A unique transportation company like none other
Steve was professional and very helpful - he helped us with some last minute panic loading and unloading too. He helped co-ordinating all the guests on the bus. Perfectly punctual and attentive. We were really impressed! The bus itself was excellent, very clean and maintained. Steve is an excellent driver too, especially around the mad streets of Cleveland! Thank you Steve and the crew!

Platinum Party Bus was so phenomenal from top to bottom. Their service from getting quotes to booking to changing our destinations was so efficient, easy, and pleasant. Never once felt like they were rude or hard to work with. Super super awesome people. We had Michelle for our wedding day and she was just the perfect driver. Michelle started by loading all our beverages and snacks. She was a perfect driver and even was willing to navigate one our spots that was very hard because of construction. She somehow wiggled her way into dropping us off right where we needed to be. The bus was so shiny and clean, i could have eaten off the seats. There was so much cooler storage and bag storage. Most importantly, the sound system could BUMP. The whole experience with Platinum Party Bus and Michelle was an 11/10 and I would recommend them to anyone.

Doug had great communication with us the entire time, including the day before and throughout the bachelorette evening. The bus was clean and comfortable. The sound system was great but we needed a c-cord instead of the lightening cord provided (just a heads up) but we had our own. Everything was just as expected and we had a great time! Would use this company again.
