We had two photographers for our wedding day. April and Marcus were fabulous to work with. I was amazed at many of the close up photos they got without being intrusive. April was very attentive when shooting me getting ready. She made sure everything looked good and even adjusted things to help make me look my best. They also did our engagement photos and created a custom day of wedding photo guest book with our photos - which was very cool. The quality of their photography really lived up to our high expectations. I'm hoping that you will read my review as April and Marcus at Pret a Poser really delivered. We our thrilled!

dge and expertise - and they are equipped with numerous high-end Canon and Nikon equipment. They seem to have a real love for their craft and it showed. They really helped, from the photographer's perspective, in planning our wedding day - after all it was our 1st wedding and I'm guessing that they have photographed hundreds of weddings. They arrived 45 minutes early the day of our wedding which really put my bride, now wife, at ease. In retrospect, my family and friends thought April and Marcus were great fun. And, they photographed every moment and detail of our wedding day including some wonderful family photos at the end of the ceremony. We ended up receiving way more pictures then anticipated! We were thrilled...not just with the quantity, but professional quality. They even shot some black & whites and sepia toned many images which was a really nice surprise. Our experience with Pret a Poser exceeded our expectations in every way and then some. I am happy to share - that two of our friends, soon to "tie the knot," have hired April & Marcus for their 2016 weddings. We are thrilled with our choice of wedding photographers - and I bet you will be too!

This photography company photographed my engagement session and unfortunately the financial agreement that I agreed to was done via phone call, as demanded by the photographer, so I do not have any documentation or justification as to the amount that I feel as though I unjustifiably paid. My first complaint is that originally I had a very hard time getting my list of questions answered via email. I was told by the company today that I "had asked too many questions", even though I just read off questions that I got out of a wedding planning book, so beware of what questions you ask and how many there are... Apparently I was not aware that it was possible to ask "too many questions" when planning such a big and important day as a wedding. The second complaint is in regards to scheduling a time to meet them to get my questions answered. Since the company was originally unwilling to answer my questions via email, as I had requested and as all of my other wedding vendors have been willing to communicate with me through, I was told to schedule an appointment to get my questions answered face-to-face. The first scheduled date had to be rescheduled due to scheduling conflict on behalf of this company, the second scheduled appointment, I had to reschedule because my son was sick. I was told by this photographer to bring my ill-child with, (are you kidding me!?) I then went against my better judgement and made a third appointment based off of available days that I was given by the photographer, which was then canceled due to another scheduling issue on their behalf. This made me wonder how their scheduling is done and why I was told they would be available, just to find out that they weren't. It made me a VERY worried about what would happen on the day of my wedding... However after the 3rd mishap in the scheduling, they did send me an email with answers to my questions. Today, I contacted them regarding my situation and experience and they responded to me with several offensive remarks. As a paying customer, I do not feel like I was given respect or concern and I am very happy that I did not choose them to photograph my wedding day. Highly disappointed!
