Ashley was absolutely AMAZING and was one of the biggest reasons our wedding day went as smoothly as it did. We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her!
From the ver...
y beginning, Ashley was incredibly helpful, responsive, flexible, and willing to do absolutely anything and everything to make our wedding day happen exactly the way we envisioned it. No request ever felt like too much, and whenever something came up, she was always ready to jump in and figure it out. She went above and beyond in ways we didn’t even realize we needed until she was already taking care of them.
On the wedding day itself, Ashley was an absolute lifesaver. She kept everything moving, handled all of the little details behind the scenes, and made sure that we could actually relax and enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about logistics. She was constantly anticipating what needed to happen next, coordinating with vendors and guests, and solving problems before they ever reached us. We genuinely felt like we could hand something to Ashley and know it would be taken care of.
Beyond being incredibly competent, Ashley is just a wonderful person to have around. She was kind, upbeat, patient, and so easy to work with. She made us feel supported throughout the entire process and was such a calming presence on a day that could otherwise have been overwhelming.
We are SO grateful for everything Ashley did for us. If you have the opportunity to work with her, do it — she is truly exceptional, and we feel incredibly lucky that she was part of our wedding day!

rganized, and is one of the kindest people we’ve met. She helped make our day run smoothly so that we didn’t have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day. My husband and I cannot say enough great things about Ashley, she truly cares about doing an amazing job and she was kind in every interaction we had with her. If you’re looking for a coordinator, Plan On ME is so worth the money and we highly, highly recommend booking them for a stress-free wedding!! Thank you so much Ashley, we couldn’t have done it without you!!

On the wedding day, Ashley handled everything! I didn’t have to worry about a single thing—she managed every little hiccup with ease, making the day feel effortless and stress-free. She even stepped in to sew a part of my dress that needed fixing, going above and beyond in every way.
She also made the finishing cleanup the next day incredibly easy, taking so much off our plate and making sure everything was wrapped up perfectly. I am so thankful for Ashley—her expertise, thoughtfulness, and calm energy made our day perfect, and I couldn’t have done it without her!
If we could give an extra star to Ashley, we would. We knew about Ashley because she was the day of coordinator for my sister's wedding. Ashley went above and beyond in every way t...
o make our wedding day go off without a hitch. There was not a single moment where we felt like something might go wrong, all due to Ashley's thoroughness and attention to detail. Even though she was the day-of-coordinator, we met multiple times before to make sure our vision would come to life. Using her experience and knowledge to create a map of a day that can normally be very stressful, Ashley helped that stress melt away. She remained cool, calm, and collected on the day of and stayed in communication with us and other key point people, which allowed our minds to stay at ease and enjoy the moments that mattered. If you're wondering if you should get a day-of coordinator, the answer is, "Yes, Plan on Me Events!"
My goodness where do I even start?! I'm a pretty organized and detail-oriented person myself, but one piece of advice I would give to any person planning a wedding would be to do y...
ourself a favor and at least hire a Day of Coordinator like we did (the second piece of advice is to do so through Plan On ME!). I can't tell you how amazing it felt to not have to worry about the little details the day-of. Not to mention having an objective, trusting person in your corner like Ashley to make sure everything is not only running smoothly, but going the way you and your partner were hoping for! Throughout the entire process Ashley was responsive, caring, creative, thoughtful, and 100% a person you can rely on to help you navigate the craziness of your wedding planning and day. While we worked with Ashley for Day of Coordination, from the beginning it was evident just how much she loves what she does, because she consistently went above and beyond what we could have imagined. From the very first meeting she was always there if we needed help or suggestions, gave us great feedback, and offered to help with pretty much anything to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams (which we did!). As we got closer to the wedding, she made herself available to meet with us, our vendors, and our venue, ensuring everything was covered and matched our vision. We even battled a possible hurricane impacting the day of our wedding- but we knew we were in good hands with the support we had from Ashley. For the actual wedding day, Ashley was there to help communicate/collaborate with vendors, set up some of our decorations, keep us on schedule, ensure we had what we needed, set up our dessert buffet, and even helped to break-down decorations and manage some snags that inevitably will occur. But more than that, she was consistently there as a warm, bright, reassuring support. I will also add that every single one of our other vendors told us how much they loved working with Plan On ME and asked for Ashley's info so they can work with her in the future. We could not have imagined getting through this process without Plan on ME!
Ashley White was the overall package! We cannot thank her enough for going above & beyond to make our special day unforgettable. Although Ashley is considered a 'day-of coordinator...
', we worked with Ashley for 2+ years planning the big day and she was ALWAYS willing to help no matter what the details were (even through a pandemic). She was extremely genuine, personable, timely, adaptable, and professional throughout the entire experience. Without Ashley, our vision would not have come to life the way it perfectly did. There is no one else I could have imagined as our wedding coordinator & now someone we consider as a friend.

shley, she reached out to each of our vendors to introduce herself and let them know she was working with us. She checked in with us periodically throughout the process to answer any questions we had. We spoke to Ashley several times and she went through intricate details with us each time to be sure we weren't missing anything. On the day of the rehearsal and the wedding, Ashley was amazing. There was a slight hitch in lighting for our ceremony and Ashley went to the store the morning of the wedding to buy a curtain and rod to block a window! She made every single detail of our vision come alive. We are still blown away over her attention to detail. She is such a calming presence and we knew throughout the entire process that we could have the utmost confidence in her to make our dream a reality. Several of our guests commented on how truly wonderful and helpful Ashley is, and we have already recommended her to every couple we know getting married! Ashley is quite simply the best.

planning journey. She was always going above and beyond to follow up with vendors and make sure things were prepared exactly as we wanted. We dealt with a number of unresponsive people throughout planning and Ashley was always willing to take extra time to follow up and make sure they knew where to be and when. She also worked with us throughout to help find ways to save money, often offering to do this way outside her service description.
My family and friends were extremely impressed by how organized and professional she was - and we had a big group to wrangle! They all took the time to tell me how on her game she was and how impressed they were by her and her team. I would hire Ashley again for an event in a heartbeat and can't wait to recommend her to every person I meet who is getting married in Maine. She's the best without a doubt.

g if this was really something we needed to spend money on, as we were planning and paying for everything ourselves. However, I can honestly say that this was the best decision we could have made for our wedding. Although Ashley was our "day of" coordinator, she was so much more. She kept us totally on track in the months leading up to our wedding. There would have been so many things I would have forgotten if it weren't for her! On our actual wedding day, Ashley went above and beyond. I had almost no stress on the actual day because I knew that Ashley would be taking care of everything. She even set up all of our tables and centerpieces! She kept us following a timeline but without it feeling rushed or forced. I was incredibly worried about having time to actual enjoy my wedding, but thanks to Ashley this was no problem at all! She made sure everything was where it needed to be when it needed to be there. At the end of the night Ashley had much of the cleanup already done so I could just enjoy my first night being married. Looking back I honestly have no idea what we would have done without her!

atement. I just couldn't wait for it to happen. I knew it wouldn't be perfect because nothing is, but... when it happened, it was PERFECT. A HUUUUUGE reason is because of Ashley. The planner/DOC was one of the most important vendor decisions in my opinion and when I finally spoke with Ashley, it was an immediate and obvious decision. She is incredibly easy going and became my friend. She was there every step of the way without me even needing to ask. If something was confusing or seemed overwhelming, she had a solution with the snap of her fingers as soon as I got in touch. Compared to other planners who clock you for every email or 30 minutes they spend talking to you, Ashley just genuinely wants to be involved and help you until you feel like the task is accomplished. That's what she cares about. My husband and I were constantly agreeing that Ashley was one of the very best decisions we made when it came to our wedding. She just goes above and beyond without being asked and SHE IS FUN while doing it. She thinks of every single little detail and is always ready for anything you might miss. On our day, I didn't have to deal with a single thing because she was just so organized on on top of it. Huge shout out to Rach too, who I met the day of, as she had come along to assist Ash. Rach was also so in tune with what was going on and ready to do whatever she needed. I cannot recommend Ashley and Rach enough. I will never forget Ashley telling me she does this job because she just loves it, and trust me, it is very obvious she does. Book her, it will be the best decision you make.
My husband and I hired Ashley from Plan on ME Events for vendor management and Day-Of Coordination services for our September wedding at William Allen Farm with 150 guests. Ashley ...
went over and above all my expectations in the pre-planning and execution of our wedding. She made suggestions on vendors, helped us with vendor calls and kept us organized with a proper timeline as we prepped for the event. She was incredibly accessible during the planning process by answering questions via email, text or phone – and always kept the best attitude. On the day of our wedding, Ashley was an absolute rockstar. She handled setup items, problem-solved set-up and breakdown, answered a ton of questions from the bridal party and vendors, kept the schedule moving and cued guests as needed. Most importantly, Ashley is an awesome person and I can’t imagine our wedding without her help and positivity. If I could give her 10 stars in every category I would!!

expected during our ceremony, she was super flexible and helped us change our original plan the day before the wedding. Leading up to the wedding Ashley responded to all emails and questions in a very timely manner. On the day of she was a great liaison between us and all the vendors and ensured that everything ran smoothly and that all guests/vendors knew where to be and when to be there. She was a great addition to our wedding and helped in many ways!

y minute so that the timeline of our day went smoothly. At our initial meeting, she had an extensive questionnaire that made us think of so many details we would have overlooked. She followed up with us regularly and contacted our vendors in order to coordinate everyone. On the day of the wedding, when hair and make-up took longer than expected, she caught us up somewhere else so that the timeline kept moving as planned for the ceremony, dinner and dancing! The best thing about Ashley is that she is so positive, casual and friendly, while being professional at every turn. I don't know how she does it but she takes the stress away from the bride and family, creating calmness in chaos! If there was a 100 star rating, I would give it to Ashley. She is totally awesome!

t, and she seamlessly coordinated between the many vendors I hired, created schedules, and she made the day incredible. For one small example, the day of the wedding, I realized I did not have any labels for the whoopie pies we ordered for dessert and she completely jumped in to action! This was long before her hours for the day were set to start but she took the time to create and print out cute labels so I didn't even have to think twice about it. I knew that when she was around I didn't have to worry about a thing. She is so thorough and thoughtful, and flexible, and I can't recommend her enough!
I can’t say enough about Ashley. She helped coordinate my wedding (6/15/19) and was by far the most helpful, on the ball, responsive, positive and service oriented vendor we hire...
d. Ashley was early to our meetings, asked the right questions at the right time to keep me on track with the wedding plans, and was kind and supportive throughout our whole working relationship. As the bride, I genuinely appreciated all she did to make the day perfect and successful, and our family and friends, as well, were impressed by how much she did to help. Ashley is the best and I can’t recommend Plan on ME Events enough.

t time working our venue but you could not tell at all! She was calm and prepared from start to finish, anytime we needed anything we knew we could count on her.
The clasp to my zipper broke off at the beginning of dinner and Ashley saved the day with her bag of safety pins :) My MOH was also unsure how to bustle my dress and was kind of freaking out, but Ashley was there to help and again saved the day!
I seriously cannot say enough positive things about Plan On ME events!

I have to also mention that she is a total steal -- her prices were the lowest we saw and yet I can't imagine anyone more expensive could have been more effective.
Thanks, Ashley!!

uld not do it as originally planned! She did everything to make the day run smoothly and my wedding day turned out to be way better than I expected thanks to her! All because I had Ashley, my day was flawless! She was so professional with all of my vendors and continuously emailed them for me when I had questions and she had no problem doing it. I really love just how caring she really is for brides and she honestly just wants to make you happy and have an amazing day! She makes you feel amazing and she is so sweet and kind . I couldn't have asked for a better coordinator, I am truly blessed to know her ! Thanks Ashley xoxo

lf, but definitely couldn't have pulled off the amazing wedding experience we had without Ashley's help. Having her there the day of the wedding was a god-send, we felt like we could just relax and enjoy ourselves while she took care of logistics. We received compliments from all our vendors about how helpful she was and easy to work with. I highly recommend hiring Plan on ME Events for wedding coordination - definitely money well spent!

icult feat for us. With this in mind, we wanted to find an event planner to help us out with the venue search since we were not physically available in Portland. Ashley reached out to several Portland venues to inquire about availability, price, and what was included in the price. This helped us out tremendously! Since this was completely new to us, we needed someone who was comfortable reaching out to venues, visiting them, and asking all of the essential questions we may not have thought about. With Ashley’s help, we were able to relax and enjoy our engagement while Ashley was making sure we got all of the information we needed. I would highly recommend Plan on ME events. Ashley was kind, attentive, and eager to help in any and all ways. I am so grateful for her services.

being super organized in all the logistical details (parking, timing etc.) As all weddings have natural hiccups (unannounced guests etc.), Ashley was super flexible and quietly tended to these things all rehearsal and wedding day---without us even knowing about them! She went above and beyond-helping to wash chairs, set up, running flowers etc. all day long with a smile and a comforting, calm energy. You should feel 100% confident in your day if you hire Plan on Me Events!
