We are so glad we found Pine Cone Catering for our daughter's wedding ! Heather was a delight to work with and flexible with menu options! We had a couple challenging requests that...
she was able to accommodate! The food was outstanding! Our guests raved about it all evening! The dinner service was efficient and very professional. Planning the reception long distance can be somewhat challenging yet we successfully found the best caterer possible! If ever in Ridgway CO during farmer's market season a stop at her stand for fresh baked goods is a must!
Good food, amazing cake, great prices, awesome prepackaged brunch for the next day, and easy to work with. Thank you Heather.
Absolutely wonderful experience--the snowy drive up to Telluride did not discourage Heather and her team in the least, nor did it compromise her ability to pull off an amazing meal...
with incredible service. It's definitely the best meal at a wedding I've ever had! And the most generous! I never think of food at weddings as that great but this was killer. The portion of lamb given out was huge and absolutely mouth-watering. She was just wonderful from the get-go, and I asked her to caterer for me when my first caterer had cancelled on me, just months before the wedding. She even offered to honor my same menu if I'd already sent it out on the invites. I recommend Pine Cone Unlimited to everyone in the surrounding area looking for delicious food served by an adventurous woman!
We LOVED working with Heather! From beginning to end she, and her staff, were absolutely wonderful and easy to work with. Having farm to table food that was locally grown was such ...
a treat. I would highly recommend Pine Cone.

s! We were able to incorporate our favorite foods all from one service! Taco bar, cheese plates and ice cream! It was great having a vendor that had worked with our venue beforehand as well! And she travels to Ouray!
We used Pine Cone for our wedding dinner catering and could not have been more pleased with our experience! Heather was very responsive throughout the planning process and she and ...
her staff were awesome to work with on the wedding day! Not to mention their prices were very fair and everyone RAVED about the food :) She even created custom cupcakes for us. Highly recommend them for any wedding or special event!
Janice, the owner, was very responsive and accommodating. I didn't contact her till about 5 months out from my wedding, as there was a problem with the original venu and caterer. ...
I'm so glad there was because it allowed me to work with Janice instead! She was able to fit us in and I couldn't have found a better caterer for my wedding!
My now husband and I are vegetarians, so we wanted to do a full vegetarian menu and had a specific item I wanted for my guests. Though she had never made Eggplant Rollatini before, she was happy to have a go with the recipe I sent her and it was delicious! She grows a lot of her own vegetables and I loved keeping it local.
Everyone at my wedding was complimenting the food. My new husband and I had leftovers for a week (which included giving some away to friends) and I never got tired of it. Everything was fabulous! Her staff was very friendly and were great about not taking plates away while people were up mingling during dinner. Weeks later, we are still getting rave reviews of the food Janice and her staff prepared for us.
I would highly recommend using Janice and her staff for your event.
