Who the heck wants a 6hr long video? The videographer showed up to my venue at 4pm and my ceremony started at 4:30pm. I reached out to the company and with no surprise, it’s my fault still. They almost ruined my special day and honestly I paid WAY too much for a middle man!! Please just find someone else.
⭐️ **1 Star — Extremely Disappointing Experience**
I would not recommend this company based on our experience.
Two days before our wedding, I found a Facebook post from this compan...
y looking for a photographer and videographer for our wedding date. I immediately tried calling because I was understandably concerned. They would not answer my calls or return my voicemails. I later found out they were aware I had been calling because they told the people they sent to actually shoot our wedding that I had been trying to reach them.
Unfortunately, that was only the beginning of our experience.
We paid **$4,000** for photography and videography, and the photographs we received were extremely disappointing. There was little to no editing done to many of the images. There were people left in the backgrounds, strange lighting, distracting elements, and other issues that made many of the photos look unfinished. These are our wedding photos and memories that we can never recreate, so receiving a final product that looked this unfinished was incredibly upsetting.
The wedding video has been an entirely separate issue because **we still have not received it.**
Our wedding was May 30, and we have been given multiple different delivery timelines. The timeline has changed repeatedly, and each deadline has come and gone without our video being delivered. We have had to repeatedly reach out just to get information about when we can expect something we have already been waiting months for.
I understand that wedding editing takes time. I do not expect perfection, and I understand that things can happen. What I do expect is communication, professionalism, reasonable timelines, and a finished product that reflects the service being provided.
Unfortunately, our experience has not reflected that.
These aren't replaceable memories. We get one wedding day. We cannot go back and redo the photographs or film. That is what makes this experience so upsetting.
If you are considering booking this company, I strongly recommend asking very specific questions about **who will actually be shooting your wedding, who will be editing your photos and video, exactly what you will receive, and when you can realistically expect your final products.**
I sincerely wish we had known these things before our wedding.
Just watched our wedding video again and cried all over again. So grateful to have these memories forever. Highly recommend!

videos featured 3 songs that we selected. We were provided the raw films as well as the three videos they created. They were able to correct one file we had issues with and send us over a video with that correction. Overall the experience was something both of us were happy with. I would recommend this vendor. They were available for communication via email.
I didn’t think I’d love anything more than my wedding day… until I saw the film. Pretty Films made sure we’ll never forget a single moment.

od us as a couple and what we wanted for our wedding film. We really appreciate how responsive, kind, and professional all of their staff was. Our videographer, Wendell, was great at capturing the day while being discrete and guiding us through the process to make us feel comfortable. azing shots they captured as well as the sneak peak video! I cannot speak highly enough of how effortless it was to work with them. I would recommend them to any bride looking for an AWESOME videographer.

s about getting videographers and felt it may be too personal but they quickly eased his concerns. You can tell they really love what they do and they really want to make you happy and make you the best film possible. They wanted to meet before the wedding so they could get to know us better which I thought was incredibly thoughtful but living out of state made it difficult. Even without that meeting they were able to capture who my husband and I are as a couple and created the most amazing wedding film for us. I am still in absolute awe at how amazing it came out. I watch it several times a day and am constantly picking up on new unique details each time. I have received so many compliments from family and friends and so many people have asked for their information so they can use them as well! To anyone who is questioning whether they should get a videographer or not I would say 100% do it and hire Pretty Films!
We LOVE our wedding video from Pretty Films! They did an amazing job capturing all the important moments and weaving them together into a beautiful 4 minutes and then an even more ...
epic feature film.
Without a doubt one of the best decisions I made when it came to my wedding!! The video was gorgeous and way better than I could have ever imagined!
Alena and Pretty Films were a delight to work with for our wedding. They came highly recommended by our wedding make-up artist and the photos spoke for themselves.

o along with anything I want but even he was really impressed with the video previews Maribel showed us. The price at first seemed steep after meeting with other vendors but once you watch what Maribel offers you can see you are really getting what you pay for. What you get is really high end hollywood movie quality and we couldn't be happier with our end product. Maribel came early to my house and her partner went to my husband's house. They both were able to capture the day so beautifully. I ordered the option to post online that way friends and family could view and I am still getting phone calls and messages about how amazing and beautiful the video was. If you are even questioning hiring Pretty Films for your big day STOP and just book already!! You will not be sorry!!!
WOW! We are so thrilled with our video from Pretty Films. In the beginning we were unsure of how to budget to use this vendor as they were pricier than others, but after speaking t...
o Maribel over the phone, we knew her team would be the best for our day and we do not have a single regret! We never felt we had to stage anything which was important, and they did a great job catching natural moments of not only us, but family and friends enjoying the ceremony and reception. It was fun to have them around and we were sad to say goodbye at the end of the night. They not only edited our main wedding film, but as a bonus they made us a link for our wedding dance (a special Salsa/Bachata routine that we practiced for weeks in advance) and edited that one really nicely as well. I was just expecting a straight shot for the entire thing, but they cut different angles for us and it looks amazing as well! If you are looking for an amazing treasure to have for the rest of your life - look no further. We are so glad that we splurged on this and cut our budget in other parts of our wedding in order to make it work.
Pretty Films was unbelievable to work with throughout our whole wedding planning process! I first called and spoke with Maribel, she was great to talk with and very helpful. Maribe...
l explained to me all of my options and how they can customize it to fit our needs. She was very reassuring that they would capture everything we needed them to, and some, on our wedding day! And they did just that! Maribel shot our wedding day, they arrived on time and captured every little detail. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with the Pretty Films team. They were kind, professional, well thought out and just hung behind the scenes capturing it all. Our wedding day was the most perfect day; it was a sunny, beautiful day on Cape Cod which turned into the perfect sunset on the beach, and a full moon setting on the water by night. All of those moments appear in our video. When we received our video a quick 2 months after our wedding we couldn't have been happier. We got to relive our entire wedding night in just 1 hour. The highlight video that Pretty Films put together for us has it all. I strongly recommend Pretty Films to capture your most perfect day. We would hire them again in a second, their work is unbelievable and they couldn't have been easier to deal with!!!
Pretty Films was truly on the mark! Both the highlight and full movie versions totally captured the essence of our day. At first, when my (now) wife stated that she wanted to hire ...
a videographer I was not sold on the idea of needing a wedding video. I could not have been more wrong! Watching the video has enabled us to relive all the wonderful emotions and joyousness of the day. We spent a year of our lives prepping, planning, and saving for our wedding -- and it turned out perfect! This video enables us to enjoy our day again and again with our family. One of the best parts was that I never once felt that Pretty Films was intrusive. They were able to get all of their video without interfering. In fact, I barely noticed they were present. Pretty Films is professional, quality, and money well spent that I highly recommend! Thanks again for all your hard work.

eds and highly professional. On our wedding day the staff (Maribel and her team) felt like part of the wedding party. They were fun, helped us through the shaky moments and were beyond professional in their work. When we received our video we were beyond happy and amazed with the editing by Mat. Words cannot describe the feeling I felt relieving my Wedding day through our video.
I would highly recommend Pretty Films to anyone who is looking for a professional, fun and amazing staff and a memory to last forever.
