Pasha seemed like he would have been great to work with. Unfortunately, my Fall 2020 wedding needed to be cancelled due to COVID-19. My fiancé and I needed to relocate due to the p...

andemic as well because he is a frontline healthcare worker. My venue and almost all of my vendors refunded us our "non refundable" deposits - one was even $10,000! Other vendors gave half of the deposit back, understanding our loss and trying to negotiate an outcome that would be mutually beneficial. We paid Pasha a "non refundable" deposit which was close to $1,400. Pasha refused to refund our deposit or offer even a partial refund. Emails were not returned, and his tone was offensive - explaining that deposits are non refundable so that couples do not "back out of the contract". A global pandemic forcing a wedding cancellation is not "backing out". This is a poor business model, especially given the current pandemic climate and dealing with weddings. I have already told all of my Boston friends who are looking for a wedding photographer to avoid this greedy and shady business! Your wedding is one of the most important days of your life - don't trust it in the hands of this guy who has made it clear that his primary interest is only money. Also - to make it clear, there was no work done on his part to necessitate this almost $1,400 fee. We had a handful of brief phone conversations and exchange of text messages/emails. We did not meet in person, he never saw our venue or did any sort of walk through. Don't let my loss become yours next!

Pasha and his team were amazing and great to work with from start to finish! Timely, kind, funny, and talented! Would 100% recommend use again!

In short: Hire Pasha and his team. It will be the best decision you make for your wedding hands down. If you still need convincing, know that hiring Pasha for our wedding was by ...

far the best decision we made. I have been to enough weddings to know that the photos usually are pretty standard. The photographer typically hides behind the scenes somewhere taking the photos they “should” be taking of the perfectly planned and curated moments throughout the day only emerging to take staged portrait shots in perfect lighting of the bride and groom and their family. The photos come out stiff, unnatural, and fake. Our photos from Pasha? Could not have been more different. Having Pasha as our photographer truly was an experience. Pasha and his brother Mark hung out with our wedding squad all day long and actually felt like they were part of our group. Our wedding party is still talking about how cool our photographers were because they really were such a memorable part of our day. “Who were those guys?! How did you find them?!” were typical questions we received from our friends. They never made anyone feel awkward, they came right in and immediately got to work, allowing us to enjoy the time with our friends, but also directing us slightly to ensure they got the best shots. Working with Pasha prior to our wedding was also extremely easy. We communicated a lot through Instagram, email and text and we even met in person to discuss our vision. I can honestly say that when I first talked with Pasha on the phone, I felt like he was even more excited for my wedding than I was! He was so genuinely happy to shoot our location (Block Island) and was willing to explore the island to find the perfect unique place for our wedding party shots (we settled on the Bluffs). Now, let’s talk about the photos. Yes, we did get the necessary portraits with our families and the romantic solo shots of the two of us, but the magic of Pasha’s photos was evident in the candids he took throughout the day of all the special moments that happened that I thought no one else noticed. He captured our friends’ reactions when my husband and I first stepped out together after our first look, he captured my brother’s animated expressions during his off-the-cuff and hilariously inappropriate speech, and he even snapped a few photos of my family dog, Buckie, sitting front row at the wedding looking regal and attentive! When my husband and I told Pasha that we wanted to take sunset pictures at an alpaca farm, he didn’t bat an eye at our outlandish request. He followed us down to the farm, only to discover the alpacas were nowhere to be found - only donkeys remained! We were a bit embarrassed at our idea but Pasha encouraged us by telling us the lighting was perfect so we twirled around, drank the champagne in our hands, and laughed as the donkeys around us ran in terror of my dress. Those are some of my favorite photos. Every special moment was captured in such an artistic way, highlighting everything that made our wedding, well, ours. They feel so genuine and we are so grateful we can look back and see all the tears from unassuming family members during the ceremony, and the full belly laughs we shared when hanging out with our friends. Thank you Pasha and team for everything! Our wedding is a day we will never forget. Everything was so perfect, and now we can look back and remember it forever!

Pasha and his team did not disappoint on our wedding day. We chose to have 2 shooters and a videographer for the day to make sure we did not miss any of the action. With unruly wea...

ther requiring some adjustments and accommodations, there seemed to be no wrinkles that would throw off the photography team. Having the picturesque Newport Vineyards as our backdrop allowed for some amazing shots in the vines with the changing lighting of the setting sun. Our guests had a blast in the photo booth provided by Pasha’s Team and Olga was able to provide the encouragement for any shy guests that needed to grab a prop and take the 3 silly photos. Pasha was thorough and timely with all communication and the engagement photo shoot many months before. We highly recommend booking with Pasha and choosing the package that fits your needs! We couldn't have been happier with our decision.

very one of them. Pasha and his team did a magical job of capturing our special day. We are so lucky to have these photos to look back on and relive the day over and over again! I cannot recommend Pasha enough! He is kind, funny, professional, knowledgable and was so easy to work with both on the day of the wedding and in the months leading up to it. Our family and friends cannot stop complimenting our photos and it is all thanks to Pasha. You will never have to worry about communication with Pasha either - he answers emails almost immediately and never leaves you waiting. He is always willing to answer a question, give his honest opinion, or meet up for a walk-through of the venue before the actual wedding. I often used Pasha as a sounding board for different ideas and his responses were thoughtful, honest and most importantly, helpful. Pasha is truly passionate about his craft and it shows in his product. We cannot thank Pasha enough!

Pasha Plugovoy was there at bizzare hours, morning and night, when I was stressing about silly things. I asked him questions about the clothes for wedding party because he sees how...

they look on and off camera as a profession so who better to ask? He was patient through tons of changes and was supportive of my decisions and helped me with decisions I was struggling to make. He was much more than just a photographer, he was a friend through this stressful wedding process. He called me 2 weeks before the wedding to confirm everything with me and my now husband to make sure we were on the same page and we got to tell him some ideas and make sure we had enough time with him to capture our entire day. No regrets at all for hiring this company! I wish I could give him more stars! He and Oxana (sorry if spelling is wrong) were a great team! He paid more attention to the scenery and she paid more attention to people details but they both did such an amazing job with everything. The album is simply amazing as well and he made a lot of adjustments to it with my husband and I being so picky but he did everything we asked and if something would look off he let us know but said he would do it if that’s what we wanted. He was amazing. You will not have a single regret hiring this company.

Pasha photographed our October 6th wedding at the Five Bridge Inn in Rehoboth, MA and did a fantastic job! He went above and beyond to make sure all the details of our big day were...

captured. He also accomodated of all our special requests and was a pleasure to work with. If you’re looking for a high energy, creative photographer for your big day, we highly recommend Plugovoy Photography!

There are not say enough positive things that I could say about my experience with Plugovoy Photography. From our first conversation, Pasha quickly made me feel at ease and comfort...

able. He is kind, trustworthy, and truly cares about his clients. He is professional, flexible and really cares about the quality of his work. He is also very prompt and timely with his responses and always provided answers to my questions. His style of photography was exactly what we were looking for our wedding. After taking our engagement pictures with Pasha, we had no doubt that he would do an amazing job with the wedding as well. The day of the wedding Pasha arrived early in order to get ample amount of pre wedding pictures of myself and bridesmaids getting ready. He also selected a beautiful location at one of the Newport mansions for the bridal party to take pictures prior to the ceremony. His assistant, Oksana, was also wonderful to work with. Throughout the day, he made sure to keep things on time and provided great direction to our wedding party. He did a wonderful job making sure to capture all aspects of our wedding, from the ceremony to the dancing. My husband and I highly recommend Plugovoy Photography. Working with Pasha was one of the best decisions that we made throughout our entire wedding process!

Oksana was our photographer on our wedding day and we cannot say enough great things about her. She as the perfect photographer for our day! Oksana has a great eye for photos, is so thoughtful and kind and helps to bring joy to your day. We are so happy that we chose Plugovoy Photography to capture our day. They are a dream photography company.

Pasha is amazing!!! We first met Pasha in person to discuss our wedding after seeing his work at our friends' wedding. When we saw his final product of their wedding, we knew we ...

had to work with him ourselves. (Thanks Cornelius and Sarah!) We asked Pasha to take our engagement photos and he went above and beyond to facilitate our vision. Most people would think that engagement photos would be uncomfortable, but Pasha made us feel very comfortable. He did not micro-manage us, but rather gave us simple guidance and allowed us to be us. Once we received our photos (quickly, I might add), we knew we had made the right choice in our photographer. I had the pleasure of working with Pasha directly the morning of my wedding. He arrived promptly, was professional, and kept me on task. In a room full of women, he was somehow was able to blend into the chaos. A bride's morning can be overwhelming, but with Pasha's experience, he was able keep things running smoothly while capturing my day. We decided to have a second shooter and was fortunate enough to also work with Pasha's brother, Mark. My husband joked about how it might have seemed odd that a stranger would be walking into a room full of guys to take pictures of them getting dressed, but Mark fit right in with the guys. Just like Pasha, Mark was professional and more than happy to help capture a few shots that my husband wanted to get. On our wedding day, Pasha and Mark captured our day perfectly. They thought of everything while having the second shooter; one photographer was on the second floor giving us beautiful aerial pictures; the second was capturing pictures up close of us and our guests. The same professionalism was brought to our reception. Pasha and his brother captured us on our wedding day at our reception perfectly. They were among our guests, yet blended in the crowd. We are so happy with the final product and have been recommending Plugovoy Photography to everyone. We cannot thank Pasha and Mark enough for all their hard work. Because of them, we are able to remember our wedding day as beautifully as it was. Thank you!!!!

se all day because of how calm they were. They took the perfect shots of us without getting in the way of anyone. Their kindness was well noticed by all of our guests! Our family loved them. Pasha worked so hard all day, did not see him rest at all that I had to make sure he ate something! We've recommended him to every couple that we know that will be getting married soon! Both my husband and I are so grateful that we found him and his crew! He made so much time for us to meet a couple of times before the wedding! Our special day would not have been the same without them. If I could give more than five stars I would! Great and humble team! Love you guys

ackyard and Pasha even made a trip out maybe a month before the wedding to take a look at everything and help us come up with ideas of where the best places to shoot were. He made the wedding day very comfortable even though I don't typically like getting my photo taken- and I couldn't be happier with the way our photos came out. It's taken me almost a year to be able to narrow down the photos for our album because it was so difficult to choose. I think I started with almost 1,000 photos and had to narrow it down to about 80!

First, let’s do the short version: YES, you should trust Pasha and his amazing team of photographers to take amazing pictures for you. His combination of creativity, unique viewpoi...

nts, bravery (snowstorm!) and talent is what you want. You’ll smile while going through your pics. And that’s all that needs to be said. But if you’re staying for the details……Alright, let’s do this: We learned a few things from Pasha, Mark and Taylor while they were snapping pics at our wedding. One — we kiss a lot, but that’s beside the point. Two – taking the time to get the small details the way you want them was worth it. And three — we have a lot of people that love us. We now have pictures to prove it all. Nothing like catching someone smiling at you when they think no one’s looking (except Pasha — he knows, he’s there for the shot). Nothing like going through your wedding photos and seeing a snap of someone writing “stay weird!” in your guestbook, or getting to retell the story of why your wedding dress has a tiny unicorn hanging from it. Nothing like the smirk you get when you see that your photographer noticed the little bride-and-groom mice statues you hid inside your pastry tower. We got to see a million moments we didn’t notice the first time around. Okay, okay. The details are captured. What about the photography? I said creative, unique, brave and talented, right? We were gasping when we hit those photos of us outside in the snow. You know how when you dream of a winter wedding you imagine snow? Yeah, we got snow….And snow is cold. But Pasha braved the storm (literal storm!) and got out there with us. This guy grabs his assistant, leads the way with his awesomely groomed viking beard and goes to work on absolutely killing the shots. They’re crazy good! So now we get to relive the feeling of snowflakes landing on us forever. We even have the cozy moment of the groomsmen playing human shield to keep the bridesmaid’s warm and dry (his idea to keep them warm, btw). Pasha took the time to meet with us before the wedding to make sure we understood his style and that he understood ours. Everything was comfortable and friendly, and that set the tone for the wedding. He and his team just became part of the bridal party for the “getting ready” pics — never an awkward moment. Then they hit the wedding party and became family. It’s important to mention we didn’t have to point out the details. Not all of them, at least, not by a longshot. They got the snaps anyway. That tells me they were paying attention, absorbing the details, respecting the effort, noticing the happiness of our guests and enjoying themselves. It’s awesome when your photographers are part of all the warmth. That’s talent. ….Well, that and making everyone on the dance floor look like they had swag to spare. Bottom line? We feel like everything got captured. Not just the people and deco, but the mood of the whole day and night. Top quality and resolution obviously. The only complaint I have is that his beard was cooler than mine. Forget the posing and planning every little shot. You want pictures that are YOU? Get someone that lives in the moment and knows how to capture them. Your pics will be amazing and a blast to go through. Five stars for Mr. Pasha Plugovoy and his team. Bravissimi! Thanks for the memories — and that one shot where our hair looks cool.

Pasha and Mark were incredible! We could not have asked for better photographers. They were both in complete control which made our day less stressful. Despite the downpour of rain...

we had, they found ways to get the shots needed with makeshift covering and honestly were a big part of us enjoying the weather in the end. Pasha was always great to meet with and explained everything clearly. During the reception they did a great job of being on the side capturing the candid moments, but always communicative when needed. And most of all, the pictures came out amazing! A true artist. After being at a few weddings since ours, it confirmed we 100% made the right decision going with Plugovoy Photography. -Bryce and Liz

Pasha is the absolute best!! My husband and I instantly knew we wanted him to capture the most important day of our lives! Between his professionalism, quality of work, eye for...

the right photo, and just overall personality he is hard to beat. From our initial meeting, to following up on the details before the big day he was always there to answer questions and make sure it was everything we wanted. He helped us organize our timeline, traveled from East Greenwich to Newport, hopped on a boat, and captured every small detail of our wedding. We were so happy to be able to relive our day. He made everyone feel comfortable and it felt like he was another guest at our wedding. He never put his camera down and we are beyond pleased with every photo he captured! Thank you Pasha!

rall joy of our wedding day. Pasha took time to meet with us prior to the wedding to get to know us and our likes and dislikes, discuss ideas, scope out our reception venue with us, and explore optimal spots for shooting on the actual day. Our wedding photos are artistic, personal, beautiful works of art, and intimately capture "us" and the whole feel of our wedding day. Pasha has a great eye and also knows how to create natural-looking shots vs. a lot of artificial posing. He also took advantage of the natural beauty of our surroundings in impressive ways. The photo shoots at our homes (including family and wedding party members) before the ceremony went so smoothly and the resulting photos (many candid) really captured those final moments of getting ready. During the wedding ceremony (a Catholic Mass, in a church), both photographers were totally discreet and still managed to capture all the highlights beautifully. Pasha and Mark can photograph everything from people to wedding rings with rare artistic and creative flair. We are so happy we found Plugovoy Photography and recommend them highly to anyone who wants quality photography!

dly, very accommodating, and made us feel very relaxed and natural. The photos came out absolutely stunning and we received them in a very timely manner, about 6 weeks after the wedding. Pasha captured so many moments, a perfect mix of some formal, casual/candids, and artistic shots. We really loved how he captured the beauty of the wedding location, as well as all of the little moments and emotions. Pasha met with us prior to the wedding, was very organized, quick on responding to emails, checked in with us multiple times before the wedding, and was very professional and efficient. The package we chose was awesome and very worth it, including our own usb drive, website link to view all the photos, which made it very easy to select which photos to include in our album. Pasha's talent and passion for photography did not go unnoticed, multiple wedding guests even commented on how great he was. We HIGHLY recommend him! Thank you so much Pasha for capturing our day and leaving us with beautiful memories we will cherish forever!

ith Plugovoy Photography. Pasha was more than accommodating with our schedules when it came to meetings and engagement shoot dates and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His style of photography was exactly what we were looking for and he delivered above and beyond our expectations. He took the time to get to know us and we feel that made our engagement shoot and wedding day photos that much more amazing, by getting to know what we liked and wanted. Pasha's work speaks for itself; we are more than happy to recommend Plugovoy Photography to friends of ours and are very thankful we choose such a great photographer to photograph our wedding.

We just received the pictures from our wedding on 9/3/16 and we are IN LOVE with them. He is an extremely talented photographer! We had Pasha and his brother Mark shoot our wedding and the day could not have been more perfect. They were a fantastic team! They were calm, professional and extremely accommodating. Everyone was so pleased, my entire wedding party and family felt like they were a part of the family by the end of the night. We used Pasha for our engagement photos as well and it was one of the best decisions we made! I suggest doing an engagement session with him before your wedding! He listened to all of my requests and I cant believe how beautiful the pictures are. We are having such a hard time choosing pictures for our album because they are all so amazing! Look no further! I can't say enough amazing things about Pasha and Matt. My husband never even met the Plugovoy team until the day of our wedding and he was so excited that they were who I picked. ...

Everything was amazing. My wedding was on 10-1-16 and the week leading up to our wedding, it looked like it was going to rain. Pasha and I texted about alternate places to take pictures and he assured me we would have great photos of our day. He had me go out and buy clear umbrellas and told me to trust him. OUR WEDDING DAY WAS AMAZING. The rain held out, the overcast sky was ideal, and Pasha and Matt fit in perfectly with us and our wedding party. They were on time (even a few minutes early!) in the morning, had awesome picture ideas and made us feel so comfortable. I recommend them to everyone in the area. I saw 4 sneak peak pictures from the day and can't wait to see the rest in a few weeks! Thank you Pasha!!! You are so talented!!

er it was the very first meeting we had with him, our engagement shoot session or our wedding day. His effort also shines through his pictures, each one the absolute right position, lighting etc. He was very accommodating during our engagement shoot, it rained that day so we had to change plans and he went with the flow, walked around Boston with us and the pictures came out tremendous! He was always very responsive through email, text and phone. He showed up early and ready to work the day of the wedding with Mark. They make a very great team. It also rained on our wedding day but Pasha got creative and took some really great pictures and made sure to capture all of our special moments. Once the formalities were over and the dancing started, Pasha and Mark were out on the dance floor capturing everything! The pictures from the dance floor are unbelievably funny! He went above and beyond and we are absolutely in love with all of our pictures. We couldn't have asked for anything more. I highly recommend Plugovoy Photography!

He has a unique style that allows you to relive your wedding day. Pasha has an eye for great shots and he's a totally classy guy.
