PLEASE CONSIDER USING PreOwned Wedding Dresses!! I was able to find the dress that I fell in love with but for a fraction (literally 18%) of the original price. I fell in love wi...
th the Lazaro 3111 the very first time I saw it in a magazine and knew I had to have it! When I decided to have a budget wedding (no credit cards, no loans, all cash) I was settled with the idea of finding another. To my surprise, when I searched the Lazaro 3111 online just to look at it one more time, this website popped up. Not only did they have the dress, it was in my size AND for only $750 (the dress costs $4000 brand new). The seller had plenty of pictures and offered more by email. When I received the dress, it was as beautiful as the new one I tried on in a local bridal salon! I cannot stress how amazing this has been for me, and how awesome this service is. There were so many dresses available on the site, even if I hadn't found the one I was looking for, I was sure to find a designer gown for pennies on the dollar. Even if you aren't on a tight budget, consider shopping with PreOwnedWeddingDresses.com; I'm sure you will be over the moon with the savings!!
I am very familiar with wedding planning since I was previously married before. I had been to Kleinfeld's where I bought a sample dress. The dress was lovely but after alteration ...
it was 3400. I think I saved between $600-800 back then. The 2nd time around I was not prepared to spend that much. I wanted a designer dress without the designer cost. I spot a dress by Caroline Herrera on the internet that I like so I went to the Carolina Herrera store and tried on dresses there to find out my size. I did not end up buying there. I then found a Carolina Herrera dress in my size online. It also could be returned although there would have been a restocking fee of $50. I bought it, and ran to my tailor so see if it could be altered to suit my petite frame. I was in luck because he was able to do so. The dress was a silk taffeta creation with beautiful broaches around the bust and waist. It was a mermaid style. This is the place to go if you want a haute couture look on a dime.
I purchased a dress early on in my wedding planning processes. A few months later we ended up booking a venue that was more fancy than we originally planned. This required me to g...
et a different style dress, so I purchased another dress more suitable for the venue we picked. When the first dress came in, I listed it on preownedweddingdresses.com and it sold in 11 days. I was thrilled! I had previously listed it on a few "free" websites, but had no luck. The listing fee is well worth it! They have several options for the exchange of money of which I chose to use PayPal. Preownedweddingdresses.com throughly explains in their website how to safely sell your dress and how to avoid scams... I highly recommend reading this prior to transacting your dress sale. Also be sure to read the proper way to transact a sale on PayPal as well. Between the two, you will get a wealth of information that will help you feel more comfortable with selling online and shipping off of your dress. If you follow the instructions you will feel fully protected. I was really nervous to sell my dress online but after following the steps recommend by both websites I felt fully confident in the process. I can ensure you I was nervous about selling my brand new dress with tags on it ($1120) as I took it a step further and actually asked the buyer to speak over the phone prior to sending her the invoice. I asked her several questions about her wedding and made sure she had seen the dress in person prior and had also tried it on. She was able to answer all my questions without hesitation, which made me feel like she was a legitimate buyer and bride-to-be. We discussed the selling process (my expectations and hers) including the shipping company I would be using, insuring the package, cost of shipping, and the additional fee PayPal charges for the transaction. We decided to add the PayPal fee to the shipping costs, which was paid by the buyer. I highly recommend you speaking to your buyer over the phone and possibly following up the conversation with an email detailing your discussion. This will ensure you both have a clear understanding of the process. My experience with preownedweddingdresses.com was seamless!! I would highly recommend the website to anyone!
I was scheduled to get married in 2014 but as life happens, we called off the wedding and went our separate ways. As it was only a few months before the wedding, I had already purc...
hased a wedding dress. My dress was unworn, unaltered, tags on, and I knew that if I were to get married one day, I would not wear it. A friend suggested preownedweddingdresses.com and I listed my dress.
There is a one-time fee of $25 to list your dress, no renewal and no consignment fees. The site also has a tool to help price your dress. You will get contacted directly by any interested brides and can arrange payment and terms of sale.
Wedding dresses are such a personal item so you may have to be patient but the odds are far higher you will find someone who may love the dress as much as you did than more traditional routes.
I highly recommend this site for both sellers and buyers. There are thousands of wedding dresses (and bridal party dresses) for sale. I also serve as an example of someone with an unworn, discounted dress that was available for purchase.
I highly recommend AGAINST this site. I was scammed through the site, and the site did nothing to protect me, help me get my money back, or my beloved wedding dress back. I now n...
o longer have my wedding dress or any payment for this $3000 dress. Girls, do NOT sell your dress on this website. The website does NOTHING to protect against this sort of thing.
Thank you for being part of our love story !
I tried on a dress at David's Bridal and didn't think to look at the price until I got home and saw how awesome the pics of me in the dress looked. I had finally found my gown, bu...
t when I found the price tag ($1,400) I thought I'd have to pass on my perfect dress. A thought hit me to try putting the style number into google and the preownedweddingdresses.com site was one of the first result returns. It was in my size and train length. The owner of the dress was super responsive to me and even took an extra $200 off the dress for me. She took videos of the dress for me and sent me lots of pics. She was awesome - and I got the dress in the mail within 5 days. I am one happy bride :)
Not only is my dress breathtaking but purchasing it for a fraction if the cost is the best part. This isn't my first wedding but it will be my most memorable. We are on a very ti...
ght budget but I did want a beautiful dress. Thank you for making that happen.
It was easy to set up my profile and reply to those interested. I was very happy with this service. I would recommend PreOwned Wedding Dresses to anyone.
Hi, I bought a beautiful AND modest wedding dress on preownedweddingdresses.com. The seller responded to emails quickly, shipping was fast and dress arrived exactly as described. T...
he cost was much less than originally sold for new so it helped my small budget tremendously. I have expensive tastes and could not have afforded a brand new dress with as much lace, appliques and beading as this one. Will need to alter the bodice to make it a few inches smaller, but that was expected. Would definitely recommend!
I used preownedweddingdresses.com and couldn't be happier! When I was looking for a dress I had a budget of about 1,000! I am a mother and we like to save money where we can. So I...
went to a bridal salon, found my dream dress which was 2,000! There was no way I could find myself to pay that much. So I searched and searched online and finally found my dress! It was a perfect fit! The transaction was easy! I tell all my friends to do the same if they are trying to save a few bucks!
I had a great experience using the PreOwnedWeddingDresses website. I had fallen in love with a dress last year and soon after learned it was no longer in production. I stalked the ...
dress online patiently and jumped for it when I found it posted on this site in my size. The site made it easy to contact the seller and had nice instructions on payment options. The seller of the dress I bought was super nice, shipped the dress quickly, and was concerned about my happiness with the dress. Overall this website gave me the ability to find my dream dress for HALF it's original price. I'm happy! :-D

nt contact with me, answered every question that I had and shipped my dress as soon as she received payment. When I received my dress, it was even more beautiful than what I had expected. It was everything the seller had promised and then some. I could not be happier. I will recommend this site to everyone!

d Wedding Dresses was the perfect place to do this! I sold my dress within one month of listing it, and the buyer was local so she picked up the dress at my apartment. I loved wearing this dress, but am so happy that another bride will have the same experience I did. The fee for PreOwned Wedding Dresses is very reasonable--I highly recommend this site!

Lots of options and sizes. I both bought and sold my wedding dress there and recommend it to any bride on a budget.
I went bridal shopping in New York for my dress and came across the Maggie Sottero Hannah Wedding Dress. I fell in love with it, but my budget maxed out at $1300. The dress at mult...
iple locations was $1989.00. I left without the dress due to the price. I came across this site and found the Maggie Sottero Hannah Dress from Bridals on Main by Jamie in the exact size I needed. I was worried the dress was going to be a mock dress or one that had been destroyed in some way. I decided to go through with buying the dress because I could not pass up the deal. I got the dress for $1100 with taxes and shipment already included. Jaime got back to me instantly and was very helpful. If I did not like the dress she told me I could return it in 3 days! Turns our I love the dress. I had to wait a week to receive the dress, but when I took the dress out of the box it was even more stunning then I had remembered. The dress was in amazing condition. I am so pleased and can not wait to wear the Maggie Sottero on my wedding day! Thank you!!!
So when I remarried I knew I needed to wear a Priscilla gown. I had found finally the perfect guy and I knew "the dress" for me was always, always going to be a Priscilla of Bosto...
n gown. But when the salons closed in 2011 I thought I had lost my chance...However I started an internet search and when I found Pre-Owned Wedding Dresses - I saw there were hundreds of Priscilla gowns to consider. I narrowed my search and focused on size and condition and bingo! I found a perfect frothy, rich, indulgent gown that made me feel like the woman I always wanted to be...the experience with the seller was great - we communicated over email, she sent additional photos. PayPal payments were easy. I did have some alterations made to the dress and had it cleaned after the alterations. The dress was however my "DREAM DRESS" and at a retail cost of over $7,000...it was also a miracle price online at $650. That alone made me know - this dress was for me! I am so so happy about my dress and the website I continue to refer others. Like Priscilla, Pre-Owned Wedding Dresses - I hope has a very long, successful future in bridal. Thank you and happy dress hunting. It is indeed possible to find the perfect dress!
I decided to sell my wedding gown as it was still a relatively new design, and I wanted to give another bride an opportunity to wear a fabulous dress. I posted my dress for sale w...

I bought my dress from here after trying it on at Alfred Angelo's Bridal. It was a Disney dress, so they told me it rarely if ever goes on sale, and is exempt from any discounts.

Alfred Angelo's price was $1400 plus tax. I got mine on PreOwned Wedding Dresses for $800! Brand new, with receipt and everything! I skyped with the owner before buying and paid half before it arrived and half after.
One of the best decisions of my wedding!!
Dream dress
I have no complaints. The process was fast and my seller went above and beyond to make this experience pleasant for me. I would recommend this website for sure.
I found my dress at a local shop. Fell in love but didn't love the price tag. Also I planned my wedding in four months and no one can get a dress ordered and shipped in four months...
. I went online and a lady had my brand new dress in my exact size a tiara and pedi coat for 400 dollars less than the store, no sales tax and I got it delivered in 2days. I hit the jackpot
Excellent service and attention, they solve my doubts. I was nervous because I had never bought anything online before, but the webpage is really trustworthy. I highly recommend it...

mple gown - for over half off. Josie was extremely responsive throughout the process and catered to my individualized request, like delaying shipping until I got back into town. This site has a lot of options for new, sample, and used dresses, and the customer service exceeded my expectations. If you already know what you want, I would definitely recommend browsing PreOwned Wedding Dresses before you buy your gown in a store.

nd became greatly impressed. I had many offers for people wanting to buy both my wedding dress and veil. I sold my items in less than two months. The selling process is very easy too and would defiantly use the website if I ever had to sell or buy a wedding dress again. Also I would recommend this website to anyone is is wanting to buy a dress or wants to sell their wedding dress. I found the process very simple and easy and very impressed.
I was able to find the bridesmaid dress I needed for half the price. Then, I was able to sell it after the wedding. This site is wonderful!

work with. The website instructions were easy and payment through Paypal was easy. The only cost is a one-time $25 listing fee and a small Paypal fee. I had no luck on Craigslist or Ebay, so I highly recommend it!

in buying. It's a fantastic warehouse for women who can't spend a fortune on a designer dress or who have and want to earn it back. Personally, I was able to sell the dress to a lovely individual and it brings me joy to think she will have great memories also in a dress that filled my wedding day withs o much happiness. The dress was incredibly easy to navigate, along with send and receive messages.

many serious inquiries and most buyers replied quickly to my emails. The bride I ended up selling to was so wonderful to work with. She was serious from the beginning and made the process very easy. While we were working that out, I received two other emails indicating they were ready to buy my dress! Thankfully, the dress worked out perfectly for the first buyer. The website is easy to use and I love that your inbox messages go straight to your email. I'm thankful for the quality of customers that the website sent my way! My dress was sold within 2 months! I highly recommend using preownedweddingdresses.com to sell your dress!
I had a great experience buying my dress through this site - it's easily searchable, and I found the dress I was originally looking for (one I had tried on in a local salon) sold b...
y at least two people for less than half what the salon charged. In the end, I found a dress that I liked better and wasn't available anywhere near me (that's the advantage of a ton of selection!). My interaction with the seller was extremely friendly, pleasant, and even fun, and left both of us feeling good - she got money back and the satisfaction of knowing her dress would be loved again, and I got a much nicer dress than I could otherwise have afforded (a $2200 dress for $700), bought in line with my personal ecological values (not putting a new mass-produced object into the world). An all-around wonderful experience, and a great service that brings people from across the country together.
I was very nervous about ordering my dress here, and it came I was like a little kid on Christmas morning. I opened the garment bag which was worth the little extra $$. The dress...

PreOwned Wedding Dresses.com is a great site to buy or sell wedding dresses! Communication between buyer and seller is very easy and open. I highly recommend this site!

tarted trying on dresses at bridal boutiques, and at a gently-used bridal boutique I found the most gorgeous dress! Unfortunately it was still out of my price range. I went home sad, but thought to keep an eye out for the dress on preownedweddingdresses.com. It took about a month, but someone DID put up for sale the exact dress I wanted in the appropriate size! I contacted the seller immediately and lucked out- she sold me the dress for even less than she originally asked for and was very responsible in creating and using PayPal, as advised by preownedweddingdresses.com. This website is an amazing idea- because they aren't looking to make money off the sale itself, it was even cheaper to use them than buy a dress at a used wedding boutique. I ended up getting my dress for half what the used bridal boutique was asking.
Got my dress from here. It makes a lot more sense for a dress you'll most likely only wear one time. As long as you have a name for the dress and the designer is relatively popular...
, you can find the dress on this site. It's really easy to contact the seller and get the dress shipped to you. I might use this site myself if I end up selling my dress in the future.

ed! I got a $1400 never worn dress for under $700. I couldn't be happier and I would totally recommend this website to anyone who asks!!

was super easy and the fee is reasonable. Within 3 days of putting up my listing I was contacted by a girl in Australia. Australia! After emailing back and forth and me providing her with enough information to confirm the condition and authenticity of the dress, I sold it! I am very thankful I found this site and was able to sell my dress to someone that truly loved it, across the world. If you're thinking about selling your dress, definitely give this site a chance.

ude any time for alterations. I came across PreOwned. They had the exact designed I was looking for and I could get the dress within days (dependent on shipping) My first foray on this site did not end well. (NOT due to the site, buy b/c of private seller!) so I tried again and found an even better dress than the first time around. It was perfect I LOVED it.

rnai dress as well as my headpiece from the site. Incredible deals and there's no nonsense with crazy taxes and alteration requirements to be done at a specific bridal shop. The concept is creative and much needed as dress shopping can become an extremely expensive part of wedding planning. It's an amazing feeling to walk away with a deal! :)

Loved using preownedweddingdresses.com for my wedding dress! It was perfect- and it was exactly what I was looking for at the price I was looking for- awesome!

nting. I found my dream, offbeat dress--a glorious tea length, cream colored, raw silk number by Morgane Le Fay. I was able to purchase it from a seller here in NYC, which went fine, but I did have to Paypal money before I got to try on the dress. So it's not for everyone, especially those ladies who want to have a big "say yes to the dress" moment. But if you're looking for a really great dress on a budget, PreOwnedWeddingDresses may well be just what you're looking for...it was for me.
