Although initial service was good, I’m highly upset with the dresses we received. The dress I was under the impression we were ordering would come out the same color since the samp...
le was as such. I was shown the color the dresses would be in a swatch book. HOWEVER, the dresses we received are two toned. The top a completely different color from the bottom. I ordered a wine color and based everything off the swatch sample since the dresses would take months to arrive. The dresses that came in are an eggplant purple on top and a completely different color on the bottom. It’s too late for us to order new dresses as they won’t be here in time. As a bride, I’m disappointed. I hadn’t planned on incorporating purple into our wedding since the color scheme was set for our fall wedding. I already have flower arrangements and the boys suits taken care of. And now because of these hideous dresses nothing will match. Don’t be as trusting as I. As annoying as David’s Bridal can be at least they know the product they are selling. Prado seems to fall short in that category or maybe they just don’t care.
I bought my gorgeous dress and rented all the tuxes from Prado for my Savannah Sept 2017 wedding. Mr. Prado and the staff were wonderful, polite, and very attentive to all our wedd...
ing needs.
Worst experience I had while trying to find the dress.
We went in to get pricing on tuxes for our upcoming wedding and the owner was so nice and knowledgeable! I wish I had gone there to look for my dress! Great customer service!
Prado is more tailored to girls looking for prom-dresses; you see lots of sparkle, and shimmer, and color, and shine when you walk in the shop. But there is a wedding dress section...
, which is where I found my perfect dress. I found a dress that was somewhat less expensive than dresses I had found elsewhere, but it was one of the cheapest dresses in the shop. Most of the dresses had sequins or bling on them (but not mine! - yay!). I got a lot of personal attention from the staff when I was shopping for my dress, but their opinions didn't necessarily match mine. However, they were very friendly and attentive. This definitely isn't your cute little wedding dress boutique, but it is where I found my dress...so I'm happy!
A gentleman helped me and was so knowledgeable. He made this an unforgettable experience. It only took me ONE shopping trip to find THE dress! Very professional! LOVE this place!!!...
They even shipped me my dress (I live in another state and was visiting family).
