We were impressed with Ashley's experience and professionalism at every step of our planning process. She had great communication and recommendations (plus the food was incredible!...
). When we had to pivot on our big day due to rain, she and her team went the extra mile to make sure things went as smoothly as possible. The end product was beautiful and more than we could have hoped for. We're so thankful for Ashley & her team and highly recommend Power Events!

ing with ease and made the whole process easy. Whenever we had questions she would promptly answer and was great to bounce ideas off of because she knew the venue so well. Beyond the planning, we can't say enough about food - it was incredible! Our guests have been talking about it for weeks afterward. We couldn't have imagined a better experience and thank you again for an unforgettable day!
Loved Power Events! Ashley and her team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The food was amazing, no notes!

tion to catering, they were also in charge of our setup and teardown at Morris Arboretum. Ashley completely brought my vision to life, and honestly, the decor came out 1000x better than any of the reference photos I sent her. Everything looked absolutely beautiful.
Beyond how incredible everything looked and tasted, our entire day ran so smoothly because of Ashley and her team. She always made sure we were fed, in the right place, and knew what was happening next. I felt so relaxed and stress-free on our wedding day because I knew her team had everything handled.
I truly cannot recommend Power Events enough. They were such an important part of making our wedding day everything we dreamed of!
You absolutely must book Ashley! There are so many good things we could say about our amazing experience with Power Events. We found Power because it was one of our venue’s approve...
d caterers. From Day 1 however, it was clear that not only the food, but the entire event would be safe in Ashley’s hands, so much so that we saved money by not hiring a separate planner or day-of coordinator. Ashley was a true expert at working with the unique requirements of our venue and its tight timeline. Anytime we were uncertain about whether we should include an element in the wedding or how it should go, Ashley knew just how to fit it in. Ashley’s Master Planner kept us on track with everything we needed to do in the weeks leading up to the wedding and kept all of our other vendors on the same page. Ashley was also great at accommodating any of our special wishes and filling in the things we forgot. She was great at communicating quickly and clearly whenever we had questions.
On the day of our wedding, Ashley’s efficiency and organization wowed even our most organized family members. She kept a few late guests from walking through our procession before we even realized it was about to happen. She caught that we had forgotten to ask our DJ to introduce us after our outfit change and came to get us when it was time. When it was time to do the Hora, two sturdier chairs almost magically appeared on the dance floor–it wasn’t until later, watching a guest’s video, that we saw Ashley bring them out and dart away before we could notice. There were probably so many other things she and the rest of her team did without us realizing because our wedding was a truly seamless experience. This gave us the greatest wedding gift of all: being able to fully enjoy the time with our family and friends.
In addition to Ashley, all of the Power Events team members that we met were extremely professional and friendly. They always made sure we had what we needed during dinner so that we never had to ask. And of course, the food was excellent. We got so many compliments on the short ribs!
Reflecting back on it now, our whole wedding planning experience was surprisingly stress-free start to finish! Power Events was definitely a big part of why.
Ashley and her team catered our wedding and did a wonderful job in every possible way. Having them as a part of our wedding contributed immensely to making our celebrations fun and...
meaningful. She and her staff were all consistently helpful, friendly, and professional, the food was delicious, and I can't imagine anything that they could have done better.
We cannot say enough about our recent experience with Power events catering! From our first meeting with Ashley, we knew we were in good hands. We were thoughtfully guided through...
planning our event, and her intimate knowledge of the venue was invaluable. There were some weather challenges the day of the event, and again, Ashley and her team were in action throughout the day, interacting with other vendors, following accurate, up to date forecasting, and making the appropriate adjustments for a wonderful experience. While the wedding was not what we had originally envisioned, ALL participants agreed that it was surprisingly better than we could have ever anticipated!
The food at the cocktail hour had the guests following around the servers for more-it was that good! Only to be followed by an absolutely scrumptious meal. Favorites included a refreshing watermelon salad, melt in your mouth short ribs, come back for more potatoes au gratin, and yummy roasted veggies. Then came the best lemon wedding cake I have ever had, along with a mouthwatering selection of desserts.
Throughout the wedding and since, we have been receiving so many remarks on how “amazing the food was” and how wonderful the staff was. Many commented it was the best wedding they have ever attended, and I couldn’t agree more. Thank you Ashley and your entire Power Events team for the most memorable of days!!!
Since our first tasting, we knew that Power Events would be worth every penny. The owner, Ashley, not only knows her food well, but also knows the order of events like the back of ...
her hand. Upon first meeting, Ashley sketched out the timeline for our reception on a scrap piece of paper. In the lead-up to our wedding, Ashley checked in with us to verify all of our options and make sure everyone was on the same page for our wedding day.
The food was otherworldly. After trying the prime rib and tortellini during our tasting, we could not stop dreaming about them. At our wedding all of our guests raved about the food. The cheesesteak egg rolls were a fan favorite. Ashley told us that she focuses on doing simple foods well, and she does that expertly. Everyone in her staff was amazing and we could not recommend Power Events enough!
Ashley made our wedding day a smooth success! Guests were raving about the hospitality and plentiful food choices during cocktail hour, and even our most picky eaters had great thi...
ngs to say about the dishes.
The tasting process was smooth and inviting, with just Ashley in the kitchen preparing amazing samplings for us and our party. At the same time we enjoyed selecting table settings and cloth options from her very broad collection. Even though we didn’t decide on the day of the tasting, Ashley helped us with the process as we got closer to the wedding date.
Every food option is amazing, and she commits to seasonal options that made the menu feel appropriate for the venue. The highlight was the tomato soup shooters with small bits of grilled cheese for dipping. For our late October wedding, we and the guests were comforted by the warm food and great taste.
Ashley and her team deserve every award possible. Starting with pre event prep , which was super helpful to my wife and I - Ashley helped us decide on things and gave us some dire...
ction. She was great with menu questions when deciding too.
The food at the wedding was AMAZING and I had multiple guests say to me how great it was. The staff was incredibly friendly to our guests (as was Ashley) and she made us feel so incredibly special on our wedding day.
I can’t say enough nice things about everything Ashley did! We are so appreciative of it all and it made the day that much more perfect!
What can we even say about Power Events! We had an incredible experience - Ashley made our wedding day exceptional. We were having a tough time finding a great venue/vendor fit for...
our wedding in our early stages of searching. The second we chose Morris Arboretum and found Power Events as one of their preferred vendors, everything fell into place. We put in an inquiry with Ashley and she promptly responded back. In our first conversation Ashley told us, “if you have me you won’t need a wedding planner”. We were struck by her bubbly energy and passion, which was palpable over the phone. She was totally right. Ashley knew Morris better than anyone and helped us tailor our wedding to our interests/vibe by giving us as much information possible to make informed decisions—from ceremony logistics to the dance floor to the food. She skillfully supported us in every facet of our event. THE FOOD! Incredible. We had so many people tell us that it was the best catered food they ever had.
Ashley also had a great relationship with other vendors in the area. Everyone loved working with her as much as we did. There isn’t a single thing we would have wanted to do differently.
Simply stated: if you go with Ashley you’ll 100% be taken care of.

. People are still talking about the roasted chicken!
The team was also a dream to work with—professional, responsive, and so on top of everything. Ashley made the planning process smooth and stress-free, and the service on the day was flawless. Everything came out perfectly timed and the staff were so kind and attentive.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Power Events.

ry knowledgeable about the venue and its facilities, which took a huge load off our plates. During the whole process, Ashley was great with communication and highly reliable.
On the day, Ashley and her team were calm, warm, and helpful as they got everything set up, and throughout the party they were always happy to help with anything we needed.
The food was simply phenomenal. We kept getting compliments on it throughout the night and long after the event. My only regret is that I was too busy to taste everything!
After the party, the team packed all our décor and extra alcohol carefully and neatly into boxes so that we could easily pick them up later. They made the whole day feel so simple for us!
I cannot recommend Power Events enough!

ole planning process I was just so incredibly thankful for Ashley because her insight was so valuable! She has a calming presence and a quiet confidence and also such an authentic passion for what she does. Her whole team is so professional and warm and truly made our day feel so special. We got compliments from almost all of our guests on how great the food was. They are just simply the best! Can't recommend them enough!!

. Our guests loved everything. We cannot even begin to express our gratitude and appreciation for their work. Our friends and family were obsessed with the venue and all of the work the team put in before, during and after. Ashley and her team exceeded our expectations and made our dream day come true, thank you all for making our vision a reality!!
Ashley and her team were amazing on the day of our Wedding! We had opted for the 'family style' with amazing options like the watermelon feta salad, the short rib, roasted vegetab...
le medley and delicious pasta. People absolutely raved about the food quality, and what we personally experienced set Power Catering apart from other generic venues and country clubs we had experienced in past weddings. The bar service was included and her team absolutely killed it on our signature drinks! Leading up to our big day, Ashley was so amazing and carried a friendly and energetic attitude throughout the process of creating a master planner, as well as coordinating efforts with other vendors like our day of coordinator, tenting and the DJ. She made sure that we had backup plans in place in case of rain (which happened!) and there was no lapse in the event timeline and everyone stayed dry amidst some intermittent showers on the day of. We really enjoyed the tasting, as well as picking out flatware and napkins, table covers etc. She really has the experience needed for soon-to-be newly weds to put their trust in her. The staff she brings along are an amazing team that prioritize the guests' needs and also resonate a friendly attitude. Everyone on the Power Events team worked to ensure our wedding met expectations, and in so many areas they exceeded! My wife and I could not recommend Ashley and the Power Events team more to anyone in the Philadelphia area. She really is top tier and her ability to maintain focus and coordination when you need it most is second to none!!! Thank you so much Ashley and the Power Events team! You uphold such a gold standard in what you do & we wish you all the best!
Ashley and her entire team not only met but exceeded every expectation we had for them as the catering team for our wedding. From the very first call we had, Ashley demonstrated to...
p notch organization, attention to detail, and understanding for what we wanted for our special day. She was incredibly attentive and responsive with any questions or concerns we had during the planning process.
As the date came closer, Ashley’s “Master Sheet” was an incredible tool to coordinate all the timelines with our various vendors and for us to refer back to from time to time as well. While Ashley was unable to be on site for our reception – Rina coordinated our day flawlessly from start to finish making sure nobody missed a beat.
Now I can’t believe it has taken me so far to get to this part, but the food was incredible. From our initial taste testing over a year before, we knew we knocked it out of the park. Cocktail Hour & Dinner were both divine, with multiple guests giving us unsolicited feedback that it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the potatoes au gratin. They are one of the best things I’ve ever eaten, my only regret is that I wasn’t hungrier.
All in all, I’d recommend anyone hosting an event of any kind contact Ashley and Power Events – especially if it is a day you want to treasure forever.

were spot on, and every detail was beautifully organized. Ashley didn’t just handle the catering; she also coordinated our ceremony, and it was flawless.
My parents couldn’t stop talking about how impressed they were with her professionalism and the entire staff. Everything ran so smoothly, and we are so grateful for Ashley’s hard work and attention to detail. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who can truly bring your vision to life!

gh to narrow down the menu. From the minute we left the tasting, we knew the food was going to blow everyone away, and it did! Multiple guests made a point to tell me how amazing the food was and that it was the best wedding food they'd ever had - vegan or not! The staff was also wonderful and I received a number of compliments about the service during cocktail hour and dinner. My only feedback would be that communication was rough at times. It sometimes felt like multiple follow-up emails were needed or that things were being lost in email. I would say Ashley's strength is behind the scenes and not as much in the day to day communication, but ultimately everything turned out great.

back of her hand. With her knowledge, she was able to give us so many helpful suggestions (beyond just the food) that ended up being spot-on. Throughout the whole process, Ashley gave us the impression that she had everything under control, and on the day of our wedding, she and her team delivered! We got so many compliments from our guests about the quality of the food, and our only regret is we didn't have more time to enjoy it!

throughout the planning, offering guidance on everything from food tasting to rentals. Her team served 140 guests on the day with exceptional food and service. Ashley timed everything perfectly despite a brief summer storm, ensuring a smooth, beautiful ceremony and reception. We couldn't recommend Power Events more for a flawless, unforgettable day. Thank you!
My husband and I recently had our wedding at Morris Arboretum. From start to finish, Ashley and her team at Power Events took all the stress out of the day and made everything go s...

The planning process was seamless thanks to her professionalism and attention to detail. Ashley listened carefully to our preferences and provided excellent suggestions, ensuring that every dish was perfect. On the wedding day, her team was incredibly efficient and thought of everything, setting up a beautiful day for our friends and family.
The food was simply outstanding. Every guest raved about the quality of the dishes, and many mentioned it was some of the best wedding meals they’ve ever had. The presentation was elegant, and the flavors were exquisite. Ashley had recommended we serve family style, which was the exact right vibe for our day. Whether it was the appetizers at cocktail hour, main courses, or desserts, everything was perfect.
Moreover, the staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. They managed to create a joyful and relaxed atmosphere that contributed to the fun and enjoyment of our guests. Everyone will tell you to make sure you stop to eat on your wedding day. That wasn’t something I needed to do, the catering staff sought out my Husband and me to ensure we were able to taste everything and never had to ask for anything.
We couldn’t have asked for a better catering experience. Ashley truly helped make our wedding day unforgettable. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caterer who will exceed expectations and deliver a top-notch service.
Thank you, Ashley Power, for making our day perfect!

ade our wedding the best night of our lives.
From the very beginning, Ashley was a total pleasure to work with--she's professional, incredibly easy to work with, detail-oriented, and SO talented. She handled our many emails and texts, our random, anxious questions, and endless group calls with me, my mom, and my planner with so much kindness, patience, and professionalism.
In the days leading up to and on the day of our wedding, to say Ashley was efficient and on top of everything would be an understatement. From seating assignments, to the flow of dinner and the entire day, to the absolutely DELICIOUS family-style meal (many, many of our 150+ guests are still raving about it!), to SO much more behind the scenes I didn't see, Ashley and the whole Power team's ability to manage our 150+ wedding with grace, skill, and ease was so impressive.
If you're looking for an incredible wedding caterer, seriously, look no further than Power Events!!

e got married this year on 8/19 and we were blown away by the service from Power Events and Ashley. Not only did she bring our vision to life and listen to every detail we envisioned but she also helped keep us on track for the day, organized our (rather large) bridal party, and even helped me bustle my dress when it was being difficult. The servers and bartenders were incredibly professional, fun, and so sweet. They made sure my husband and I were taken care of, hydrated, and having a great time. Any large event we have in the future - we will absolutely be reaching out to Ashley and her team.

hey've ever had at a wedding." Serendipitously Power Events had had an event rescheduled for the same day of my wedding, and we booked them immediately. Ashley was such a delight and the consummate professional. She was so kind and patient with one million changes and dealing with an absurd amount of dietary restrictions. The food itself was incredible, my only regret from my wedding was not eating WAY more of it. We've had multiple people comment on how good the food was and we're just so grateful to the team. I truly can't recommend Power events more, everyone would be lucky to have them as their caterer.

Our daughter and her new husband are still getting compliments about what an amazing celebration it was! Cannot thank Ashley enough! Highly recommend!

s remember the boiled chicken or soggy whitefish from our childhood weddings (okay, maybe a little ) but your guests will forever remember and rave about Ashley’s food the way our guests did. We wanted our menu to reflect seasonal choices, our respect for food, and our appreciation of the culinary craft. Ashley was there from our first tasting to guide us through our choices and convey what the experience would be the day of our wedding. My sibling owned a French bistro, has been involved in many catering events, and my family has been small business owners their whole lives. The coordination and planning involved in delivering this experience was not lost on us. Our expectations were exceeded. The staff was friendly, and through the busy night we saw them anticipate the needs of our guests and execute perfect timing and delivery. The food was served family-style, and everything arrived staggered and hot. Our guests loved the opportunity to try everything. More than once we were told, “We can tell you guys love food, because this menu is so good!” And there it is: if you are looking for a wedding experience that reflects your sensibilities, Power Events is what you want.
The food was only one factor in what Power Events delivered. The decor was neat, uniform, and elegant. Coordination between our day-of planner, venue staff, and other vendors was timely and well organized. We look forward to sharing our experience with others who are in need of event planning!
Power Events did a phenomenal job managing my son's wedding! As an out of town parent, I was concerned that something was going to fall through the cracks, since we were using a no...
n-traditional venue and the food was being supplied by a relative. Ashley's emails were so thorough and directed that everybody knew exactly what to do and when they had to have it done. The decorations were stunning. The staff was kind and accommodating and Ashley made sure that every single thing went according to plan. Hiring Power Events will be a no-brainer for us when one of our other kids decides to tie the knot.

Let’s face it, nobody wants to read a wordy review, so I’ll keep it brief and focus on the top three reasons that I think you should hire Power Events for your special occasion (we...
dding in my case), because from the experience my wife and I had, you DEFINITELY should.
1. Ashley is experienced, and thorough. She thought of things that we, and even other vendors we worked with for our wedding, had overlooked - ensuring that the entire event ran smoothly.
2. Ashley’s staff provided top notch service. We frequent fine dining restaurants and the service we experienced on our wedding day rivaled the service we’ve experienced in fine dining.
3. The food. We’re the type of people whose lives revolve around food - as an example, we went into our two week honeymoon with a list of 98 restaurants we wanted to try while on our trip. The food that Ashley and her team served up for our wedding was perfect! I lost count of how many guests complemented the food, and let me tell you we had some tough critics in the crowd. Also, it wasn’t just 1 or 2 food items that were good… we got multiple complements on every single course.
To sum it up - if you’re looking for quality, look no further, you’ll find it here.
Hiring Ashley and the Power Events Team was probably one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Right off the bat, everything was always incredibly straight forward. She ha...
d menu options online to choose from and prices per person. She recommended a timeline, and had suggestions for linens and chargers. She was also familiar with our venue, the Morris Arboretum, so we ultimately had very little to communicate directly with the venue. She even had two different rain plans in mind just in case the weather would be unfavorable day of- which was a huge load off my mind to know it would be well taken care of.
The food was absolutely delicious too. My go-to meal is always chicken, but Ashley’s food changed my mind. Her beef tenderloins were probably the best red meat I’ve had in my entire life and the cauliflower steak was so good that I actually ordered it as my meal for the night of the wedding. Everything else was equally delicious too, anything you get from Ashley’s team is going to be amazing.
Her catering team was the absolute best too. They were the kindest and most helpful people. While I was waiting for my mom to bustle my dress, one of the servers saw me and stopped by to see if I would like one of the appetizers they were carrying. I was so hungry so it was so nice to get a bite of food before having to go interact with everyone. They also set everything up for the wedding, and it all came together amazing. They put together a plate of Hors D’Oeuvres for us at the reception, and boxed up the entrees from folks who didn’t attend (due to covid).
You can tell that Ashley puts her heart and soul into making sure your event goes over smoothly, so I recommend being patient with her in the beginning and sending follow-up emails as needed. She prioritizes her responses for upcoming events- and is very responsive when it counts.
Oh and she captured this great picture of my dad walking me down the aisle. Thanks Ashley!
Ashley and her team did an incredible job with our wedding!

as an excellent communicator and was very adaptable to any and all changes we had to make.
It very much felt like Ashley and her team had our back the whole day and were committed to not only serving incredible food, but also giving us as stress-free a wedding day as possible. Ashley had another wedding that same day and managed to be there right before we walked down the aisle (and got some great photos and video!) and then came BACK to our wedding to enjoy the dancing and check in later on in the night.
We had a designated server, Kat, who always made sure that we had a drink in our hand and food on our plate, even when we were on the dance floor. I must have asked for 15 glasses of water and they made sure I was hydrated and happy the whole time! The servers were truly wonderful and we felt lucky to have them there, along with our guests!
And that's not even mentioning the quality of the food! All of our guests commented on how great the food was and even though we did a tapas-style event, no one was even remotely hungry. The food just kept coming! There was so much variety and we highly recommend tapas-style for couples looking for more mingling and less stagnation.
Any couple, or anyone planning any type of event, would be so lucky to have Ashley and her team as one of their vendors. Ashley is a gem, a true professional, and she made us feel safe and secure about one of the most important parts of our big day, the food!

expert advice and guided us to what our guests refer to as “the best wedding ever!!” Everything was absolutely delicious. From the sriracha deviled eggs to the homemade donuts. The staff was courteous & attentive, the timing was perfect, the attention to detail was on point.. I could go on and on. If you are looking to make your special day perfect, hire Power Events!
If you want to host a cocktail-style reception with absolutely delicious food and work with an amazingly organized and helpful team, look no further than Power Events. Ashley and ...
her team were absolutely wonderful to work with, and we received so many compliments from our guests. Ashley was a true partner, not only providing menu advise but design advise as well. My husband and I hosted an approximately 80-person cocktail-style, make-up wedding reception at Hill-Physick House in Philadelphia in October 2021. Ashley and her team had never worked at the venue before, which you never would have known, as it was an absolute breeze with no hiccups whatsoever thanks to the highly professional staff Ashley employs. An expert in curating perfect cocktail parties, there is no better event-planning partner than Ashley. I couldn’t recommend her services more.
Where can we start with Power Events? From the very first moment, Ashley was exceptionally easy to work with, extremely capable and competent, and the results themselves were beyon...
d our expectations.
Our venue works with Power Events quite a bit, so Ashley and team were our first outlet. We never needed to contact anyone else. We reached out to Ashley with a date, an idea of what we wanted, and a budget. Our budget was neither large nor small, but I am still shocked at the quantity and quality of the food we received. The day of was a whirlwind, but our guests left raving about the food. We knew they would, since we had had Ashley to our house long before to prepare samples of each and every dish we chose, as well as a couple of others she thought we may like.
Beyond the food, the service was incredible. Ashley’s team took excellent care of every single guest at our wedding. We did a cocktail style, and they coped incredibly well with the fact most of our guests were always on the move. They also made sure to pay special attention to the guests who couldn’t be as mobile, and ensured they got every single dish they wanted.
Somehow, in between all of this, Ashley and her team were able to make sure our other vendors ate, our parents were taken care of, our venue was decorated, and aided in buttoning up all of the final details. If given the opportunity to do all of this again, Power Events would definitely be our first call.
Ashley and her team were absolutely amazing! We had to change our venue a month out from our wedding and Power Events was able to make our wedding exactly how we wanted. Everything...
had to be planned last minute, but Ashley was able to make everything we wanted happen. The food and service that Ashley and her staff provided were great. Whatever we needed they were there to help. I would strongly recommend Power Events to anyone planning a wedding or any event. I cannot thank Power Events for everything they did to make our wedding the best day.
