Hannah definitely saved me on my wedding day! I had a cordinator that went mia the week of my wedding I was lucky enough to find Hannah last minute! She worked with my budget, and ...
honestly took so much pressure and stress of the day off of me. We ran into a few road bumps, and she took them on without me even knowing the full details. Some of our dj selection songs were wrong, she was quick to fix them! She did fantastic helping setting up everything, and everything looked beautiful, & just as I had envisioned! She even assembled our wedding cake! I cannot give this woman enough credit for all that she did for us, and I cannot recommend her enough! Hannah is your girl!🙌
Hannah did a great job coordinating my wedding! She seemed very calm & prepared throughout the entire planning process, which gave me confidence that she would do well, and indeed ...
she did! When we had our wedding rehearsal, Hannah easily took charge and led us all through the motions so that everyone knew exactly what they were gonna do on the wedding day. On the day of the wedding, I was an absolute nervous wreck to the point that I felt completely unwell, and Hannah made it a point to check on me to see if I was okay and needed anything, like medicine or food. She took care of the entire day-of timeline and made sure we were always where we needed to be. Overall, our event went well with no major hiccups that I can think of besides my own anxiety, and multiple guests told us how much they enjoyed it! I also love that Hannah also has other services, like decorations! I purchased one of her coordination + floral decor packages, and it was really helpful for such a low price! (She could definitely charge more for her services!!) I didn't have to invest in a floral designer or put together any decorations by myself; Hannah handled all the decor and it looked great! She also had linens for us to rent, and tons of other services listed on her website! Anything you need, she can get! This made it super easy, not having to search for other vendors who specialized in just one thing. Thank you so much, Hannah!!
Always willing to go above and beyond to help! Grateful to have had her help on my wedding day!
Hannah is such a find! She was cool, calm and competent on my big day. I was so happy to have her managing things. She was available for regular communication prior to the wedding,...
provided input that helped me feel better about my decision fatigue, and was totally on top of details the day of. I could not have asked for a better fit or better support for us. It was a magical day, thanks largely to Hannah!
Hannah did a fantastic job helping me coordinate my wedding! She seriously thinks of everything and is so kind and thoughtful. I never even noticed if anything went wrong at my wed...
ding because she literally handled everything, even loading up my car with gifts. My guests and I had THE BEST time at my reception and I thank her for making sure we got that experience.
I highly recommend using Hannah if you want someone friendly and affordable to assist you with your wedding needs. I cannot thank her enough.
Hannah was awesome! I booked her for day-of services and highly recommend her - not only because her prices are almost impossible to beat - but because she quickly was able to solv...
e some major snags at my wedding (including a not downloaded playlist and my officiant forgetting his notes) without me even knowing anything had happened! She swiftly coordinated the rehearsal and saved me a lot of stress. During the ceremony, she kept everything moving along beautifully without ever getting in the way. She also brought in someone for next to nothing to oversee our playlist (we skipped a DJ to save money) and that was a great suggestion. I highly encourage you to give her a call!
Hannah was simply amazing! I only needed her help for reception and she killed it. I literally didn’t have to worry about anything. She made sure we ate and made sure our cars were...
packed before we even left! I appreciated her help so much!
Hannah and her team were beyond amazing. My wedding was set in an empty warehouse with no kitchen or bar, was 100% DIY, and heavily curated and controlled by me personally. I hired...
Hannah as a day-of Coordinator but got so much more. She listened to me externalize all thoughts and ideas and provided expertise, suggestions, and advice over the 6-8 months leading up to the wedding. Down to the last few weeks to day of, she was clutch. I threw anything and everything at her – she even went to my house to pick up left items! She provided set up over the entire weekend, night of breakdown, day after breakdown and cleanup, bartenders, ice, rinsing stations for the kitchen, coordination with vendors, coordination for the ceremony, etc. etc. etc. She is professional, kind, assertive, helpful, all of the qualities you’d want in a coordinator plus some. I live in the Atlanta area and there are tons of people all over that do this for a living, but I’m so lucky and thankful I stumbled upon Hannah. I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator. I HIGHLY recommend her and personally vouch for her and her team. She is an incredibly beautiful and talented woman. - Sarah M. April 13, 2019 Wedding.
Hannah was great! She offered to help me a month before the wedding to finalize all of the little things that i had left to do. We met the night of the rehearsal where she walked u...
s through how the wedding was going to take place. The day of she took care of everything we needed her to take care of. She helped us the entire night and directed us for what was to come next. She was kind and professional and I would 100% work with her again! Thank you Hannah
Originally booked Hannah for my September 15th wedding as Day Of Coordinator and was going to add planning services on. Ended up terminating the contract. Took 4 months to get a co...
py of my contract, which was sent through Facebook Messenger. Asked if she knew of bartenders that I could book and she stated that she would handle it for me. She never gave me a price for what she had booked after I continually asked.. Also was told a balance that I owed that was incorrect. It's just hard to trust someone with the entire day of your wedding that doesn't respond to multiple emails or Facebook messages.
Hannah Porter is an incredible asset to anyone planning a wedding or any party for that manner. Not only does she handle all the details on the day of the event, my daughter's wed...
ding at FoxHall Resort this past weekend, but she helps with details such as renting table linens and decorations etc. She knows what she is doing and expertly and respectfully handled the DJ, Caterers and every detail the day of the wedding. I cannot thank her enough!

out details with a smile. As one of Hannah's brides, I can assure you you are in the best hands possible, making your job easy! She takes care of everything, works with you to ensure everything is beautiful and wonderful, and was truly the BEST person to coordinate our wedding day I could have asked for. She was not afraid to make sure everyone knew where to go, when to be there, and what to do, while still being friendly accommodating, and purely wonderful. DEFINITELY book Hannah for your next wedding, she's a diamond in the rough!
Hannah was awesome. Very responsive and very reliable. She was perfect the day of. I would highly suggest booking her for your wedding
Hannah was superb!!!! I would recommend her for any event. She made my event amazing and handled every detail. As the bride she made my job easy; at the end of the day I truly had ...
