Pinehall was the perfect venue for our July wedding. This venue has the best packages for the best value that I saw while wedding planning. We added on the decor setup package with...
the smores bar and also booked our shuttles through Pinehall. Having as many services as possible under one place was the best decision ever. Our coordinator was Sharon and she was amazing to work with! She was very responsive on email and happily answered all of my million questions throughout planning. She helped us design our table scapes and all decor and was able to make my vision come to life. We were able to drop off cookies, cake, decor, and bridal suite items the day before our wedding which was so helpful. Our wedding day went smoother than I could’ve ever imagined. If there were any hiccups I didn’t know about them because Sharon handled everything. It was so nice having all the decor provided by the venue and having their staff to setup and run the day. I was able to enjoy my wedding day without worrying about setup or cleanup or vendor communication. Our guests loved being able to spread out outside and hang out on the porch, by the fire pit, or play cornhole. The grounds are beautiful and make for the most stunning wedding photos. I can’t say enough good things about this venue!
The venue itself is gorgeous and has absolutely everything you could need for the DIY bride who doesn’t want or need all of it at home! The coordinators (I personally had Mackenzie...
) are fantastic! Every person I dealt with was very nice and shared excitement and enjoyment with me for our special day!!
Hands down the best wedding venue! Our coordinator Mackenzie, was assigned to us in January of our wedding year! She made the entire process a breeze!! Any questions, concerns or i...
ssues I had she immediately addressed and got taken care of. Our guests could not stop talking about her & her efforts on our big day. I was so nervous about planning, decorating, finding vendors and coordinating with them. Eisler Farms gave us a packet of the best to work with which made it so much easier! All the vendors were familiar with the venue and staff so it made my job, theirs and Mackenzie’s a walk in the park!
I cannot recommend the venue or Mackenzie enough!!
I cannot recommend Pinehall enough! It is truly beautiful from the fields, to flowers, to trees, to the ponds, to the goats and chickens. Our day was absolutely perfect and we coul...
d not have imagined a better day!
Our coordinator, Sarah, was absolutely incredible! So sweet, so helpful, so much fun! She truly made the process so easy, even with us being 500 miles away!
If you are a bride looking for a venue that has it all, decoration options, incredible caterers, and a list of suggested options to help narrow down the endless list of vendors, this is the place for you! 1000/10

I could not have asked for a better venue! Everything was absolutely amazing. Easy to work with and very helpful through the process. I loved we were able to get ready, have the c...
eremony, and the reception all in one beautiful place. Christine was the best!
Pinehall was honestly the best venue we could have picked for our wedding. The property is beautiful — the nature, the little pond, and the barn all come together to make it feel s...
o peaceful and perfect. We first toured it in the fall and got married in the spring, and it looked amazing in both seasons.
If you’re doing your ceremony there too, you get access to the bridal cottage, which was such a nice bonus. The getting-ready space has two separate rooms (bride/groom or whoever needs them), a small kitchen and bathroom, and even a steamer and iron — super helpful when you're getting ready.
We added the decorating package, and I’m so glad we did. They handled all the decorations, set up the cookie table, placed the flowers — we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Our coordinator, Sharon, was incredible. She helped with everything, made it all look perfect, and kept things totally stress-free for us.
Our guests kept saying how much they loved the venue. You can use a bunch of extra features too — we had a fire pit with s’mores, some lawn games, and even a little cigar bar.
Would definitely recommend Pinehall to anyone looking for a beautiful place to get married!
Highly Recommend using Pinehalll at Eisler Farms for your wedding! We got married on October 25th this past year and the venue itself along with the fall foliage was absolutely bea...
utiful! Old rustic style barn with the bright colors of Fall made for a perfect wedding day! Our wedding coordinator, Carrie was simply the best when it came to getting us through the process of lining up vendors, scheduling, picking decor, and anything else we threw at her in conversation we needed help with. She answered everything with a great attitude and genuine care! Pinehall offers so many great options and flexibility in the planning of making your special day perfect! We can't thank Carrie and the rest of the staff for how easy they made the process of planning and executing our big day! Our wedding was perfect and once everything started never once were we bothered or distracted by anything because in the background the folks at Pinehall are relentlessly working to ensure your day goes as pitch perfect as possible. If you are looking for a beautiful country style wedding venue and the friendliest of people, we highly suggest taking a look into Pinehall. Very close to Butler, which allows the conveniency of booking shuttles, hotels, and prewedding day gatherings that much easier because of the proximity to the venue. Also they have goats and if that isn't a selling point for you, I am not sure what can be.
I'm really torn writing this review! I want to preface it by saying that regardless of the negatives, I would still absolutely choose to get married here again (not that I want to ...
get married again, haha!). The venue was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. But, communication with our wedding coordinator from Pinehall leading up to the wedding was very bad. We were told there were errors with her email and phone, but they persisted for months and while we were told we were being sent things, they would not arrive regardless of the communication method until we followed up several times. We received emails from the main generic Pinehall account without issue. She was tough to find on the day of the event (for example, though she was there in the morning to get everything set up, she had lots of other Eisler Farms events booked for the same day and arrived for line up just 2 minutes before ceremony start time). I always want to give someone grace and who knows, she may have had some personal things going on (which I totally would have understood if she told us)! But since she didn't mention anything, it left us feeling a bit in the dark day of. That being said, she was nothing but nice and accommodating for us. And in the end, she pulled off everything she needed to! The venue itself seemed chaotic due to the number of events they have - for example, they lost our to-go containers for cookies until almost the end of the night because someone shoved them under a table. I think it happened because we were unloading our stuff at the same time the wedding party from the night before was picking up all their leftovers and it was hectic in the barn. All that being said, we were still treated with nothing but kindness from the staff and I would still recommend it as a venue. I think it's just important to know going into things that you may need to be very politely assertive and extra proactive if communication seems questionable. Also important to know that they are a very busy venue, so the more organized you can be, it will likely be for the better. The positives are plenty though! Beautiful venue, lovely getting-ready area, sustainable decorations with the I-do, Re-do collection, and lots of fun add-ons (100/10 recommend the photo booth).
My photographer recommended this venue and I'm so glad they did. From the initial meeting/ inquiry it was evident that Eisler Farms, and their Pinehall location, are experienced an...
d professional wedding hosts. They make wedding planning so stress free by providing lots of options and amenities through themselves. Having catering, flowers, decor and transportation all through them made everything run perfectly day of. Their coordinators and staff were all friendly, helpful and flexible who made me feel like we created as a team a unique and perfect wedding. We received so many compliments from our guests about beautiful venue was and how good the food and service was.

next before went great and was very well organized by Sara. The wedding was absolutely amazing all thanks to Sara and Sharon. They are a DREAM team. The whole day went so smoothly with them decorating and checking on us throughout the day. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed. They took us around the property for pictures multiple times. They were such a pleasure to work with. You can tell they really care and they are so sweet and kind.
The team at Pinehall was the easiest vendors we had worked with when planning our wedding. Madison, our day-of coordinator, was there throughout the entire process. She is very qui...
ck to respond to emails, which is very helpful when planning a whole wedding! She made sure the vision I had was absolutely perfect! Not one aspect of my dream wedding was missed! We added the fireworks to our reception, which wowed each and every guest. I heard all night that this was the best venue and best wedding that any of my family and friends had attended. I would attribute all of that to the team at Pinehall for having all of the reception and ceremony space beautifully decorated. This team works like a well oiled machine and makes you feel like a VIP when creating and planning the entire wedding. Not only do they have a collection of items from their I Do Re-Do space, but they have an amazing array of spaces to take both your engagement and wedding photos in. My husband and I could not have asked for a better team to have worked with us to make our dream wedding come true. Thank you to Madison and the entire team for making it a reality!
As soon as my fiancé and I drove onto the Pinehall property we knew it was where we wanted to get married! Everything about it was amazing, from the property, to the catering, the ...
decorations (I am not at all interested in any of that) so having the Pinehall team take that over for me was amazing! And our coordinators Carrie and Sharon, the absolute best!! What an amazing team they are! We still have people tell us it was the most gorgeous wedding they’ve been to (with the best food too!) Thank you so much to Carrie, Sharon, and the rest of the Pinehall team who made my wedding day so relaxed and stress free. I will definitely always suggest them for any future friends/family looking for wedding venues. I can’t say enough just how wonderful they are!

I really just wanted to give a shout out to all of the amazing people who made our wedding day literally perfect.
Pinehall at Eisler Farms - the most amazing wedding venue anyone...
could ask for. Their decorating packages saved me! I barely lifted a finger and had the most stress free wedding planning and wedding morning. Our day of coordinator, Carrie, was the most amazing human to work with and showed up for us no matter what. Wendy our night time coordinator was just as sweet and helpful.

ordinator, Sara Smith, is amazing. Their entire staff (caterers, coordinators, bartenders) were extremely kind and helpful; we are so grateful for each of them. The venue is absolutely stunning, and there are so many different locations to get photos (dock, woods, trees, etc). From the very beginning of our venue search, Pinehall stood out. The family who owns the property clearly loves what they do and take great pride in their venue. I am so grateful that we chose Pinehall for our wedding. Not only did we love everything about this venue, but our guests raved about it as well. People were stunned when they walked onto the property for our rehearsal the day before. Thank you, Pinehall team, for the wedding of our dreams!
Pinehall was absolutely perfect for our wedding in every way! It was quaint and had all the perfect little touches to help with the details, and the outdoor areas for pictures were...
amazing. My coordinator, Sherry, was a huge help with making sure that my vision came to life and letting us come to the venue to view the place and any of their “I do redo” decorations, which were a great help in decorating our wedding! The bridal cottage was the perfect size for us all to get ready and store our things. We were able to go all around the property to take pictures. All of our guests had great things to say about the venue.
We just had our wedding at Pinehall and my god was it an experience! Sherri was so helpful and accommodating throughout this whole process. We practically hired all the recommended...
vendors she gave us when we booked with them. And those vendors were just as equally amazing to work with. My family that came in from California could not stop talking about the views and the fall backdrop of our whole wedding. I don’t think we can say enough nice things about our experience!

enough about the grounds. I’ve only seen previews, but my photos are AMAZING. I could not have been happier with my whole experience. Carrie was our coordinator and she was fantastic. They cared about our day and made me feel comfortable and they everything was under control and perfect.
Everything was literally so perfect! The staff was so helpful, they made the day go so smoothly. The venue was set up perfectly, and it was absolutely beautiful 10/10 recommend!!! ...
One thing that was really nice is the decorations were included in the package, so I didn't have to waste money on decorations. Another super nice thing is the ceremony and reception areas are close together, which makes it nice for everyone when transitioning.
Pinehall was number one on our wedding venue list before we ever even saw it person just from looking at pictures alone. The barn and all of the surrounding areas and scenery are ...
absolutely stunning. I cant even put into words how perfect this venue was for our big day! Our coordinator Meghan made sure every single one of our dreams came true. I cried when I saw it all come to life. Everything was so easy to plan, coordinate, and make come to life because the venue helped with LITERALLY anything and any question you could possibly have. They carry most things that any couple could need while planning their big day including decorations, and games. Our guest couldn’t stop raving about everything from start to finish. This truly was THE BEST day of our lives and we owe it all to Pinehall! I will be smiling from ear to ear with tears in my eyes every time I think about this day.
Pinehall at Eisler Farms was THE venue to go with as soon as we stepped on the property. Everything about the place was beautiful, from the bridal cottage and ceremony location on-...
site, to the picture-perfect forest and dock that were gorgeous for photos. The inclusion of their “I Do, Redo” collection gave us ample choices to decorate the barn the way we wanted, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure all the decor was in place - the owner herself helped us by gathering fresh greenery from the property. The Pinehall team was quick with setup and teardown. Every detail was accounted for, including any decor we brought ourselves. The Team was so kind and helpful. We can’t thank Sherry, Meghan, or Amanda enough for all their help with our day - our wedding was seamless and we both felt calm all day. We could sit back, relax, and take in every moment of the day. All our guests loved the venue, it’s beautiful property, and wonderful atmosphere. Guests also loved playing the lawn games and sitting around the bonfire. We can’t say enough great things about Pinehall!
Hands down the best venue ever! Aside from the sheer beauty of the 2 ceremony sites and reception barn offered, Pinehall at Eisler Farms has the best team working there. Christine,...

hard work. Christine went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of the entire day. She literally brought my wedding vision to life!! We got so many compliments that night about the views and how friendly and helpful the staff was. Seriously if you’re not booking Pinehall you’re doing it wrong! Thank you so much Pinehall for making our wedding everything We dreamed of and more! ❤️

inehall had a Prop Shop to use (brides leave their leftover table numbers, shepherd hooks, decor, etc. they no longer need for other brides to use). On our wedding day, Sherry was amazing and Pinehall provided the perfect wedding experience. There is a bridal cottage on site for the bridal party to use to get ready, and it's complete with a kitchenette and makeup/hair chairs. While we were getting ready, Sherry, our day of coordinator made sure everything else was taken care of with the florist, caterers, and DJ -- I was able to relax and spend time with my bridal party knowing that Sherry had everything taken care of. Sherry was also very flexible with some of my different/out of the box ideas, which I loved. She was willing to work with me and she made some great suggestions along the way. Don't hesitate, Pinehall is the perfect venue to book for a barn/outside wedding!

our day perfect. They have a huge selection of decor for you to use to personalize the barn in your own way. This was a huge selling point for us when deciding on venues, and the decor was all so beautiful. The two large oak trees provided the perfect shade for our guest during the ceremony. The bridal cottage worked perfectly for everyone to get ready(it’s on-site too!!!). Highly recommend pictures on the dock of the one pond and in the fern patch! Did I mention there are goats?! You cannot go wrong with choosing Pinehall at Eisler Farms for your wedding day. It is so beautiful and breathtaking. You will not be disappointed!

anning. We are a pretty low key couple so having a relaxed feeling to our day was something that we were seeking and so grateful to Pinehall for providing. The venue truly felt like our home for the day and our guests felt it, too! Everyone enjoyed having a choice to party on the dance floor, get cozy by the fire pit and have a s’more, or play games outside of the barn. We added on a decoration package so the morning was totally stress free. They gather greenery and fresh flowers from the farm and added some dried greens and flowers that I provided to tie everything together. Their collection of centerpieces and signs made the amount of extras we needed to provide SO minimal so it was also much easier on us for clean up and to head out for our honeymoon the next day. We also added on fireworks and the photobooth and everyone raved about the many ways to stay entertained throughout the evening. They also have the PERFECT spots for photos — gorgeous rows of trees, a dock, a fern patch, beautiful structures... I felt like I was in a fairytale. Thank you Pinehall for making our day carefree and absolutely flawless! No doubt we will be back for a renewal in our future! Check out their other gorgeous venues as well: The Woods at Eisler Farms and The Atrium.
Our experience with Pinehall has been nothing short of incredible. Our journey started in 2019 when we were recently engaged and booked our wedding wedding for May 2020. However, b...
ecause of Covid, our plans quickly changed and the staff (specifically Christine) was patient and accommodating. They were quick to respond, especially when I was emailing multiple times a day trying to get advice for what to do because of Covid. We ended up having an intimate church ceremony and Pinehall let us use their property on our original wedding day to take gorgeous photos that we will cherish forever. We decided to then continue the fun and move our original reception at Pinehall and to the same date in May 2021 for our one year anniversary. Christine was instrumental in helping us plan every detail of our special day and when that day came, it was nothing short of perfect. The entire day was stress-free as the Pinehall staff ensured we had everything we needed. Thank you again Pinehall for all you’ve done to make not only one, but two of our weddings a dream come true!

hall. Meghan was an absolute dream to work with!!! I felt like she just snapped her fingers and our dreams became a reality!! Christine even stepped in at the last second to help with my hair when my hair stylist came down with COVID. What a blessing! The decor that they have on hand was extremely beneficial for us and a huge cost saver! The bonfire & s'mores, corn hole, and Adirondack chairs added such a coziness to the entire atmosphere. I'll definitely be recommending this place to literally everyone I meet. Like everyone. Our guests can't stop complimenting how beautiful the whole place was and how friendly the staff was! Seriously, this is the most amazing venue ever!! Love you guys!!! Vow renewal in a few years?? Haha
I feel so fortunate that we had our wedding at Pinehall. While I don't recommend planning a wedding during a pandemic, I felt so lucky to be able to work with such a supporting tea...
m. We worked one-on-one with Meghan and she truly is a rockstar! I felt like I had double the emails and questions a typical bride may have due to the pandemic but she was there every step of the way and always available to chat. Not only is this venue absolutely gorgeous, the barn basically comes pre decorated! And if you want more, there basement is literally filled with extra decorations which makes the whole process so much easier. We received so many compliments from guests on the lights and decor and little did they know that half of it was already there! This venue is breathtaking, and our favorite part was the variety of photo scenery opportunities around. We took beautiful portraits in the woods, in a field, by the pond etc etc. Highly recommend

It was like she was part of our family! The property and venue is absolutely breathtaking and we did not stop and i know we will not ever stop getting compliments on how stunning everything was and how it was the perfect place for our wedding! soon as I saw it. We worked very closely with Christine who was AMAZING. She was so kind and incredibly helpful, especially with helping us to figure everything out in the months leading up to the wedding with all things covid related. She was nothing but supportive as we made the decision to keep our wedding day, but just downsize the guest list and take some extra safety precautions. When it came to our wedding day, Christine took care of everything when it came to last minute set up and just overall making sure everything was going as planned, down to the smallest detail like making sure to have a water bowl at our ceremony site for our dog who was our ring bearer. After our ceremony, Christine even helped as we took pictures with our families, the wedding party, and just my husband and myself, driving us around with our photographer in a golf cart to the different locations of the property, and more. We loved everything about our experience with Pinehall and would DEFINITELY recommend having your wedding there!

ad I did. Meghan and her crew were so kind, understanding and helpful. We planned our reception in a month and it was everything I could have ever dreamed of. Meghan was in constant contact with me, no matter the time of day. With so many unknowns, it was such a relief having her support. The reception was absolutely gorgeous. They set everything up, decorated and cleaned up after everything was over. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. In hindsight, I’m so glad our original venue cancelled because our wedding day was perfect. Thank you Pinehall crew for creating the wedding of our dreams!!
Meghan was AMAZING to work with! Our venue cancelled on us 10 days prior to our wedding day, and we were searching for a venue that still had our date available to have our wedding...
. Luckily Pinehall had the date available, and Meghan helped us re-plan our wedding in 7 days!! The venue is gorgeous, especially all of the great photo spots behind the venue. I cannot say enough great things about Pinehall! Thank you for making our special day perfect ☺️
