I can’t say enough about Pistachio’s! Not only was their food AMAZING, the chicken wasn’t dry at all, the potatoes were flawless and the veggies on the hot wok were good and fun. B...
UT they also had the most beautiful table set up that match the esthetic, with incredibly attentive and helpful staff!! Best choice you can make!
Oh my goodness! Where do I even begin?! Andy and Shannon have been amazing to work with! Creating a custom menu for our wedding, the incredible service staff at our wedding, the di...
splay of appetizers, cheesecake and our dinner! I’m absolutely blown away! Andy and Shannon knocked it out of the park! They quickly became friends of ours! So accommodating, professional but FUN!! Our day was absolutely perfect and I’m so grateful that Andy and Shannon was apart of it! Great food, great laughs, great service! Our guests raves about the food, the bartending staff, all of it!
Food was amazing!!! Best wedding food I've ever had, but I may be bias :). They worked with us to create the perfect menu. Many people commented on how great the food was. Would hi...
ghly recommend them .
We were very happy with the food prepared by Pistachios Catering and with the staff provided for our rehearsal dinner. Our complaint is that it was difficult to communicate with t...
hem. They dropped the ball on setting up a meeting to discuss rentals and had us frantically calling and emailing. I had emailed weeks before our event and did not hear back because my email got "lost" in their inbox.
Shannon and Andy are GREAT!! We met with them to discuss our wedding catering and I left that meeting having decided to use them. I'd describe their menu as more gourmet and absolu...
tely DELICIOUS! They're rather accommodating. When asking us what we do want, they also asked if there is anything we DON'T want. And with my husband being a picky eater, this was MUCH appreciated. We got married and had the reception at my parents' property and they were able to work with the atypical set-up.
We did go over our initial budget with the catering costs, but I think it was worth it. The entire staff was incredibly professional and great with customer service during the wedding. Virtually every guest RAVED about the food (especially the chicken and prime rib). I personally loved the smashed potato bar!!! The only thing I would have changed is having a second serving of those potatoes.
I cannot recommend Pistachios enough! Their food tasted incredible and was beautifully presented. They designed a custom vegetarian menu for our wedding that we received tons of co...
mpliments on (from guests veg. and non-veg.). They were incredibly professional and reliable. If you are considering them for catering just make an appointment to sample their food - you won't need to look anywhere else.
Shannon and Andrew are amazing! Their food is fresh and delicious and not your standard wedding food. Even though we went to a tasting with Pistachio's, and loved what they served ...
us, we originally were going with another company because of the cheaper price. This caterer's food (standard wedding food) was just not what we wanted though, so we contacted Pistachio's again and worked with us to come up with a different menu that was more reasonably priced and never looked back!
Everyone loved the food, but more importantly my hubby and I loved their food, the layout/display, and working with Shannon and Andrew. Being a DIY bride, Shannon and I went back and forth via email a lot and while there were a couple times she was difficult to get a hold of, she always got back to me within a week. She also took care of all of my rentals and got us an awesome deal.
The day of the wedding, I'm not exactly sure what all they did to set up for our reception, but it was perfect-the food/guest tables, the favors.
Their staff was very attentive to our guests and the wedding party. They took care of everything related to the food, cake, and rentals; I didn't have to think about anything except having fun!
The only sad thing was that we weren't able to take any of the delicious food home afterward, I could eat their zucchini roll-ups everyday!
