lming, but Carolyn’s calm expertise and tireless coordination kept us grounded every step of the way. Her vendor recommendations, thoughtfully screened and perfectly matched to our need, were key to the flawless execution of the event. And she was always available for last minute changes, while keeping our expectations in check. Lol
She came highly recommended by our venue, St. John’s Resort, and we understood why. We received high praise and nothing but positive feedback from family and guests about how beautiful the event was. From the easy collaboration across vendors, good time vibes and every elegant detail was noticed. We’re deeply grateful for her professionalism, warmth, and ability to make magic happen. Highly recommend!

re we stayed on track and helped us with anything that we needed, even well before your month-of coordinating services truly began. Your recommendations for certain vendors were very useful as well. You were a HUGE help when we encountered any issues, whether it was within the bridal party or with other vendors. Being a COVID bride was not easy, but your genuine guidance and support made all the difference. You did everything with a smile, never showed if you were stressed or overwhelmed, and cheered me up with encouraging words when I may have been feeling a little down or stressed myself. I don’t know what I would’ve done without you!!! I am so glad I had you by my side throughout the process all the way up to wedding day. We are so grateful for you and all of what you do. ☺️
My bridal shower was amazing and I thank you SO much for everything you did to coordinate things with my mom and best friend/Maid of Honor!! I had a very small bridal party of 1 and with your help, it was better than I could’ve ever imagined. I didn’t stress about anything shower related and you formed genuine relationships with my mom and best friend during the process. Your trusted recommendations on vendors made things a breeze and really helped me achieve my dream shower. Again, I don’t know what I would’ve done without you!! So grateful for you!! 🥰❤️
Very professional! Understood all vision and made sure they were met!
Carolyn went above and beyond in planning every detail for our wedding day. I thought I had most things planned, but the level of detail she brought to every aspect of our wedding ...
made everything run as smooth as a dream. I did not have to worry about any part of the day and was able to enjoy being in the moment. Our planned timeline worked perfectly and she worked hard to make sure every detail was right. She made sure to get to know what we wanted for the wedding, always responded quickly, and coordinated with everyone involved to make sure there were no missing pieces. I would highly recommend her for weddings and I would assure any bride that Carolyn will make the wedding of their dreams possible.
