We could never say enough how much we LOVED working with DJ Blair! From the moment of booking up to our wedding day, working with Blair and the Pittsburgh Event Group was extremely...
fun and stress-free. The questionnaire gave us so much flexibility and freedom to express all of our must haves and must nots for the wedding day, in which DJ Blair executed perfectly!
Finding a wedding DJ was a huge area of anxiety for my husband and I as one of the top wishes for our wedding was just to have a good time with all our loved ones. We didn't want anything too "traditional" when it came to wedding music, but still wanted an environment for our guests of all ages to get up, dance, feel comfortable, and just let loose. I could have never dreamed of a more perfect atmosphere than Blair created. He was amazing at reading the crowd and provided a perfect playlist for all ages, unlike any other wedding I had been to before.
Not only does DJ Blair create the most upbeat, lively atmosphere but he is also the kindest person I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the second we met him, he made it feel as if we were family and truly treated us as so. Not only did he treat my husband and I with so much respect and kindness, but every single one of our guests as well. Our family and friends continue to rave about how amazing and sweet he was to this day. He is extremely devoted to his clients and making sure they have the wedding of their dreams.
We will forever be grateful for DJ Blair and allowing our wedding dreams to come true!
We specifically booked Blair almost immediately after getting engaged because we had such an incredible time at a friend's wedding that he DJ'd. He brought the same energy we exper...
ienced at our friend's wedding - the dance floor was packed all night, his choices based on our questionnaire responses were excellent, his transitions were seamless. Our guests were sure to tell us when the big day was over how much fun they had at the reception!
The reasons listed above are all great reasons to book Pittsburgh Event Group and Blair in particular, but Blair's professionalism and flexibility truly saved our wedding. After the weather forced us to make small last-minute changes to our venue and transportation for our guests, on top of our wedding planner inexplicably breaking her contract and bailing right before we walked down the aisle, Blair held it all together practically on his own. He helped time our wedding party go down the aisle last-second, directed everyone to where they needed to go to get to the reception, held the party down at cocktail hour, and was attentive when he had questions after being left in the dark by our coordinator. Our guests had no idea my wife and I were mildly losing our minds because they were having such a good time. All thanks to Blair!
Let booking your DJ be the easiest in the long series of decisions you have to make for your wedding!

I envisioned. I used them for both the ceremony and reception. I provided planning forms such as a SUPER detailed timeline as well as a custom playlist and they followed it to a T! One of my favorite things from that day was the fact that I requested for my DJ to hype up the crowd before the reception entrance and i could just remember how loud the cheering was before we came in. It was a start to a beautiful and wild party ;) If I could relive this day, I would! Thank you Blair!!!

them to our wedding, but knowing Craig was a DJ, we said what the heck, let's see if he is willing to DJ our wedding since we were going to invite him to our wedding anyways. My wife and I had our wedding in North Carolina and he drove all the way from Pittsburgh with his wife, his son and his equipment to DJ our wedding. You don't see that very often and we are blessed Craig and his family did that. My wife and I made an adjustment to our first dance and threw some crazy things in there to be different and Craig executed perfectly. Craig played great music all night long and the dance floor was always packed with people dancing. People requested a song, Craig played it. Wedding music was fantastic. DJ Craig Evans is one heck of a DJ and if you are looking for a DJ to DJ your wedding, DJ Craig Evans is your DJ. 5 stars for this guy. My wife and I are so blessed and thankful for DJ Craig Evans and his family.
