s to move around. The food and drinks were great and we received many complements on them. Abby and the team answered all of our questions over the months leading up to the wedding. We couldn't have asked for a better day!

hour, and the ballroom was the perfect size for our reception. We loved having the flexibility of both indoor and outdoor space, as did our guests. Everyone raved about the food (and they still bring up how good it was), and about how beautiful and elegant the venue was. Abby was super helpful and answered my (many) questions as we planned the wedding. We’d absolutely recommend Planters Inn to anyone looking for a lovely wedding venue with delicious food.

around. The food was fantastic. All of our guests left the venue full! Everyone complimented us on our wedding and how gorgeous everything was. The staff was friendly and attentive. Abby was always very helpful and we are happy we had her guiding us through the wedding planning process.
The Planters Inn has a special place in our hearts. We spent a lovely weekend at the hotel which ended in a proposal! When dreaming about our wedding location it was a no brainer, ...
the Planters Inn was for us. We live in VA, so it was a destination wedding. I was very nervous to plan my wedding from a distance. The Planters Inn and the staff took care of everything. We were married in the courtyard and had our reception in the adjoin hall. Our wedding was beautiful and filled with love. The staff treated my guests like family. There isn’t a negative thing I could say. The food, the cake, the venue was first class. What an amazing experience. We plan on spending our first anniversary at our favorite little hotel in SC!

or our bridesmaids to get ready. The Planter's Inn staff was so accommodating & helpful, I cannot recommend them enough!
We used the Planter's Inn Courtyard for our ceremony and adjacent Garden Room for our reception. It was without a doubt one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding!...
The venue coordinator, Chelsea, was beyond amazing. She worked with us to get the exact menu we wanted, pick our vendors, and create the layout so everything we easy on the big day even though we were planning from out of town. The setting was perfect for our small wedding of 50 guests. The beautiful historic garden does half the decorating for you and the amazing food from Peninsula Grill had my guests wanting to return to Planter's Inn on their own! They flipped the courtyard between the ceremony and reception so we were able to set up corn hole and a bar with cocktail tables to use the space during the reception. The service surpassed my high expectations and made my day stress-free. If you're having a small wedding, I strongly suggest you consider Planter's Inn!
