Hello! I'm Sonja, an ordained minister and wedding officiant based in Stayton, Oregon, and the heart behind the Pixie Nook. 💙
My wish is to help you create a wedding ceremony that is meaningful, magical, and uniquely yours.
Whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, a casual outdoor wedding or a formal event, your ceremony should reflect who you are as a couple and the love you share. Perhaps you envision something traditional, whimsical, spiritual, or a little outside the ordinary. Whatever your vision, I'm here to help bring it to life.
I offer several ceremony packages, from thoughtfully prepared ceremonies with personal touches to personalized love stories and fully customized ceremonies. I also offer meaningful symbolic rituals, including handfasting and other special traditions, for couples who want to add another layer of significance to their ceremony.
I'd love to welcome you to the Pixie Nook in Stayton for a relaxed, no-pressure meeting. Think of it as a chance for us to get to know one another, talk about your wedding plans, share your ideas, and see if we vibe. The ceremony was the highlight of our wedding and it was due to Sonja's beautiful delivery and because she took the time to get to know us as individuals and as a couple that she was able to create our beautiful ceremony.
I highly recommend Sonja to anyone that is looking for a officiant that takes their time to listen to you, takes a interest in what you want for your ceremony and just a very genuine loving person. She is extremely affordable (I think she should charge more for her service) and that even includes the rehearsal. Sonja is witty, funny and brings just that special something to the table.
