I cannot say enough amazing things about Kathy from Plan It With Me!
First, I have to admit something… I was always the person who thought hiring a wedding planner was an unnecess...
ary expense. I genuinely never thought I would need one, and BOY, WAS I WRONG! Looking back, having Kathy by our side was hands down one of the BEST things that could have happened throughout our entire wedding planning process!
From start to finish, Kathy was absolutely incredible and played such a huge part in making our wedding day so special. She is professional, organized, thoughtful, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure every little detail is taken care of.
Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, and there are SO many things you don’t even realize need to be done until you’re in the middle of it all. Having someone like Kathy by your side makes all the difference. Her attention to detail, dedication, and ability to make everything come together so beautifully are unmatched!
Even when things didn’t go exactly as originally planned, including having to move our beach ceremony indoors because of the wind, Kathy helped make sure everything was still absolutely beautiful. Being able to enjoy our wedding day without worrying about every little detail was PRICELESS!
But what I really want people to know is that Kathy is so much more than an incredible wedding planner. She is genuinely one of the kindest, most selfless people you could ever meet. After seeing the story of Donald, a veteran we helped through a GoFundMe on TikTok, Kathy was inspired to pay that kindness forward by generously offering her services for our wedding. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about the kind of heart this woman has. She took an act of kindness and turned it into another, and Jamie and I will never forget what she did for us. Her generosity, compassion, and genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives are something truly special.
Our wedding day was everything we could have dreamed of and more, and we are forever grateful to have had Kathy be such a big part of it. If you’re planning a wedding or special event and questioning whether you really need a planner, TAKE IT FROM SOMEONE WHO THOUGHT THE SAME THING — YOU DO! And Kathy is the person you want by your side!
Thank you, Kathy, from the bottom of our hearts. Not just for helping make one of the most important days of our lives so unforgettable, but for reminding us that there are still truly wonderful people in this world. We will never forget your kindness, and we cannot recommend you enough! ❤️
Love,
The Halpins 🤍

g process feel seamless and stress-free, allowing us to truly enjoy the journey and focus on what mattered most.
Kathy’s attention to detail, organization, professionalism, and genuine care are truly unmatched. She thought of things we never would have even considered and went above and beyond in ways that completely exceeded our expectations. And when I say above and beyond, I mean it—even sewing a bridesmaid into her dress an hour before the ceremony! That level of dedication and personal care speaks volumes about the kind of person Kathy is.
What started as a professional relationship quickly became something so much more. Kathy made us feel supported, cared for, and at ease throughout the entire process. By the time our wedding day arrived, we knew we were in the best possible hands. She wasn’t just our wedding planner; she became like family to us. We were also lucky enough to have two assistant planners attend the wedding, Kyleigh and Nina! They were SO sweet and attentive to every detail day of!
If you’re looking for a wedding planner who will treat your special day as if it were her own, pay attention to every little detail, and go above and beyond to make your vision a reality, look no further than Plan It With Me. Kathy is truly one of a kind, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have had her by our side throughout this journey.
Kathy, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you did to make our wedding so special and memorable. We will forever be grateful for you and all the love, time, and care you poured into our day. We didn’t just find an amazing wedding planner—we gained a friend and someone who will always feel like family. We cannot recommend Plan It With Me highly enough! 🤍
Kathy and her team at Plan It With Me did an amazing job with our wedding at the Dallas Arboretum! We used the Day of Coordination package and it was definitely worth it! Fatima wa...
s our lead planner and she stepped in about 2 months before the wedding. After handling all the details for so long, it can be hard to trust someone else to take over, but Fatima went above and beyond. She kept us on track to make sure everything was wrapped up in time for her to take over fully about a week before the wedding. It was so nice not to have to worry about a thing the week before the wedding! Fatima and her team made sure our day ran perfectly, and we seriously got so many compliments about how seamlessly everything was run! There were certain pivots that had to be made on the wedding day like last minute guest swaps and a new napkin fold due to napkins that would not hold our fold choice, and having a trusted team made it so we didn't have to make a single decision to fix anything that came up. Everyone at Plan it With Me puts in great work and we definitely recommend using them for your wedding!
Kathy and the Plan it With Me team are INCREDIBLE. I am so so grateful to them for giving me and my husband the most amazing day. By far the best value, and my best experience work...
ing with a vendor. I went with a three month planning agreement because I had chosen most of my vendors and I hit a wall not really knowing what else needed to be managed. Omg.. having just gotten married days ago I still could not tell you all of the work, planning, details, and logistics that were needed to make the day go smoothly. I am SO glad that I had Kathy and the team to take care of ALL of that! They gave guidance and support way before three months and then the second we hit 90 days they handled EVERYTHING! If there were any issues at the wedding or the day of in general, I don’t even know about it because nothing made it past them. I am very type A, I was super nervous about the wedding and everything going how I pictured it, and I may have some lingering emotions from my beautiful wedding but I am literally tearing up thinking about how perfect the day was because of this team. Thank you guys so so so much.
I can not say enough wonderful things about Kathy Bull and her team at Plan It With Me (PIWM). I immediately bonded with Kathy. She felt like a long lost friend. She was an inva...
luable part of our daughter's wedding. She is a go getter and was always available for our questions or concerns. She help guide us away from items that we did not need to spend money on and had wonderful suggestions we had not thought of. Her organization and timeline was top notch. She worked great with all the vendors. She also worked with the mother-of-the-groom on a welcome party and rehearsal dinnner. She handled our wedding rehearsal and wedding day perfectly with charm, grace, humor and professionalism. I have recommended her to a friend-of-a-friend that had interview several planners and was very frustrated. That person ended up signing with Kathy and is very happy. Kathy's cost is very reasonable and I think she is worth more than she charges.
Kathy Bull and her team at Plan It With Me are, without a doubt, the best wedding planners! If you're getting married, I cannot recommend Kathy enough.
When we told Kathy we wanted...
to have a destination wedding in Turks and Caicos, she didn't hesitate to take on our project. She was incredible every step of the way. She was proactive, supportive, exceptionally organized, and so professional. Kathy has an amazing ability to anticipate what you need before you realize it yourself, while making sure your wedding has all the elements you had hoped for.
Kathy and her husband, Russ, traveled with us to Turks and Caicos and went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend absolutely perfect. Kathy handled every detail leading up to the wedding, coordinated our rehearsal, and was completely hands-on throughout the set up, ceremony, reception and tear down. Knowing she was there allowed us to truly relax and enjoy every moment. Our wedding was one of the most special days of our lives, and it would not have been the same without Kathy's hard work, dedication, and attention to every detail. She exceeded every expectation we had and made the entire experience seamless and unforgettable.
We absolutely adore Kathy and were so grateful to have her by our side throughout our wedding weekend. By the end of it all, she truly felt like part of our family. Thank you, Kathy and Russ, for helping create memories we'll cherish forever! We highly recommend Plan It With Me to any couple looking for an exceptional wedding planner.

We had the absolute best experience working with Kathy Bull and her team at Plan It With Me. From the very beginning, she kept us on track and guided us through all the important s...
teps of the wedding planning process, which made everything feel so much more manageable.
One of the biggest highlights was her trusted vendor relationships. Every recommendation and vendor we ended up using was incredible and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. You can tell she truly knows the industry and works with the best.
Kathy is also just a genuinely real and caring person. She helped us navigate some difficult family dynamics with so much grace and professionalism, which meant more to us than we can put into words.
Our wedding day in Waco was outdoors, and it absolutely poured rain. Somehow, Kathy and her team transformed what could have been a stressful situation into the most beautiful day. She handled everything so effortlessly that it truly felt like it wasn’t even raining; this speaks volumes about her experience and calm under pressure.
We chose partial planning, but looking back (especially since I had a hard time staying in budget, LOL), we would highly recommend going all in with full service; she will make it worth your while and you will have no regrets.
We can’t recommend Kathy and her team enough and are so thankful we got to share such a special time in our lives with her!

refully to our vision and brought it to life even more beautifully than we imagined. From coordinating vendors to managing timelines, they ensured everything ran smoothly. On the wedding day, we were able to relax and fully enjoy every moment because we knew we were in the best possible hands.
Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication made all the difference. Our wedding was seamless, elegant, and truly unforgettable — and that is entirely thanks to their hard work and expertise. If you’re looking for a wedding planner who is talented, reliable, and genuinely cares about making your dream day perfect, look no further. They treat your wedding like it is their own!
We are beyond grateful and would recommend them to anyone planning their special day!
Plan It With Me is the best of the best!! We hired Kathy and her team for "Day of Planning" and they exceeded every expectation. They went above and beyond just "Day Of" and truly ...
helped us along every step of the way. One thing unique to Plan It With Me is that " Day Of" actually begins 2 months prior to your wedding date. This is truly a game changer when comparing planners. However, even before those 2 months, she provided checklists and timelines that helped me stay on track way before our "official services" began. Once our services began, Kathy stepped in and handled all of our vendor coordination, timeline creation and other last minute details. This took SO much stress off of those crunch time months and let us enjoy the last few moments of our engagement. The team executed our wedding day seamlessly. They handled everything, we did not have to lift a finger. Kathy and her team made all of our guests feel so welcome and taken care of. Our guests are still raving about how much fun they had 2 months later! We would hire Plan It With Me over and over again and recommend to all of our friends and family!! She truly cares about her couples and does everything in her power to make your wedding the wedding of your dreams. We are so thankful for everything Kathy and her team did for us! xoxo Morgan & Austin
We had an AMAZING experience working with Kathy and her team at Plan It With Me. We are a military family living overseas and with planning a wedding in Texas we knew we would need...
a lot of help. Upon our first Zoom call with, Kathy we knew immediately that she and her team would go above and beyond to ensure every detail of our day was handled with dedication and care. She is very organized, great at providing clear communication, and her attention to detail made the entire planning process stress-free. On the wedding day itself, Kathy and her team were truly remarkable. I never had a doubt that anything would go wrong with them there. They executed everything flawlessly, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment! We 1000% recommend Plan It With Me to anyone seeking a dedicated, professional, and detail-oriented wedding planner. I could not have had my dream wedding day without Kathy and her team!

rom the moment we started working together, Kathy didn’t just treat us like clients - she treated us like family. She took the time to get to know us and the genuine relationship we built throughout the planning process made all the difference. I always felt like I had someone in my corner who truly cared about making our day everything we dreamed of.
She was incredibly organized and always made sure I was on track with planning tasks, which helped ease so much of my stress. But when I did start to feel stressed, I knew I could turn to Kathy and she would immediately have a solution for anything I was worried about. Her communication was also exceptional. She was always quick to answer my many questions, proactive with reminders, and full of thoughtful suggestions that I never would’ve considered on my own.
On our big day, she was a calm and steady presence. She made sure everyone - our family, the wedding party, and all vendors - felt prepared and comfortable. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing because I knew she had everything under control. Everything came together perfectly and it was truly the best day and night of our lives.
I’m beyond grateful for her dedication, kindness, and expertise. Kathy truly went above and beyond every step of the way, and I can’t imagine having done this without her. Thank you, Kathy and the Plan It With Me team, for making our wedding so special and for being such a wonderful part of this journey!
Kathy and her team at Plan It With Me are incredible. From our first meeting to the final send-off, she went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our wedding ran seamlessly. ...
She’s meticulous, highly organized, and always several steps ahead. On the day itself, we didn’t have to worry about a thing—everything flowed perfectly and we could be fully present knowing Kathy had it all handled. If you want someone who will treat your wedding like their own, choose Kathy. We can’t recommend her enough!!
I cannot express how amazing Kathy Bull and her Plan It With Me team is. From our first consultation to the final send off, Kathy went above and beyond to ensure that all aspects ...
of the wedding went smoothly. Kathy is extremely organized and detail oriented. She handled vendor communication and timelines seamlessly, and her professionalism is apparent in every detail. On the day of the wedding, I did not worry about a thing, and I was able to fully enjoy every moment of the day. I cannot thank Kathy enough for making my daughter's wedding so special.
There are no words to express my thanks and gratitude to Kathy and her amazing team! Choosing her to be my wedding planner was the best decision I made. From the very start, Kathy ...
was attentive, professional, thorough, and extremely organized. I felt completely at ease from the start, and the level of communication was exactly what I was looking for. While she facilitated the entire process, I still felt heard, understood, and integral to the whole planning experience.
Kathy has connections with vendors throughout the DFW area, and every SINGLE one of her recommendations paid off. Her curated vendor list perfectly captured my vision and personality (and stayed true to my budget, which really helped!). So much of planning a wedding is trusting your vendors, and Kathy knows exactly who to trust. She is honest, straightforward, and a problem solver. You can be confident she has your back, and she will make absolutely sure your wedding day runs smoothly and all the details are taken care of.
And it goes beyond just Kathy! Her team - Ange, Cole, and Elle - were perfection on my wedding day. They took care of everything, and I could actually relax and enjoy the entire day (shocking, I know). One of my biggest goals of my wedding was to be completely present with guests, and Kathy's team made sure I could do that. No running around worrying about the timeline, no one asking me a million questions, no stress about the vendors - I was able to be present with my people and trust they had everything handled. I can tell that vendors enjoy working with the PIWM team - they are kind, considerate, and all around great people to work with. My wedding day was everything I could have dreamed of AND more, and I truly do owe it to the PIWM team.

cause I felt like she put me at ease when we spoke. Now at the end of it - I wish I had paid her more! I can’t believe the value you get for her services, I wish I had done partial planning! Kathy is a planner, a problem solver, a day of wedding content creator, a therapist, and incredibly kind. At one point she turned to me and said “oh that's okay just blame it on me - I can be the bad guy” which is exactly what my mom always says so I knew it was perfect. Leading up to our wedding we hit a couple of issues, and Kathy was ready to drop everything and go to the Dallas fire marshal's office the next day to make sure we got the candles we wanted. She handled our complicated family situation, and validated my feelings about it. Day of, she helped me feel better as I stressed about the timeline (we were perfectly on time but you know a bride on wedding day!) Anything I needed that day I knew either Kathy had it handled or I could ask her quickly and it would be. She brought THREE staff members to help with our wedding, that was incredible we Just knew it would be handled. And immediately the next day she sent us all sorts of pictures and videos from our wedding, it was so great to immediately have that available. She knew everything about our venue, our caterer, and that made a huge difference. My sister got married in Austin earlier this year and Kathy was leagues ahead of the coordinator there, for basically the same price! And we have heard from my BIL that he was beyond impressed by her, that the full time planner he had hired for his international wedding hadn't done half of what Kathy had done for us, for TEN times the price… Honestly look no further, I wish she could just manage my life now!
If you are looking for the best wedding planner ever then look no further! We absolutely love Kathy, and she is the best thing we did for our wedding! I can't express how valuable ...
she was to this experience and how important to its success she has been! We will recommend her to everyone we know and would use her again at every event we could ever end up having if she would have it! Thank you all so much!
We had our wedding on 09/13/24 at Bethel Rock and from our first call with Kathy, we knew we were in great hands (THE BEST HANDS)! We were instantly captivated by her warmth, enthu...
siasm, and deep knowledge of the wedding industry.
We were initially very nervous about planning our wedding but Kathy made it an exciting adventure filled with joy and laughter, and we couldn’t have imagined a better team to help us bring our vision to life.
Our wedding was the best day of our lives and Kathy helped us stay organized every step of the way, guiding us with thoughtful suggestions and creative ideas that perfectly matched our vision. Her enthusiasm is fun and contagious.
Absolutely blown away by how flawlessly everything came together. Kathy and her team not only provided professionalism and expertise but also warmth and kindness that made everyone feel special.
If you’re searching for a wedding planner who will turn your vision into reality while making the process enjoyable and memorable, look no further than Plan it With Me.
Thank you for everything!!!

Selecting Kathy Bull & Plan It With Me was by far the BEST decision we made when planning our wedding. We both come from hospitality and have worked many weddings in the past as ve...
ndors but little did we know about planning our own.
From day one, Kathy went above and beyond to keep us organized - starting with a lengthy yet EXTREMELY beneficial budget call, regular check in & texts, then to accompanying us on an out-of-state site visit weekend, and finishing off with the most detailed timeline. Her dedication to us and our wedding was unparalleled.
Aside from the organization and her expertise on planning a wedding (both phenomenal!!), Kathy’s is an absolute joy to be around!! She is spunky yet professional, selfless and genuinely loves love. Much of her success is that she took time and effort to genuinely get to know us and understand what we wanted for our wedding day, never tried to change it and simply encouraged us along the way.
On our wedding day, having Kathy & her team on-site brought both of us comfort and ease. We knew she had everything under control and we merely needed to show up. She was excited to reveal everything to us after it came together and our reaction brought her pure joy; it was absolutely magical.
By the end of our wedding day, everyone knew Kathy. She took control, owned the day and did a remarkable job. Everyone is still raving about Kathy!
Our favorite part was that she was there, by our side, every step of the way. And we would never change that for the world. Once our wedding planner, forever our friend.
Kathy and her team are simply amazing! Our daughter's wedding was elegant, organized, and beautifully planned with Kathy's extensive experience. Her team did not miss a beat and ...
did an excellent job of making sure everyone was in their place and that the venue had done their part.
It was such a wonderful experience! Would love to do it again!
Kathy and her team are simply THE BEST!! They knew and anticipated our needs before we even knew what they were. First class service all the way. Can't recommend them enough!!

experience coupled with a highly organized, can-do spirit, made our entire wedding planning experience a dream.
Kathy did not inundate us with calls or information, but consistently kept us on track with what needed to be done in a timely manner. This included a full estimate and budget that she regularly updated so that I was aware of where we stood in regards to our financial commitments. With almost every decision she gave me options and things to consider at varying price points, which enabled us to pick and choose areas we wanted to invest more in and areas that we could cut back.
We had four months to plan and put on the wedding in total, and with the help of Kathy and her team this happened almost effortlessly. Every detail was thought of, and every minute of the entire wedding day was prepared and planned for. Kathy created a timeline for the wedding day and coordinated everyone for a seamless and beautiful day. Kathy and her team were fun, easy to work with, and understood the vision we had for this special day. Every detail of the wedding exceeded our expectations.
You NEED Kathy and her team!

It has been just over a year since our wedding and we are still talking about how instrumental Kathy was to making our day stress free. I was able to be completely care free and fully enjoy my day because I knew that Kathy had me and everything else covered. Kathy (and her team) were a joy to work with and I recommend her to anyone and everyone I meet who is getting married!

ath and helped set realistic expectations. Most of our vendor team was made up of suggestions by Kathy. She has personally worked with many of these vendors on past weddings, so they had a great working relationship. This really helped set me at ease knowing I would be working with quality vendors who are known to provide excellent service. As we moved closer to the wedding day, Kathy would regularly check in with me to make sure I was still on the right track and that my sanity was still intact. 😉
Kathy and her team, Lori and Amy, really shined on wedding day though! They made schedules for both of our families and our vendors so that everyone knew where they needed to be and when. This really helped the day go super smoothly. It even put us a little ahead of schedule so we had more time for celebrating with our friends and family. They placed all of our décor and coordinated vendor setup. It was great seeing the vision in my head brought to life. It was even better knowing that I could fully trust Kathy and her team to make it look great. Kathy and her team stayed with us up to the very end of the night to make sure all of our belongings got loaded up and the venue was cleaned up. Our wedding day was full of love and laughter and not a single worry. I attribute much of our wedding success to Kathy and her team. If you are in need of a planner for your wedding, I whole heartedly recommend Plan It With Me.
Kathy and her team were absolutely phenomenal! Kathy was extremely helpful with vendor recommendations, reminders, helping plan overall and even calmed me down several times during...
the stress of wedding planning (ie shes also a therapist). There is a 0% chance our wedding would have gone so smoothly despite a huge wedding party without Kathy and her team. Her assistant helped pin the bottom layer of my dress up before the first dance because i kept tripping on it and followed us during sunset photos to get behind the scene pics and help with my dress. Kathy was running the show ensuring all vendors were on time, dressed appropriately, and providing the services we expected. She even surprised us by coordinating with our parents to have a live wedding painter at our wedding!! The painting is gorgeous and something we will cherish for the rest of our lives. Kathy had tons of photos uploaded to our Dropbox not even 24 hours after the event (maybe of them attached) and really just went above and beyond in every way. The money we spent on her planning and day of services was by far one of the most vital of the wedding expenses as everything would have been incredibly chaotic without her and her team. Not only is Kathy extremely knowledgeable she is so fun to be around and will always shoot you straight if you’re making a decision she thinks you’ll regret. Cannot say enough great things about Plan It With Me. If you are debating hiring Kathy and her team, let this be your sign to DO IT (before she books up!!!) She will make sure every part of your wedding goes smoothly and turns out just as you’d hoped! THANK YOU Kathy!!!"

ther they are negotiating contracts on your behalf or keeping the bride and groom insulated from anything other than bliss on their special day (speaking from experience- family drama knows no bounds 😳🫠😜), they have your back! You can trust that Kathy is there for you every step of the way, keeping you grounded and ahead of schedule. She takes absolute pride and ownership of your most special day. You set out hiring a planner and walk away with a true friend. Thank you, PIWM and team!
I could not recommend Kathy with Plan It With Me ENOUGH! I had a four month engagement, invited 330 guests to my in-laws BACKYARD, and outsourced all of my vendors. We hired Kathy ...
from the beginning and I never regretted it for a second. She helped me stay organized, built a twelve page timeline, developed a budget, and aided in following up with vendors and last minute wedding projects. The day of the wedding was extremely smooth and stress-free. Kathy checked on me several times throughout the day, ensuring I was drinking enough water, felt rested and relaxed, and was ultimately soaking up every second. My husband usually does not care for wedding planners, but became fond of Kathy very quickly, and appreciated all that she had done leading up to the day of our wedding! Kathy held my hand through every step of the way, and gave her opinion when I asked for it. She is extremely knowledgeable, smart, and creative. I fully entrusted her with planning my wedding, and it couldn't have been a more beautiful and dreamy day. No matter how big or how small your wedding is, hire Kathy. She will ensure this day is the most beautiful and seamless event. I could not recommend her enough!
Plan It With Me was our secret weapon on our wedding day! It was truly the most magical day and a dream come true wedding! We absolutely loved our wedding journey with Plan It With...
Me. Kathy is a real life superhero. Prior to our wedding day, we had very productive meetings/conversations leading up to the day, I could also count on her to there for me in the difficult times of the planning process as well. As a Bride, I highly recommend Kathy and Olivia, they know exactly how to communicate with the couple, family/friends of the couple, and most importantly, the vendors. Kathy is the best planner, greatest advocate and sweetest friend all in one package! If you want the best/smoothest experience for your wedding day, book with Plan It With Me!!!
Check out her TikTok page - I immediately knew she was the right fit for us after watching her video: What your timeline should look like?"
I worked with Kathy and her team for my daughter's wedding and it could not have been a better experience. Every detail was perfectly attended to...even things we didn't know to be...
bothered with, were magically handled. The care and attention they provided to our family throughout the process was unexpected, appreciated, touching and thoughtful all at the same time. I honestly don't know how my daughter found her but I'm oh so glad she did. I have a recently engaged son and we will definitely be hiring Plan It With Me for that event as well. Their service was hands down, our best money spent for that day.
