We're Matt & Liza, the team behind Pixel Pie Weddings, a photo and video studio based in Burbank. After 5+ years and 500+ weddings, we've learned that the best wedding images aren't the perfectly posed ones. They're the ones that take you right back to how you felt.
On your wedding day, we're part photographer, part best friend, part therapist, and part hype person. Liza comes from a dance-instruction background, so she knows how to guide you into natural, flattering moments without it ever feeling stiff. Our team captures the ceremony, the reception, and all the little in-between moments in both photos and video.
We shoot every kind of wedding, from Armenian, Indian, Persian, and Jewish celebrations to Filipino, Coptic, and everything in between, and we love learning each family's traditions. We work all over Los Angeles, Orange County, Ventura, and Santa Barbara.

For our wedding day, we had Richard and Matt, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. They made the experience so enjoyable for both us and our bridal party. Taking portraits never felt awkward or forced - we were all having fun and that made the experience even more special!
